Question: What am I supposed to do if I don't have money? Posted: 06 May 2017 01:17 PM PDT My father won't let me work and says the only job I have is school. I am 19 almost 20 in August. It's pretty pathetic. I live off my financial aid and spend it on my expenses because my dad said he would stop paying for my stuff. Anyways I'm almost running out of money. It sucks. Today I dropped my phone, it was a damn accident and now my screen doesn't work. My father was so mad and said he wouldn't get me a phone til Christmas and that he had told me to take care of it. So like why is he so mad? It doesn't even affect him! I paid for my phone last time because it got stolen. I feel like he's just trying to control my life and he's driving me away. I need a job :/ What do you think? Do you think he overreacted at this situation? |
Question: Do you believe siblings should whoop younger siblings as a punishment? Posted: 06 May 2017 01:06 PM PDT My brother would get a belt everytime I cursed or did bad things, sometimes I'd fight back but hes always been way bigger, did your siblings ever hit you? |
Posted: 06 May 2017 12:59 PM PDT I m a minor and told my mom but she said she s playing around. Even when she did it three years ago, she said the same. I told my counselor and they called my mom, and she said the same thing. I m scared she s gonna do it and I ve been trying to be nice to her, but she still threatens me. I m not gonna be 18 until a few years, and I m very scared. I also ran away a year back, and thats not an option cause I might go to jail. I m freaking out. I mean the police didn t bother listening to my reasoning, and agreed with my mom reasoning. Please help with some advice. |
Question: How can I stop myself from being awful to my brothers? Posted: 06 May 2017 12:50 PM PDT I'm 15 years old and I am very awful to my brothers. One is 12, and the other is 9. I had to look after them while my mom was away today and my brothers got into a fight. I started flat out screaming at one of them, calking him names, telling him to shut the f*ck up when he tried to explain himself, he didnt deserve it and I couldn't control myself. I was in foster homes for most of my life and only moved with them about 8 months ago, so we dont have a normal sibling relationship. We are very close though and I know he looks up to me, so I cant imagine how damaging that was for him. My mom had a boyfriend who just moved out around 2 months ago who was very emotionally abusive to all of us, and I'm starting to be just like he was to me. I still havent healed from how badly he treated us and have mild ptsd from it, and I dont want to scar my brothers like that! I really thought I was starting to be better to them, but I dont know what happened today! Im so ashamed of myself and I don't know how to make this up to him. And i dont know how to stop myself from doing this in the future. What do I do?? |
Question: Someone has guardianship over me but is being abusive. What do I do? Posted: 06 May 2017 12:26 PM PDT I'm currently 20 with an intellectual disability and living at home while going to school. I'm on Medicaid and other things that are now supporting me while I get ahead. However, my mom who has guardianship over me and is being unbearable. I'm constantly critiqued on what to where and how what I wear make me look bad. She takes credit for all my successes in school. Additionally, she makes a big deal out of nothing and is just really unstable in a lot of situations and if you knew me you could ask my sisters and dad. Also, I'm constantly worried as to what her moods going to be when she gets home from work. Whenever I hear doors shut or kitchen covers shut I think she's mad or just upset. Also, my therapist told me to be more assertive with her and Stan up for myself but the fact is that she will just use her emotions to solve the problem and guilt you into feeling bad because of the things she's done for you. Trust me I've been researching thing for years and controlling parents do that. Even my therapist said that. I can't change my college major or idea o what I want to do without her apporval almost. When I bring up a new area of subject she shies me away from it. I get parents have a say In your education but you should be happy. She's basically making all my life choices such as what I want to with it and knows when I move out that I'm never going to talk to her again. She's doing everything in her power to keep me here and try to manipulate me into staying. Thank you. |
Question: What do you think about this letter? Posted: 06 May 2017 12:15 PM PDT My brother and mother have not talked in years. My brother sent my mom a letter how this was the hardest letter he had to write, she is a horrible person and failed as mother. He hopes that she knows this. He also said how he has " forgiven her and forgot her" He didnt even put Dear mom just her real name Pam. Then the sincerely heading is Dead to me, Bryan. She isn't a horrible mother she just told him if you are going to party and smoke pot and drop out of high school you need to get a job and find somewhere to live. He makes it sound like she murdered someone ...If she was a horrible person I wouldn't even be around her but she isnt. They havent talked since he was 20 he is now 30.... He just sent the letter... I don't think he has grown up still parties and is pretty evil to send something like that. What do you think about this? Oh I opened it and didnt tell my mom about it should I keep it from her? A part of me wants to make a police report about it. Advice please no hateful comments thanks! |
