Posted: 15 Aug 2018 02:00 PM PDT My sister has a crush on her favorite actress Kate Jackson who played Sabrina on Charlie's Angels. I thought she just had an obsession with her that she was her hero but she said that she wants to marry her I don't know if she's now a lesbian or if she just has a celebrity crush. She said her dream is to be an actress like her maybe do a movie or show with her. Is she gay or is it just a crush ? She wants to know is she married or a lesbian |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 01:55 PM PDT When I can I avoid them. One is just weird and anal retentive and the other is in menopause and used to be nice. She is the devil now. They are sisters of my mothers. |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 01:54 PM PDT My parents have 6 kids. Two are adopted. He regrets sending my brother away for a year as he said it added to a rejection feeling he had. Yet he is grateful to have sent me away to a boarding school for my learning disabilities in Massachusetts (Landmark School). This was 10 years ago that I graduated but the rejection of him being grateful I was away hurts. How do I cope? It especially hurts with him regretting sending my brother away 6 years later for a year to a school in Ohio for behavior problems he had. Yet I was a good kid, no behavior problems, and my Dad is glad he sent me away for all four years of high school. Does he hate me? Only difference in me and my brother is I was so much better as a kid and the brother is adopted. |

Question: Why mom put pressure on me to look beautiful? Posted: 15 Aug 2018 11:45 AM PDT Like she said if If Im beautiful I have more chance of marrying a wealthy man. We are marriage minded but mom use to put pressure on me since I was 13. I cant stand her. |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 11:44 AM PDT My 12 year old can name at least ONE mean girl or incident of drama from every grade level. In every age group, it's just drama drama drama. Doesn't matter if it's a 7th grade hallway or the 12th grade locker rooms. I wonder if this has to do with having 300 female students all clumped together. The youngest grades are preteens just beginning puberty - while the oldest are late teens. I see lots of sensitive, dramatic, catty and moody behaviours. |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 11:08 AM PDT I have been divorced for almost three years, and have been dating someone for a few months that is turning into a serious relationship. My daughter, my girlfriend, and I are all traveling together to attend a family event. I am not sure how appropriate it is for the three of us to share a hotel room. The daughter is very worldly - she will be a sophomore at DePaul, which is right in the city of Chicago. She has gone on international trips with coed groups. When I have asked her about it she just shrugs and says "It's up to you, Dad." The hotels where we are traveling are somewhat expensive. An extra room for two nights will be at least $400. And obviously we would keep all behavior respectable and above board while sharing a room. |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 10:39 AM PDT My grandfather had previously worn my mom not to marry him. He is not a very moral person my father. Grandfather I'm referring to is my mom's father |
Question: Why everyone and everything is against me? Posted: 15 Aug 2018 10:11 AM PDT my father doesn't know what electronics and internet is and because they are older than me they think its my fault and not my fathers fault. he needs to play with his toys instead of playing with wires . but because he is 66 and i am 19 everyone takes his side. my brother is an total *** hole also. my father told him splitter doesnt seprate phone and internet. he came and told me the same. i said no it does. he said dont get on my nerves. but already it seprates. they think they know everything and i am just poop and dont know anything. my father made lots of mistakes like this and everyone think i made the mistake. also my brother threthen to beat me up and always takes my fathers side. my father basically needs to play with his legos not ruining my internet. WARNING: IF YOU WRITE OFFENCIVE ANSWER I WILL REPORT YOU TILL YOU DIE. basically if was a bag of **** this wasnt my situation. |
