Question: Should I get back with him? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:42 PM PST Me and this guy went out just over two years ago. I broke up with him because he started to smoke weed. (he also drank alcohol on more than one occasion (this is in high school)). I don't remember if there were any other reasons that I broke up with him other than I just didn't want to be in that crowd. Recently he told me he still likes me. He stopped drinking and never smoked again. He's funny, but can by kinda immature, and he's not the best looking guy by any means. But he's nice. Should I get back with him or is it better if I don't.

Question: My GF Pays For Everything!? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:40 PM PST Well she comes from a very rich family, and i'm from a middle class family. We both at College, i'm 23 and she's 22. We been together for 2 months and literally she paid for everything. i tried to talk to her about it but she won't listen, so i was like whatever. Anyway, i think i started to fall in love with her so i started feeling guilty about it and got her a couple of presents, and yesterday i took her to this nice restaurant, and told her that it was my treat. it was all good until the check came and she decided to pay, so anyway we fought over the check for a while and i ended up paying. Now she's mad at me for getting her presents + paying for dinner! i tried talking to her today and telling her that it is ok if i paid for dinner because i'm her bf, but she's telling me that she doesn't want me to pay for anything and that she doesn't even want presents from me! Can someone help! i don't know what to do here, Why is me paying bothering her? Should i just let her pay for everything even tho i'm not comfortable with it? Thanks.
Question: What does this mean from my Ex Boyfriend? I'll answer your question back? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:39 PM PST Me and my ex broke up last summer. We didn't speak to each other properly for 4 months, our break up badly hurt us both. Now, we're on good terms. We speak every week (positively) and we hang out with our mutual friends on the weekends. I stay at his house a lot of weekends and sometimes during the week. We do NOT have sex, but we do kiss/make out, cuddle and share a bed. My ex is the first one to ''make a move'' and is the first to start a conversation with me via social networking/text. When guys hit on me and my ex notices, he says things like ''So, what are the chances they have with you? They're hitting on you!''. I don't retaliate the flirtatious behaviour, but I remain polite. My ex knows I will not have sex with him. I have made this clear multiple times that no sex will occur. He accepted and understood why. If my ex knows he's not going to get a casual sexual relationship from me, then why keep behaving this way? If he just wanted to be friends, then why is he kissing, cuddling and having sleepovers with me? I know he is still hurting, I am too. And we're still rather wary of each other. It just seems strange to me. If someone wanted to get over a relationship, they would cut all contact with that person (unless there is children involved). What do you think he wants? Thanks for nice answers
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:39 PM PST an old friend of mine who lied to me BIG time has decided to make his way back into my life. I keep ignoring him but he keeps pushing. he came out and said he was gay. At that time is when he told me how much he loved me and wanted to get to know me better. After 3 months of nothing I gave up moved on and he came back telling me he wasn't. I think its because I wasn't giving him attention. He invite me out with him but then blew me off. Starting to think of it I am wondering if he is maybe bi/metrosexual. Please don't take this the wrong way but how can you tell?
Question: Am I his girlfriend? Should I ask him what we are? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:38 PM PST We've been on 10 dates. He always initiates everything, listens to and remembers every detail I say, we kiss, hold hands and he always pays when we go out. I feel he has assumed I am his girlfriend. Should I ask him what we are? or is it too soon?

Question: My boyfriend wants to have a lot of kids with me? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:37 PM PST My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years now and last night, we were lying in bed and talking and he brought up the topic of kids. He asked me if I wanted any and I said definitely when we get married. He asked me how many I wanted and I said two- a boy and a girl. And then he was like, "Is that it?" And I was like, "Yeah why?" And he said he wanted to have at least 6 kids with me. I asked him if he was being serious and he said he completely was. But I don't ever want more than two. Do you think he'll stick to wanting that many when it comes time to have kids? He seemed so serious last night. I don't want our relationship to end up failing later on because we have different ideas of how many kids we should have. I know I'm probably overthinking, but idk what to do :/

