Question: Do you talk to people from past work places? Posted: 16 May 2017 05:13 PM PDT I am 23 years old, and I've had a few different jobs and i have only kept in touch with like 3-4 people from past employers. I always hear the same thing, before i quit on on my last day people always says lets hang out or go get some beers later and it never happens, even if i make the effort they always seem to cancel or are busy, and i hate it when people B.S me. A few people at my current work place got mad, because i said when i stopped working there i would probably never talk to them, or see them again. I wasn't trying to hurt peoples feelings, I was just being honest. |
Question: How can I be a more fun person?? Please help? Posted: 16 May 2017 04:38 PM PDT I just want to be known as a daredevil, risk taker, and just a really fun person ( I know it sounds super cheesy but idk) This might just sound like a really stupid question but seriously..my friends don't hang out with me anymore.. because I'm "boring" and they even gave me a nickname as grandma (like wtf) but they literally don't do anything different than I do so idk what the difference between them and me is.. One of my exfriend (let's call her A) met my cousin( B. who also happens to be my best friend) and A basically barely knows her and just hangs out with her because she says she's a "really fun person" but my cousin is literally just like me (everyone says so) and it just kinda makes me jealous😒 Buuut.. What are some things that makes a person "fun" and "daring" I just really want to known as the fun friend pleaseeee help me |
Question: It was broken and I fixed it. Now they want it back.? Posted: 16 May 2017 04:20 PM PDT An acquaintance gave me a 38 inch tv that she claimed would only work in the A/V input. You couldn t watch cable because it would go to the tv input and you couldn t do anything with the HDMI ports. She told me I could hook a DVD player up to it and keep it in my son s room or something. I offered to pay her for it multiple times and she refused. She said she was going to throw it out anyways. So I get it home and the thing stays in the A/V input but you can t change the volume on it either and it was essentially on mute. My tech boyfriend tinkered with it all night and fixed it completely. Now we had a perfect tv that works great. Two days later my dad came over and told us he d give us his 55 inch in exchange for the 38 inch because his new place doesn t have a den and he wants to put the smaller tv in the kitchen. So we traded. Yesterday (a week after my dad traded us) she asked me how my son liked the tv andI made the mistake of telling her that my bf managed to fix it. I didn t want to say I traded for a bigger tv because I didn t want to hurt her feelings. Now today she tells me her daughter and grandkids are moving in with her and she wants it back. What do I say? |
Question: Kind of sad and confused? Posted: 16 May 2017 04:06 PM PDT Long story short I've been talking to a guy who I am interested in for a little over a month now. We are just friends right now because his last relationship was terrible and neither of us want to rush into anything. During school, we lived right next to each other so we saw each other often. We got done the semester on friday and my biggest fear was summer ruining everything. Shockingly, he texted me both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was actually very sweet because he wished my Mom a happy mother's day (he asked to meet her when she came to move me out of school). He also asked me about my upcoming surgery (which was today) and tried to get me less worried about it. We did not talk at all yesterday which is totally ok, I don't expect to talk every day. But today I texted him, he answered right away, and then when I answered to tell him surgery went well I never got a response. It's been 4 hours. I honestly thought he would have cared a little more. Not sure if I'm overthinking or not but I'm kind of sad about it. Do I just let it go and see if I hear from him later in the week? |
Question: How to be outgoing/social at school? Posted: 16 May 2017 03:16 PM PDT i wanna be the cool outgoing person at school but i dont know how lmao |
Question: How do I tell my friend that I don't want to FaceTime? Posted: 16 May 2017 03:11 PM PDT At the beginning of the school year, this girl in my math class would always FaceTime me to ask me for help understanding our homework. I was okay with it because we'd only talk for about an hour and hang up. As the year went on, we became friends and we started to talk about things other than homework (as most friends do). Ever since, she always wants to FaceTime me after school and when ever she feels like it. I'm an introvert, so I love being alone and most times when she calls me I don't want to talk to her. We usually talk for a long time because I'm terrible at making excuses to hang up. She's a great friend, but I need my alone time. How can I tell her nicely? |
