Where to buy calcium hydroxide pickling lime Philippines?

My boyfriends cousin is getting married in September. I am his plus one, however he is part of the wedding party, as an usher. There is no dress code printed on the invitation and when I asked about it the only information I can get is, "no dress code necessarily, not formal" and then I was told to wear a nice dress. I love my boyfriends family, but I know to wear a nice dress... it's a wedding. But that also doesn't really narrow anything down. Anyway, her colors are Blush Pink & Navy and it's going to be at 1:30 at a Catholic Church. This may seem silly, but I am having trouble figuring out what colors are appropriate to wear to a wedding. I know you aren't supposed to wear white or the colors of the wedding but does that make all the other colors of the rainbow up for grabs? I don't want to look silly but I also don't want to look offensive either. Thank you in advance.
