Posted: 11 Jan 2020 01:17 PM PST I got about 100 bucks for Christmas this year from my grandmother as a gift, and I'm currently saving towards something I've wanted for forever. My mom entered my room today, asking me if I could give her it for the week and she would pay me back Thursday. (Mind you I know she's been planning it as she has constantly been asking when I'm going to put the money into my bank account that she has access to.) I absolutely don't trust my mother with money, as she generally spends it on alcohol, and has been stealing from my bank account for three years. I want to tell her no, but last time I did after she spent her last fifteen bucks on wine, she had a tantrum and told me she hated me and I was an ungrateful *****. The whole carride to my father's house was nothing but her attempting to make me feel bad, which severely damaged my mental state for the day. I'm afraid that if I tell her no, she can't have it, she'll do the same thing and not feed me today (food is very important to me as I really only get fed at dinner by her, friends have been noticing by how much I eat) and I'm just overall scared and have been crying for a while now. What should I do? My mother knows I have the money because I stupidly told her I had it in the bag at her house, so saying I left it elsewhere is out of the question.
Question: Need opinions on boyfriend’s family conflicts? ? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 12:44 PM PST Thank hate my boyfriends mom. Some things shes done to him have included stealing his identity to get a credit card and put him in debt, leaving him with an awful credit score. Would ask him for money every few days, and he pays for all his own bills, including phone. Giving him a home environment that is not safe or sanitary and making no moves to fix it, along with the MANY other things shes done. She hasnt had a job since he was born. She was the reason the family got evicted, because she went on a complete drug bender, left them with no money. She WAS an addict. well a few weeks ago, my boyfriend came home to find her high. This was even more infuriating to me because their reason for continuing to stay in their house bc they dont have money to move. His father is in the picture but is so spineless. Never calls his wife out or takes his credit/debit card away from her. Its just a mess. I feel as though when my boyfriend tells me these stories, I get more mad than he does. I always tell him to tell them to stop being selfish, to be better parents, to tell his mom to get a job, and to tell them how their actions hurt him. He always tells me he doesnt want to cut ties and hes just waiting until he can leave. Well we've been dating for two years and im growing more and more frustrated with his lack of being able to stand up for himself and just letting his family constantly walk all over him. Am I justified for feeling this way? What should I do? Someones gunna say "tell him to just leave" well my boyfriend is a full time student and works as much as possible, still not giving him enough money to pay for rent in the city where we live in, as well as paying all his bills that his family doesnt help with at all. I know that saying this to a drug addict wont make them stop doing drugs but who knows if itll make them take **** more seriously? Im just also frustrated bc my boyfriend would give her money he didnt have, leaving him without food etc, and I had to be the one to tell him to stop. Idk if this makes sense but its annoying to constantly tell someone what to do and hard to see his family treat him like **** and him let them.
Question: My daughters neighbours took advantage of her? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 12:21 PM PST Hi, my daughter is 29 and lives in the same building but has her own house if you understand. As I'm her carer as she has mild learning difficulties. She knows right from wrong but is more prone to not thinking things through and therefore does not sense dangerous situations sometimes and makes mistakes more. I'm extremely mad at this neighbor and i cannot even say nothing because it would cause a massive right and someone would have to move house. My daughter lives next door to this married couple who are in their 50s. They help my daughter with giving her some old furniture that she may need. This man did it a lot gaining her trust by constantly coming to her door with all kinds of second furniture. I appreciate that obviously but his intentions are now clear he was doing it for 1 reason. One night this mans wife went on holiday with her daughter without him for a week and he knocked on my daughters door a few times to ask her if she wanted to watch a movie with him. I told her to say no firmly. She did a few times but he kept asking when he'd see her Walking into the flat. She gave in as she has problem saying no and she went in his house and drunk alcohol with him. I cant tell you how mad i am! She ended up telling me the next day that things happened and she regrets going in as she feel she could not say no. She tells me he was talking perverted and he came onto her and she gave willfully in as she was scared of she saying no and went along with it. Help!!! What do i do? My daughter said he tried sex but he was tiny to actually get inside. They both did oral only. This makes me sick and i want this man to suffer for doing this to my gorgeous daughter. There was no force or threatening behavior. My daughter explained that he just chanced his luck being intimate and came on to her stripping her clothes and she went along with stripping off. I told her that is not rape because she didn't say anything and her actions showed different. This is all based on what she's telling me.

