I work 2nd shift. She gorgeous! She a dirty blonde about 5"10 or so, beautiful green eyes, nice tight body, very cute girl! I am very confident with women and usually don't have a problem asking for a number. However, I literally have never heard a word come out of her mouth which leads me to believe she's either extremely shy or she may be deaf. I keep lurking around where she goes in the store to see if she chats with her coworkers or customers and still haven't heard her talk. I haven't seen her use any sign language either. With all that being said, I have glanced over at her many times and me and her have locked eyes for about 5-6 seconds several times. We really hit it off and I gave him my number. We had such a good connection and we would text back and forth with a lot of messages. Now I'm at school studying really hard, getting good grades and I want to get a good job before I do what I want. I'm older than most students as in thirties now. I do miss not having dated much or rarely in my 20's because I come from a lower economic class and had to work a lot to stand on my own two feet and also have helped my family with the money I made. Now I'm so goal driven in terms of academic and career, even though I'm a male, I've become more like a machine where I'd study 30 to 40 hours a week studying and I'm not used to hitting on girls. I had worked a lot so I do have social skills(rather teamwork, professional work relationship etc) Am I normal? Dating was just never my priorities and it's still not and I've rarely dated in twenties. I just have this in my mind that I have to work very hard in order to get ahead so I can have a family and be able to take care of them. I worked away my twenties but then I did what I had to do. Am I normal? I'm not a geek, a whimp or a nerd. I'm just a workaholic type... I mean I have classmates and friends who are in the same university and they're asking me for advice on how to have better study habbit. I guess sometimes it's a struggle for students who come to a 4 year uni straight out of high school as oppose to me, who took my time at a community college while I juggled school and a job so I'm used to putting in work... but then all I've done is just that. Not a whole lot of social life and love life :( and now, I pride on it and I'm like a machine. :( I just don't like women who are drama queens or someone who is immature, but at the same time who isn't on a high horse. It's almost as if I'm getting used to being lonely. I don't even have much hobbies besides watching the news or watching food channel, cooking, watching sports/listening to music. |
| Posted: 27 Aug 2018 04:15 PM PDT So it s quite a story, so I ve been working with this girl for a while(almost 2 years), and over that period of time I started developing feelings for her. I then preceded to share this info with my mother(stupid decision I know) who ended up telling her coworker who was this girls aunt, who then proceeded to tell the girl I like that I liked her. About a week ago I ended up asking her out which she replied she would but she s talking to somebody. A couple days ago I then heard from a coworker that they stopped talking. So should I try again or just let it be? |

Posted: 27 Aug 2018 04:13 PM PDT I have been dating for almost 2 months with my bf, eben though we have been "together" since May, meanwhile I unfollowed every guy I have been involved sexually and also I unfollowed every guy I didn't knew. But he still follows most of the girls (if not all) he has been with (including a girl he had sex on February) and follows girls who posts pics that are not exactly normal...and I feel so sad about this. I asked him to stop following them, and he didn't... Is it wrong that I feel this way? |
