I bought a condo last April, and the neighbors from hell moved in in September. A mother and her daughter. The daughter is a hoodrat. First week she was here, she had the music on FULL BLAST. Keep in mind, we're sharing walls. I went over on two different occasions to ask her to lower it, NICELY. She retaliated by throwing dog **** in my yard.  I contacted the president. A letter was sent, no more loud music. still, She sits in her car for an hour at a time, music going full blast, smoking weed. this is in front of my living room window, where I watch tv every night after work. Myself and another neighbor complained to the association, I also contacted the president. A letter was sent. Her bedroom is lined up with mine, my headboard is where her headboard must be. She has a floor box fan, and it leans against the mutually shared wall. This fan sounds like a jackhammer against the wall. I messaged her on FB, asked her to lower it multiple times, she didn't listen. So I had to contact the president, then it was resolved.  Last night, it was back against my wall. I have HAD IT. My wall was shaking, vibrating, sounds like pellets are being shot against my wall full force. I can't sleep hearing this, no one could. I called the cops. I couldn't take it anymore. The cops came last night, and today she sat outside in the car with her music blasting, and was hanging outside at 3 AM, and woke up a few of my neighbors. What do I do? They need to go! Was I right to call? I own my condo, they rent
