Question: What was he expecting me to say? Posted: 19 Aug 2018 03:46 PM PDT I was on a tour and for one of the days, the tour guide selected a few people (including me) to stay at his hotel due to room shortage. The next day, he told me the breakfast was an addition and paused expecting me to say something....but when I just looked at him without saying anything, he continued to say not to tell the other people who did not stay at the hotel. |
Question: If you could make one difference in the world what would it be? Posted: 19 Aug 2018 03:44 PM PDT You have one chance of a lifetime to make a difference. You can help one life or several all at the same time and it can only be one thing. There are no take backs. No do overs. No mistakes. What you do cannot be something that would hurt innocents. You do not get any credit for what you did but you will receive something in return like a smile, a hug, a thank you, or whatever the person decides to show their gratitude. |
Question: Do my friends like each other more then me? Posted: 19 Aug 2018 02:44 PM PDT Okay, so I have this friend that I have known for over 4 years let's call her Sam and I have another friend that I have known for about 3/4 of a school year including this summer let's call her Sarah. So me, Sam and Sarah all like this band called My Chemical Romance, so we made a role play group chat on Instagram for fun, and when we were gonna say something not apart of the role play we would put it in parentheses. We'd stay up till aroun 2:30am role playing till someone has to go to bed, then we'd stop. We decided to make another one to keep when our first one ends or if we just wanted to have another one along with the first one. So I chose to be frank in the second one and we all agreed and Sam would be Gerard and Sarah would be Mikey. (In the first one I was Mikey Sam was Gerard and Sarah was Frank) Then I woke up this morning to see they have been talking in the second one, I check to see what it was they have been ROLEPLAYING WITH OUT ME! And GUESS who was frank? SARAH! I was supposed to be Frank and she just decided NOPE I'm gonna be frank! So I told them "Hey, I was supposed to be frank" then Sam told me that Sarah would play a better frank and I'm just thinking "1. How do you know? And 2. You could have told me that when we were picking!" So I just left the chat and ignored them. Than we talked and guess who's still Mikey? Me. |

Question: Should I try to talk to this guy? Posted: 19 Aug 2018 11:45 AM PDT There's this guy who works in a thrift shop that I go to sometimes. The first time I saw him was last week. I didn't say much to him he saw me leaving out of the store and he held the door open for me. I went back to the store again today and this time I asked him what sales were going on he said he didn't know. And then the later mentioned the sale over the intercom. He looked at me and said there you go and we both smiled at each other. I want to say something to him but I don't know what to say or if I even should. |
Posted: 19 Aug 2018 11:36 AM PDT First of all she's not even poor. Her parents makes more money than my mom and dad and her little brother is in a good college. I dont even know why she needs money. She have her own car, mercades amg. I can afford to buy my own car too but my mom and dad won't let me, and even if they would, I know I cant afford to buy mercades amg. But she can. Also she told people in those games that she's 17, But shes not, she's 27. I asked her how much she gets and she says she gets about 30 to 50 bucks during long game play and just one time playing with them she gets 10 dollars. And when I asked her if she parents knows shes doing that and she says and I'll quote her "well they know I play video games" meaning they thinks she just playing video games in her room but they dont know shes doing that. I dont know about video games, but she doesn't seems to be doing anything sexual or even talking sexual. But the fact that she's spending time with what I assume to be repressed youngmen who needs interaction with opposite sex so bad that they paid money. That does have some sexual coronation in my opinion. So is kinda like non sexual prostitution? So does that means last week when I went to watch Ocean's 8 with her at amc lennox town center, does that means that I am hanging out with a prostitute? And when I have lunch or linner with her, does that means I am dining with a . In your opinion that is |
Question: Have you ever been upset that your 2 friends who were dating ended up breaking up? Posted: 19 Aug 2018 11:34 AM PDT I have 2 bestfriends (who are a male and a female), and they started dating each other when they were both 18 years old. But they ended up breaking up with each other when they were both 21 years old. Now my 2 bestfriends are married to different people, and now the have children with those different people. I was extremely upset about this, since I thought my 2 bestfriends made a very good couple together, and I was hoping they would get married to each other and have children together someday, but that never ended up happening at all. Also my 2 bestfriends were so in love with each other when they were dating, and now they don't care at all about each other anymore. So this whole ordeal is just extremely depressing to me. |
Question: Best friend being taken away/ ignoring me? Posted: 19 Aug 2018 11:29 AM PDT My friend recently met someone who is 6 years older than her, her being 15 and him being 21, and ever since then, she has basically made me a afterthought in her life. Its only been 4 days, but we would constantly talk after i got out of work everyday, and all of a sudden it just stopped. |