Posted: 06 May 2017 11:52 AM PDT I'm 26 and mymom just passed away last Nov 2016 with ALS. The family hate me for whateva reason. I am my mom's only child. They have been doing gatherings and ALS walks without me. This has me very hurt. I have a 2 year old son and we miss my mom very much. I cry everyday. This hurts soooo bad. I don't know what to do. Honestly I want to kill myself most days. I have no one who loves me and care for me in my family. After my mom died no one even talks to me . This pain is gut wrenching. I worry so much ....especially for my son. I don't know what to do . |
Question: How to make my parents happy ? Posted: 06 May 2017 11:50 AM PDT I'm 13. when I see my parents they always look tired and that makes me sad, I just want them to be happy. I always argue with my parents all the time and now I feel bad you know so I want to say sorry to them by being a better kid and just make them happy, what do I do ? |
Question: How do I tell my mom that I don't have enough money to come & see her for Mother's Day? Posted: 06 May 2017 11:44 AM PDT I'm having a hard time financially & with rent, bills, student loan I just can't afford to come visit her. |
Question: Not allowed to go ANYWHERE? Posted: 06 May 2017 11:41 AM PDT My mom is mainly the one who doesn t let me go anywhere. Not even with cousins, there s a boxing fight tonight that my family has been waiting for months to see and it s all they ve been talking about. Come to the night of the night and I ask my mom if I can go to my cousin s house to go watch it because my dad and brother are. And she says no? For no apparent reason. Another time, my cousin asked me if I wanted to go over her house, and I asked my dad and he said yeah but when I told my mom, she said no what are you going for? I literally do nothing ever. And she complains when I don t do anything but when it comes time to do something, I can t ? I ve ignored and never answered texts from my cousin s that asked if I could hang out because I already knew my answer and it s to the point they don t even ask me anymore because they know I won t be allowed to go. |
Posted: 06 May 2017 11:40 AM PDT I am a 15 year old, straight A student, and I do exactly what my parents ask me to do. My problem is that today my dad is forcing us to a party. When I say forcing, my mom literally told me that he said we had no choice but to go. I currently have two major projects to finish and I decided to use the weekend to continuing working on them. Please keep in mind that I am taking all Honors and it's nearly Finals so I am studying like crazy. Because of my busy schedule, I told them, "No, I will not be going, you guys know that I will be very busy and I can't spare time to just sit at a party" ( I am very weird, I just can't talk to new people very well). I thought I was being reasonable until my parents said no that I had to. I was pretty irritated during this time, due to other reasons as well like my mildly autistic brother telling me that I shouldn't have pissed him off after I asking why he threw my money at my face at Walmart, so I wasn't very happy when they said this. They actively tell me to strive for the best, but do **** like this to me. I am so tired of other stuff like my little sister, friends, and EOC. I refuse to go to the party -- my mom doesn't even want to go -- but I don't know what to do. They used the excuse that they drive me to the places that I want to go to but I countered that they didn't have to do that stuff for me. They could just tell me no. Sure, I would get sad, but I would get it. I am just so tired |
Question: Why does my mom belittle me when I try to share or show her something? Posted: 06 May 2017 11:02 AM PDT Every single time I try to show her a video, tv show or even talk she always compares it to something unpleasant. This time I was trying to show her a video about children show episodes that dealt with serious issues and she said 'do you want me to show you how a tampon is inserted?' The thing I don't get is that she said she would watch it. It's not like I do it all the time. I very rarely try to share anything with her because she's rude and condescending no matter what the topic is or if it's something she's actually interested in. As I walked out, she started making fun of me. I know I should stop trying to share anything with her, or try to start any conversation, because she only hurts me in the end. I just want to know why she does it. I'm not a child. I'm twenty years old. |
