Question: How to deal with husband’s poor hygiene? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 10:13 PM PST I knew what I was getting myself into before marriage but the problem appears to be escalating. My husband has not brushed his teeth for probably the entire time we've dated and been married (2 1/2 years). I gently told him "how I feel about dental hygiene" in a non-direct way, hoping he would get the hint. He hasn't. He states he hates the flavor of mint, which I am assuming is why he never brushes his teeth but the two conversations have never been connected. He also does not shower for days at a time. I have to nag him to shave and cut his hair which he does probably every couple of months and needs it far more often than that. I'm not sure how to have this conversation without hurting his feelings but making sure he gets the hint. It's gotten to the point where being close to him instantly puts me off and I dodge every attempt he makes to kiss me. |

Question: How can I calm my wife ? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 07:40 PM PST Me and my wife were fighting over that she wanted to cuddle I don't I hate cuddling but I have to do it for her I guess. Me and her have been married for 7 years together for 10 we never had a fight before. Question: My husband of 2 years wants me to have an abortion? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 07:35 PM PST We have been married for two yrs. We discussed having a family while dating. He never wanted kids but I did. We got married anyway out of love. I am 5 months pregnant and he has been trying to convince me to kill our son. He wants us to go to NYC since it is now legal to kill children. I knew it was a red flag when he told me he was a Democrat while we were dating. I am starting to see that he is a monster. I refuse to kill my precious baby from God. I am afraid my husband will get violent or force me to kill my child. I am planning on leaving him while he is away at work. What should I do? ***it is legal to kill babies even at 9 months in NYC. That is why he is adamant in taking me there* |

