I am a 14 year old boy, and I'm in the 9th grade. I make a fair amount of friends, but I don't have a best friend, or anyone for the matter that I can depend on. I don't have a good family, I don't have a girlfriend, and I don't have a best friend. I am really good friends with this one girl, but I know she won't depend on me or come to me in her darkest times. I talk to as many people as possible, but I guess there is something about me that is just repulsive. I try and I try, but ultimately in the end, nobody depends on me

So this guy I met up with he and I are friends with benefits. So we met up and started talking. I mentioned that I like to travel to a certain place once a year. It's like he takes them with the intentions of killing them to bully people around him. I really dont know what to do but becuase hes acting like it's a bullying thing should I just beat him up

So my best friend since kindergarden and I went to separate colleges and have been keeping up through text but I have to admit I started distancing myself from her after a while because I sort of felt like it was time to move on or at least not be in as close a relationship as we were before. Recently she called me in tears out of nowhere and told me she was felt like she didn't have any friends and she felt horrible and like it was partly my fault for posting pictures with new friends on instagram that was contributing to her depression. She said she felt like she was loosing me and I immediately felt really bad and ensured her that we were ok. But now I don't really know how to act or talk to her anymore because I feel somewhat offended and suffocated by how much she's holding on to our friendship and how she tried to blame some of her problems on the fact that I had already made new friends. I don't want to completely cut her out of my life as we've been friends for so long but I had just felt like I was moving on with life and getting on to new exciting things but I feel like she keeps yanking me back and I don't know how to let her know I really need space without hurting her feelings. Anyone got any advice?

Me and my friends all go by nicknames, none of us call each other by our real names. I never had a nickname before but now they started calling me "Neutron". They said that is my nickname and they will call me that, this has been going on for about a month now and I hate the nickname it's so offensive. Should I tell them to stop? We been friends for over 8 yr. We became really close 3 yrs ago. I feel that she is too controlling and manipulative. Pls tell me if I am exagerating because I'm open for feedbacks. Every single time she calls and I don't answer right away, when I call her back She say things like : I was calling you to ask you about a driving direction and you didn't answer I had to figure it out for myself, or I called you because I wanted you to come with me but I already left, yesterday she called and I was watching a movie with my BF. I honestly forgot to call her back. When she calls today the first thing she said was : I was calling you to ask you something very important but I figure it out by myself. It is becoming very annoying. She is getting married soon and she would call me last minute to go with her and try bridesmaids dresses . I told her that she has to call me on time. She would say that she didn't call me before because that place was always busy and next Appoinment was going to be in 3 months but someone cancelled. I called the place and they have many availabilities. I don't even know how to deal with her anymore. Any advice?

im 5 feet 14 years old. no one ever takes me seriously. its so annoying! my best friend is like 5'4/5'5 13 years old and when she gets mad people actually listen. its mostly boys. so how can i be intimidating to them or at least make them take me seriously when im mad when they're all taller and just. i mean bruh get scared pls. does anybody have advice on how i can be more intimating or be taking more seriously?

So.. There's this girl I was speaking to on snapchat. She was actually 16 and a half when I turned 21, when she turned 17 we had sex. She is my bestfriend, but the thing is, I lied to her about my age. I told her I was 19 turning 20 but I am 21 turning 22. So out of all my friends, I was the only one who smoked weed & I would get tons of lectures for it. All of a sudden everyone starts smoking weed. The fact that everyone has started doing it has turned me off the whole idea of smoking weed. I usually like to do my own thing and never follow what everyone else is doing. There's a female English teacher at my school who is quite literally best friends with some of the girls in my class. I'm talking spending every lunch period together, hanging out at each other's houses on weekends, and always texting. The teacher has bought them gifts and other assorted things but insists she doesn't have favorites. One of the girls also is mysteriously the only girl in our class who consistently makes 100s on papers and the other girls usually do above average as well. I don't know how exactly to handle the situation but it has been getting on my nerves for a long time now. Suggestions for what to do?

I have a friend who literally tells everybody what exactly we need to get for her. It has been the same the last 4 years and I finally told her that I'm not a big fan of you telling me what to get for you then what's the point of getting a gift? I can give you the money and you can order for yourself.. I don't even like getting birthday gifts but since she makes requests it is like I have to buy her something.. We were out shopping and she did the same thing again; she saw something and told me to get for her birthday. I didn't even respond her. Plus what she requested was expensive and cheap looking and she might like it but I hate wasting my money on cheap quality stuff. What should I do? Go ahead and waste my money on what she requested from me as a gift or I should just get her whatever I feel like getting? Ps: this lady is 45 years old :/

The issue for me.. My close friend's wife deleted my girlfriend from my friend's facebook page. She has access to it apparaently. Added my girlfriend back, but they did it again. His wife is insecure and my friend tells me it's nothing to worry about. They don't apologize for it. It's only social media.. but why do it? If someone does that to you, it makes you question their relationship with them. To me it's understandable to be upset if it's someone close.