Question: Are my parents mentally abusing me & holding me back? Posted: 06 May 2017 10:44 AM PDT Me and my boyfriend signed a lease for my parents and 2 little brothers and my 20 year old sister. My parents have always financially depended on people with their most recent victim being me - and my boyfriend. The lease is coming up and they are talking about "us" moving in and getting a house with them and I told my mom No and she told me "even is worse comes to worse you won t co-sign?" WTF . I m 21 years old. I told her no. My dad is going to have a hard time hearing it but I actually feel scared to tell him- almost like he will virtually abuse or maybe even hurt my boyfriend. We want to move on our own. They can t do it - they have no credit no rent history no income my dad doesn t hold a job and my mom has been a stay at home on welfare all her life. HELP ME :( |
Question: My daughter won't stop eating healthy. What can I do? Posted: 06 May 2017 10:44 AM PDT My daughter is 14, she's weights just a little under 100 lbs, and I try to get her to eat Doritos, beef, candy, soda, but she refuses. She needs to gain weight, especially since she is in gym everyday at school. She has a very fast metabolism, and she loses weight. I don't know what to do anymore! |
Question: How to convince my mom to let me get a job at 17? Posted: 06 May 2017 10:16 AM PDT I'm 17 and have NEVER had a job. I get that she wanted me to focus on school but she didn't even let me during the summer. Literally all of my friends have or have had jobs. But me. I'm about to graduate from high school in 2 weeks. How do I convince her to let me get a job before my birthday in September. Plus I want to get her a late Mothers day gift and a birthday present to repay her... well to show my appretiation because I could NEVER repay her for everything she has done for me. For that comment that says I'm "immature" 1. I'm valedictorian of my senior class 2. I've been taking college class at Cincinnati State since I was 15 years old. Passed all my classes with an A and have a 3.5 GPA |
Question: My daughter is losing weight! Help? Posted: 06 May 2017 10:11 AM PDT My daughter is 14 and she has gym everyday at school she is 100 lbs and now she's 97 lbs I try to get her to eat a lot because she's underweight, but she's doesn't like sweets! Posted: 06 May 2017 09:49 AM PDT I have not seen him since he was 13 over 10 years ago. Would I still be a family member of a felon? I do know his dad and siblings and as a little kid knew his mother before his parents divorced. |
Posted: 06 May 2017 09:47 AM PDT I don't know this and very well and she's a strange part of the family because of her daughter. |
Posted: 06 May 2017 09:46 AM PDT She has never claimed to be molested but I am convinced that she was because she won't let me date whoever I want and is overly protective. So I'm looking for evidence. |
Question: My dad died and I don't care as I only met him three times so should I feel guilty? Posted: 06 May 2017 09:42 AM PDT I met him twice when I was 11 and one time at age 25 and that's all. I'm 31 and he apparently died last weekend and requested not to have a funeral. His current wife only met me once I did not reply when I sent my condolences. He basically was not a dad but he was a father biologically. So should I feel guilty that I'm not missing him and feeling sad? I don't really care anymore than when my stepfather's colleague died. |
Question: I'm a single child and there's nothing to do outside at my house. Anyone have any ideas? Posted: 06 May 2017 09:19 AM PDT |
Question: Is my friend dangerous? Posted: 06 May 2017 09:11 AM PDT Here's the situation: I live at my dad's place, and a year and half ago I told my friend (let's call him "Tom") he can live there for a while, when Tom had lost his student apartment. After he had been there a year I asked him to move out because I have an anxiety disorder and living with him was too much. He refused to move and still hasn't moved. My dad has talked with him twice about moving out and Tom keeps telling how he's applying for jobs and that he's "practically half way out the door". Both me and dad think he's lying. Tom is a hippie in the worst sense, he complains how money is a shitty system while he lives off of unemployment money, he's dilusional in what he can do and thinks he's above most humans, and he never washes himself with soap so we get to enjoy his sweat stench every day. But it has gotten worse lately. He doesn't talk anymore, he has a dark expression on his face most of the time, breathes heavily, and I'm not kidding: after dads recent move out-talk with him, Tom was like "check out this new knife and axe I just bought". Today when I was cooking in the kitchen, Tom came there with the heavy breathing, dark expression and the axe in his hand. He proceeded to sharpen the axe over the sink, and in the midway of going out on the back porch he suddenly just let out a yell. That was pretty scary for me, especially because of my sensitiveness to anxiety. What should I do? Could he potentially be dangerous? He's clearly somewhat unstable. |
