I always saw him as a friend until after high school. We started talking on the phone and getting really close after high school. We even made plans to meet up. The thing is..after high school Joe became good friends with a guy I dated in high school.He and Joe were not friends in high school. So whenever I'd call Joe, this guy would be there and always managed to get on the phone and say hi to me. Come to find out, my ex was bashing me to joe behind my back. He even went as far as to set up a phone call that ended up destroying me and joes blossoming relationship. I couldn't understand it because I know I was no longer my ex's type. I had gained a lot of weight after high school and he only dated model types..so for the life of me I can't figure out why he cared so much about chubby ole me and Joe?! |

Arugment because a guy who works at a tat shop asked she if she was interested in a tattoo, and I got upset how she is putting herself put there like that. She knew I was going to move to Vegas before we got together and I told her getting involved with me is not a good idea (for other reasons). We eventually became a couple and it's been quite an interesting relationship and we share somewhat good chemistry. It is of course not flawless. She doesn't really get me and I'm actually her first real boyfriend. She even lost her virginity to me, which isn't revelant but anyway I do love her as a person, but I'm not in love with her. I'm a complicated guy and I'm certainly not someone who is easy to be in a relationship with, I never have been. Relationships and I just don't mix. She is just in over her head and thinks she can do these things, but not every risk is worth taking and I honestly believe she would be better off with someone else. Some things we just can't change. She's adamant on staying home after studying in a different country so I know she'd never move with me. Not knowing whether I'd decide if I wanted to stay away from home or not left us both stressed and anxious over whether we would work or not, and we decided that I could spend a year working away from home and get a job back here after she's graduated. Part of me feels like I'm only going to come back home after working abroad for her and not because I'll actually want to, and that I'll be holding myself back a bit (something she made me promise I wouldn't do). I know I can't say whether or not I'll want to keep working abroad after the year or not because I haven't experienced it yet, but I feel like I won't enjoy it as much because I've told her I'll be coming home regardless. He used to consistently rub my shoulders, brush off my breasts, touch my hair, my legs, hold my hand when I laid it on the desk, rub my back to feel my bra strap etc. The physical touching was one thing but he used to say awful things to me. How I was a 'naughty girl' and he would have to punish me (with a whip he would usually suggest/ tie me to the bed), wanting to know if I was a virgin or not, saying he wanted 'fresh cherry' and 'young breasts', saying he had a 'tube filled with cream that he wanted me to suck out'. Many more things like this that I have purposely blocked out and can't remember now. The worst thing is that he was married with a family and he actually told me he loved me and wanted to take me on dates. I suffered a mental breakdown after leaving that job last summer when I was 19, it took me 6 months to return back to normal. When we got into the relationship, I told him how much I enjoy learning about other cultures and languages. So when I told him that I'd like to go on a 2 week language learning program through my university (which would be fully covered and would be staying in a homestay), he was very indifferent in the idea: He didn't like the thought of me going by myself or the thought of me being alone in another country. He didn't like the thought he wasn't/couldn't go. It's been a hobby that I've been wanting to achieve, yet when I told him, he roughly said, "I'd like to go with you, although I don't really want to go" kind of thing. I've even told him that he doesn't have to go if he doesn't want to, and seemed to find that very offensive due to saying that "it feels like you don't want me to go". Which wasn't my intention. He also made an idea of going together, but he wanted to wait until after graduating, which kind of beats the purpose of school paying for it. It always makes me feel bad about wanting to do the language program What do I do? I've tried to talk this out with him, but usually ends with arguing. |

We've been dating the second longest since 2015. At first she actually rejected me but then later succumb to my wishes to date her. Then I went through some stuff and he was my friend through it all but just as I was about to work up my nerve to tell him that I still had mad feelings for him and that I had come to the conclusion that the last several years I had been in love with him he got a new girlfriend. Which was an asshat move considering he didn't even tell me I found out on social media on my birthday. This chick has so many similar features to me. We have the same hair type the same face shape the same height the same demeanor. Now its been over a year and I have been trying to move on but I keep being told that I'm not actually in love with him that its just an obsession. So is it an obsession? Am I torturing myself over nothing? Is it just that I'm still really crushing? |

Our task in the class was to rotate around the gym from left to right to do various exercises, which were written out on papers in front of us. First she goes in front of me to start her exercises. I am fairly new to the class and am unfamiliar with many of the exercises. Many times throughout the class she would stop what she was doing to help me with the exercises and we would constantly high five. Then at the end she looked at me and I looked at her and we both smiled and I thanked her. I should also point out she doesn't work there. Our class has a facebook page and I sent her a friend request and she accepted it. Do you think she's interested? |
| Question: Need relationship / life advice? Posted: 28 Aug 2018 01:46 PM PDT I've never been good at making decisions. I guess growing up without a father has a lot to do with it. This is why I'm seeking answers, to help me see what other people think / different points of view and hopefully some guidance in making a life decision, so here it goes. I'm a guy, 28 years old. At the moment I am living about 800 miles from all of my family, and I really miss them. However I am not alone, I have been living with a girl for 5 years now. We met online. I took a leap of faith after a few months of knowing her over the internet and chose to move in with her 800 miles away from home since at the time I had nothing else really going for me. I love her a lot and the thought of being away from her or hurting her is unbearable but she has never gone to meet my family once in 5 years, and since I met her I have lost a lot of physical attraction for her as well since she has put on a lot of weight. I'm pretty close to her family and her as well as she has been the only person I've spent all of my time with in the last 5 years. But when I think of having a wife and children for some reason I don't see it being her. She says she cannot live without me, she has no friends and I am scared to break her heart and my own if I suddenly tell her I want to leave. I feel like shes way into me, but I'm not really that into her anymore. Could it be me just overthinking things or being a douche? Or should I tell her I don't see her in my future anymore and leave her? |

But every two weeks he disappears for a couple of days and then reaches out again. The last time he did it, I was the one to text him again. This is someone I've known for years and I wanna know why he disappears and then comes back again. This time he actually left me on read on an ongoing conversation... which took me by surprise. Idk if I should ask him what's up or just leave it. |

And since then he's texting and asking me if I wanna hang out and stuff. But suddenly he disappeared again, this time he left me on read on an ongoing conversation. Point is, I don't know if I should text him like: "whats up with you disappearing?" Or something... or just leave it. |