Posted: 19 Aug 2018 09:08 AM PDT One of my tour guides asked what is my room number. Does it mean what I think it means? Luckily nothing happened. Not sure why he asked since they do have a list of rooms of which guests stayed at. |
Question: Am i held responsible for my friends phone broken? Posted: 19 Aug 2018 03:57 AM PDT I cant remember exactly how it happened but my friend and i was casually waking whilst her phone was still in her hand and i was talking about something, suddenly i felt my finger hit her phone accidentally, so her phone flew out of her hand onto the ground and stopped working (no cracks or scratches whatsoever something damaged inside the phone and the screen is perfectly fine and she had a phone case) shes now pissed at me and wants me to pay coz she cant live without the phone (16 yrs old btw) |
Question: What would extroverted girls say about this guy? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 11:52 PM PDT What would girls and by girls I mean "extroverted/popular girls high school in their senior year say about this dude. I know it is shallow to ask this but let's be realistic here. The girls that tend to be extroverted and have a large social group and friends of either guys and/or girls they tend to have good looking dates or at the very least have attractive friends or partners. So my question to you is based on the type of girl that I described, what would a girl or girls like that type say about this guy? Specifically about his apperance. 1= horrible 2 = very bad 3 = bad 4 = not good 5 = alright 6 = decent 7 = good 8 = very good 9 = great 10 = excellent https://www.flickr.com/photos/151956883@N04/ |
Question: I owe my friend 9$, she owes me 2$, but...? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 11:51 PM PDT Ok so my friend payed for a meal that was 9 dollars, and later I bought her 2 dollar candy. She says I can just give her seven dollars without giving me my 2 dollars ofc. I don't know if that's fair, because isn't that just me paying her less? Like I just keep two dollars that I already have, I don't get two dollars back from her. Is my logic fair? |

Question: My best friend of 4 years has been blowing me off all the time? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 07:36 PM PDT My best friend and I have been friends for 4 years. We had a really good friendship, we never argued more just small disagreements but we never held it against each other. I noticed a couple months ago that she would make really mean comments about my appearance for no good reason at all. She knows that I struggle with weight issues and still said it anyways. She started to blow me off a lot to go do something else and lied to me that she is too busy and blah blah blah. We both have really really busy work schedules and I understand that being at an office from 7 am to 5pm is a lot but we always worked around our schedules to hangout. I thought we had a better relationship then this but I guess not. Any advice? Actual advice please, don't just put "friends come and go" thank you. |
Question: Why wouldnt someone want to be friends with someone? Posted: 18 Aug 2018 06:16 PM PDT so theres this new girl at our school. She has met my friends and hangs out with them. But the thing is when im around, she doesnt hang with us or hangs with another group. When im not in the group or absent she hangs with my friends. My friends call her over to hang with us and shes like no. sometimes she'll get my friends and move to a different spot. when i move over there she gets really really angry. my friend noticed it and asked why doesnt she like me and why shes being mean and she says "oh shes okay she can come....." looking upset. but she still does all of the above after she said i was "ok"^^^ i havent did anything to this girl nor have i spoke to her ever. I dont act different from my friends im as quiet as a mouse and nice. |
Question: How do I make friends at my age? Posted: 17 Aug 2018 11:33 AM PDT I'm anout to turn 26 and I have no real friends. Throughout my life I was obese, quiet and extremely shy and was always reluctant to make friends. Now Im older and the complete opposite but I only have 3 friends that I see twice a month. I'd love to go out more, meet new people and have fun... but I don't know how. I know it sounds so weird, I work with people that are around 30-40 years old, mostly with families so they wouldn't to be part of my social life. I also have a Nueral defect that restricts me from sports so I can't join a club.. how else could I meet new people? |