Question: The city keeps telling my dad to stop having to much stuff outside? Posted: 06 May 2017 09:06 AM PDT the property of his but he never listens he still leaves the stuff outside. the property of his but he never listens he still leaves the stuff outside. He never learns and I keep telling him and my mom that there too much junk outside. All they do is get mad if I call it that if the city doesn't bother them or complains they don't do anything |

Question: Can someone go to jail for verbal abuse? Posted: 06 May 2017 06:47 AM PDT My dad yells at me all the time calls my mom fat and once he slapped me then kicked my sister I feel depressed at my house and at school I'm really happy and my grandma is terrible |
Question: How do I deal with sexist parents? Posted: 06 May 2017 06:25 AM PDT I have a brother and a sister by parents say that my brother is going to protect me because he is a guy. Since I can t say anything back to my parents I just roll my eyes and go to my room now the lasted incident that made me cry and I m not really that crying type was when one day my dad sat me down and asked me if I wanted to turn in to a guy (i don t have a problem with transgender people) hes reasons were that I don t act girly and like wearing dark colors (I m not emo btw) and shoes like are also in the men s section and at that point I lost it oh and to make it even worse he started saying that he is ganna start MAKEING me wear dresses and flats (I m 13 btw ) and I hate dresses . Another example was that my little 5 year old sister was cleaning the table and my mom walks in and says "GOOD JOB BEING A GIRL " and then i quickly grabbed my sister took her to my room and said what mom said was WORNG girls can be anything they want to be u don t have to clean the table to be a girl. So please tell me how to deal with this there are more things my parents have done but that would make it to long for you to read so please help me |

Question: Help what should I do? Posted: 06 May 2017 05:57 AM PDT hey I bullied this girl from my class because she is really awkward and has no friends. i always had fun and it was sooo easy to make her cry. but yesterday this asshole guy went to the teacher and told him everything. why?? idk, i never did anything to him. anyway the teacher was extremely mad at me he kept yelling at me and said this behavior will have bad consequences for me. what do you think will they do? suspend me for a few days? im really afraid they will call my parents because they would definitely slap me and ground me for several weeks. what should i do now? |
Question: My Mom s behavior is hurting and abusive? Posted: 06 May 2017 05:43 AM PDT my mom always yelling and complaining about my work, but she is not so harh with my older sister, she hardly gets happy what ever i do, i am 15 yrs, though sometimes she threats me to SPANK me like she used to do some year back, and at that time she used to grab my tiny penis yelling on me that she would cut it off....and most freaking, she sometimes STILL YELL like mad on me saying, she would CUT OFF my penis !!!! if i do this wrong !! this makes my sister laugh on me, i do not know why she yell me like this, and if she is normal otherwise she would not threat me to cut my penis ! CAN SHE REALLY DO THIS IF GONE MAD ?? |
Question: I don't want to be called an adult? Posted: 06 May 2017 05:40 AM PDT I just turned 18 a few months ago. I don't want to be called an adult. I don't like it. I don't want to be considered a "woman" or "ma'am" or "misses." I mean come on, it's not like I'm 30. Even in my twenties I don't want to be called any of those. I like being called cute teenage or girlish things like "sweetiepie" or "honey" or "sweetie" anything like that. I don't even have my driver's license. I really don't care about driving. Plus it terrifies me. I just can't do it. My parents said I don't have to move out if I don't want to. I can stay with them for as long as I want. At least until I get married. I don't want to dress like an adult either. Adult clothes like "misses" or "ladies" or woman" clothes are so boring. I love my juniors clothes. They're more out there and fun. I don't want to have an adult mindset. I love anime and cartoons and gaming, especially anime and cartoons that are aimed at a much younger audience than me. I'm a junior in high school but come fall I will be a senior and I'm really sad and scared about that. I always hated high school but now I look at it thinking it's my last resort of childhood. I don't want to leave it now. Also I don't want to get a real job, I want to make a living by being a youtuber. That's something I would really enjoy and love doing everyday. Am I weird? |

Posted: 06 May 2017 05:15 AM PDT It hurts me so much that she does not validate it and that she thinks I'm a liar. Her second husband molested me I hinted at it when he was still living but I came out completely after he died. This was 25 years ago and to this day my mom thinks I lied |

