I've always known my attraction to older guys however, it's become kind of an issue. I am not attracted whatsoever to guys my age. At all. I don't have an exact reason but older guys have always been my cup of tea..and I mean older.. As of right now, the oldest guy I've ever had something to do with was 25.. and yeah, it seems bad, but it's as if I feel more connected with older guys than ones closer to my age. I like maturity and complexity which most guys my age lack. I also just feel more compatible with them??? I don't know, I'm confused with why but I just do. I admit I also just like the fact that they're older. Never had a father as a kid, for he had left us. Growing up, that has affected me more than anyone could know. I longed for a father big time. I'm aware I have "daddy issues" but could this be why I like older guys so much? I'd appreciate serious responses only. This is something serious to me. Thank you. Id also like to note that these guys Im interested in don't look at me as a "child" or any less of a person due to my age. I do not act, look nor feel my age at all.. |

So me and my girlfriend are just good friends...we've gone to movies and took her out and stuff and we hang around her parents house and my new apartment. I'm 21 and she's 17 about to turn 18 late this month and graduating next month. Her parents and my mother (dad passed away 5 years ago in a work accident) Anyways I went to her parents place last night, she was in the shower or bath and her Dad had to go out that night and the Mom was on a business trip. He said I could just wait on the couch in the theater room they call it (they have a nice house and make good money) and so I did. She apparently left the tv on already and was in there. About 15 minutes or so go by I can't find the remote and is stuck on some dumb MTV reality show. She left her purse on the couch. So, out of boredom I first located typical girl stuff like makeup, a change purse then a couple maxi's which is normal just odd I picked one up! Then I found birth control pills! She didn't even tell me and we haven't done anything or even talked about it. I was kind of stunned. I didn't tell her about it when she finally came out. Posted: 12 May 2015 01:24 PM PDT ok back when i was a teenager i had alot of fights with this girl. they lasted from about me being 14 to about 17. she hated my guts and since about 4 years ago i started to admit it was my fault to myself. i had rows with this other girl who was a friend of the 1st girl. the 1st girl died as a result of a lifelong illness with cystic fibrosis in 2011 age 23. anyway back to the second girl. 2 months after her friend had passed away i texted her my condolances and admitted my fault in the whole teenage drama story and said i was sorry. she replied that there was no hard feelings. we all live in a rural irish village so everyone knows one another and ive made amends with 90% of the people i hurt as a teenager. the girl who died has an older sister and she just lost her brother to the same condition. in all of the teenage drama that happend when we were teens she defended her sister all the way. when her sister died in 2011 and when her brother died in febuary 2015 i sent her a condolance message each time. in 2011 she replied but 2 months ago she didnt. i seen her recently in the village and she did say hi to me but it may have been her just being civil to me. i still feel i need to make amends with her sister and the only way i can see me doing that is by visiting her grave in the local cemetery. im 50/50 about this as if i go there while her sister is visiting her grave or if she arrives and see's me there she may react with extream anger. should i just go and take the risk |

His uncles wife messaged me and very politely told me that the lady was infact her husbands ex wife and if the lady came she would not attend. I had no clue who she was and I feel horrible. During all the fathers years of addiction I always allowed him to see boys and have time supervised at my home. I even a few times when they were older against my better judgement took them to see their dad in prison. Now that the boys are older and dad has been out of jail (not to long though) He has done everything to almost alienate them it seems like. When they are with him they do not contact me, when they are with me he contacts them every second. When I was at work he would come to my house and take my stuff, but when confronted the kids would be on his side agreeing that its ok for him to do that. My oldest has become very nasty to me to the point where his disrespect and not following my rules and drugs led me to kick him out to his dad. I won't tolerate it. At first I felt awful but I also couldn't keep telling him and telling him. I oy hope that staying with his dad without me saying a word will allow him to make his own judgement on the life his dad lives. I would get so upset but now all I can do is say I love him and will be here whenever he needs me. He will ask me for money because why?,his dad is a loser and his whole goal is to burn me. The only way he can burn me is by taking these boys from me. Mothers day he didn't drop off the boys until 6 and they went straight into their to and never came out. He has brainwashed them no doubt to believe I am the bad, crazy one. Any advice on how to get through this time of teenage withdraw and parent alienation? |

My girlfriend was so happy she had names and the baby's nursery ready until she suffered from a "still born pregnancy" last month. Sense then she's been really depressed.. I've been trying my best to be the best boyfriend and support her but she's been pushing me away she only wants to sleep and cry which I understand is normal for someone who is grieving. but she hasn't been eating and I already notice that she has lost a lot of weight... And that worries me :/ And to make it worse my brother came over the other day and said to her "dang your still crying you can always make more babies" now she's mad at me and won't talk or even look at me :/. I used to be a 4.0 student, happy, and had myself together even in a bad situation (abusive home). Now, my mom committed suicide 8 months ago, I've been raped twice in the bedroom I sleep in, and I self harm. I have a great boyfriend and I love my cat but everything else I dread. I just want to cry. I have a bad heart condition. When I have the energy I use it to go to school. I'm skinny but not fit, I feel awful in my body. Just kind of flabby and unhealthy. I can't clean my room because of no energy. My grades are bad I don't know what to do. I have no motivation to do anything. How can I be positive and grateful for the things I have? all I do is plan my future in a bigger room and when I have a "perfect" life. I sleep in the bed I was raped in and I cant do anything about it. I have a therapist but I don't know what to do. Please someone help me. Please. |

She is a small girl standing at only 5'3'' and weighing 106 pounds. However, she has recently been calling me up, asking me if I would go to the park with her, go meet her pastors, have her cook for me, and do other random activities. My parents told me she is just lonely, but it seems that loneliness wouldn't be enough to make her want to hang out with me. Which is further complicated by the fact that my husband is the "breadwinner" (I stay home with the kids and only work part time), he has put us in massive amounts of debt which is all in my name, and we have a daughter together. Also, we have separated multiple times but had to continue living together due to our dire financial situation and every time, I fall back into his traps. He keeps telling me how he's going to change, how he will be a better husband, he's going to start making more money for us, etc.. I just feel really helpless because I am smart enough to know better but all these variables keep me either stuck or coming back. I don't think he is capable of real change nor do I see a real future with him (due to his past poor choices when he was drinking that impacted us all. He has since quit drinking but only after his 3rd dui and multiple other bad choices that have drained our finances, emotions, etc). And I don't have any family who can help me nor are any of my friends in a position to take me and my 2 kids in. |
