Question: What happens to the weird kids after high school? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 05:28 PM PST There is this girl in my senior class and she's weird. She wears glasses, braces, and somehow had clear skin without makeup, she has a bad sense of style like lol one time she wore khaki capris and a t-shirt to school. She never wears makeup and yet somehow she has blue eyes and clear skin. She had braces put on 2 years ago and she told me that she won't get them off until next year. She also is short , has big breasts, and wears like a size 6. She doesn't talk much but seems so sensitive and people say mean things to her on Instagram. She deserves it because she has a Unaboob and a big butt well she doesn't really have a Unaboob. She has a part time job at Steak and shake but yet didn't go to the senior football night. She also gets food stuck in her braces a lot She tries to make friends with the popular kids but we laugh at her for her bad style, being shy, and she sucks at sports |
Question: Should i ask my friend whether we’re cool or not? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 05:00 PM PST So basically I liked one of my friends and like he went on a date with someone else and I was really sad, so I vented to one of my other friends about it. And then she started to spy on my friend without my knowledge, like trying to find who the girl he went out with was. I didn't know what to do. Because even if I told her to stop, she'd still do it anyways so I just didn't say anything. So then I'm in a house party with my friends and she's there and she tells me "I found the girl he went out with and she told me the date didn't go well." And she also told me that he liked me again. She didn't have any proof whatsoever but since i still liked my friend, I believed her because I thought I'd have another chance with him. So then, since I'm really happy, I tell one of my other friends about what happened. And he happened to be like really close friends with my friend and he told my friend about it. So after I got home from school, I get a message from my friend saying hey can I ask you something? So I say yes. and he's all like "you don't have to answer, but who told you my date went bad?" I didn't know what to do because I'm not the type of person that rats their friends out. And he was just like "are you gonna say it or not?" And I was just panicking and after like half an hour he was just like "we aren't cool anymore." So then I try to explain it without names and he's sends me a paragraph. I ran out of space so I'll explain the rest seperately. The paragraph was off the words of, "I'm a bit angry that you took too long to respond and that you won't tell me who did it, but you invaded my privacy, I knew what you were planning to do. And I don't like you anymore. You should move on, and don't do what you did to me to anyone else." So like I'm really hurt by this. And in class I'm trying to find the dude who snitched but without looking at my friend because if I look at him, I know I'm gonna cry. I'm gonna continue again. So then on Friday, I found the guy who snitched on me, and I asked him, "did you tell my friend about the thing?" And he was like "I thought he already knew so I told him." And then I was almost cursing at the dude saying "because of you, my friend probably hates me" and he's just like "oh he doesn't hate you." So I'm just even more confused. So during class, I was in a group with him so I just pretended like nothing happened so I'll see how it goes. But I want to ask if he's still mad at me. |
Question: Why did my friend get so mad at me? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 04:15 PM PST So we where talking and I was started talking about this one kid at school. My friend said "spill the tea". So I went to the fridge and got out the brand new gallon of Red Dimond Sweet Tea and poured it all over the floor. She got really upset and seemed like she was about to cry. She shouted "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!" I tried to explain that she asked me to but before I could answer she called her dad and went to her room and locked her self in. Her dad then came home and said I was not welcome over anymore and he seemed more angry then her. Her mom got home as well and she also seemed pissed as well as her brother. But the dog and cat was happy because they where thirsty and drank and drank and drank. So at least they where not mad at me. So why was she so mad? Do you think she will talk to me again? |
Question: I hate everyone my age? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 04:14 PM PST I'm 18 and I hate everyone in my grade (12th) I haven't been able to have friends since I was very young and I hate everyone in my school. Is this normal |
Question: Was this appropriate?!? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 02:18 PM PST Ok so, my ex boyfriend (18) moved away in October. I (16) saw him for the first time new years day. Im friends with his sisters and reunited with them last night, however i didnt see my ex boyfriend. Today, they came to church, and their 11 year old brother, who i dearly love and am close with, was there as a surprise. I literally started to cry when I saw him and he cried when he saw me. Was this ok? |

Question: If you were really my friend you’d support me!? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 10:09 AM PST If someone tells you this, that you've been friends with for a while, would this statement be considered toxic? Especially if you're giving them advice or trying to suggest a different way of doing things. |