Question: Is it OK to cry in front of your wife ? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 06:01 PM PST I was reading about a young boy who was beaten to death for not knowing bible versus. I'm glad I'm not a kid in thus century today kids are getting either beaten or beaten to death for the stupidest of reasons. I'm now a father to a 1 month old daughter I would never do anything to hurt her since she was born I been really stressed out about her been really worried to put it in another way. You can't trust anyone anymore with kids half the time nor even their own parents. I remember a couple years ago there were kids going missing and getting beaten to death or just beaten a week before Christmas I was really stressed out then I didn't want to have Christmas that year because I felt sorry for those kids I just thought it would never end I literally thought 2016 was the end of the world because it was such a scary time in a way it seemed like it to me. I remember that summer some boys dad took him and threw him off a bridge at Christmas time a family along with a child not far from us was killed in a car accident on the way to eat dinner then a couple nights before Christmas a kid was tossed in the ceiling fan for not putting on their pajamas I felt so sad for that kid I was like God when will this end I literally said a prayer for those families and cried every night. I'm even more scared for my daughter. Is it ok to cry in front of my wife ? |
Posted: 03 Feb 2019 05:29 PM PST But when they encounter a guy that resembles the men they fantasize about in real life, they don't even acknowledge their existence, or get so nervous around them that they avoid them completely and avoid all eye contact. Like a guy who's at the grocery store who's bagging your bags who's 6 ft 2, perfect blue eyes and wavy brown hair, super ripped and in shape, perfect smile, perfect skin, perfect deep voice and a hunk looking guy who resembles Chris Hemsworth or Ryan Gosling, etc etc. And the girl just completely is rude to him and doesn't even acknowledge his existence, like he'll say hi to her and she will just ignore him, but if it were a regular guy or a guy with autism bagging her bags, she'd be all happy and talking to him |
Question: Divorce/Alimony advice? (Nevada)? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 05:10 PM PST Okay, so my boyfriend needs to get a divorce from his wife who lives in Moldova. They've only been married for a little over two years. He is scared of having to pay alimony because we don't make that much money together, so he doesn't want to even try to look into a divorce. But I don't want to be with someone who is married to someone else. She could work but does not want to. Has never had a job in her life. She leeches off of her mother and she's 22 years old. She messages him for money, saying he cannot see their child unless he gives her money, etc. There are also messages of her saying she will tell their son he is a horrible parent and doesn't love him (this kid is only 2), and of her asking for a divorce herself (last year, when he was in Moldova still.) She even has a boyfriend she is trying to hide from him, but I found the guy on Instagram and they are indeed together. But to spite ME and our relationship, she won't go do it herself. What would he have to do to get a divorce from her because she's in another country, how much would he have to pay her if he had to pay her at all, can he have rights to seeing his kid, and overall, how much is this process going to suck? I want to help him do it before it's too late. And if he won't divorce her it's over 🤷🏻♀️ |
Question: Can my ex-husband legally change the locks on our home that has both our names on it? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 04:12 PM PST I left our home 2 years ago when we seperated. We got a divorce a year and a half later. The house has both our names on it, and in the divorce I agreed to allow him to live in it temporarily. We have a dog that also lives with him, as I am still trying to get the hundreds of dollars this apartment charges for her to move in. I frequently use my house key to visit her, and she comes over for sleepovers with my daughter every now and then. We were on friendly terms and then, without my knowledge, he changed the locks. He claims he will let me in when he is home, and I'm free to visit as much as I'd like, but he currently has not been home to let me in. My question is if this is legal. I willingly left the home, but in the papers it says I'm still the other owner of the house. Can he just change the locks without even letting me know? Do I have the right to use a locksmith if he continues denying me access? Thanks in advance. |
Question: Does it sound like my husband is cheating on me? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 02:48 PM PST Honestly, this never crossed my mind until a few minutes ago. My husband has a weekday job and is usually off on saturdays and sundays. For the last couple months he has been working extra weekends, claiming he wanted to make more money. I never suspected anything because he paycheck always reflected the extra hours he worked. He has recently reconnected with an old friend. My husband works night shift so he comes home in the morning. He has been hanging out with his old friend pretty frequently in the mornings while I'm still in the bed. I've seen his friend with him a few times, so I never questioned where he was going. We have been emotionally disconnected lately but we talked and promised we were going to work on things. Here's where I got suspicious: i walked out to his car a few mins ago to grab something of mine and I noticed something bright pink under the passenger seat. I grabbed it and it was a woman's tank top! I knew It wasn't mine because the tag said it was a size small. I wear a large and haven't owned a small shirt in years. I confronted Him and he said "it's got to be yours." I KNOW IT ISNT MINE! He said "well have any of your female friends been riding with you in my car? No, they haven't. Then he says "maybe it belonged to the girl I bought The car from. You know she left other things in here." The girl he bought it from WAS skinny, and looked like a size small, but he bought the car a YEAR AGO and wouldn't one of us have noticed the shirt by now? |
Posted: 03 Feb 2019 02:26 PM PST My wife speaks both english and portuguese very fluently/perfectly. I speak english only. We live in America. My wife had me go with her to see her family in Portugal, and I went with her for 2 entire weeks on this trip because I knew it would make her happy. That's right! I did it even tho I dont speak Portuguese, because I knew it would make her and her family happy. And it did. They liked me and they had a great time. And I was happy that they were happy. And I also genuinely enjoyed spending time with her family, too. But now, today, my wife is throwing a stupid little temper tantrum bcuz she doesnt even wanna hang out with my family for 2 freaking hours watching the Super Bowl even tho it would break my dads heart if we cant see him, as we dont see him much. Its not even far, its 15 mins away. Yes, my wife has an excuse (her tooth pulled from a tooth infection), and I get that is painful, however that was 3 days ago and she's been talking mostly fine all day today. I am not even expecting her to talk much, just to act civil, smile, and be friendly. I told her she can be relatively silent if her mouth hurts, but to please come with me, relax, and not BE A PROBLEM while I spend time with my dad But she insists on BEING A PROBLEM!! And I am PISSED! Because I literally went out of my way to be nice, smile, nod my head, be respectful and loving to all of her family while she translated for me for 2 entire weeks and yet she cant even spend 1 football game with my fam Oh and no, my parents have never done anything to her. At all. My family treats her like gold, even better than they treat me if I'm being quite honest with you. She is doing the female passive-aggressive manipulation thing, and then denying she's doing it, and then exploding in bursts of anger about how she's mad she has to go bcuz of her tooth, and honestly I find it disgusting bcuz I know its an excuse. I HAD 4 ENTIRE TEETH PULLED BEFORE. I KNOW HOW IT FEELS. Its not THAT bad 3 days later. And I love my wife but I'm a huge fan of one of the teams playing, and this game means a lot to me, and I think it's selfish of her and reflects very badly on her character that she seems INTENT on f*cking up the biggest game of the year for me and a day that means a lot to me. Like why cant she just let me f*cking be happy? |

