Last month he texted me, asking if I saw the new Star Wars movie, which was weird because he knew I hadn't. I tell him that, and so he says "oh, well I was thinking about seeing it next weekend." I felt bummed, wondering who he'd be watching it with. Instead I just asked him where he'd be watching it, and to my surprise he replies: "Well, here, or maybe in your city? Wherever you wanna watch it. I just thought it would be nice to watch it with a fellow Star Wars fan." (He lives in a small farm town 3 hours away from me.) I was surprised! All of this was so weird. On one hand, we've never talked about Star Wars together. He would only know I'm a huge fan through our mutual friends, or through snooping online. Of course I say yes! The night before the movie, he asks if he could sleep on my couch, but I had to say no because I live with people. My coworker offered to host him and my crush was okay with it... but asked a bunch of questions about the house he dropped me off at a few months ago. On the day of the movie, I find out that he didn't even pack an overnight bag, and wasn't planning on staying with my coworker at all. He drove 3 hours just to watch a movie with me, and headed back home on icy roads at 9PM. We got dinner at a bar after the movie. He only planned on staying for 45 mins, but we ended up chatting for 3 hours until close. He insisted on driving me home at the end... Could he like me? The thing is, I've been in love with him for a year now. I asked him on a date (in text) last May, and he ignored it... We barely knew each other at that time, but we became friends (as opposed to former work colleagues/acquaintances) last October. Before then, he thought I was much younger than I am. We started dating on and off in 2013 and in 2016 FINALLY just stayed together. After high school he was shipped off and joined the military. In the 6/7 years we've been together, we have NEVER spent Valentine's Day together. Naturally, I am very excited because he will finally be in town for it and I'm just really excited because 1. It's my favorite holiday and 2. I have a Valentine and he'll be home and not out of state!! However, he's not much of a "romance" guy you could say and really doesn't like the holiday at all and it feels kind of like whatever I plan, he's just going to say yes to just "make me happy" and be done with it. He would go to a mutual friend's party because I was there and he'd talked to me but I thought we were just friends. Then I was told that he liked me. I went to him and explained to him I don't date. I asked him if he still wanted me to go to that party he invited me to, to which he said yes. It was an overall nice time and right before I left he pulled me aside and said I know you're not ready to date right now, but when you are, I'm here. He misunderstood and over Christmas break he tried to hang out with me, but told him no. I told him I was busy. Back from Christmas, he got me a gift, the card said, "I'll be waiting for you whatever it takes." There was also a necklace, there was a note that basically said he wanted to see a movie, have lunch with me, and take a picture with me in front of the Christmas teacher we would've been at with me wearing that necklace that he wanted to put around my neck himself. Posted: 14 Jan 2020 05:25 PM PST So the 3 year old i nanny for gets very emotion when i tell him to do something new after being shown how to do it multiple times. For example tonight at dinner he buckled himself into the highchair even though I told him not 2 as he has to get up all the time to pee at dinner ( the high chair is more a booster for on a normal chair up at the table. I told him if he buckles himself in then he need to unbuckle himself when he wants down. He wanted down so what I did what I took his sisters chair and showed him how to do it. I didnt get upset with him just showed him how to do it and said now you do it. He just stared at me and started to get tears in his eyes and would not really try to do it. Another example is that he know when I ask him to get out of the car when we get home that he is suppose to get out of his seat after I unbuckle and open his door and get out and then close it. Well when he closes the door he does it so slowly/softly that it doesnt close all the way so this past week we have been working on closing doors and pushing them closed so they close all the way. Today I said "okay buddy its time to close the door you have done so well with practice you can do it." He closed the door and it didnt close all the way so I opened it again and said try again you can do it. He just stared at me it took 15 mins of just standing their with tears in his eyes before I closed it and told him to go into the house and we can try again later. I never got mad or raised my voice. I talk calmly to him and encourage him and tell him he is doing a great job. Dies anyone have any suggestions on this I think he is just not confident |

Posted: 14 Jan 2020 04:53 PM PST I was talking with an old guy friend, on messenger, I seem interested in him, he was trying be nice, he was flirting with me, giving me compliments, like calling me cute and attractive than was asking to get physical straight away I wasn't interested. Than I blocked him and unblocked him to let him know How I felt, than he apologised. He got back at me by ghosting me and ignoring me he finally responded back to my old conversation that he didn't want to talk too me anymore said bye. Than I just ignored it. |

Posted: 14 Jan 2020 04:51 PM PST So I used to talk to this guy for almost 3 years, he really tried hard to win me over which he did (I was such a hard to get tsundere) so anyway we had long distance situationship but then he had someone else from close to him and got my heart broken on spring 2019 and since then I started seeing his name. So I've been wondering is it some kind of hint or what does it really mean? I got a H&M newsletter to my email about new looks and had his name on it On youtube sometimes I see on the comment section someone else having his name and even on a video saw one, AND ON A MOBILE GAME POKEMON MASTERS. Even on news couple times like wtf |