Posted: 16 May 2017 02:36 PM PDT I had already asked a question about the bullying, so if you want more information about the problem you can go there. Basically she is punching my arm, and saying we are friends. What i am asking now is if i tell a teacher will she know it is me? And if she does what do i do of she tryings to talk about it? Also of she trys to physically abuse me do i tell a teacher or the counsler? I am open to suggestion. |
Question: A girl is harassing me online what should I do? Posted: 16 May 2017 02:27 PM PDT So I went on instagram today and this girl dmed me and said "BACK OFF FROM MY BOYFRIEND BI*TH." But here's the catch: I don't know her or her boyfriend. I friend explaining to her multiple times that she had the wrong person and she told me to stop "playing stupid" and called me bi*ch, sl*t, wh*re, you name it. I don't even KNOW her!!! I also saw she was following 13 ppl and had 1 follower here's her instagram so you can check it out: @kutie_15 . Do you guys think she's a troll, bot, or something? Cause I think she's crazy. |
Question: How to get over a boy? Posted: 16 May 2017 02:19 PM PDT I'm 15 and he's 17. I met him during our sports class together. We never dated but I really liked him a lot and he said he wasn't ready for a relationship but he really led me on so that hurt. I really fell in deep for him this was at the beginning of the year and now we only have 3 weeks left but we talked for about 2 months. He has a girlfriend now and I thought I was over him but I was next to him today and the feelings came rushing back. I don't know what to do it just upsets me all of the time. so thought we were really going somewhere but it didn't. Any advice on what to do? I just want to feel the way I did when we talked but I can't and there's nothing I can do about it. |
Question: Should I send her a text? Posted: 16 May 2017 02:16 PM PDT I had a falling out with a close friend of mine a few months ago, she stopped talking to me and things ended bad between us. It was obviously my fault , but yesterday I saw her at the mall by herself. is it bad to text her telling her that I saw her yesterday (In a cute way). |
Question: How to make friends? Posted: 16 May 2017 02:15 PM PDT Im going into 11th grade and today was my last day of sophomore year. There's a group of girls that I literally will get in trouble for being around (lots of problems w them) and my best friend is now best friends with one of them and she left me alone at lunch to sit with them and I sat by my sister, but she won't be around to sit by next year so I need new friends. The only other group of people I have anything in common with are a bunch of alcoholic teenagers (I'm from the south) and they smoke and party and I don't want to be influenced like that. I've tried hanging out with random groups in my grade but they always seem not to like me. I don't want to get in with the wrong group, I have a good thing going for me here and I've seen how that affects people. Should I just be on my own or what should I do? I'm very hurt that my best friend would do that to me because she knows what they did to me and the police were involved and everything... maybe the problem is me? I don't know but I just want to do well and have at least a friend or two... What do I do? |
Question: Im ignored at school? Posted: 16 May 2017 01:55 PM PDT Im 13, in the 7th grade. I dont have the ability to speak but I try to make friends. I wave hi or write things to them on paper. Everytime I try to socialize, Im ignored and left alone. |
Question: Do you take breaks from friendships? Posted: 16 May 2017 01:37 PM PDT Me and my friend have been friends for about a year and he always takes breaks from me atleast every 2 weeks. Right now we are even on a break. I tried to explain to him a couple of things me he was like "every person knows if a person sees your message and doesn t respond they don t wanna talk" (bc he ignored my messages sometimes) and then I asked "so you don t wanna talk?" And he said "obviously not wtf". And then we had an argument and said "I need a break." And we haven t spoken since a week so I m extremely angry right now and idk what to do. |