Question: How do I convince my parents to let me have a trampoline? Posted: 15 Aug 2018 10:05 AM PDT I'm 13 years old, I've wanted a trampoline since I was around 8, and my parents won't get me one. I do flips on ground all the time, backflips frontflips sideflips, and Ive recently started learning tricking, but my parents won't let me get a trampoline to train. I've tried everything. Offering to pay, discussing the pros and cons, everything. But they won't let me get one. They're worried that I'm gonna have friends come over while they aren't home, and they will get hurt and sue us. I've tried to get them to put a camera outside that could see the trampoline so they could know if I was doing that, but they still won't let me. I don't know what to do anymore. Can someone help? |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 09:02 AM PDT One is a cruel, narcissistic, immoral, person. The other has turned out okay but in his late teens and early twenties he was a womanizer and a felon. Our parents would threaten to punish us but seldom did and when they did it would be lifted if we yelled and screamed enough. Also, there was little moral compass and our parents have a bad marriage with our Dad lying constantly and our mother giving us all the details. |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 08:56 AM PDT I feel the family should condemn her act but then let it go even if she chose to stay with the snake of a man she left her husband for. I follow the family's request and avoid her though. She used to be close as was the husband she walked out on. |
Posted: 15 Aug 2018 08:30 AM PDT I don't even know if I'm depressed or what but I want to explain my situation and maybe get some advice? So, to start I now live in Las Vegas, I moved from California about a year ago with my mom and my sister. I used to live with both parents but my dad never decided to move out here with us, because of this my mom has been angry, sad and just emotional in general. I feel like a lot of her anger is taken out on me, and it sucks. She says she only stays with my dad for the financial support. I don't know what to say to her, and when I don't give the answer she's looking for she gets angry at me. They're marriage from what I've seen has always been a train wreck. I do not remember a week or even a few days that I haven't heard them argue, which I would assume isn't normal and/or healthy. I have always been jealous of my friends parents who have stable relationships.. or parents that are loving, supportive, but also who discipline me too. I want to leave soooo bad but I'm only 17 and I don't know where to go. What do I do? I can't talk to her. |
Question: Should I be angry at her?? Posted: 15 Aug 2018 07:21 AM PDT Hey guys, so my girlfriend and I of almost 2 years, are expecting a baby, and while this is normally a happy moment in our lives, it really isn't. For starters, she has a 3-year-old son from a previous relationship she was in, and when she found out she was pregnant she really told me that she doesn't want the baby. Even asking me about abortion, adoption, and other things. My initial reaction is immediate anger. Not only do I take care of her kid that isn't mine, but when I get a chance to finally have a child of my own, she doesn't want it? She says she's just trying to be honest instead of faking like she's happy about this pregnancy. Which I understand and appreciate her honesty, but I just can't get over the fact that she doesn't want my child. It makes me so angry because for almost 2 years I've been taking care of hers and being a good stepdad. I'm not saying she owes me anything but she knows that I'll be a good dad to the kids. She knows that, but she said she feels like she can't do what she wanted to do in life with 2 kids and I told her that I'd sacrifice time so that she can follow her dreams. But that still isn't enough. She just doesn't want a second baby and It makes me so mad. Why am I so angry at her??? Please help. |
Question: A family member turned of the utilities so I can't use them and I'm a minor? Posted: 15 Aug 2018 04:33 AM PDT My family member is 50 something and I'm 17. Ever since I was 8 , he picked on me. Last week he started picking on me , so instead of confronting him I opened a few cans of "his" tomatos that somebody GAVE him months ago and I poured them out to annoy him. Right after that , he took all the food that my mom bought down stairs so i couldn't eat , he turned off the air conditioner (it's been in the 80s these last few weeks, he turned off the fridge and the oven, he turned off the water so I couldn't shower or flush the toilet ,he took the toilet tissue , he turned off the tv provider box so I couldn't watch ,and he took certain fuses out so i won't be able to use electricity. Let me remind you! HE HAS NEVER PAYED FOR ANY OF THEM! I honestly don't know what to do. My mom isn't home to stop this because she had to go to rehab for mobility reasons. And she had begged him multiple times to turn it on and he won't. So I want to know what I can do to stop this. I just want to be treated like a human being. Because of canned freaking tomatos I deserve to starve and be dirty APPARENTLY. I don't want to call 911 because it's not considered a emergancy. But is there anything else I could do? |