Question: Do i wait for the girl who means everything to me? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:35 PM PST so theres this girl, shes my bestfriend. shes 18 and im 17 (im a dude) and yes, i love her. ive always had feelings but shes always had a boyfriend (who she met online, theyve never met in person. weve been friends for almost 2 years. we almost instantly hit it off and everyone thought we were already dating. we both have anxiety and depression. we hang out a lot but especially when shes having bad anxiety or shes really sad we hung out last night and she texted me later that night saying "thanks for hanging out with me. i havent laughed like that in a long time" and it kinda made me sad to think shes constantly sad. but at the same time i always kinda feel bad because i know her boyfriend would probably be pissed. today she was very upset about something so we hung out and had conversations about life and her boyfriend called about 4 or 5 times and she ignored it with a very annoyed/upset face. she doesnt seem happy with him at all. shes told me shes not happy but never specific about him i love being around her and i love talking to her, i dont know if she feels the same way but were very close. she texted me saying that i could probably tell something was wrong (which i could) and that she doesnt know how she feels. shes not happy but shes not extremely sad. am i doing something wrong by hanging out with her when she has a boyfriend? do we have a chance? what do i do? i cant just abandon her. she needs me and she means a lot to me.

Question: What are other websites like YA where I can go to do Q&A to get advice on relationships? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:34 PM PST I keep asking questions but getting no answers. I've been here for nearly a decade so I know how to ask a proper question and all that. So, what are the new websites that everyone is leaving YA for? Thanks.
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:33 PM PST So there is this guy that my friends have told me wants to get to know me, but my friends are afraid of me pushing away with the cold shoulder I give most guys. I will try my best to be nice but I've never really dated so I need help to what he expects when he says he wants to get to know me and how should I act?
Question: Girls? Quick scenario? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:33 PM PST A guy comes up to you, who you haven't spoken to in a fair few months. You talked a little in the past but nothing major. He says he apologises it's a bit out of the blue but he always wanted to get to know you, asks if you want to go for a drink some time (non-alcoholic unfortunately of course), and depending on your answer asks for your number. You've seen him a few times over the last few months from a distance but never spoke. How do you react? Is this strange? Does your physical attraction to him come into play? Do you admire his confidence? Just let me know what you'd do please, thank you!

Question: How do i tell her i am not interested? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:33 PM PST So we are both in college and this girl i am friends with has a crush on me. I had my suspicions that she felt that way about me since it was pretty obvious and when my friend was hanging out with us as well, he said she liked me as more then friends so that just confirmed it. She is a great girl and i really like her but just as a friend, i have given some thought to us dating but i don't want to just ask her out when i don't have feelings for her and i am not sure we can ever be more then just friends. I also have feelings for another girl and i feel like she likes me as well but we havent really gone out although i am planning on asking her soon. They both know each other as well, they aren't friends or anything but if the other girl finds out we are going out i don't think we will be able to remain friends after that happens. We have classes together so i domt want to make things super awkward so hoe do i turn her down nicely
Question: What's this video (or vine)? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:33 PM PST It's a video with an Asian girl and an Asian boy making out a little and the girl said "stop it" in a playful way and then a dog comes up towards them and the "girl" freaks out throwing everything she had (breast implants, wig, etc.) and even took off the makeup and after it all you see it's actually a boy xD and the "boyfriend" looks so confused.
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:32 PM PST When i asked him who else is going he said it's just me! I'm feeling creeped out should i just avoid him from now on,or what
Question: Everyone I meet is always fake please help me? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:31 PM PST Every single guy I meet is fake towards me . I ask them for favors and they don't do it . The only way they'll do me a favor is if I accept their advances . I tried being friends with my ex once who've I known for two years but no matter how long we have known each other he won't hang out with unless I am willing to hook up with him so I cut off contact with him . People in general really upset me . I'm a nice person I would do anyone a favor without me benefiting from it . I've helped homeless people with no problem, gave them clothes , bought them food , and gave them cash if they ever asked me . I don't understand why the people who come into my life are always fake towards me . Right now my guy friend hit on me and I told him " Sorry I only view you as a friend ". Now he isn't texting me back at all. This is why I find it better to be on my own because I know everyone is the exact same and only want me for sexual reasons . I'm 20 years old btw.

Question: What should I do if my bf goes to jail? Break up or no? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:30 PM PST My bf could end up in jail for a couple years (nothing violent or sinister in fact it's a very long story I don't feel like getting into but the fact is he didn't even know he was committing a crime). Anyways, we've been dating over a year and always had a pretty volatile relationship. We're about as different as two people can get and also we have very different life goals. I'm going to feel like an idiot if I stick by his side for two years and then as soon as he gets out we break up. On the other hand I do believe he is a good person and I want to be supportive of him going through this difficult time. What should I do?