Posted: 16 May 2017 01:16 PM PDT People say I'm shy but, how can I not be when every time I make friends, they turn against me? Sometimes I feel like if I start being mean to people they won't take advantage of me. They make offensive jokes about me and my body constantly and get angry when it bothers me. They're hypocrites and they exclude me from everything. They make me feel like an outsider and get angry because I'm not following them around. This is the third time this has happened. I know it's not me because I always make sure I treat everyone respectively because I know I wouldn't like to be disrespected. What should I do? I'm not very vocal with my feelings. I really don't want to hurt anyone. |
Question: My step sister went through my pictures on my phone(I had very private pictures there)? Posted: 16 May 2017 12:59 PM PDT Okk.. I'm 14, so is my step sister. She took my phone, but I had a password on it. She bypassed it by connecting it to USB cable and just went through all my photos. I had some really private photos there and she even saved some on them on her laptop(5 pictures. 1 is sexual, 4 others are just the best pictures of me...) I didn't see her do it, but I know she did that. I used her laptop once and saw those pictures hidden in a folder. I didn't tell her anything, just deleted them... Since then she flirts with me and she became very touchy... Is that because of that 1 picture ? What should I do ? I don't want to tell anyone. I like her as a person and she's pretty. |
Question: Why is my guy friend like this? Posted: 16 May 2017 11:41 AM PDT Hello! So I've know my guy friend for a year a little over. We've hung out once with my best friend. I've been trying to get together with him for months, he always texts back, continues the convo. He's a very nice guy and I know he cares about me as a FRIEND. he is not a player at all. Anyways he just confuses me when i asked him o hag to one time he said he had baseball tryouts but that doesnt take all day. Also i will add that he hasn't been in snapchat stories or instagram photos or even his own. Which is fine. I know I'm an option it is what is. He says he's will hang out with me (he will if he gets the chance) inwill add that he works 50+ hours a week plus a job on then weekend. He crazy busy but he says he will hang out this summer. He's a very honest and good person but He has other priorities and he will get to me when he can. He's always there for me when i need him. He even texted me a really nice happy birthday message when it was my birthday. I only have to 2 friends at home: him and my best friend. I'm pretty, a cheerleader and outgoing and really nice and friendly. The only thing is that I'm needy cause of my anxiety/ OCD and maybe depression idk |
Question: This seems kind of kinky to me. Is it? Posted: 16 May 2017 11:25 AM PDT It was Sunday morning and I was having a group of women over at my home for lunch. All of a sudden I had no electricity in the house. I started calling electricians in the phone book. None of them would come out on a Sunday. In a desperate move, I tried something VERY bold for me. I called my ex husband Jason. I had not talked to him in over a year. I explained my problem and he said I will be right over and fix that for you. He came over and finished fixing the problem just in time for lunch. He would not take any money for his help so I thought the least I could do was invite him to join us for lunch. He was VERY charming at lunch to me and all the other women. He told me how great the lunch was and how beautiful I still looked. ALL the single women at the lunch wanted to talk to him and be with him. All of us had a great time at lunch and great conversation. After Jason left, the women told me that was the best lunch for the group I ever had. I am scheduled to have a lunch for these women in to 3 months. Several of the single women ask me it I would invite Jason to join us for that lunch. I understand their point of view. Jason is a great looking guy. I know they would enjoy the lunch more if he was there but would it be wrong of me to invite him just to make the single gals happy. It seems kind of kinky to me. Would I get the reputation of running a stud service? I would appreciate your advice. Thanks. |
Question: Is there any final reasons to back out of killing myself tonight? Posted: 16 May 2017 10:56 AM PDT Not only have I recently began failing all of my classes but I lost my best friend because she decided she just didn't want to be friends with me anymore. She knows a lot of people so she began spreading untrue rumors and now a lot of other people don't talk to me anymore either. My moms abusive my dad left so I have no one. I'm just tired and now that I have no friends I just wanna leave. I would give it one more chance if I had a good reason. I'm 16 by the way. |
