I know for a fact this guy does not find me attractive, yet he persistently stares at me everytime (everyday) I walk by. I do not have any physical mutations, am not stunningly beautiful or ugly, do not smell and do not dress in a bizzare fashion, so what is his deal?

Recently my Dad and his wife lost their apartment. She moved in with her sister who has a 3 bed house, and my Dad said he is choosing not to live there cause he does not like the sister but his wife is paying to rent a room . He recently told me that he has decided to sleep in a hotel, and his car when he can't afford the hotel. I told him to stay with me and my Husband, and my two children in our one bedroom three times but he keeps making excuses. This situation is really stressing me out I can't see my Dad on the street, but having him in my one bedroom with me my Husband who sleeps on the couch cause we have decided to go our separate ways once we can afford to move apart, and now here my Dad needs a place. I am tired of telling my Dad to come to my house but he keeps sending me texts with sad face like he wants me to keep begging and because of what I am going through in my own life i don't have the energy to beg him to make decisions for himself. I just started a new job (same company as before, just new position in a new department). I started talking to a coworker, we ll name him Joe, about a month ago, from my old department. I had never really talked to him before but somehow we started talking one day and had a really good conversation. Since then, he messaged me at work every day and would text me after work. I really liked this friendship we were building. I do have a bf but I never mentioned this to Joe. Why, you may ask? Well, Joe and I s friendship was just friendly and platonic. By the way, he works in a different department and mostly works from home so I don t see him in the office really. So at least there s no awkward in person ignoring going on. Why do I care? I'm a super good person, I am. I grew up in a Christian household who loves family and God. I've always been a devout Christian with a really good life full of laughs, love and good grace. I've always gotten everything I wanted. 10 months ago, I got out of a really serious relationship and it left me clinically depressed. I lost a ton of weight, became really anti social, and watched my life wither away because I just couldn't be happy anymore. My faith with God started to dwindle a little bit, also because my mom was diagnosed with cancer and that, as well as the breakup, tore me to shreds. I started drinking a lot, partying a lot, and the worst thing is- i started shoplifting a lot. I started stealing hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry, makeup, etc. I don't know why. I think I just feel like what's the point. I want to feel guilty, i do. I want to clean up my act. I want to fix my relationship with God and get back on track but it's hard to do with all of these awful things happening. Why don't I feel remorse? I really do want to, but as soon as I TRY to stop, I fall back into the habit of drinking, smoking, stealing.. I'm not sure what to do anymore and I'm scared to talk to professional. I think it's because the breakup and the diagnosis have left me to feel absolutely nothing. I've been numb to everything, and so maybe I'm trying to feel something by doing the things I do. Does anybody else know what I'm talking about?

I am a seventeen year old girl and I realized I am very irresponsible and immature. I constantly have been late to school every morning for years, and know I'm always late to my job I just got hired at. I don't know how to drive, I have been given many opportunities to learn but I don't do it. I'm depressed because I feel like I don't have any real friends, but, I am such a introvert. I don't know how to be sociable and likeable. There's this guy at my school who is a year younger than me and ALWAYS looks at me and stares for a few seconds whenever we walk by eachother. We played volleyball at the same town 3 years ago (they have a boys and a girls team, but it's different clubs) and we played a few matches against boys for training, so maybe he recognizes me? I am writing my Bestfriend who lives across the country a sweet letter and sending it in the mail. She's an older woman. I'm basically that quiet girl in class (10th grade). I struggle with social anxiety and shyness so speaking in class is definitely not easy for me and makes me really nervous one of my teachers is a outgoing, "funny" guy who likes to make jokes about his students, especially about their weaknesses which is obviously my shyness and he keeps picking on me because of it constantly he says things like: do you even know how to speak? i cant remember what your voice sounds like you seriously need help are you also that quiet at home? oh i cant joke with (my name) because she never talks! those are some of the comments he said to me last week and it only resulted in the whole class laughing at me and making fun of me also last week he called on me to read out my work and when i tried to answer he pretended that i wasn't talking and kept looking up. he told me to repeat like 7 times and even though i raised my voice he just laughed. i was tormented by him and the whole class for straight 10 minutes... on friday i finally decided i will talk to him about this issue and it took me a long time to build up the courage for that. so i went up to him and asked him to stop making these jokes about me in class because my anxiety is a serious issue and these jokes are no fun at all for me and make me feel really uncomfortable. guess what, he just laughed and said theres nothing wrong with some teasing and i shouldnt take it so seriously. i dread going to school every day. what can i do?

in August I got an abortion because the guy I was in a relationship with for 7 months begged me to get one and told me he was going to stay with me. I wanted my baby.