Posted: 26 Jan 2020 09:02 AM PST My sister, and her friend are both 28. I dont know her friend well at all. My sister said she thinks her friend is on drugs. I think she is too, because she has sores on her face, and has lost a lot of weight and just acts wierd. My sister says the boyfriend is the same. Her 7 year old daughter is with her a lot, and I'm afraid the child might be in some kind of danger. I dont have any proof that they are using drugs, but do you think the police will at least go, and investigate? |
Question: How can I get my roommate to share his weed with me in the morning?!? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 09:00 AM PST He always holes himself up in his room and puts a towel under the door so I can't smell but I hear him coughing in there. He knows I smoke. I've shared mine with him and he's shared with me... it's just in the morning he never offers. I think he should share since I'm only charging him $300/mo and I pay all utilities. How do I approached him about sharing? |
Question: How to make friends as a homeschooled introvert? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 08:55 AM PST I'm homeschooled and the closest homeschool group is an hour/hour and a half away. I have friends who live out of state and even then, I don't really talk to them much. I do have a friend who I see on Saturdays, but we don't really talk to each other except on Saturday. I try making conversation with them but they have other and better things to do. I don't go to church. I do D&D at my library, but that's once a week. And my parents won't let me get a job. I have tried different ways to make friends and I've even googled how to make friends, but nothing seems to work. If you have any solutions or advice, please tell me. I'm really starting to despise spending 5 days out of the week alone. Thanks in advance😊 I take ice skating lessons on Saturday, that's how I made one of my friends. The lessons are a shot in the dark because most of the people taking the lessons (at my level at least) are younger than 11; I'm gonna be 16 in two months |
Question: What means if your best friend treat you like trash? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 08:38 AM PST Well she is suppose to be my best friend but she hates very much when i feel confidence and she always tries to put me down and convince me that i am ugly also What is her problem?? i cant understand.... I am always nice to her |
Question: Do you think it’s true: you shouldn’t live with 2 people who are close friends? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 06:56 AM PST My roommate wants to move out because he doesn't get along with our other roommates and also because they don't clean. He asked me to live with him and his close friend. He thinks I clean enough and he gets along with me but he told me he thinks I'm too shy and sensitive. He told me he feels like he has to be careful to avoid offending me so he feels like he can't joke with me. So we don't fight but I think he doesn't have a lot of fun with me at the same time. So I think it's not a good idea living with him and his friend because they'll spend all the time together. Maybe it's not right but I get angry if people are too busy too talk with me and I don't get angry if people don't clean. Do you think I'm right If I say no? |
Question: Did I miss a sign or not? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 06:14 AM PST It may have been nothing but I'm pretty inept so I need help. On Thursday the sister of one of my brothers friends hit me up to hang out of the blue. I met up with her and we just ran a few errands at the mall and hung out. We talked about just random stuff the entire time (I've only known her for about two months) and we stopped at the Starbucks near her house afterwards. Anyway, I bought a drink and offered to get her something too but she declined. When I got my drink I offered her some (half way joking) and accepted and drank from the same straw. I honestly didn't expect her to and we just ended up sharing it and she kept drinking from the same straw. We stayed there for a bit and time just flew by until I dropped her off at her house. I know this may have been nothing but could it have been something? I've only known her for a bit so I'm not sure if she's into me. I've been nervous about asking her out since it'll be awkward if she says no with her knowing my brother and being in the same grade as me. The other times we've hung out she's done things like touch my arm and lay her head on my shoulder so I'm iffy. Sorry the long question. |
Question: How to deal with an attention seeker friend? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 05:35 AM PST I am uncomfortable with this one friend who are clingy, invades my privacy and personal time, she doesn't care when I talked to her about it and keeps on disturbing me. But I can't just cut contact with her because she used to said she had anxiety and I feel bad for her. |
Question: Lies about me were posted on a page and now all of my online friends have blocked me :(? Posted: 26 Jan 2020 02:19 AM PST I was a popular member of a forum I frequent a lot for almost 7 years. I had two freaks stalking me on the site who framed me and I reported them, in revenge they set me up then spread on a well known social media page relating to the forum that I am a stalker, harasser and a mentally unstable liar. Now every single one of my online friends (10+) has blocked me - some of them I've been friends with for years. I've been banned from the forum and everybody believes them and hates me now. The two people running the page have made up a bunch of lies and set me up. I'm feeling really sad and felt so low all day :( |
