Posted: 31 Jan 2020 08:35 PM PST Hi, I met this one individual who I care deeply about, I thought we were in a relationship after one night we both admitted having feelings of attraction towards one another and we held hands, snuggled, and hugged. She later told me that we weren't and on the night she said we weren't, we talked again where we once again cuddled, hugged, and even kissed 3 times. She told me that night that she thinks I have a nice smile, that she thinks I'm special, and that she thinks I'm good-looking, but that she's still healing from her previous relationship and just isn't ready to date. She said how her head says yes but her gut says no. What I don't understand is if she truly did care and found me special then wouldn't she fight to make it work? I really want to trust her when she says she's still healing but there's a part of me that says she's saying I'm not good enough and that it's nothing more than a rejection. Any input is appreciated! |

Posted: 31 Jan 2020 08:35 PM PST I used a fake online dating photo not really expecting to meet anyone, but I met a really nice guy who has just asked me out. Now I feel terrible for using the fake photo and I am wondering what I should do. I could either make a real profile with an actual photo of me and quit taking to him from the fake photo profile to see if he'd talk to me through a real photo profile. Or I could take off the fake photo for a few days and then change it to a real photo of me. The fake photo is black and white and looks a bit like me but it's definatey of another woman. If he didn't save it to his phone and went out with me he might not notice that I'm not the same but idk for sure if he'd notice or not. I could just tell him the truth that I was nervous about putting an actual photo of myself on a dating web site but idk if I should do that or one of the other options. What would be the best thing for me to do? |

I could tell him anything and was so myself around him. We both fell in love after like 2 months and i still love him with all my heart and could see myself marrying him in the future. He has recently been going through a lot trying to get through college and work and struggling with mental health issues. He has told me before that he wants a future with me but he has commitment issues and he is afraid of hurting me. Because of that and everything going on in his life, he broke up with me less than a week ago. It hurt both of us a lot because we still loved each other but i understood that he needed to focus on himself. recently he's been talking to me and telling me that maybe when he gets his life in order and becomes mentally stable we can get back together but in the meantime he wants to be friends and for me to live life and not be afraid to go on dates with other guys. I know that it would be hard to move on if i'm still friends with him and that it's not guaranteed that we will get back together, but the thought of never talking to him again breaks my heart. it hurts seeing him and talking to him(we work together so it's inevitable) but it also makes me happy because we still can tell each other anything. I honestly just need advice because i don't know if i'm making the right decision |

(I cut him off) it was all good but he is in a very dark place, he isn't well mentally he is depressed and suicidal I helped him clean his cutting wounds, I helped him get professional help, I would tell him everyday that he will get better. we would fall asleep on the phone and he would sleep peacefully when I was around, let me add he recently broke up with the love of his life.maybe I came into his life too early and he is vulnerable and used me as a rebound. anyways I found out he out of the blue blocked me and something told me to do research.he was posting videos of him and his ex in a hotel drinking, I felt so betrayed even though I shouldn't because at the end I probably meant nothing to him but a rebound anywho I cut him off we were suppose to sleep again on the phone and as he was texting me he posted and I just gave him a farewell "one day you'll sleep like an angel, I promise.." and just never talked to him again.he double texted a couple of times and called but I declined I was furious, 2 weeks passed by we haven't talked.he wished my happy birthday but I said thanks all dry and short.he's out here flirting with girls and acting like im nothing. I'm pretty hurt.I loved him through his brokenness.will he realize and text me back? im clear that I want nothing with him. but do men check up on you eventually? |

The thing is she keeps walking past me . Which is not normal for her to do. Also before she leaves for the day. She always turns back and looks back at me before she walks out the door. The other day she really caught my attention. So I walk to walk becuase I live about 10 mins away. So I had wear boots becuase we had recieved snow. So I left my shoes there and I would wear the boots to and from work. When I got to work I would change into my shoes. These shoes stand out becuase they are high quality shoes. They are black and white almost like a zebra. She has seen me wear the shoes and knows they are mine. I always keep them in the back of the closet. So one day when I came into work. I noticed she had hung her jacket right over top of my shoes. There were atleast 5 other empty hangers. She never hangs her jacket back there. I feel she was indirectly trying to get my attention. |

He seemed to visit a dying friend very Friday after work. Once I asked about his wife, he was uncomfortable talking about her. This Friday he told me he had to pick up medication for his friend. I felt strange and asked where was his wife. He said actually she needed a ride so they went together to pick up the medication. Afterwards he visited him shortly at his home. I felt uncomfortable instantly. And he also said he may not be up to our date tomorrow as he got a cold. But he was ok picking up med with his wife. I do not know if I am too suspicious. When I met him to pick up our daughter he asked to talk to me face to face at his place about something important. I had to go the ER bc I had a severe tooth infection. My bf and I have been fighting but I asked him in desperation to bring me to the ER. He said he couldn't and he did not tell anyone about it. I drove myself. While I drove he was texting me mean things saying his parents said he can't go and still mad about why we were fighting then blocked me. That really really hurt my feelings. I haven't slept in two days and haven't been eating bc if my tooth, then I was on two doses of morphine. When I got home I was upset w him so badly while being under a really bad state I got upset w his mom too. I felt she turned her back on me. Turned out he didn't even tell them why he had to leave out the house. She was sleeping. I was so mad at her and not thinking I said "f you". It tore her whole world. Mind you I've been taking care of his mom like she was my own mom. Better than his own family was. I showed consistent care. Now they are all attacking me and mad at me. I feel yes it's wrong but how I was treated was worse by him. And I didn't mean to hurt her feelings. I wouldn't normally handle it that way |

I don't want to move to his town, and he doesn't want to move by me. We have agreed to meet at the half way point, but it's a small little town, and the only place for rent is above our price range, and I think its crazy expensive since you could get the same thing in a bigger town for less money. ( this town doesn't even have a grocery store) There is another small town closer to me, but for him that's ago, but he suggested a town closer to him, and expects me to be okay with that.. I want to also stay In my County because we don't need emissions test, and his it does. My vehicle won't pass emissions, but there is nothing wrong with it. Its not work sticking all that money into it, even if I were to get a different vehicle you still need emissions. Been there, done that. Don't want to deal with that. I have a kid to think about, I dont know. I have a lot more to lose than he does. |