Question: Why everyone thinks i am a baby that cant do anything? Posted: 15 Aug 2018 04:08 AM PDT it started by me and my brother have conflict over internet. it was 60 kbps so 30 kbps for me . he yelled at me. i got angry so i bought a new phone line. my father doesnt know anything about electronics but he thinks my brother and himself are jack of all trades and i am just a baby girl who better suck her mothers nipple than fixing the wires. he doesnt even know what an spliter is . he thought a new phone line is needed to connect telephone and pos . first he didnt use splitter so my brother got angry and my father taught he most use my phone line. just look who is the baby here? me? or my brother and father. then when i opened the wires to add splitter they taught i torn apart the wires so its disconnected. he doesnt know he has to go suck her mothers nipple not me. he doesnt know what mistake he made and i am fixing his mistake. now the pos and telephone and router are all conected and working. because I FIXED THEM not that lazy asshole who threaten to beat me up and not my mistake making father. if you see the wires now you will know that how expert i am at this. not a small baby girl and i dont beat anyone or shout. i am 19 my brother 26 and my father 66 years. |
Question: My parents are drving me crazy help please? Posted: 15 Aug 2018 02:02 AM PDT I am 17 y/o girl and my parents are soo strict on me they have been like that since i was 13 but i was saying it will just be a phase till i grow up but it is a year and i will be an adult and they still make me feel like a little child i love that guy his house is near my aunts' house when she found out she started saying to my lil sis dont ever tell me you want to go back there cause we aint going anymore my dad is always shouting and blaming me for stuff and i really hate how my mom treats me like kids i am a mature straight A student and i never really done anything bad (drugs sex or stuff like that) i really want to move out as soon as possible but they ofcourse won't approve |
Question: What causes some girls to be “tomboys”? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 10:59 PM PDT I have seen some female children behave in masculine ways and socialize with mostly boys. Is it their environment, such as having brothers, that causes this? The parenting?? Or just how they are? |
Posted: 14 Aug 2018 09:14 PM PDT My little brother beats up my parents, my sister, and I. My parents are in denial that this is serious.... he literally choked my mom this morning and I have to pry him off. What should I do? I don t want my parents to get angry about me calling the cops. |
Question: Why do adopted people get offended when I ask about their real parents are? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 09:03 PM PDT Usually, they don't like the word REAL. They correct the terms and say birth or biological..sometimes, they just say the ones who raised them are the real ones. I wanted to know about the people who birthed them! |
Question: I think I may be a pedophile, should I do something (books/therapy???)? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 08:33 PM PDT My overall socialization and development has been delayed. For years I blamed myself. I am 36 and I only recently figured this out. I am ultimately responsible but there are a few points worth mentioning: -Dad is an insecure man who abused me (mostly emotional mind games but also physical and verbal abuse however no sexual abuse). -Mom has low self esteem and tends to socialize with people who are attracted to this. There tends to be a pecking order in which she is at the bottom. Any of my accomplishments goes into the context of her circle of friends and she is basically expected to come with bad news about me. -My Uncle (mom's brother) is a very insecure man who is very sensitive about his place at the top of the family pecking order. My dad sucks up to him (as does my mom). He has 2 sons my age and he is is sensitive about them doing better than me. All those around me basically wanted me to remain a boy forever. I was a virgin until I was in my 30's. At 15 I volunteered at a camp with kids. I didn't plan to spend time with kids ahead of time due to any sexual attraction, but I found that I became attracted to them after spending time with them (being totally rejected by girls my age may have contributed). In my 20's I had a job working with kids. Same thing happened as with the camp. It has been years since I have been attracted to a child. However it is possible that I may become attracted if I spend time with kids (not curious to find out) Should I do anything? |
Posted: 14 Aug 2018 07:52 PM PDT I was adopted and raised by my parents I call mine ever since. I remember that very day - there was physical fighting and the police came. I remember being terrified of the policemen. That's it - my parents never took me to see them again. They were (or might still be) living in a suburb 20 minutes away from us. I don't even recall what my biological parents look like or any other detail. Most people can't even remember their toddler years but I actually do. Some are little bits and pieces, but I remember that very day. |
Posted: 14 Aug 2018 07:13 PM PDT Don't get me wrong, the cousin was HORRIBLE to do what she did especially with little kids. However, I don't feel my Mom and her family are the moral police and feel God is the one to judge and we should still be nice, just not encourage the affair. |
