I have been friends with him for about 6 years now and we are both in High School. I first started liking him when the school year began. Is he flirting back to me? On example is when often at lunch we press our legs to each other this usually lasts for a minute or so, we do this almost everyday. And very rarely he puts his upper thigh on top of my thigh and kind of cuddles with my leg (I do the same to him). My friends and I kind of suspect he is gay but I'm not certain. Another time is when I put my hand on his thigh and he put his hand on top of mine for about 5-10 seconds. One thing is that he acts gay and does gay things to other people too like slapping their asses or blowing kisses. And he has done those things to me. But I've seen straight people do that too. I can't tell whether he is trying to be subtle about it or if he is just very comfortable with me. Do those instances indicate that he likes me back? What are some other signs that indicate that? |

We met for dinner a few weeks ago and he told me his ex just got into another relationship and he's been having a really hard time adjusting to her moving on. He says he still wants to see me but he was honest about his feelings towards the ex. He told me multiple times he got off of dating apps and that I was the only one. Well, a few days later, my coworker matched with him on Bumble, and I confronted him. He blamed it on his mother saying she was messing around on his Bumble account (LOL). I told him he was lying to me and then he twisted it to make me feel like I was mean and crazy for accusing him of lying. After that, I also found out he had been seeing over 10 different girls, and that he had always been lying about seeing other people. I also found out that he's been sort of consistently seeing this one girl (he had been seeing her even when we met for dinner) and he obviously lied to me about seeing her, saying I was the only one while we were at dinner. I don't know him very well, but he seems to be a nice. I hate to say this but after 4 years I have met other girls which were awesome, one of them I dated almost for a year… and that's when I found that it doesn't matter if I find another girl which has all the characteristics I love … I always feel like the new girl is a second choice.