Question: How long should you ignore bullies? Posted: 16 May 2017 10:55 AM PDT We are always told to ignore bullies otherwise you give them the reaction they want, and not retaliate. But how long would a bully continue bullying until they get bored? Weeks? Months? Years? Or until you snap and react? |
Question: My boyfriend has been distancing himself from me for a few weeks now. What should I do? Posted: 16 May 2017 10:53 AM PDT We are in a long distance relationship (nearly 7 years now). We aren't able to be together in real life yet since I am finishing up college. Next year we plan on moving in together and I will be attending grad school. He's been very busy with work and comes home tired. However, sometimes I feel like he is avoiding me and I know that he is just playing xbox and talking to friends. I confronted him about this two or three times now and have given him space for a couple of days. I've stopped texting him but it seems that he does not miss me. I am not playing mind games because last night I texted him again to see how he was. He replied and said he missed me. But then I sent him a text saying that we need to talk soon. I know he ignored the text because I found out again that he is playing xbox. I don't get texts anymore from him. It's making me stressed out. I've had many nights where I just cried. I don't even bother him. I asked him when I should text him, and he said anytime. However, this doesn't help one bit. I expect him to text me first and not me texting him whenever I feel like. |
Posted: 16 May 2017 10:40 AM PDT This girl told me my crush is dating a guy, he's bi then she told me he's gay, she knows I like him, she told my crush she misplaced her debit card she couldn't find it she seemed like she wanted to meet me and sweet to me when my crush is around, she waved at me with a huge smile on her face, when my crush wasn't around she was rude to me, she told me she's dating a guy, my crush came over and found her debit card in her back pocket she told him someone put it there but I was with her the entire time no one put it in her back pocket. After she told me my crush is dating a guy she was touching him in a flirty kind of way, she was trying to hold his hand, she was trying to dance with him. He kept giving me flirty attention. When he slapped and pitched my butt she had a jealous look on her face. Was she lying to me? |
Question: Has anyone been best friends with their ex boyfriend? and how is that? is it going well? Posted: 16 May 2017 10:27 AM PDT |
Question: Is this bullying? If so, how do I stop it? Posted: 16 May 2017 09:53 AM PDT So there's this boy who's in most my classes, we get along fairly well and a friend of mine is friends with him. But out of lesson, whenever him and a friend of his walk by my friends and I, they make these exaggerated retching sounds, and say things like "What is that smell?" and stuff, which is obviously aimed at me. However, when they aren't together, they act normal... Normally, I wouldn't mind as I can take a joke, but recently my anxiety has gotten so bad, I can't help but stress over it so often. A friend (the one who is also friends with the guy) has asked him to stop, and he did for a few days, but he's started again recently. How do I get them to stop? I'm going to try and talk to him separately and subtly ask him why he's so different when he's without his friend, and try and ask him to stop. I don't really want to tell the teacher because he isn't that bad without his friends, and I don't want to look like a snitch. I've been told to ignore them (which I have been doing for the past couple of weeks) , but how long until they get bored and stop? |
Question: Should I try to be his friend or just stop? Posted: 16 May 2017 09:17 AM PDT |
Question: I'm a loner in high school.? Posted: 16 May 2017 08:42 AM PDT I'm currently a junior, but most of my years in high school, I'm a loner. I'm the weird dude, who walks by himself during lunch, eating lunch, break, and getting out of school. I try to make friends, but it is really hard when they have nothing in common with you. I get annoyed when girls that talks to me, feel bad for me. There's girls that has a crushed on me, because their friends will come over and tell me that I'm cute, but I ignore it, because they're freshmen and sophomore. I have no friends, and it just lower my self esteem everyday when I see people are talking to their friends and having fun. |
Question: Yes or no...?? Isn't it true that it's very...? Posted: 16 May 2017 07:32 AM PDT Rare to find a good spouse, but much easier to find a great sibling? I say true. The romance and sex part make finding a spouse who's decent very hard; siblings love you for you. You're closer to your siblings than your spouse because you grew up together. |