Question: How to tell my dad I don’t like my stepmom? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 05:38 PM PDT She always belittles and berates me yet I always lie and smile and say everything is fine |
Question: Dad is alcoholic. how do I get him help? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 04:59 PM PDT |
Question: My uncle is married to rednecks. Does this make him one also? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 04:59 PM PDT I am not against rednecks or anything but just wondered if this makes him one. His father in law is not as bad but one of his brother-in-law's is a sex offender. We used to see him but he abused a child of my uncle's sister-in-law's and so none of his siblings will see him again. His other brother-in-law hunts constantly and uses racial slangs even in front of the man's children and nephews-nieces. His sister-in-law traded husbands and his wife's grandparents were cousins. Also many members of the family have had babies at 16. His step-sister-in-law is alcoholic and many members of his wife's extended family I am told are alcoholic (uncles, a grandmother of hers, cousins, etc...). I only know her immediate family (siblings, nephews, and nieces) and one aunt of hers who never married. Lastly, they all have tattoos minus the uncle and his disabled son. Everyone else does. Oh and one uncle of his wife's who I met twice is the worst redneck God ever made. I don't know the man well but I can see his face now from the two times we met. He even had a Harley Statue I am told placed on top of his coffin when he died of, you guessed it, lung and liver cancer from smoking and drinking. I am biracial so my mother sometimes feared to go out to his farm for summer parties when I was a kid. I often go now and only gotten one or two looks but do hear racial slangs (mild ones). |
Posted: 14 Aug 2018 04:58 PM PDT He has let his family down many times. |
Posted: 14 Aug 2018 04:56 PM PDT She was 16 at the time and meaner then she is now even. I was 7 at the time and am 16 now. She has a different Dad but he is a felon so my Dad has pretty much been her Dad as she never met the real father other then as an infant. He was an armed felon our mother was once married to and he went to jail for years. She divorced him when he went to jail. |
Posted: 14 Aug 2018 04:50 PM PDT He's 42 I don't want him to get older |
Question: DO YOU HAVE KIDS. how many, age, and private or public school enrolled? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 03:39 PM PDT |
Question: Why some families fight over food? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 03:24 PM PDT My uncle and his wife and two kids all work but at home they fight over food and who pays the bills. Mom said that they love money and Dad said when he was at their house, my uncle and his wife argue who pays the electric bill even if they make like over 10k a month. |
Question: How so I come out to my mum? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 03:06 PM PDT I'm an adult. My parents are going through a nasty separation (my dad was VERY abusive). My dad is still being controlling but is not living with us anymore I know my mum is dealing with a lot, but I'm in a very serious and secret relationship (with 'the one' I hope). We've gone so far as to discuss the future, and I want to tell my mum about her The relationship is long distance. That's how I've managed to keep it a secret for so long. How do if break the news to her without making things about me? I need to take her and her pain into consideration The problem is the longer I wait, the worse it'll be (my relationship is getting more serious by the day,and she's planning on visiting me in a few months. My girlfriend even told me that she could move overseas to be with me once she finishes her study...) I'm lost :( |

Question: How do I let my mom know I have no intention on marrying or have kids? Posted: 14 Aug 2018 11:26 AM PDT I've had my share of relationships.. I'm 22 and growing up i did not react the way the other girls did when they saw a family. I thought "what was the point.. " I never liked kids and I still don't. Like I really can't stand children. I've had people say "I'll grow out of it" but quite honestly I don't think so.. also the idea of marriage is repulsive. Basically youre making it legal to be owned by another human being for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. The idea of sleeping with the same person forever sounds extremely boring. I can't even do it for 6 months. I've been trying to tell my mom but she's not taking me seriously. She keeps pushing these Christian men my way and the idea of me having my own family. In my future what makes me happy is working on my career and excelling in every possible thing I enjoy doing. I know I may be young to some. But I know this is what I really want. I know if I were to have kids or get married I will hate my life. The idea of doing that makes me just want to give up on life if that will be my future. |
