I think I am getting along with someone and they end up being more of a friend than others doing the same thing. I am 35 and it happens allot sometimes.

Im a dude and im 25,  there was this girl Sheila who was a work friend.  But i liked her soo much,  the problem was that she had a husband.  I felt connection with her,  and later on i found out she liked me too....soo later she pushed me away and stopped talking to me.  She went on a stress leave for 8 months and she just came back few days ago.    The problem is that i like this girl so damn much,  i respect her marriage and i would never do anything to ruin it.   But deep inside i cant move on from her,  ive dated many girls,  ive done everything but i cant stop thinking about her.  Ive never felt this before,  and she's always in my head. I miss our conversations and i miss seeing her smile every morning.  This is hurting me soo much....deep inside i feel like maybe i have unresolved issues with her.   What is happening to me please help?????

I knew of this online friend for a very long time (about 10 years). She was coming to town for work and we had been talking pretty consistently for the last year so I said we should meet up. I am married but my wife knew about our friendship and came along when we met up. Everything felt fine, normal, and we continued talking how we always did for months after we met in person. However the past month something changed. I post on social media quite often. Typically Facebook stories of just what's going on in my life. She watches them, but doesn't say anything to me..and if I message her about a new band or movie that I think she'd like (typical conversation for us), she's just very short and it ends there. I don't want to ask her about it and give the wrong impression (I'm married, and there's is no romantic interest with my friend at all - just to be clear). But I can't help that I did something wrong.. though I have no idea what that could be. 🤷‍♀️

I've been dating this guy for 3 months and have been to his place three times but never had sex. We finally had sex last week in his car. I said I want to go to his place next time and he was like "you know what will happen right?"

I have known her for over six years and mostly bonded over being both shy introverted people. She's very eager to see how I look and then show me her. Although, I am quite ugly. I don't want to lose a friend, I'm quite lonely and she's the only person I talk to other than my mom. By lose, I mean she sees my face, then decides to slowly cut me off and not talk to me as much, because of my appearance. This will indefinitely change the way we view each other no matter the circumstance, but this has been the next step for us for a while now and I've been very nervous.

Ok. I'm asking advice if I should say anything or let this friend go. My friend began cheating on her fiancé with an older man. He's 45, she's 22. He has a lot of money, and she's referred to him as her "sugar daddy". He buys her expensive gifts and takes her away on vacations to places like Paris and Tahiti.  She broke up with her fiancé after about 2 months of dating this guy and moved in with the "sugar daddy" who has asked her to marry him after about 5 months. She's changed. And at first I just thought it was the normal change with your friend having a boyfriend. But she's like a different person. She gave away her pets which she always loved. She lost friends that she loved and now doesn't care.  She's aloof to me even though I've never said anything negative about the sugar daddy. I've only told her "you can have any guy you want" because she is attractive and had a good heart.  But her focus has been all on money now and new things, like the most expensive clothes or whatever... I guess people just change and grow apart. But we were best friends and she's like a different person. Should I say anything and if so how should I say it? And if I don't say anything, then I am going to cut her out of my life because honestly I just have different values and it's painful to watch a good person care only about money and beauty now, with some older man who wants a trophy. Tia. I do hope that a good friend of mine would talk to me if I was throwing away from dreams for money though.

This childhood friend I purposely don't talk to anymore keeps trying to reach out to my sisters and brothers. She keep trying to get in touch with me & I don't know why. For security reasons I don't want to talk to her. I thought that after 15 years you would leave someone alone... You think she's trying to do something bad to me? You would keep messaging her brothers & sisters to tell her that you miss her...LIke really? No, I was stalked, followed and chased etc. as a child by this mentally ill man...He even hacked my phone...long story short.. Was stalked pretty bad & this girl's sister is friends with this mentally ill man's daughter...  Would you feel comfortable talking to this person after that?  I think I may be paranoid...but I just don't feel safe.. I purposely moved and stayed away from this people & I hate facebook...

So I'm a freshman in college and was really excited about spring break. I don't think I'm bossy but I'm always organizing everything So after christmss break , my roommate told me our other friend wanted to get us all  3 together and go to myrtle beach or something This made me kinda excited because I'm a freshman in college and wanted to go to the beach with my friends. And not spend break at hone with my parents But we haven't all talked about it all all and anytime I bring something up abt spring break to my roommate she'll just be like "yeah I'm excited" but won't plan ANYTHING she's overweight and has been trying to lose weight and has made it clear that she's not bikini ready whereas me and our other friend are but still that shouldn't affect the rest of us. It pissed me off because me, my roommate , and her mom were eating lunch and she asked what I was doing for spring break and my roommate literally didn't say anything and just kept eating like she always does.  It just makes me so mad because they got my hopes up and I shouldn't have to be the one to plan things because it wasn't even my idea. Ofc I wanna see my family on break but I'm in college and wanna have fun. It makes me mad because my ex is going to Miami or myrtle beach and I wanted to post a bunch of bikini pics at the beach to show him that I'm having fun. They both make me so mad sometimes, what should I do to make them wanna set this up?

We made a deal together that we will gather enough money until the end of the month, and spend it equally on one specific thing we are considering to buy. Each time he asks of course, I tell him the amount I collected. He recently began to disturb me more by asking me more often. Like I just cannot stand his mind. Instead of asking me again in one week or after a while, he asked me the same question in two days. I am really not thinking that he is showing good friendship by disturbing me with this. If you had a situation like this, would you think this is bad friendship and that your friend is using you?

My friends daughter is getting bullied at school. The bully's parents are best friends with the guidance counselor and they have money. This bully has caused issues with other girls too. She has been reported by a number of other mothers and fathers and nothing happens. My friend has is in a sticky situation because IF she says something again to the principal (she already has in the past) it will make things worse for her daughter and they have already proven they won't do anything about it. Any ideas on what can be done?