Question: Someone told me that I sound weird. Do you agree? Posted: 16 May 2017 07:01 AM PDT http://vocaroo.com/i/s1xAFkwlKQyw |
Posted: 16 May 2017 06:54 AM PDT I have a friend who I used to be very close with as a kid. But there is one major problem I have with him; every time something offends him, he does not tell me. He'll just stop talking to me or only give short, vague responses when he does. Also, he gets offended so easily. Normally I can easily tell if I said something wrong, but with him, I will just be myself and think we're having a good chat then he'll just randomly go cold again and I'll be left feeling totally confused. The few times when he told me what offended him, it was something very (in my opinion) stupid. One time, he broke contact with me because I said "dude you're perfect" and he doesn't like the idea of anyone being called perfect except for God (he didn't tell me that until like a year later). He also often misinterprets what I say. But even if I explain to him what I actually meant (which is almost always something positive), he completely disregards that, is still offended over his first interpretation of it, and will continue being cold. So there's really no point. I am honestly not a mean person; I rarely use bad words, I try really hard to be kind and self-aware, and I have never had this issue with anyone else. I have NEVER had ill will towards him. Even if I was upset with him. But it makes me so angry when he does this. Over the years, I have just learned to roll my eyes and leave it until he is ready to talk again, even if it is months later. Is there anything else I can really do? |
Question: I get annoyed at literally everything? Posted: 16 May 2017 06:28 AM PDT lately (by lately i mean for a year) ive been feeling verry annoyed and irritated at literally everything. I get so annoyed at my bestfriends when they say something and that had resulted in us fighting a lot. I wasnt like this before. I get irritated at literally anything. Could it be because of stress maybe? Im not really sure but has anyone else experienced this and do you know why? |
Question: Trying to support a friend? Posted: 16 May 2017 05:58 AM PDT |
Question: Has you ever seen your best friend naked? Posted: 16 May 2017 05:57 AM PDT |
Question: Friend needs to get her life together.? Posted: 16 May 2017 04:36 AM PDT So I have a coworker "friend" at work. She's 26 and she's made bad decision after bad descion when it comes to dating. For example she's with a dude rn who is mean to her, he's not working, so she's paying his rent, he's barely home, and rn she's currently cheating on him. Because she can't or " won't" leave him. So for a while I was her ride to work. Recently I got tired of going out of my way to come and get her. Especially because I don't get gas money up front but instead when we get paid. So I'm having to dip into MY OWN money to do so. This past couple weeks were hell for me! I was BROKE. I barely had enough for gas.... what pisses me off the most is she knows she needs the money, yet she keeps coming in late, and taking ATO and stuff like that. Then when it's time to give gas, she's only tossing me $15 because she didn't have enough. I'm so done. She's my friend and I love her but I have myself and a child to support and she doesn't offer until I say, how are you getting home? If I won't bring it up. I don't get it. I'm tired of it. I told her from now on I can only get her on tuesdays but she needs to find a ride home. Was I wrong for that? |
Question: Why would a girl care so much for me for absolutely no reason?? ? Posted: 16 May 2017 03:05 AM PDT So, there's this girl, who tried to be friends with me, out of the blue. I am used to be a loner, so I wasn't really expecting that. Besides, since she is one of the hottest girls from my class, it was even weirder..... She would often try to ask me about my likes, dislikes, opinions, feelings, thoughts and sometimes even how we as two different individuals perceive humans being trustworthy or not. I have usually found that love, friendship does not exist, and people always talk to me, to get their **** done, while she has a different idea of love and friendship.... We are often arguing, yet she cares for me by doing actions like - Defending me against bullies (boys much stronger than her physically) , even when I don't need her help. She slapped my friend and got mad at me for joking about my death. She said that my death isn't a joke for people who really love me. She would purposely act stupid when I am tensed or sad, just to make me laugh. And when I do laugh, she would be happier than me. She wants to share everything with me from chocolates to burgers, and my "problems" to "what makes me happy" Everytime I used to question her that What does she want from me (I assumed She wants something like money or a favour or else she wouldn't care), She would ask me that Why do I have to question it, and Why can't I just be Happy.... Why is she so concerned about me? I believe love & friendship doesn't exist but her behaviour is complete opposite of my beliefs.... |

