A lot of the older women, usually 50's and 60's (not attractive to me at all they're too old) tell me how much they like my hair and they say I must love working in the women's department because I can flirt with girls all day. Some people have told me that I must be working there in women's just so I can charm girls. The only people that say that though are those older women. Young women who I'm actually attracted to don't do that at all though. They practically act like I don't exist and when I try making small talk they don't really talk back. I understand that the older women probably aren't sexually attracted but why do they flirt with me so much and not the attractive young girls??? |

We've been together for over a year now. We talk and text and all that every day but I only see him usually twice a week, 3 times at most, 1 time at the least. We both have a decent schedule too so we get time off. I don't want to be too clingy but 1 or 2 times a week isn't enough for me. I need at least 3 days to be honest. Or 3 days a week that's fine too. So is twice a week enough if you were in this situation/relationship? |

Two weeks ago, this doctor I've never seen on my unit comes and we both made eye contact. Honestly I didn't think anything of it until the second time. I was walking towards the garbage can and when I tossed something in I turned around and he was standing looking at me with a big smile. At first it creeped me the fucckk out. But then he said "hi. Your make up and hair is very gorgeous. You look very beautiful." I awkwardly but kindly thanked him. Then he asked me how long I've been working at the hospital and some other questions. Now ever since he passes by my unit every morning, he always brings me a Starbucks coffee or some sort of sweet drink with pastry. Now today he asked for my number. He said he wanted to talk to me and maybe go out to the see the Washington capitals next week. I mean don't get me wrong, he's very sweet and handsome. But I feel like this is weird. I'm basically a nurses aid and he's a doctor. I feel like if anyone that works with me -let alone him, they would be very judgmental. I've been thinking of telling him to just leave me alone but then again he's very kind. I don't want to seem mean. Any thoughts? Thank you. |

She found out I was talking badly about her behind her back out of jealousy. Especially this rude text I sent her anonymously. She found out from another ex-friend on account that he's sociopathic crazy. Like literally he told her what I did but felt like adding some stalking, car gps, and a rape plan into the mix which nearly got me jumped and arrested. All because I didn't want to hang out with him that weekend. And he didn't like her at all. In the end, she just told me to stay away from her for good and no police will be involved. The psycho left the state a few months later. And as for me, I couldn't even explain myself to her or apologize since she blocked me on everything. I saw her in person once a few months after the incident but she ran away. Until two years later, one day I just let it all out. I texted her a long essay explaining and apologizing for everything. Even confessing how I felt and topped it off at the end with a picture of us two together. I know, pathetic and weird asf. But she wouldn't see me in person. But surprisingly, she replied back saying: "I forgive you. Just from here on, live your life and forget about me. Okay. And in my part as well, I am sorry but I don't think I can be around you. But I do forgive you. Goodbye." Two more years later, she popped up in my mind again because I know her birthday is coming up in a week. |

Small background, a little late but I know, it's still here: We're the type of best friends who act like they would be a couple. An overly jokingly sexual couple, but a couple. People have asked us if we were dating, and we always said no. Back to the main "story". Best Friend looks up at him and replies, "None. I can't exactly be attracted to any of you guys." When questioned why, she simply pulled up a tab on her hone with the definition of "aromantic". I saw the meaning and froze up. She explained that she didn't want to be in any relationships and the game continued without a hitch. Is it signs of a bad relationship? I understand it comes around, but if y'all love each other I don't think it should be happening, right? I've just had times were I was feeling like that for a week or two, other times just a day or a few. I don't feel like it's right, especially if she's there for me. |
| Question: Did I do the wrong thing? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 04:58 PM PST I broke things off with (idk if you would say boyfriend cause when we talked about it being exclusive it seamed touchey and we were long distance) a guy I was talking to exclusively. We were kind of close and even with a whopping 6 hour time difference we still managed to talk. I broke things off because I felt like he really wasn't treating me right or valuing me.. but of course you don't appreciate what you have until it's gone. He seamed to have turned around but I refused to let him back in... I guess I just wonder if I'm actually ever going to meet someone who doesn't get tired of me or will have my best interest at heart.. |