Question: Do any of you know why she ignored my email? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 10:46 PM PST There's this lady I was friends with on social media a long time ago. We've never met in person. We met through an NKOTB fan club group on Twitter. Although I've never met her in person, she has looked out for me in the past. The first time I got upset with me was when she got back together with an ex-boyfriend. She told me to be careful because I didn't know how committed he was to me. She even told me that she didn't want me wasting my time. I stopped speaking to her after she told me that. She then searched for me a few years ago and we reconnected briefly. When I met a guy and went on a couple dates and didn't hear from him after that, she told me that he's not interested. She checked up on me a few days later and told me that I didn't need a part time text message buddy. I blocked her from social media a month later although she would check up on me randomly. I then sent her a message a few months later that I thought it was a mistake that I accepted her friend request on Facebook. I said it wasn't a good idea to rekindle our friendship and wished her all the best. She didn't bother to respond to that message. A year later, I unblocked her from Facebook and sent her a message saying I didn't need motherly advice from her. Today, after not hearing from her for a few years, I sent her a message saying I was sorry and asked if we could reconnect. She was usually good about responding back to my messages in the past. Although I apologized, why didn't she bother responding? |
Question: Would it be weird to buy my friend/roommate underwear? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 09:22 PM PST We've been friends since our teens, we're in our late 20s now and roommates, both guys. Anyway, the dude walks around in his underwear a lot and it's fine I'm used to it but he's gained weight over the past couple months and his *** is hanging out of them. He's not fat just needs to go up a size and like I said I don't mind him doing it but this is just weird. We've been friends long enough that I doubt he'd be offended especially because he's not fat just needs to go up a size but I don't want him to think I'm checking him out because I'm not but it's hard to miss a big white *** hanging out instead of being covered by boxers |
Question: Why don't I have any friends? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 08:15 PM PST How do I be less socially awkward? |
Question: How would u respond to this friend's rudeness? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 07:53 PM PST I finally stopped hanging out w/ this friend who was... ALWAYS LATE. But get this: he was always ON TIME w/ other friends! It was clear: he didn't care about me. Sometimes he would be over an hour late! One time we were going to an organized event, & he got mad when I told him you couldn't be late to it—(cuz it was organized by someone else!) Like: can't you respect OTHER people's priorities? Worst: I was too stupid to confront him about his rudeness. Looking back, it was outrageous. I just wanna vent: how would you have reacted? Thanks. |
Question: Driving with friends? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 06:43 PM PST I'm part of a small close friend group and one girl just got a car (she is the first out of all of us). The thing is...my parents will not let me go with them no matter how much I beg. My friends understand that it's not my fault and try to tell me plans in advance so I can get a ride but it's annoying with last minute plans. I understand my parents love me and it's for my safety but my friend has had a lot of practice and may even be a better driver than her mom who used to drive us (because her mom came from dinner a lot where she may have drank) One example is that we all slept over and in the morning they went to pick up coffee and my mom made me stay home with the mom. Please let me know if there is anything I can say that will help them change their mind. I feel like something bad can happen just as easily with any driver. |
Question: What do you call someone that "doesn't care?" ? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 06:20 PM PST I have a friend that as soon as something serious comes up, or I have a problem with something she's doing, she says she "doesn't care" and will walk away or stop responding. |
Question: Girl got hassled cause they know I love her what should I do to protect her? Posted: 25 Jan 2020 12:49 PM PST I never told anyone I liked or no one had idea about the two of us, I tried to hide my feelings and I was sure I did, nobody knew about us, until I saw her crying with a scratch on her face, done from a girl and her group of friends jealous of the fact that I was friends with her. I'm sure they did it out of jealousy and meaness, so I pulled the girl's hair after looking for her. Now I'm scared they will still be after her cause she has to see them everyday at school. The girl I love she is really good, shy and caring. If they touch her again I'm going to use my hands, even if it's a girl, I don't care. They have no right to touch her. This happens when people think they're superior to others. They're jealous cause she's smarter than them and she is cuter than those spoiled man's faces, they look like rednecks and they're girls. |