Question: I don't like my maid? Posted: 06 May 2017 02:38 AM PDT Before anyone goes off, I live in the middle east where basically almost everyone has a maid who lives at their house. It's been a year or so since we got ours and she's just so disrespectful, plays dumb, doesn't do her work, etc. Like, she's getting paid more money than any one else I've ever heard of and she has fridays off, meanwhile there are multiple people who force their maids to dress in uniforms every day and wear head scarves. She listens to my parents, but never to me. When I ask her to clean my room, she says ok and then doesnt do it until 2 hours later because she disappears into her room to do god knows what while I sit there in the living room, waiting. When I ask her to prepare food and she asks how much, I tell her clearly and she still makes too much even though I've had to correct her so many times. And she always tries to shortcut things, e.g. when she goes grocery shopping we tell her to go to a specific place thats a bit further from the house but she comes back with food and receipts from a store thats a minutes walk from us! Also, she keeps ordering food for herself or taking taxis and then asking ME to lend her money when she has more than enough herself! What do you do? Cut salary? Keep giving warnings and corrections? It's just unfair that we're paying her so much and she still refuses to do her job properly |

Question: Should I break up with him or be a little more patient? Posted: 06 May 2017 02:19 AM PDT I'm 18 my boyfriend is 22. You would expect a grown *** 22 year old to have most of his **** together. He doesn't know how to take care of himself. It irritates me because he's unorganized, doesn't have a sense of responsibility, doesn't have his priorities straight, AND he's very very VERY forgetful... when I say forgetful, I mean like he forgets what you say within 5 seconds. I'm good at tolerating things like this but we been together for 4 years and he's STILL the same. I'm going to the mainland (I live in Hawaii) and I want to get my life started but HE on the other hand wants to stay in Hawaii, which is not a problem but the cost of living is insane and he doesn't want to be independent bc the mom will be mad if he left and the mom said I'm "taking him away from her." He's not the only child. He lives in a house with 9+ people. It's just insane, I can't handle it anymore but I want to make things work. |
Question: So, my grandmother is mad at me because i dont want to go with her to our cousins? Posted: 06 May 2017 02:13 AM PDT Yeah, i have a newborn cousins and i dont want to go there because i intended to go to the city and do shopping, now she is mad at me and said "Dont you ever ask me to do something for you ever again!" And yeah not that its only shitty its very loud so yeah... Plus then she started To Cry and said "I dont need any of you!" than i offered to go with her and she said "No more words! Its over" Im in pretty deep **** and tell me wtf to do? |
Question: Is it abuse for parents to hit you ? Posted: 06 May 2017 12:25 AM PDT |
Question: Dad doesn't want to go to my college graduation. 1O PTS? Posted: 06 May 2017 12:22 AM PDT I'm graduating college tomorrow and I just found out that my dad doesn't want to go because he said my college experience and future goals doesn't pertain to him. The rest of my family and friends are going, and they're way more supportive than this this SOB will ever be. Do I have the right to be angry? |
Posted: 06 May 2017 12:10 AM PDT Unlike other situations like this where the information on the parent is easily accessible this case is different. My dad was fostered around the time where priests and nuns ran the country. There is definitely a cover up of some sort because the woman who is written on his birth cert is not his mother we did a DNA test with her children and it showed up negative. He has been looking relentlessly for 50+ years and it's starting to really upset him. He just wants to know if his mother had a nice life if she's happy and safe or if she had a nice life before she passed. How do you go about finding someone when you have no information except a name that is possibly fake. My dad grew up with no friends and a family who called him a bastard around that time other children were advised to stay away from him because he was adopted. He missed out on a normal life and still only wants to see if his mam is ok if she had a better life after she was most likely forced to give him up. |
Question: How do I talk to my racist mother about sex? Posted: 06 May 2017 12:10 AM PDT I've been dating my boyfriend for over 2 years now and I'm 18, recently my mother found out that Him and I are sexually active and she freaked out. She came up with every excuse as to why we shouldn't have sex. One being "he's black I don't want any mix breed n***er grandkids." And other racist stereotypes. Another one is "you guys aren't going anywhere in life." She also proceeded to call me a slut even though I've only had sex with this one person. There's no reason for her to really be worried about me I take birth control and I'm very educated about sex i actually work in our family buisness which is a sex store. So for work i help people get more sexually aware. she's gone lengths to make sure we don't have sex like tracking my phone to make sure I'm where I'm suppose to be. So when I want to go to his house I make up lies and say I'm going to get a massage or the movies but recently she's actually been calling the places to see if I'm there. Im a very mature person and I know she thinks so to she's literally left me to be my little sister guardian legally if she was to die or be unable to care for her. I even just bought my first brand new car so I know maturity is not the reason. How can I word this to her to hopefully get her to back off and give me space? |

