Question: Was he about to give up? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 05:52 PM PST He tried for sex on 2nd/3rd dates but I wasn't ready. Then I think he was becoming distant by the 10th....rescheduling things here and there...but then now after sex, he goes through with another date plan. Was he about to give up before? |
Question: Did Tara love me very much? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 05:33 PM PST I'm a guy and I have a learning disability. I was friends with a girl named Tara she now lives in Arizona. She described herself like a nurturing mother and protective, very protective , overprotective, wanting to protect me like her own child and wanting to protect me from bullies and me being very special to her. She was always looking out for me. |
Posted: 17 Jan 2020 05:18 PM PST I just started my second semester of freshmen year in College. I made a few acquaintances last semester and hung out with them a few times, but that's it. Most of the time I was in my room. I would and currently go most places on campus by myself. I like my alone time but not 24 /7 and I don't like looking like a loner. I really only talk to my roommate,( we have become good friends) and my group from high school. I see all my friends from high school posting on Snapchat etc, hanging out with people all the time and always going out on the weekends. I know social media can be deceiving but still. Some times the only person I have talk to all day are my parents on the phone. |
Question: Does he see me as a GF? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 04:38 PM PST We've been dating and recently I asked him over text if I could tell my friends that he's my boyfriend. He replied, "No answer." But he has said he's dating only me. Then a few days later, he joked about us going to a strip club and I was like yea sure. (We haven't had sex yet though). Two days later we met for a date and he said "strip clubs aren't places to take girlfriend or boyfriend." So I'm confused? Does he see me as a GF? |
Question: How do I get my parents trust back? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 04:20 PM PST For the past 2 months I've lied about what I had been up to. I've drank, vaped and done some other things. They went through my camera role and found out and after 2 weeks started to warm up. They found more things out and now won't let me hangout with my best friends. I'm trying to give it time but they said that even in time they don't think they'll let me go back to any of their places. These people that I've been hanging out with are good people, they just choose to look at the worst of what we've done. (I'm 14) |

Question: Why does no one like me? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 02:46 PM PST At work people don't joke with me like they joke with each other. They're more serious with me. I just don't feel comfortable around them. I feel like they're really judgemental and dishonest. Like they'll talk bad about each other, but they'll hang out with each other too. They don't talk to me much either. I'll just sit there in the break room feeling the odd ball. I never did anything to them. I'm nice to them, I do my job, and I don't engage in any negative conversations. Yet no one likes me. I feel like they all think badly of me. Even my family though. None of them call me except my mom and brother. I'm never invited to anything with anyone, friends or family outside of those two. I feel like I'm a pretty good guy, I would like to hang out with me. I like to kayak, ride motorcycles. But a lot of times, I don't know what to say to people. It seems like they only say stupid things so I freeze up, I don't know how to respond so I just kinda laugh and move on. Then I come off as quiet or stuck up or something. It's like a lose-lose situation. Either I become a total idiot or I accept the fact that I'm a loser and I don't understand how it happened. |

Question: If someone or people ''misportray'' you, what can you do about it? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 01:49 PM PST asking this again because of no intelligent helpful answers. in my distant past, i've been in the unfortunate situation where, strangers who i didn't know too well were misportraying who i was to others, basically telling lies, tarnishing my character with the intention of getting people to perceive me differently than what was the actual truth, their talk about me had no basis in fact or reality. naturally i was furious about the situation they put me in, and it took all my restraint not to get aggressive with those who did it...fortunately the people who they misportrayed me too, knew me better than to believe the lies they were hearing. but i want to know, in a situation like that, how should one react to it? what is the best response? for your information, i am a 42 year old man from england, im also white caucasian, thanks. |
Question: I don’t trust my parents ? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 01:41 PM PST Hey I'm almost a 16 year old boy and I have trust issues with my parents, I don't really tell them secrets or nothing and I feel more comfortable telling my closest friends. I know I've been like this for a long time and I barely can get anything off my chest talking to my parents for advice. I'm lived a hard life so far with not so good friends and I met new ones who I trust a lot. Please help |
Question: Locate someone online? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 12:09 PM PST Hey! My friend moved schools when she was in 4th grade and she's always been looking for this one person. I'm known for being able to find almost anybody, but she barely remembered anything about this dude- no name or anything. I managed to find a picture of him online, but after reverse-image-searching it on Google nothing came up; hit a dead end, I guess. I'm a lil stumped here, honestly. She really wants to be able to at least say hi to him again. Any tips? |