Posted: 15 May 2017 11:01 PM PDT I try to be a good friend, but in the end I don't think she actually has anxiety so I have been avoiding her. She's begun using all of my fears and insecurities to tear me down and insists that it's me. Is it wrong to hate her? To be annoyed by her? |
Question: Why are people so obsessed with getting high? Posted: 15 May 2017 10:37 PM PDT I'm a millennial, and by no means a straight edge (I was heavily involved with drug dealers and sellers of other illicit goods, even sold some myself), but I don't get the whole obsession with drugs. I don't mean to talk down on anyone who does enjoy that stuff... but what's the appeal? |
Question: How do I stop a new friend from using for access? Posted: 15 May 2017 10:28 PM PDT I just started a new semester and i made friends with this guy in class. Thought he was cool and wanted to make a friend that was into social circles i wasn't in. we hung out twice and i could see he was living the social life i wanted so i have happy i made this friend. So one day he asks for a favor for access to contacts i have. i connect him to people i know because i was just being a friend. After a week or so he asks me to connect him to another contact i had, i was a little suspicious at this point because we never hung out outside of class but he was still asking for favors. I was hesitant because he was acting as someone i know rather than a friend you hangout with or text ect. So now a fourth time in a row he wanted access to a contact i have using me to get access he couldn't get on his own. I don't mind helping a friend but this guy is just someone i know, i feel like i am being used to get access to friends i have. And i want to stop it but i sit next to the guy in class and i don't want to sound like a dick for telling him i am done helping him out. I wouldn't mind if we were friends and hang out and did all the cool things he always does on his own with his friends. I sound sour but i just don't like being used. |

Question: Why doesn't she let go? Posted: 15 May 2017 09:32 PM PDT When I'm hanging out with my friend, she tends to sit close to me. Sometimes she'll rest on my lap or chest. I'll end up stroking her back and hair. When I tell her that I have to leave, she walks me to the door. Before I even try to leave, she pushes the door and hugs me. She pushes me against the door and hugs me tightly. To her, I'm her friend that helps her with her depression. I always know how to cheer her up. |

Question: What should I guy do for a girl ? Posted: 15 May 2017 08:19 PM PDT My friend is feeling very upset about her husband they've been married 3 weeks. She admits she's not happy with him she hates him she can't handle him everything about him and everything he does upsets her. She's just jealous because she knows he's been married before. She said he showed her some old videos from his first marriage that's when she started screaming at him. She said she got into a fight with him. She screamed at him that she hated him. He didn't say anything back to her he doesn't talk much he's quiet all the time. I don't know why he would show her that. I feel sorry for him and her. He probably didn't mean to upset her. They're going on their honeymoon in a few weeks she's also pregnant with their daughter. What can I do to help her feel better ? |

Question: My best friend's boyfriend is rude to me sometimes? Posted: 15 May 2017 07:46 PM PDT Okay, so most of the time I just laugh it off cause I feel like my best friend will only say he's joking but sometimes he goes too far, today he asked if she'd be mad "if he killed me" and I'm like wtf? I expected her to say that's not funny but nope, she tells him it DEPENDS on how he kills me, her best friend, joke or not it was too far..should i tell her how it makes me feel even though i am scared she might defend him? |
Question: Does this sound lazy? Do you think my friend thinks I'm lazy? Posted: 15 May 2017 07:41 PM PDT I saw my friend earlier, and they're a bit older than me. They asked if I'm going to work this summer. They know I work hard in school, and do a lot. I told them that I make most of my money selling things online, and didn't know. And that I had already been pretty busy. Does that sound lazy? |