Posted: 03 Feb 2019 11:57 AM PST The woman intends to go topless. Nude bathing is allowed. Some of her friends may go nude, including men friends in the group. The husband knows she might decide to go nude as well and tell him about it later. The husband will not be there. The wife isn't being pressured. She wants to go topless. She likes that her friends encourage her. She would probably not go topless alone, She likes the group of friends and likes that they go topless. She hasn't gone before when she was invited, because of her husband's ideas. But this time she has decided to go anyway. |
Question: Why did my friend start attacking me for no reason? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 11:49 AM PST I was literally shocked. She called me to get together and i said she could come over. I prepared some food, bought some wine. She came over and the first hour was fine...then she asked me if i got my hair dyed and i said yes and shortly after the question i remembered and told he how one of the guys there flirted with me. ( she knows of him herself) to that she replies..." DO YOU GET OUT MUCH? CALM DOWN!!!!! Did he invite you for coffee or something?! I think you're in love with him! I was so shocked ... her tone seemed very snappy, angry and out of place. I was just randomly telling her about him being all weird and flirty but shes married herself . She knows of him but never met him . What was that all about? |
Question: Divorce- who gets what? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 11:11 AM PST My brother and sister it law have unfortunately decided to separate (and eventually divorce) My question is about the home they have together. They took out a mortgage in both of their names and even though I know my brother pays for it each month I know that they signed the paperwork stating that it was an equal share regardless of who pays. I believe they have about £55 thousand left to pay and the house is worth approximately £210 thousand (last valued a year ago) Am I right in thinking that it will be a 50/50 split after the debt is cleared? Like if it's sold for £210,000 then they pay off the remainder of the mortgage plus any fees incurred they would then split the difference? Or if one of them wants to keep the house would they have to remortgage the house and pay the other something, how much would they have to pay? Would it be half the house value? Only asking as my brother has got it in his head that my sister in law will just have to move out and that's it! They live in Essex, United Kingdom. Also he is a partner with our younger brother in a small business (51 percent share) will his wife get anything from that? He has worked very hard to get where he is.....everything is very amicable between them at the moment but I can see his stubbornness changing that. |

Question: He flirts more openly with me when we are in public than when we are in private? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 06:38 AM PST This is odd because he has a partner. However, he will accept my flirty behavior and reciprocate or he will start flirting all on his own, he does this in front of other people, but when we are alone he doesn't act as forward with me. Why is this ? Why would someone flirt in public but not so much in private ? Granted he still flirts either way, just not as much in private. |
Question: How can i express how sorry i am to my wife who i have hurt in addiction? Posted: 03 Feb 2019 05:53 AM PST I have been attempting recovery for a few years with slips during that time. I'm an alcoholic and every time i slipped, I hurt her. the last time was a month ago and she wanted me out. She originally said that she was "genuinely done, She officially gives up" she has since said that she doesn't think we should get back together for a little while. We have also started praying together over the phone every night. In the 10 years we have been together, we have never prayed. i always considered myself an atheist but i have recently sought out a god that i can understand and I'm making an honest attempt to believe and trust that force that i cant explain. We have 2 daughters together. One is 2 and one is 7. I talk to them on the phone every night. I'm looking for suggestions on how i can express how sorry I am for the hurt I've caused her. I hate the hurt i caused her and it kills me to see her in pain. I'm tired of repeating the same thing every time this happens. I want to be able to express how I feel like I'm starting to see something I've never seen before in recovery, if that makes sense. |

Posted: 03 Feb 2019 03:22 AM PST My brother's wife is the light of the earth. She is stunning on the inside and out. I am a 35 year old guy and she is older, 39, and married for twelve years to my brother who is 41. I don't want him to know I am in love with his wife and don't want her to know. For example, I intentionally drive past their house just to see her through the window. I do this every evening. She sits by a window while my brother is helping their kids with homework. I imagine she is my wife. She is the soulmate of my heart. |