I started internship in an eye clinic 5 months ago, and my office manager talked to me about maybe if I understand all the work ups she'd hire me. But ever since the beginning it's been very hard to get some of the techs to help me out on stuff I'm not sure of. If I ask a question they give out this weird vibe almost as telling me I'm annoying. Or when I start to shadow them, they also seem pretty annoyed. Sometimes I ask them a quick question and they act as if they didn't hear me. They don't acknowledge me at all. Im always saying good morning and asking simple questions like "how was your weekend" and I always get a simple answer like "not interested in you".    I've noticed that they get really annoyed with patients *** well. Like you can see it in their face, and one girl even has it in her tone of voice. I think to myself maybe they are all just stressed because they've been here a while. But there's this girl who's been here for 10 years and she's the only one whose supported me. Idk if it's a right place to work? Maybe just get my foot in the door ? 

My friend has always had tattoos since he was 17. He recently got out of a bad marriage in December and since then, he has gotten 6 tattoos and not small ones but BIG ones. He has scheduled tattoo appointments (about two a week) leading up into March. I'm pretty worried and think he is destroying his body. Is is even possible to have a tattoo addiction? He says he's fine and just using some of the divorce money from his ex husband to get tattoos he's always wanted but couldn't get in the marriage because his husband hated tattoos. Opinion? Should I try and get help for him?

i wanna know about different peoples friend groups for a study.  mine- I am friends with three siblings 1) 16 year old girl 2) 15 year old girl 3) 18 year old boy (my ex)  They live 3 hours away and i have only seen them once since October. I saw my ex new years day and saw his sisters for the first time this weekend.  I am friends with two brothers (probably my closest friends) 1) 16 year old boy (my best friend) 2) 14 year old boy  I see them once a month. They live an hour away and stay in my city overnight once a month. When they do, we go to dinner together. My girl gang! 1) 17 year old girl (my best friends ex) 2) 16 year old girl (super close friend) 3) 17 year old girl (closer friend)  Other 1) 17 year old girl (only see her at church wednesday and hang out. usually talk once a week) 2) 16 year old girl (only see her at church and only talk once a week). we would hang out but she also lives an hour away.  3) my best friend from elementary school. we talk maybe two or three times a month and hang out once every 3-4 months. 

I'm a 19 year old female and yesterday, I went to the swimming pool with one of my classmates, who's a 23 year old woman. I wore a blue mono swimsuit and she wore a white bikini. She kept praising my talent in swimming and I thought that's completely normal and I appreciated her compliments. But when we got tired, we went to lean on the edge of the pool and when I stretched my body, she started staring at my body and smiling at me. I felt very uncomfortable. I'm a straight woman and I know she has a boyfriend. So, what's the point?

hi! I am 16 (f) and my best friend is also 16 (m). I have realized the past few weeks I really do like him. But does it sound like we both like each other? - we talk on instagram everyday. But i didnt look at my phone until 5 pm yesterday, so he spammed me and texted me on imessage and was really happy when I texted because he was very worried.  - my other friend says there is no way i dont like him - everyone always thinks we are a couple  - he says he talks to me more than anyone else - someone asked me if he was coming to prom with me, and i told him as a joke, and he said "heck yeah im coming to prom" ALSO..  I really want him to go to prom with me (he doesnt go to my school). How do I ask him?! LOL im so scared I only see him once a month for literally an hour. My best friend and his brother live an hour away and are in my town once a month and when they are they pick me up and take me to dinner 

A just started working at a new job where everyone there was already super close and ended up vibing with a girl that I thought was pretty cool. Rumors started spreading that I wanted to hook up with her and as a result she and her friend decided it would be funny to prank me by putting her breastmilk (that she pumps periodically for her 7month-old) into my coffee. She makes coffee/tea for everyone and apparently she did this to another new comer that prompted him to quit. I've only been working here for almost 2 months and she allegedly only started doing it 2 weeks ago and was going to reveal the sick joke in April fools. One of my other coworkers felt bad and told me yesterday. Needless to say, I wont be drinking anything from her again but also, I dont want her to feel like she got away with it. I also dont want to quit and let her win. I feel like this should count as a crime but idk. Yea were both young but she's being super childish. And if it werent for the fact that she's a single teen mom, I'd have reported her to our boss by now.

So me and 2 friends were planning on going to amsterdam next week, all paid for and all planned but last minute my work have decided they can't give me the time off. I feel awful and don't want to tell my friends, but I'm just wondering whether or not they'd still be able to go? And if I'll have to pay anything more for it?

The first time I cheated was 3 years ago when I made out with a mutual friend. Our relationship was rough after that, but he gave me another chance. We got into a huge fight couple weeks ago in which he brought up my past. I left and got some drinks with my best friend. I ended up hooking up with someone at the bar in my car. I came clean when I was sober and Jesus it was awful. He packed his bags and left by the time I woke up the next morning. It's been impossible for me to get a hold of him. I heard from his friend that he moved to California for a little bit to stay with his brother. I f'ed up bad this time and I feel like I'm losing my mind. I'm 24 and he is 25.

This girl I like went to a party with my friends and I Saturday night and we got pretty drunk. We talked most of the night and just hung out alone. On the ride home she sat next to me in the middle sit (we were alone in the backseat) she had her head resting on my shoulder and just randomly she bit me on the shoulder. If kind of hurt at first but then felt really good. I honestly didn't know what to do so I just laughed a bit, but didn't do anything else. She got dropped off and nothing else happened and now I'm just wondering what it was about. I like her but she has this guy she's kind of seeing so I'm not really making any moves on her. I'll probably see her tomorrow at school (we don't have any classes together so it's not for sure). Any advice?