Question: Do you agree with my mom? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 10:50 AM PST My mom said that it's totally possible to have kids when you're in college and there is no need to get married. Well my mom had me at 22 in 2003 so that's 8 years younger than average here so she was a young mom and she wasn't married either. I wish I knew my dad tho. I don't know if I agree with her. She said that it's possible in a good way
Posted: 11 Jan 2020 10:46 AM PST My mom was currently put out of work for a medical leave, and she is going to have surgery cause she is loosing feeling in her right arm because of a slipped disc in her neck. And she is getting really bored just sitting at home, she keeps saying she needs a purpose since she isn't that old. What can my mom do that can be easy, is there anything she can do at home?
Posted: 11 Jan 2020 09:45 AM PST My dad constantly calls me names, whenever I don't know how to do something, he'll tell me I'm retarded or worthless. He doesn't even call me by my name anymore, he calls me dumb dumb. He always says I'm a horrible person, I'm evil, a brat, a *****, cold hearted etc & that I never listen...even though people at school have told me I'm quiet, obedient, sweet & kind. I try to be nice to my dad but nothing I do is good enough. When I was younger I used to always cry, like everyday & he would mock me & tell me that I was too sensitive & that I'm just a ungrateful brat. I honestly don't know how to cope with this, any advice. I've tried talking to him about it just makes it worse
Posted: 11 Jan 2020 09:38 AM PST I live like this. My foster father is a good man of humble origin who has grown and accomplished many things honestly and with effort. And he is a very righteous man. My biological father is immoral and would not have taught me anything good. I just dislike him. I can't like him or consider him as a father. Am I making a mistake in denying it? What would you do in such a situation?
Question: Why my brother is so stupid and unhappy ? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 09:35 AM PST I'm 13 and my brother is 15. Our dad took us to half of Europe but my brother is unhappy because my dad forced him to take days off his boxing training to see what he calls *stupid historic buildings*. Also when we were in Switerzland, he thought he was in France and when we were in Germany, he thought he was in France too and when we were in Dubai, he didn't know where he had. Also whenever someone talks to him, he won't ever anything until you say the word like 3 times. What's wrong with him
Question: Does heroin actually provide warmth or does it just numb your senses? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 09:09 AM PST Let's say I was in a survival situation; A brutal cold winter and my wife kicks me out the house butt naked. Is heroin strong enough to provide my body with physical warmth to help me last the night or do I need something stronger like fentanyl or carfentanyl? I just want to be prepared. I'd hate to go out from hyperthermia

Question: Should I ask my mom to do this? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 07:32 AM PST I have a 14 year old step sister Nancy, my stepmother's daughter that is my best friend. I really like her. I am a 19 year old guy. We are very close. I am very protective of her. She has developed into a beautiful girl. She recently ask me to tell her about boys and sex. I think it is VERY IMPORTANT that she know the facts especially about sex. I don't want her pregnant. I told her I would prefer she talk to her mom about this. She said it would be to embarrassing to talk to her mom and she wants me to educate her about these subjects. Should I tell our mom about here asking about this and ask her to talk to Nancy or should I tell Nancy the facts about her body and how to prevent pregnancy. Nancy trust me completely and feels she can talk to me about anything without embarrassment. Mom and teenage girls, PLEASE give me some advice her. I only what is best for Nancy
Question: How to get my mom off drugs? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 05:01 AM PST Don't know exacly what she's smoking but I seen her doing it and it's definitely not weed. She tries to hide it and whatever it is she rolls it up as if it were weed in a cigar. She's been doing it for years now and when me or my grandma calls her on it she says she's not on drugs but I know she is. It really pisses me off because when I was smoking weed trying to hide it and she knew about it she was really getting on my nerves trying to get me to stop (which I did for other reasons). So how do I get her to stop her habit because what she's doing is not weed. And she has an alcohol problem
Question: Is it normal that mom loves her husband more than me? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 04:39 AM PST I asked her if she loves me or dad more and she told that she loves dad more. I'm 13 and my dad is 50 and mom is 34.