Question: I'm worried about my mom? Posted: 05 May 2017 11:50 PM PDT My mom works everyday but usually uses her pay checks and my dads child support money in alcohol or she'll have parties at our house and make me leave because they're "adult parties" she drinks everyday after work until 3am. On weekends (like right now) she's usually not here and she's out all night and when I text her to make sure she's okay she doesn't answer or it won't deliver. Sometimes she brings guys over and has sex while I'm home. She lets my sisterand her boyfriend who is 25 and doesn't have a job or pay rent, and their newborn live with us, and he's always encouraging her to get drunk so he can too. He brings his friends over and she sometimes has sex with them even though they're at least 10 years younger than her. She just started smoking because my sisters boyfriend got her back into it even though she quit 20 years ago. She drives drunk too even though I've told her about how dangerous it is and she could hurt herself and other people. Most night I just cry myself to sleep because it hurts so bad to watch her do this to herself. A lot of the time I feel like she acts my age instead of a 40 year old woman. I'm a 15 year old girl and I know I'm going to graduate in 2 years but living like this right now is so hard. What can I do? I've already talked to her about all of this and she doesn't care. |

Question: Does anyone have ideas of what he'll do to me or if he even tries to kill me?? Posted: 05 May 2017 09:05 PM PDT i accidently shattered my OLD ipad while facetiming my friend. so i called my dad after work (he didn't up at first but called me back after when i left the message) and told him i take full responsibility (which i NEVER do) and he laughed which made me so confused. when he came home he acted so calm but told me it's not his problem so idk what would happen next. i expected him to kill me the second he came home but acted so calm. |
Question: Am I a loser for going to prom alone? Posted: 05 May 2017 08:42 PM PDT Heyy guys im a senior and im going to prom alone. Im a guy and I love to dance and have fun. I just dont like the idea of being bounded to someone so that's why i didnt ask anyone. But will people laugh at me? |
Question: Any tips you have for a loser like me? Posted: 05 May 2017 08:40 PM PDT I'm turning 24 yrs old in a couple days and i have 2 kids and i still live with my parents. I'm in training school now (I have 4 years to complete) but i need to move out and i have no money to afford anything. Their father is an even bigger loser...he lives with his mom and he is 24 yrs old and he's never had a stable job and never competed college. he only went to college for 1 year and felt too stupid to return. i feel like im stuck in this loser warp. i don't have a car, i cant drive, im still in school, i live with my parents, ive never been paid more than minimum wage. ive recently taken a few steps to getting my license but ive been too busy taking care of my kids by myself to take time to get to the dmv to get my permit. i hate my life, im such a loser. i just want to win at life so my kids can have a good life. |
Question: Why do some people like to piss others off for no reason? Posted: 05 May 2017 08:29 PM PDT My brother in law is a prime example of this. He goes way out of his way to piss me off in every way possible. If I say I m hungry he will purposely make other plans so we eat much later. Petty things like that. He s 38 maybe older I hear the family has mistreated his wife but I never have and I ve always been nice to him too I have nothing to do with any of that So what does he gain by messing with me? Why does he do it? |
Question: Should I feel guilty that I could not help someone overseas? Posted: 05 May 2017 07:54 PM PDT Someone from the Philippines and their daughter asked me for money because they needed it for school (the daughter) and the mother needed it for medication but it was back at a time that I did not have money and my parents did not have any money either ( I am in medical assisting school almost finished and my parents had to take out loans, I still live with my parents but I am almost done with the program) I did not work and still do not so I asked my mom if I could send the mother some money and we could put it into an envelop to give to the mother and then I told the lady who lived in the Philippines if we could send it that way and she said it might get lost if I did it that way. So I said that I would try to find another way I guess and I talked to my mom about it more. I also said I would help her daughter and try to send money but then her daughter blamed me when I said I could not send her money for school so I asked a question on yahoo answers about it and then I blocked the girl after explaining to her that I could not give what I do not have. Should I feel guilty about the girl getting in trouble and about her sick mother? I did not work back then and still do not and I asked my mom about it and she did not have that much money back then. Should I feel like a bad person because of it? I must respectfully say it, but also I have ancestry from the Philippines because my grandfather was born there and was Filipino but he passed away years ago. When I said that I blocked the girl, I meant to say that I blocked her on facebook. |
