She liked me back, and we went on a date 3 days after. She told me that I was really nice and extremely funny. She genuinely wanted things to work out between us. However, over text things went downhill, all due to miscommunication. Everything was going great in person, she was almost OBSESSED with me. LITERALLY. She clinged onto my arm and was glued to my eyes. However, over text she was extremely dry and distant (I feel that she forced herself to be that way, so I wouldn't lose interest in her if she was actually herself over text). That bugged me, a lot. We kept on fighting over this issue over text, about 3 times. I always felt that I did something wrong because she literally sounded as if she wasn't interested at all. I never told her this, but I apologized and told her I was just being attached. We havent spoken for a few days, and I think she changed her mind about me because I literally came off as an emotional wreck, not who she once saw me as. We liked each other in the 6th grade but i moved schools in the 7th, but not before giving her my contact info (but she lost it that summer). and didnt hear from her until 9th grade where she mysteriously appeared in my class. I was shocked to see her again. but I didnt get a chance to talk to her. luckily i got her again the next year in the same class I mustered up the courage to say hi to her and she had the same reaction. We immediately hit it off again and gave each other our contact info and we started talking every now and then outside of school, but never to the extent we do now. Since the school year ended 3 months ago, i didnt find the time to talk to her, so we lost touch. until about 2 weeks ago when she texted me at night to check up on me to see if i was alright. ever since then we talked every night. And as odd as it sounds we played truth or day at the end of every night. and that's how she found out that i was crushing over her, as she asked how her standings were with me. then I asked her the same question, and she said, "I find you very charming, and I see you as a male best friend. But that isnt a bad thing because most relationships start out as friendships. I find that when this happens to me, a girl might not reply to 2 or 3 of my texts, I'll stop for a few days or a week, and then she'll text me back saying sorry she was busy. I don't think guys should just assume the worst right away that she's not interested or that he wrote something wrong. Basically if she doesn't reply back, his mindset should be "so what?". |

After explaining that she had a hard time trusting men because of her past, she said that she wanted all of my love and told me not to hold anything back. Well, right before she broke up with me, I would always say "love you" when we got finished talking on the phone. I thought this was what she wanted, but when she broke things off she explained that all that romantic stuff made her want to push me away. | Question: How bad can my luck actually get!? Posted: 29 Aug 2018 01:17 PM PDT Since I was 16 I've had bad luck I've been beaten up before dates with girls, on 1 occasion I got beaten up right before meeting a girl and then went home- she came to my house to meet up again 4-5 hours later to see if I was good and then I got arrested right infront of her because the police thought I was part of the group that I got beaten up by!!!! On another occasion I got put in hospital by 30 people right before meeting up with someone I really liked..... then I started a college course and got sectioned into hospital because they thought I was making sh*t up about being beaten up both times.. I got out learned to drive and these boys jumped into my car pretending to be friends coz they wanted to steal my car and tried to stab me... a year later I got stabbed for real by someone else... then my cat died, then my gerbil died, then a $1600 debt hit me that wasn't even mine, then my cars clutch went and it's like I'm completely cursed because these things are too bad to actually be happening when they do.... wtf is happening someone please tell me |

I live 3 hours away from him and have belongings I need to pick up. I made arrangements on my one day off to get my belongings but he knows I work a lot and told me to come another time and enjoy my day off. Now unfortunately I am 1500 miles away helping a sick family member and will be gone for 3 months. I texted my ex and arranged for a friend to pick my stuff ASAP but my ex said he would wait until I got back. Thoughts please? Thanks. |