What do you do when a 3 year old asks you why is friend won't be his friend around other black people? I myself ran into this problem as a kid, but I was 10. I simply cut the "friend" out of my life. It's not an option to avoid it.

Long story short...I knew this guy for like 3 days give or take. Thought I'd never see him again. I had a pretty bad fallout with someone and although it's easy for people to say "just apologize and move on" it doesnt feel so easy for me. I dont think I can apologize because I have nothing to be sorry for really, if i did apologize for something that i didn't cause it would be a fake apology and I'm not gonna lie to them. I just want to drop everything and start fresh but this persons past actions still make me so angry and I'm not sure if they have even changed because they don't show that they have. How do I get over this and just move on?

If I know someone who's my age but has a lot of privileges, like her family owns a lot of property in another country because they are like aristocrats or nobility or something like that, and she's the only one in her family who is able to inherit all that land.... I know other relatives of hers are trying to claim those lands too but they can't because she's the only one in the family born into the other country.. so she can legally own them being a citizen of there. If she's like this and she's my age but I don't share any of the privileges she has.. does that make her better than me in a way? I know she is.. and she's so pretty and everyone thinks she's cute and sweet but for me there's a feeling that i secretly want her to lose everything so she can know how it's like to have nothing and for no one to notice you..

All my life ive hated change because change always meant losing people i care about or all the good times fading away. It causes me so much despression, what can i do to stop feeling so sad about something i cant fix?

I don't even know where to begin. I'm afraid who is doing this might see this, but I have to take the risk and get help. Recently, someone started sending anonymous messages to me on an app called Tellonym. They were saying I'm a bad person and friend. They then proceeded to say one of my friends said I was abusing him. I poked and prodded hoping to find out who there were talking about because this was all very false. They told me it was one of my closest friends since 7th grade (we are currently in 9th very close to 10th) It was unbelievable so I text my friend and they had no idea what this anon was talking about. I found an Instagram account watching all of my insta stories that didn't follow me, was just made, and very suspicious. I direct messaged them and finally I got a response. After telling me what was going on I sent them proof it was all wrong and they were lied to. They then came out with the real truth that I have screenshots of as well. They were paid $50 to break off the friendship with my friend. They were to pick up the money at a park near by around 7 PM. They got instructions as well. We do not know who the person is, but they're still out to get us because I very recently got a tell from the person paid that they were offered more money and they declined. They were threatened for declining. Please tell me what I can do. My mother won't help and says ignore it, but these people are crazy and I'm afraid of what they could do.

I remember being younger and looking at the adults in their 20s and 30s with so much awe and admiration. How 'cool' they seemed. So exciting and adventurous with their nightlife and their trips. Now Im 23 and I discovered how it was all illusion. When we grow older, we see all the flaws of our peers. We see how neurotic and anxious our female friends are, we see how arrogant and careless are male friends are. We see that 'the bar' or 'the club' (that secret world we waited so many years for) is nothing much than a playground for adults to ignore responsibilities and indulge in drinks, in escapism. Why did this happen? Why did we reach this tragedy? Most importantly, why did we look up to these people when we were in our early teens?

Her friend got a bit too close to me while we hung out after school, along with a couple of other friends, I'm not sure if she has feelings for me but I'm assuming she used me as way of dealing with a recent break up. I'm not sure why I'd let myself but I guess it's because during the moment it felt nice? I'm 17 and sometimes the urge is there. My heart started racing, I felt like I couldn't move, and once I felt lips gently pressing against mine, I forgot I was with someone. I feel completely bad and I don't bother staying in contact with her anymore, I'm just not sure how I should I tell my GF? I'm worried she'll snap at her friend she's known since elementary.

So why can't I commit suicide? My life for 19 years has been hell, I've never been happy for long, I never see anyone outside of college or speak to them, most don't like me, I have no girls as friends or I even talk to, it's mostly guys and most just want me for s*x so I don't actually have any real/proper friends. No one in my family talks to me, most of the time they just say I'll end up in prison or single with kids living in a council house, they think so little of me, they don't care about me, they've never tried to help. I don't mean anything to anyone, I only have my cats.
