I'm dying and want to write letters for my loved ones to open up during random moments. Times such as when you need a laugh, when you're having a hard day, etc. What moments would you want to open a letter for? Not for birthdays or holidays.

Know I'm starting to work at a new job and I don't want to be close to anyone and I heard that being formal keeps distance, so how do I act formal towards my co-workers. Thank you so much?

I work at a retail store. All of the employees are athletic body builder men, I worked as a cashier with a bunch of cheerleader type women. They look like a bunch of Barbie dolls. These employees seems to work here and go to model shooting after work. Anyway these female cashiers would say things to these guys in here and all of these guys would get crazy with me. A group of them began to bully me over over something a cheerleader cashier said to them. When I filed a hr report they just changed the content of the harassment. These guys would go out to my car and would try to start stuff, they harrass me call me gay. This would be caused by one of those cheerleader cashiers saying some thing to them. Hr reports causes them to change the content of the harassment. The cheerleader cashiers are cliquey and 'own' the cashier end with me being the only guy there. The cheerleader women keeps causing these guys to do things to me. They would say things to them and these guys would get crazy with me. What should I do?

So I'm not sure how to handle this. If she's not available this weekend how do I respond? The last date was really fun and we talked and really connected for hours! Also I don't want things to fizzle out so how do I prevent that? Obviously I probably shouldn't text or call every day but how do I approach this in either scenario? I'm kinda afraid I'll mess this up so Any other advice would be helpful. thanks

I went to a interview at a army recruiting center yesterday, I had a brief interview with the SSG, after the interview was over the sergeant dropped me off at the bus stop in his car because it was getting later in the evening, he wanted to make sure I caught the bus on time so I could get home before it got dark outside. I also had the opportunity to be introduced to the sergeant, when he stood up to greet me, he puffed out his chest. I wasn't expecting him to be young & handsome, he looked nice in his uniform and very muscular, I tried not to make my staring obvious, but I think he noticed. I'm a female, why did you assume I was a male?

I have tried talking to him about it but he doesn't care. He's 40 and he met a 20 year old girl 6 months ago, she just turned 21 a month ago. She is incredibly whiny, pessimistic, has a victim complex, entitled, bitchy and just an overall immature. She's attractive...so i guess there's that, she's petite with big boobs and she's got a cute face. She is always posting whiny status's on facebook about how she hates people, she doesnt know why no one likes her, none of her friends call her to hang out, how lifes not fair and she just wants to smoke weed and be left alone. Words cant begin to describe just exactly how obnoxiously naive and entitled this young lady is. She writes these lengthy rants with horrible spelling and grammar and talks tough like shes in a gang. Saying things like "who they think they are at work talking down to me, I aint even give two shits about what they think". My brother has been single for 9 years saying he was waiting for the right one to come along. I just can't believe this is what he is going for. He recently spent a couple grand to take her on a vacation after she ranted on facebook about how she was so done with being unappreciated. She didn't post any photos of them together on the trip...just photos of herself that dozens of other guys liked. Then she complained some more when she got home all over facebook about poor me life isnt fair. To appease her he bought them a house and asked her to marry him in order to prove that shes the one.
