It got me worried, because my ex girlfriend threatened me with this very same thing when I broke up with her, and said my goodbyes. Saying that she wouldn't take care of herself. In the past, she has been to the hospital multiple times for being malnourished. It gets so bad that she literally needs to find support in order to just walk, but no matter what I did when I was with her, she refused to eat and drink water. I was so tired of it all. Always yelling to make her eat and drink, and my love for her instantly vanished. For someone who's five years older than me, you would think only a little kid would do this, but no, she's a grown *** woman! She's still a little girl, and I really don't need that in my life. I don't want to take care of anyone for the rest of my life. Especially for a stupid reason! There's zero excuses for her being the way that she is. Anyways, I feel bad that I broke her heart, because she is so crazy about me that I think she might actually hurt herself. She calls me her "dream guy" and all. But it's for the better.