Question: Why do my parents want me to be perfect? Posted: 05 May 2017 07:51 PM PDT All they every thing perfectly. "Sit in the front at church." "Play the piano." "Sing it perfectly, if you mess up, start from the begining." I never get a say in anything, and when I do, it usually backfires. They're against LGBT+ community, and I'm not. They're against whites with blacks, and I'm not. Suddenly I'm just someone they're wasting their time on. I'm not allowed to wear makeup, pants, or nail polish. I have to never question them, or back talk them. |

Question: My younger sister ALWAYS steals my stuff? Posted: 05 May 2017 06:48 PM PDT I am fourteen and I have a little sister whom is eleven.. lets call her Julia. She is the most annoying person on the planet! she steals all of my things. An example: Yesterday I was studying in my room and she barges into my room and demands I let her use my iPod. (I was listening to music at the time) I said that as soon as I was finished she could. She shrieks that I suck and takes my phone instead and locks herself in her room. Its like that all the time! I have a macbook air that I saved up for for ages and she takes that all the time. My parents have the philosophy that we have to save up for everything ourselves or earn the money. Because its so slim its easy to hide and I need it for school! My phone is also taken constantly. The last electronic I have is an iPod nano, which is also very easy to hide she takes that as well. There are time that she has taken all three at once. My parents buy her whatever she wants no question but she has to have the things that I earned. She takes my clothes, tops jeans shoes. She hasn't gotten her period yet but she steals my TAMPONS. And either hides them or throws them away. I don't have a lot of makeup but she takes that the most. I am very happy to lend things to her and I do all the time but she takes everything and HIDES it. I have a bed a desk with no drawers and a closet. I can't lock anything away and she has even found my diary. I had written very private stuff there. I don't care about the other stuff but its my diary that was the final straw. My parents don't care or do anything but if I take something of hers she freaks out and cries and I get grounded by my parents! I am Just so SICK of this. Help? and suggestions on what I can do? |
Question: My husband is attracted to my younger sister, and I'm tired of it. Please give advice.? Posted: 05 May 2017 06:20 PM PDT My husband and I have been together 10 years. There have been times over the years that he has been abnormally insensitive. Times he has thought about my sisters feelings over mine. Over 5 years ago when I was pregnant with the first of our 2 sons. He admitted he had a dream that I was teaching my sister how to give blow jobs, on him. The thought of it... She was 15 at the time. She and I haven't really gotten along since she hit puberty. She has always been in my business, nosey. Soon after I became pregnant with our second son (about a year ago), she sits me down to get some advice. Which is weird because she is the one who give that to everyone. She said she thinks her boyfriends penis is small and has the gall to ask me how big my husband was! I don't care how curious you are, you don't just ask that. We didn't have those kind of talks. I'm a private person and she knows I wouldn't just tell her something like that. The only person I talk to about things is my husband, obviously I didn't tell him about this, it would only fuel the fire. But this last weekend my family came in to town to visit us for the first time since we moved out of state. My mom, brother and sister. He paid more attention to her than them. And said multiple times about our 10 month old baby "Aww look at him, he can't tell you apart. He thinks she is his mom." (Said after my son looked at my sister and then to me and smiled and then looked back at her) he did this with everyone, he was looking for confirmation that it was ok, but of course he made a big deal about it with her. Because we look SO much a like. We are by no means twins, I look more like my mom than her. Also they tried overly to be near each other too. She'd sit on my spot on the couch next to him when I was out of the room. And he would make eyes at him when she didn't know I was looking. They are obviously attracted to each other. I'm not blind. But I'll be damned if I let anything happen between them. What should I do?... |
