Question: How can I overcome my fear to women, please help? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 05:45 PM PDT I am a 20 year old guy who has never dated a girl ever, I haven't even kissed or had sex, and this situation really depresses me, To the point that I tried to commit suicide last year. I am really really shy and I have no much friends either, I get nervous when talk to some people specially women. When I talk to men they are always talking about the women they got laid and the women they are knowing, and I feel like I don't deserve to be a man and sometimes cry of sadness. They say that if I want a woman I have to go for them and I have to talk, however for me is very difficult because I don't have the courage to even say hello. I don't consider myself the most hot and handsome man, but I try to take care of me, I go to the gym, I'm 5'9, I like to wear good clothes, and smell good and also I have received many compliments about the way I look and my body. I would like to have a girlfriend but I don't know what to do because I'm really shy and I believe that all girls will reject me |
Question: Why did she delete me on Facebook?????? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 05:37 PM PDT My name is John, and I'm 23 years old. I have a crush on this girl at work who's a secretary. We have known eachother for the past 3 months, and just today I found out shes 36 years old (she doesnt look her age) she found out I like her since the beginning, and she told everyone at work I like her. But Shes married and she has 2 little kids, soo a few months ago I added her on Facebook, and we talked maybe once or twice on Facebook about work. One day I messaged her happy birthday, and 2 days later she deleted me. She still acts normal around me and we still joke around at work. I never asked her why she deleted me. But why do you guys think she deleted me on Facebook???????? Any advice |
Question: Does she like me or not... Please help me to find out? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 05:11 PM PDT Well, This is the thing: I met a girl some months ago in my job. I am shy as hell, actually I am 20 and never even kissed, I don't strike conversations with everyone, and usually I get nervous when talk to girls. This girl approached to me one day and started talking to me and we became very "close friends" because we have things in common, for example both of us are really into gym stuff. We usually catch the same bus to the job, and she cuddles me and kiss me on my shoulders and neck and holds my hand, and usually fall asleep on my chest or shoulders, also we go out to sleep on the grass caressing each other. She has told me also that she thinks I'm handsome and cute and she has said also that she loves my body, that only I have to change my personality. The thing here is that she is 28 years old, she is married but she has told me she doesn't love her husband any further. We haven't kissed in our mouths, and she has not told me: "I like you" or something like that, although has told me many compliments, so, what I want to know is if in your opinion she likes me or she sees me just as her best friend. |

Question: If a cellphone rings 4 times, what does that mean? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 02:54 PM PDT I called one of my close friends who I haven't heard from in a while, but has been really busy, and I miss her a lot so that's why I called her. It rang either 4 times or 5 times I can't remember, is this normal, or do you think my friend is ignoring me? Idk what to do. Serious answers please. |
Question: Can't afford my friends birthday, what do I say? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 12:25 PM PDT Friend A has a birthday in a week, and a close friend of her (lets call her friend B) asked me if I could celebrate her birthday with a few other friends. Friend B told me to bring the present I bought (I didn't buy a present.. I didn't even think about buying one for her. We aren't really close and she didn't do anything for my birthday) and meet up at the mall. She said that we will go the the cinema then bowling, and later on go to a restaurant and eat cake. She also added that she will buy balloons and snacks and that we will pay her back later. Now the problem is that I don't have enough money to buy a present, to go the movies, go bowling AND to eat at a restaurant. Don't forget the balloons and snacks. Plus, Friend A sent me a list of things she wants for her birthday and told me to buy her one of the things on the list. ??? We aren't even close friends? I don't even want to spend money on her birthday! Friend A didn't do anything for me.. I have no problem about buying a small gift and mabye eat out or go to the movies. But what she wants to do is wayy too much. I feel bad about not coming at all, it's still her birthday. What do I say? |
Question: Why would he walk with me? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 12:20 PM PDT I was on a tour as a single female. I noticed this guy would sometimes walk beside me even though his wife and her friend is walking behind us all the way back. |
Question: Why does my friend constantly come up with these pipe dream ideas and then give up? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 09:55 AM PDT I've been watching my friend for awhile and it's getting annoying. He goes through this cycle every year: 1. Finds a new thing, "I'm going to become a(n): FBI Agent, English Teacher, Software engineer, Learn to code, etc. 2. Then he endlessly talks about it for approximately 1 week. 3. after the 2nd or 3rd week he starts to complain about how it's not how he would do it or it's not the BEST way. He complains that the people trying to do the "thing" aren't *really* trying (oh but he is!!--not). 4. Either comes up with an excuse as to why he can't do this thing or quietly forgets about it and goes back to binge on video games for 5+ hours a day until he gets tired of himself accomplishing nothing and the cycle repeats. ------- Extra Info: Every thing has some artifical obstacle. For instance, for coding he said, "I'm going to do it by hand though!" All this is an effort, I imagine, to prolong the period of time that he can kind of do simple stuff and not actually work hard, because whenever the hard work part stops, all the excuses and b.s. start flowing in and he gives up. |
Posted: 18 Aug 2018 09:27 AM PDT I mean we were talking and then he gives me an air kiss from across the room and then its like he went into shock or something. |
Posted: 18 Aug 2018 08:51 AM PDT So my best friend and I are super close. Like we always text each other, laugh, gossip, and are overall great one-to-one. In fact, with me, she's just genuine and will always be there no matter what. But she's an entirely different person she hangs around with other people. With other people, she comes across like she's trying to fit in. So for some reason, when we are out in a social setting, she tends to try to stay away from me and hangs around with other groups of people. Almost as if she's embarrassed of me. She will come up and talk every once and a while to me, but I feel as though it's to just to try to avoid making it obvious she's avoiding me. I come up to her and make conversation with her and the group, but she just seems annoyed. Also, when she gets drunk she has the tendency of being even more so irritated with me. It's the weirdest thing, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I feel like she's embarrassed by me and doesn't want other people knowing too much that she associates with me. Should I give her her space? |
Question: How can I cut him off in a respectful way? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 06:03 AM PDT I am girl and in general, I only prefer to have close friendships with GIRLS only. I also prefer to be friends with individuals who share similar interests in me or have similar beliefs. Now, there is a guy in my class who texts me asking me how I am and what's up with my life and so on on a regular basis. I am not sure why he does that, because we are in the same class but we don't share other interests. He wants me to update him with what's happening in my life, but I am not really into that. He also has a gf. What should I do? How can i cut him off in a respectful way? |
Question: Why do I feel sad all of a sudden? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 03:46 AM PDT I feel like I don't have anyone and I feel lonely suddenly. I get that everyone feels sad, but I don't know why its like I was fine yesterday and suddenly I feel scared and lonely today for no reason. I don't want to bother anyone because they have their own problems too, but its just awful feeling so lonely and down... |