Question: I can't stop worrying about my friend. What should I do? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 10:33 AM PST I've been really worried about my friend lately. She deactivated her Facebook accounts back in early December of last year and it feels like we've been talking less and less through text as time goes on since then. Also never answers her calls. I couldn't get a reply out of her for a straight week because apparently she had to travel up to Boston from Virginia with her 3 kids because her mom lost her home abruptly and she's trying to get all that sorted out. It's been about another week since I've heard anything from her. I keep thinking of all the bad things that could happen to her. I have this impending sense of doom. I keep searching her name online to check if she's dead. I've been using alcohol and smoking to cope. My anxiety is through the *censored* roof. What should I do? Should I get counseling? Is the problem with me and not her? I just hate the thought of something bad happening to her and I can't get these thoughts out of my head. She means the world to me. |
Posted: 17 Jan 2020 08:38 AM PST So I live in a house with 4 other people and we share one bathroom. I've noticed that sometimes I go in there and someone has taken a sh*t but has not opened the window. These housemates love to complain about every little thing and are very anal (pardon the pun) about small stuff so I brought this up and the guy that complains the most about cleanliness (Mr Perfect) was trying to suggest that he didn't see anything wrong with it, that he expects a bathroom to smell bad anyway. Was I being unreasonable for bringing this up? |
Question: I need help with this please? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 05:19 AM PST I am a 28 year old female and I have a best friend that's 60 and me and her we're talking one day and she told me that if I told her that I was done being her friend that she was still going to talk to me but why would she still talk to me if we were to stop being friends? And she also thinks it's not ok to go months without talking. Does it sound like she's trying too hard to be my friend? |
Question: I need help with this ? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 04:38 AM PST How do you know if a person wants you in their life? I know this might sound like a dumb question sorry |
Posted: 17 Jan 2020 03:59 AM PST judging those people? I don't believe in judging people. But sometimes it's hard not to. |
Question: Why do certain people have short tempers? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 12:40 AM PST |
Question: Housemates are awful? Posted: 17 Jan 2020 12:07 AM PST I hooked up with a guy that my housemate had a crush on. They weren't a thing at all, in fact he had a thing with another girl at the time, which I only recently found out. I apologized to my housemate and she said she needed time but that we'd get back to where we were. It's now been over 2 months and only 1 of my housemates talks to me (it's cuz he's a guy and thinks its stupid). Everyone I have told thinks they're being completely unreasonable and dumb for completely ignoring me, even though we LIVE TOGETHER. My roommate is a complete ***** now even though we were super close before. I've caught her eating my food on multiple occasions and when I speak to her all she does it scoff or laugh, doesn't even respond. I'm over trying to mend things so I'm looking for pranks that I pull on my roommate that are subtle enough to annoy her but not be traced back to me. |
Question: Why would somebody want to be called "The Turkulator"? What does it even mean? Posted: 16 Jan 2020 11:59 PM PST This guy joined our team at work. Big bearded 'Lumbersexual' looking dude. He says he doesn't like his real name and his friends all call him 'The Turkulator" or 'Turk' for short. I am kind of concerned about calling him 'Turk' because he is actually Scandiavian, so I guess I have to call him 'Turkulator'. But that just makes me cringe whenever I say it. |
Posted: 16 Jan 2020 11:33 PM PST I find this unbelievable that people who closed their doors to me, suddenly want to visit. That goes for family too. Why do people act like that? When I lost my house, suddenly people were too busy, or it was not convenient, despite me always comming over, and they staying at my place. Now that I've moved and got my **** together, people want to visit me? Or add me on fb |

Question: I'm jealous of my best friend? Posted: 16 Jan 2020 08:17 PM PST My friend gets to do everything before me. She got a boyfriend before me, she lost her virginity before me, she's done everything before me. Fortunately, for once I was able to do something before her. My school is doing a trip to Europe in Spring and I was able to sign up go, but she couldn't because she had to go on vacation with her family to Connecticut. This made me happy, because I was finally doing something before her. She's never been to Europe. I'd go to Europe before her, and that's something I'd always have a one up on her for because it would be something I experienced first before she got to it. But then my happiness was ruined when I found out that she's going to Europe and her trip will be way better than mine. I only get to be in Paris for two days, she'll be there for three freaking weeks. Her grandmother is super rich and surprised her with a three week trip to Paris for her birthday and as a reward for graduating high school. She'll be staying in a 5 star hotel, and she's going to have a luxurious amazing trip. When she was telling me the details about her trip today at school I was so jealous. It's truly gonna be idyllic while I only get a school trip where I'll be seeing everything in a rushed manner and will be staying in a cheap hotel room that I have to share with another classmate. Her trip will be way better than mine. Again, she has beat me. |
