Question: Should I help him out? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 05:50 PM PST Recently I went out with this guy we are friends. We went out to eat to the movies and we had sex. He doesn't have a phone sometimes I see where he makes facebook posts asking about if people has things he can have or buy. He does work two jobs though. I know I don't owe him anything but I think he should at least have a phone. It doesn't seem like he has much I just want to help him out a little. I enjoyed his company and hanging out with him. |
Question: Friend makes me uncomfortable? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 04:52 PM PST So, I started at a new school about a week ago, second semester. The first girl who came up to me, kind of latched onto me and she is pretty much the only person I'm friends with here. The problem is, she makes me so insanely uncomfortable. She talks to me about her past a lot, including suicide attempts, cutting, abuse, fights, bullying... I think that is a little much to tell someone within the first week of meeting them, especially when they're new at the school. Other than that, she just has a general weird vibe, and she says the most random, weird things? Dis-coordinated almost. Then, there is the way she speaks. She cusses every other sentence, and the other day she was talking and said the n word (I don't know a better way to get across what it was without saying it) which kinda shocked me since I know how offensive so many people find it (yes, she is white). She always oversteps her boundaries with me, and I would feel like such a bad person for just ditching her since she always talks about how people ditch her but... I don't know what to do? Help? |

Sometimes I see where he makes facebook posts asking about if anyone has things. Like recently he made a post asking if someone has a phone he can have or buy. Or if anyone has a internet modem etc. He and I are just friends but I want to give him the money so he can get a phone at least. He does work he works two jobs. |
Posted: 20 Feb 2019 04:10 PM PST I'm in 12th grade and I lost all my friends in grade 10 because I got depressed and isolated myself and stopped talking to everyone. I feel extremely lonely right now and I dont want to end high school without any friends. Can you guys tell me what to do or give me some tips on how to refriend my old friends? |
Posted: 20 Feb 2019 04:03 PM PST I have a friend (acquaintance) who I met in college. I don't know her very well, but we have been corresponding through texting. We were talking today and she told me about taking her bf to the neurologist today, and how she was glad they were home after the long wait. Should I ask her what's wrong with him? Should I say, hope it's nothing serious or something like that? Like I said, I don't know her that well and I don't want to sound nosy or anything, but I also don't want to come across like I don't care either. What do you think? Your thoughts are appreciated! |
Posted: 20 Feb 2019 03:45 PM PST Theres this girl, lets call her emily (not real name obviously). She talks **** about me behind my back, she calls me things like retarded ***** or dumb c*nt to other people, i have the same exact accent as her but because i sound a bit different when i say things she mocks me in english accents as in (*read this in a cockney accent, thats how she mocks me, even tho im not cockney or have one bit of english blood in me*)"oh hi loli, how ya doing today? Are ya good?", she handles things in very immature ways, like when we get into an argument, theres always 2 options, sort it out like adults or f*** it up like her. How does she make it worse? Bring along her "friends" (her cousin who follows her everywhere and her best friend) and walk around me insulting me while im trying to be mature about it and just not talk to her for a while because shes being childish. She always finds ways out of things, with her little excuses. Shes done way worse but its too long to put in here. Anyways how can i outsmart her just like she outsmarts everybody else? I want to blow her mind when i see her again. And if she comes up to me with her petty "im so sorry loli leys be friends again" (which she doesnt mean at ALL, shd does this all of the time, says shes sorry then goes and does it again). Anything i can do? Because i cant go on like this, its been killing me for years! |
Question: How can I win her over.? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 03:27 PM PST I am in love with my best friends sister and Don't know how to deal with the situation. All three of us are seniors in highschool. Do I risk losing a close friend. She knows I like her but she doesn't see me as the responsible type since her brother and I are always getting into trouble, smoking weed, drinking like crazy and a whole lot of other crap. I have tried to alter my choices in life and focus on my future to try and prove to her that I can be better but this is weakening my friendship with my best friend. What should I do. Should I choose the brother or the sister? |

Question: Why are people so desperate for friendships that they forget about quality? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 01:59 PM PST As I've gotten older, I appreciate quality over quantity- this is a mantra I try to live by everyday with anything or anyone. I've noticed that some people around me in their 30's, prefer quantity over quality. With weddings, I've seen close friends who have acted so desperate that the invite people (they've barely hung out with or know) to their bachelorette or bridal showers. It's not my business or decision but to me that shows that quantity is more important. It shows me that they want to be seen a certain way, desperate for more heads that will look great on social media. Where's the meaning in it when you barely know the person? And how's your relationship after the wedding? Would you hang out with them? Talk to them again? Probably not. I feel bad for judging but people who choose quantity over quality also give me the sense that they don't appreciate the people around them. If that's all it took to get random people to celebrate big events, then what am I doing wasting my time? Thoughts? |
Question: Why is everyone always so ******* busy? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 01:39 PM PST Every time I try to hang out with someone, they always say that they're too busy to hang out. Either that, or they don't respond to my texts and/or calls. I barely have any friends, and idk how I can make any friends if everyone is too ******* busy to hang out with me. Like, is it so hard to take days off of your jobs? Does all work and no play make you the opposite of a dull boy (or girl)? Does anyone have an answer for me? Because this is something that's been pissing me off for months now. |