Question: My daughter is having a baby way too fast? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:29 PM PST My daughter is 23 and she and her boyfriend are both aspiring actors. They met while auditioning for roles in a show that is filmed locally. They've been together for a little over a year now and she recently broke the news to me that they're going to have a baby. Don't get me wrong, I love kids. I want my daughters to have kids. I want to be a grandma. But this timing just isn't right. My daughter is only 23 and she makes a living by waitressing. Her boyfriend is 25 and his only job is being an "actor". I know it might sound bad, but it's very hard to be happy for them because neither of them have very stable incomes, they've only been together for a little over a year, and they aren't married. I know I'm probably going to end up helping them out a lot with the baby- financially and otherwise. My daughter is so excited and she keeps wanting to talk about it and when I don't give her much of a response or seem hesitant, she gets upset and asks if I'm unhappy or disappointed with her. Both of which are kind of true. But I don't want to tell her that. I don't know what to do about this. There isn't anything I CAN do, but I know that I'll end up having to help out a lot with this baby. And who knows if they'll even be together in a year from now? I don't even really know what I'm asking here, the whole situation just worries me I guess.

Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:29 PM PST Well this shy girl looks at me we made eye contact in hallways .. and she would look for 2-3 seconds and blush and look down. | Question: Do libra men usually come back? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:28 PM PST we dated for 2 months, but have gotten far with it to the point that we lost each other's virginity. i asked him for a break to fix myself because I was going through a lot, but when I came back he said he wasn't really feeling the relationship anymore so I said then let's not go on. he agreed. I told him I still had feelings for him but he said he no longer does and that the best thing to stop them is for us to just stop. I feel so used and taken advtange of, does he not realize this?? I share a class with him where I sit next to him and we haven't said a word to each other, until Thursday. I told him that we needed to talk and he just said a "nope". then I said lets get over it and he said "I don't care." I honestly just wanted to end things in a nicer note and tell him that I don't want any bitter feelings between us. he's such an ***! will he talk to me again? I see him everywhere too! |
Question: Is it true that your soulmate will come when you won't expect it? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:27 PM PST
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:27 PM PST We're both in the 10th grade and were good friends, but she doesn't kno I like her, but she said there's only one person in the school that appeals to her, but it's not me. Does she truly not like me at all or is she playing hard to get or am I just forever a friend.
Question: How do you turn down your ideal partner? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:27 PM PST for example, you know someone who is your ideal partner. You admire him/her in nearly every aspect. But he/she is too old for you and is at least 20 yrs your senior. And you have to see him/her everyday. So how do you resist turning down a person like this?
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:26 PM PST When I turned 16 my uncle took me to a whore house for my birthday so when I was going through high school I never saw the need in screwing around with girls in my school. Now that I am in college I'm 22 and I have never even dated a girl because I have always been with hookers. Am I missing out on something by not dating or having a girlfriend because I really can't talk to girls other than prostitutes and they are only nice because I pay them. My mom says that I am but from what I hear from my friends that are married or are in a relationship say that girls just ***** all the time and want **** you hardly ever and that just sounds like freaking head ache.
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:26 PM PST He said he wants to maybe hang out he tells others he like me as a friend . why does he care if I'm single does he have a friend that he wants to hook me up with?
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:25 PM PST There is this one girl at school who has done some terrible things. She has done things as little as blowing my friend a kiss and as big as taking my shirt off and trying to take my pants off. She has touched (and felt around) my private parts (I had clothes on). She has also done everything in between (except kissing, but she tried to). We always tell her no and try to push her away. How much trouble can she get in. Does the fact that it was a girl to a girl effect it? The school is already getting involved. They know some of it.
Question: Would it be awkward? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:24 PM PST There is this guy that I met this year in gym class that I like I like, and I know he likes me back. But, I take karate class with his little brother and one of his friends (who I'm also friends with, but I didn't meet him through my friend). Our parents have also met there. Also, he is a freshman and Im a sophomore. Overall, would it be to awkward?
Question: What age did you lose your virginity? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:24 PM PST I'm a 21 year old virgin (turning 22 in Nov). I believe that marriage isn't a prerequisite for sex. Sex isn't just for married couples. Sex is also for couples who are dating and are unmarried. Having said that, I don't think sex is a casual event. I think sex should be between two individuals who love each other in a loving romantic relationship. Why I think it's bad to wait until marriage to have sex: (1) Sex is pleasurable, and there's no good reason you should deny it to yourself if you have a consenting partner and you're on the same page. (2) Marrying someone who you haven't had sex with is a potential disaster. How do you know if you're sexually compatible? (3) Whomever you love enough to marry deserves to have you well-practiced at sex before you marry. As long you are having sex safely and responsibly by getting tested for STIs at a reproductive health clinic and using contraception (birth control), then it's fine. I hope to find Mrs.Right in 4-10 years (sometime between the age of 26-32) and I'll lose my virginity to her. If I lose it earlier than 26, that'd be ideal for me.

Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:23 PM PST I'm 15 and my girlfriend is 13. I've asked a ton of people who all say that the age difference isn't bad. However her mom recently told her that she doesn't know for an absolute fact that she is 13 and that she may also be 12. She said that shes pretty sure that shes 13, but there is a possibility of being 12. I asked her to convince her mom to get her birth certificate so we can be sure, because I'm not comfortable dating someone so much younger than me, and feel that it may be to big of an age gap. So would you say that a 15 year old guy dating a 12 year old girl is big of an age gap? Please only use age to determine your answer, there are a lot of other variables that might affect it, but I'm only interested in age at the moment. Thanks!
Question: Do people not realize that dating preferences are prejudiced? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:22 PM PST It is bigoted to have racial, ethnical, or appearance preferences when it comes to dating. Why do people hide behind the curtain of "preference" when discussing dating prejudices?
Question: What do guys like In teen girls? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:22 PM PST
Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:21 PM PST talked for about 2 hours, then he said he didn't remember who i was and i sent a picture and he said "ohhhhh okay", I replied saying yeah but we've never talked before obviously. He opened the message but didn't reply. Do you think he thinks I'm ugly and doesn't want to talk to me, or should i just talk to him in person. We've had a class together before and he looked at me a lot and i see him in the halls this year but i don't know what to do help!! :(
Question: If he asks me to the JROTC ball, does he like me? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:20 PM PST I'm really good friends with this guy, we hang out at school all the time, and he recently asked me to go with him to the JROTC ball in a couple months. I moved this year, so I've only known him for a semester. I think I like him, but does him asking me to the ball mean he likes me? His friends said it wasn't like a date, its more of a dance type thing (I can't date, so that's why they said that). Maybe???
Question: What does this male virgo want????!? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:19 PM PST Ok i just started a job almost a year ago. Two months in this Male Virgo asked if i was "ok" and i said yes, didn t think anything of it. So eventually he d ask me this everyday for like two weeks. And id catch him staring at me (we work on an assembly line) and i knew he was staring from a distance. So, one day im working through my break and i turn around to grab my hammer and he s like right behind me! Im like wtf?? So he asked my name and we started to talk. Fast forward he is always popping up behind me, and gets an attitude whenever any other guy co worker is talking to me. I dont understand him. He calls me sexy, pretty and i dont wanna take him seriously because well he s in a relationship. I feel like he wants me to be his "at work GF" and he s around me so much, that its got to the point people ask about us. And i say "no were not dating ". I mean we text , and weve hung out but nothing like that. And he is always hinting at sex, and i remind him "your in a relationship " he ll stop talking to me for days, but will stare me down..he also flirts with other girls too. He wants me to text him before work and after. I feel like mind games are being played. I want to have a platonic relationship is this possible with a virgo male???? Im an Aquarius woman

Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:17 PM PST I'd feel bad breaking up with him because even though we've always had our disagreements I wasn't going to break up before his life crisis happened but now the stress is making all his faults wayyyyy worse than normal and idk how to deal. The worst should be over in a month but we're already having so many issues what should I do if not break up then how do I cope please help I'm struggling and a commitment-phobe but I want to do the right thing. Examples: anything I say is always "wrong" according to him even if he doesn't hear what I say (yeah, seriously), he always has to be right, he doesn't care about my feelings and in fact if I get upset about something even if I don't bring it up he badgers me about it to say what it is and THEN tells me I'm wrong or overreacting. I feel like he's taking his stress out on me and it's completely unfair. I'm a pretty sensitive person I try to be strong but this is really getting to me.
Question: My boyfriend hides and lies to me constantly...? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:17 PM PST
Question: Do you think he is a coward? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:17 PM PST There is a guy who catfished a girl online and pretended to be someone who he isn't in order to impress her. Then after a while, he falls in love with the girl. She also falls in love with him. A year later, his love for her grew. As a result, he starts feeling sick and suffocated from hiding his true identity from her. This feeling started getting intolerable for him and he doesn't know if he could handle it any longer. He starts having thoughts about making an excuse to leave her. He gets support from a friend to leave her. Then one year later, he still hasn't gathered up the courage or will power to make up an excuse to leave her though he is tortured by hiding his true identity from her. He is also afraid to hurt her in any way shape or form even if it would benefit her long term well being. Then one day, he is reminded by a friend that if he continues his relationship with her, chances are that she will never get married in real life since she has wasted all her younger years. This gave him extra motivation to want to leave her, but he is still reluctant. I think hes a coward since he has absolutely no courage at all.

Question: How are fruit, vegetables, and toys count toward a person dating profile? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:16 PM PST For examples: a person has sex with 30 cucumbers per week and eats them after has sex, not reuse the cucumber that is. Occasionally, she buys uses vibrators(she doesn't have money) and washes with bleach and antibacterial and all the sanitations that she can afford, in addition. If she gets free handout condoms she will puts it on the vibrator for extra protections. How is that count toward her sex partners once a question such as how many partner do you have? How Is she a slut since she is eating and doing too many cucumbers, toys, and fruits per week?
Question: Do girls feel bad when they push a guy away? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:15 PM PST Let s say a girl had a crush on two guys, and they both liked her back. One of those guys asks her out and they start dating, so she starts ignoring the other guy and pretty much pretends he doesn t exist to her anymore. Does the girl feel bad about doing that to the other guy, knowing he probably still has feelings for her?
Question: Should I let my boyfriend know that I had an abusive childhood or keep it secret? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:15 PM PST I'm 18 and I finally feel ready to start dating. But I still often wrestle with this decision. When I have a boyfriend should I eventually tell him about my childhood and how I was constantly verbally and physically abused? I have an anxiety disorder and sometimes get mild panic attacks. I keep this all secret from my friends. I do my best to hide my disorder and lie that I'm just stressed out. I have never told anyone about my past except one girl. She was telling me about her sad lonely past. So, I was off guard and spilled about mine. But after that she started avoiding me. I think that she feels uncomfortable around me after finding that out. I'm afraid that if I tell anyone they will feel so uncomfortable, avoid me, and I'll lose them as a friend. I can't help but think how it'll be if it were my boyfriend. If we form a strong deep relationship and then I tell him about my past will he feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward. Would it ruin our relationship? I can always lie and hide the truth. If your girlfriend told you that she was verbally and physically abused as a child would it make you feel uncomfortable? Would you preferred it that she never told you. I'm sorry if this sounds so sobby and it's long. But I seriously need advise. What would you do in my shoes. Would you keep it secret or not?

Question: New Girlfriend Over Me.? Posted: 09 Jan 2016 07:13 PM PST So I've got a best friend, she's a total babe! We have so much in common and we met through house music. She helped me get over my ex and we had good times & memories of doing **** & ******* about. We done so much in so little time, we would just chill and hang out like 5 times a week! We got really close & she's basically my gay best friend. She's a lesbian & we both got tinder one drunken night for a laugh, I didn't take it seriously at all tbh with you but she did and she's met someone on there. Now one night she invited me to the pub to meet this person from tinder, I wasn't keen on her as first impression go and then she said to me that she takes drugs. Now I haven't got a problem if people want to fo drugs but I personally don't like/do drugs. That's one reason why I haven't kept in touch with my school mates cos they're all drug users. Anyway what's it's come down to is she's seeing her all the time, we've drifted apart, not as close and I just feel like I've lost her. I just miss my shuffyling babe & I want her back. Any thoughts on what to do? X
