| Question: How do I get around the blowout of not having my father walk me down the aisle? Posted: 03 Jan 2020 07:24 PM PST I know it's not going to be easy but my father has always been abusive towards me and I don't want him to walk me down the aisle. I have a mental health issue and the family acts as if I am crazy for no reason. I was raped repeatedly and had a child who was raised as my cousin. Certain members of the family say I am delusional but a DNA test would prove it. Should I bother having the same ole discussion that never goes anywhere...I tell them why I don't do family stuff and they say I'm delusional. Talking to them never goes anywhere. I can move forward in life without them. |