Question: Was this cruel/inappropriate? Or am I overreacting? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 04:36 AM PST Was this cruel and inappropriate? Or am I overreacting? I know this question is a bit TMI but I have a tendency to overthink but my mind is getting the better of me at the moment. My bf has struggled with stomach issues his whole life and every now and again he gets really bad constipation. In the past he'd go to the Dr. and they'd sort him out but since he's turned 18 there's really no point in going. He's been tryna be a little more independent about his health although we're still staying with his mother. She always gets on him about taking meds and stuff. Anyways, a couple nights ago his stomach was bothering him so much he was in pain and couldn't sleep, speak or even move. His mom got him this little bottle enema thing and just swiftly rolled him on his side and put it in his bum. I think the whole night had me in shock for a while but it's been going through my head ever since. I just dont think it was ok for her to do it the way she did, she didnt check with him give any warning or anything. Dont get me wrong, I'm glad it made him feel better but I just feel like, although she's him mother she should at least consult with him about it first and not expose him or embarrass him the way she did. He doesnt seen bothered but I know if it were me I'd be livid. My sister thinks I'm overthinking but I disagree.
Question: Concerned about my grandparents being 1st cousins? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 02:53 AM PST I recently found out that my grandparents on my dads side(his parents) were first cousins and so I have a few feelings/questions... 1.) I feel a bit disgusted, 2.) I'm now worried this may affect the children I have in the future. 3.) is it possible that it's had any affect on me? As far as I'm aware my dad doesn't have any issues other than issues with his stomach, but I know my aunt and her daughter(my cousin) have health issues.
Question: I hate my new daughter in law? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 02:02 AM PST Why did she have to exist? Why do I have to share my precious son with her? I never wanted my son to ever get married. Why did my son have to get married ? I just want my son all for myself :( and I hate seeing my daughter in law's face her voice is soft and mousy like her stupid families I told my son to leave her so I can have him all for myself but he won't what do I do? This is not a troll
Question: Birthday gift ideas for my mom’s 30th bday? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 01:53 AM PST My mom will turn 30 in a week and I think I should get something nice for her. I'm only 14 so it can't be too expensive.
Question: What should I do in this situation? Posted: 11 Jan 2020 01:14 AM PST I once caught my elder sister with a boy (who is kind of Playboy). Now she is married and no longer in touch with that guy but still she never listen to my parents. She always argues with her husband and her mother-in-law but when my parents try to give her some advice, she starts arguing with them. Should i stop talking to her as i want to keep distance from her now?
Question: Why is my dad so selfish? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 11:40 PM PST We currently are on a trip to Norway and we only have one hotel room. I sleep in the small bed and my parents are in the double bed. It has been a great trip do far but last night I woke up to pee and saw my behind mom and she was sleeping on her back. He was trying to have sex with her which was disturbing as I was in the same room and she was asleep. My mom is 41 and dad is 42 and I'm 19.