Question: What normal day object are best as a disguised recorder? Posted: 15 May 2017 07:27 PM PDT I was using a pen for this easedropping project, but a customer used it and took it with them :/ What is something inconspicuous and small, insignificant that I can use as a disguised sound recorder? I would use a USB stick, but it would be odd for a USB stick to be at a grocery store. My coworkers will notice it. Do you have any ideas? |
Question: Is it weird that I'm friends with a 13 year old (16 almost 17 yo guy)? Posted: 15 May 2017 06:53 PM PDT I have plenty of friends, as a Junior/11th grader in high school and half of them are my age (10-12th grade kids) and some of them are either freshmen or as young as 7th graders (I have like 3 freshmen friends and 1 7th grader friend, which is the 13 year old in my question). Is it weird that I'm almost 17 (gonna be turning 17 in the summer) and I'm really good friends with this 13 year old kid I know? We've known each other for about 4 years now, but I didn't start hanging out with him until like the beginning of my Sophomore year. Is this weird? He's like a little brother to me, he comes to me for advice, I even drive him around sometimes, we hang out often (not a whole lot since he's in a different school district), and I fairly enjoy his company. I just wanna know if this is weird. He's my youngest friend, but I just wanna know if it's odd. |
Question: Can you cheer me up? Posted: 15 May 2017 06:35 PM PDT I don't think my crush will ever go out with me 😫 |
Question: How do I tell my friend that I don't see her as a best friend? Posted: 15 May 2017 06:15 PM PDT Okay, I love her to pieces, but she considers me her best friend. She says, "You're my best friend," and always sends me these "besties!" messages. I only see her as a regular friend, not a best friend. It makes me feel really uncomfortable when she comes up to me and calls me her best friend. I want to tell her, but I don't want to hurt her feelings. How do I tell her? Please answer! |
Question: My friend is starting to make me insecure, how should I fight it? Posted: 15 May 2017 06:12 PM PDT Hey guys So I'm starting to slowly lose my confidence and self depth since I have a friend who just seems to be respected by everyone and dominated life. While we're good friends, we're complete polar opposites. He's chill and suave while I'm a bit energetic and upbeat. I sometimes can't help but feel inferior though... When I try hanging out with his friend groups, no1 tries challenging his lead or targets him with "**** test" or insults. While I always seem to be bombarded by at least one of his friends relentlessly attacking me. (Verbally ofc lol). He's starting to even get big (muscle wise) which makes people fear him even more. He can be kinda arrogant and a "dick" but it doesn't stop him from achieving what he wants. Whether it's a goal or status. At times while I'm happy he's doing well, it makes me question my past successes and persona as a whole... So I was just wondering am I overthinking this? Or what can I do to fight this creeping insecurity? Is there a way to be a nice guy who still gets respect? All opinions and thoughts are welcome |
Question: I don't know what to do!? Posted: 15 May 2017 05:58 PM PDT My coach at soccer today was being a jerk. We were all in a huddle and he started telling everyone how much of a bad team the other team was. He told us we are the best and the other team sucks. I frowned, and he looked at me. He asked me what was so important and I said nothing. He didn't believe me so he stayed at me what felt like forever. Until I said "I think that wasn't good sportsmanship and everyone did wonderful today." He got so mad. My parents are mad at me saying I didn't need to open my mouth. I felt so pressured! Although I do admit I was acting jerking, I have to see him tomorrow. What do I do?! |
Question: How can I punish myself without leaving any marks? Posted: 15 May 2017 05:54 PM PDT First of all, I'm not sucicidal. In fact, this is for the greater good of my future. You see, I think I've been slacking off a bit, and I want to punish myself for spending time on YouTube or watching TV while I should be doing homework. My grades have been dropping a bit. I asked my parents to give me a spanking, but they said I'm being crazy and forbid me from it. Still, I think tll help me get back into line. I want to do something that hurts, but does not leave a mark, is relatively safe, and will not damage me permanently. Thanks. |