Question: What does it mean when a guy ask you if his penis is what you expected? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 01:30 PM PST Does that mean he's insecure about his size? |
Question: What is this woman called? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 01:13 PM PST She has a boyfriend or a husband but she wears the pants in the relationship, she takes charge and she bosses and yells at her husband and boyfriend. She is very contentious. Eventually her husband and boyfriend breaks up with her. She will hang with you and every guy that she sees even though she is married, she would be secretly wanting sex from them. If a guy doesn't have sex that she hangs with and hints, she would get a group of guys to bully him. She is hanging with guys but each guy she hangs with she has an ulterior motive set out for him, money sex... If he doesn't comply with her game plan she will typically punish him probably get a bunch of guys to bully him or jump him. She thinks all men are jerks. She will snub any guy that comes her path that wants to talk to her and get her guy friends that she is using to shew that one guy away. She don't want to be anyone's friend but have a exclusive group of friends that are identically the same and her and her friends are closed group. She typically chooses the guys that she hangs with and usually hangs with them over an ulterior motive. |
Question: Are you good at letting things go? Like drama with friends or drama at work? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 12:58 PM PST I notice that if I have drama with a friend or something at work it can bother me for a bit. Like I will just keep thinking about it. Drama witha friend or some drama at work. I'm now trying to overcome this and just let things go. Is this normal to keep thinking about? Would you consider this racing thoughts or something normal |
Question: What to do if I’m being excluded? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 12:51 PM PST She's always inviting everyone else to things except me she'll talk to me in school but she's a bit of a ***** but we're close friends but I hate her |
Posted: 20 Feb 2019 12:01 PM PST I get the part that if they are fine why would they want me to heal them. But why do many only want me to be around them when they need help and when not they mostly don't come around. |
Question: My friend’s birthday is coming up, and I don’t know if I should get her anything? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 10:32 AM PST My friend, also roommate, and I are college sophomores, and we met during our freshman year. The beginning of the semester went well, she even gave me a surprise birthday party. A few months later, we got into a huge argument about cleanliness around our dorm, and that changed everything. To make a long story short, after our argument, she told her friends that I was making her feel suicidal and her friends called the cops over. I had thought that she called the cops on me. She wouldn't tell me the reason why the cops came until 2 days later. Turns out, she lied about feeling suicidal because she was mad at me. We talked after that and she suggested that I put everything that happened behind us, however, I'm still having problems trusting her. Later, she shared a Facebook post about killing someone - maybe she meant that as a joke, but I don't know. Her birthday is coming up, we were good friends before this happened, she gave me a surprise birthday party, and we're still roommates. So I don't know if I should get her anything. We agreed to try to fix our friendship, but I'm honestly having a REALLY hard time trusting her after what she did. |
Question: How to get rid of a friend? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 10:24 AM PST I've gone off this person but all my other friends are friends with her so I can't just stop talking or tell her and we sit beside each other in some classes but she's excluding me from activities and always copies me it's getting very annoying |
Question: What does grey arrow with "Opened" status mean on Snapchat? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 09:27 AM PST So I had an old friend who was kind of like an ex but kind of not since we never dated, only were sexual with each other but we had broken off the sexual part a long time ago and kept the friend part going because I am taken and so was he. Anyways, the last time I messaged him was August of 2018 on Snapchat and never heard back. I rarely ever go on Snapchat so I'm unaware of the updated statuses there are nowadays. I checked on my Snapchat last night just to see if anyone in general had messaged me and see what stories my friends have posted when I noticed the conversation with my ex had turned to a light grey arrow with "Opened 27 weeks ago" next to the arrow. Does this mean he blocked me or something? I honestly don't care because I am happily taken and not into him anymore but I was curious as to what this status means. Thanks! |
Question: Would you be friends with someone who stutters? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 08:15 AM PST I feel like people don't accept my stutter. I don't stutter severely, but it's noticeable. I don't talk much because I don't like being shot down and asked what is wrong with me. I'm in college and I have no friends. |

Question: When will my hippy friends stop being annoying? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 07:02 AM PST I take pain medication and my hippy friends are always going " no don't take those meds there are natural meds that you can take. Just smoke pot" so I say " sorry i don't feel like serving jail time over a freaking plant. It's still illegal in this state". |

Question: Why my best friend is so mean to me if i am nice to her? Posted: 20 Feb 2019 05:30 AM PST I told her that i like a guy and she told me that my face is too ugly for him She interrupt me all the rime when we speak with others and she want all the attention to her She also tries to prove to everyone that she is better than me One day she told me that a girl called me ugly behind my back and i am pretty sure she told me that only to make me feel ugly |
Posted: 20 Feb 2019 05:23 AM PST Recently I have been realizing that I'm a lot less social, especially since I became homeschooled. Like, going out is fun and I like to do it, just not 24/7 like nearly everyone around me. It gets annoying since I feel like if I only had a good group of friends I'd have a lot more fun. I want someone/friends I actually connect with. I don't know if I'm too picky or what but everyone my age is so childish and stuff. I just want to find someone to be able to have a strong relationship with. |

Question: What does it mean when a guy asks a woman about another man? Posted: 19 Feb 2019 09:04 PM PST So this guy I met up with he and I are friends with benefits. So we met up and started talking.