Question: My Dad is always trying to start arguments with me than but the blame on me? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 08:14 PM PST I am a 17 year old male my Dad is 57 years old my Mom and Dad got divorced when I was 2 because they always were fighting they got married in 1990 and divorced in 2004. I live in a town in the country in the southwestern part of Ohio (Population of 5500 people) no other towns around for many miles all woods and fields our town is very safe middle to high class town my family has been here for 7 generations. My Dad always been grumpy and negative all he does is sit on the couch with the T.V. on and nonstop talk about all doom and gloom he is always bringing up and insulting my Mother and my Grandparents who dearly loved me who both have passed away and go on and on and he always brings up stuff from long in the past things I have heard probably into the hundreds of times (or more). My Dad always jumps up and yells so loud (Over little things anything actually) we will puff his stomach in bend over slightly and do a drill sergeant yell so loud that we have had neighbors come over yelling back at him because they can hear his yelling inside their house its so loud. I have Adhd,Autism,PDD,PTSD,OCD. He breaks stuff a lot I actually have photos of things he has broke including the time he kicked through the closet door. When he gets mad its over sometimes nothing or just because he has a bad day I do my best to ignore it but he will start breaking stuff and following me around the house even when I am in the bathroom, doing chores, or even in the same room just screaming for hours. He will even call the police on me for random thing including locking myself in my room, and telling him to stop engaging a argument and they all know me and him the entire department the officers will just tell my Dad hey we cant do anything to help and they will end up just walking out of the house and leaving the police chief said to quit calling them about useless things. He really just brings me down I dont start anything I am always calm and quite and he starts having epic meltdowns.
Question: How do I respond when my Dad uses me to get his enemies back? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 07:41 PM PST He uses me by things like barring me even at age 38 from being around those he fights with. I face his fury if I go see the person and he finds out. I also face false allegations. My mother used to do this when she finally grew up my Dad took over at playing this game.

Question: When did your parents die? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 05:37 PM PST My parent both passed away months apart from each other in 2012. Even though it has been 7 years, I still miss them greatly. I think I have some PTSD from their deaths, since they died three months apart from each other. When did your parents die?
Question: My Fiancé doesn’t even acknowledge my 15 year old? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 04:36 PM PST We live together along with his 12 year old son. She's a handful. In and out of trouble for skipping school and smoking pot. I'm dealing with all that the best I can, but she is constantly walking the line and I'm constantly disciplining her for one thing or another. Doors slam a lot because of her and she's a difficult kid. He acts like she doesn't exist, and it's been going on for a long time now. He goes through her room constantly, and always is trying to find her in the wrong. He doesn't even say hello or goodbye to her, it's borderline just weird. We eat dinner in silence because his dislike for her is just hanging in the air. This has been going on for months. I'm not sure I can continue to live with this guy much less marry a man that treats her like that. I know she's a pain, but she is the child here. I feel like I'm in a house of all teenagers, and I'm the only adult. I know he's counting the days until she's gone. Typing this out in turn makes me dislike him for disliking here. What a cycle! Does this turn around? Should I move out, and try and out her in a healthier surrounding? No wonder she is an unhappy kid, right?
Question: What can i do about my brothers behavior? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 04:27 PM PST My brother is about to turn 30 and still lives at home. He goes to work and as soon as he comes home he runs downstairs and plays his video games till around midnight every single day. He hardly does anything around the house to help me or my mom. My mom has declining health and is up in age and has needed us to help out more than normal and i have stepped up. I take her to doctors appointments, taken off work to help her with errands and do pretty much all the chores around the house. He however cannot be asked a single question or even bothered without him getting an attitude and screaming at us. He seems to be living in his own little world as he is a grown man who plays play station online with 16 year olds. He always has a problem with the simplest requests and it hurts our mom because she has always been there for us and he treats her and I like trash. I am 24 and she made me executor of her estate if anything were to happen because she knows he wouldn't step up. I tell her she needs to kick him out because he hardly contributes, and doesn't even pay her rent every month like i do and when he does he complains about not having money but has endless video games and a giant desktop computer and monitors. I am heart broken my mom has to deal with this child in a mans body who simply does not want to take responsibility. What can i do about this? if anything...
