Posted: 16 Feb 2019 06:40 PM PST She had at least an emotional affair if not physical. She left the husband purely for this other man. She was an old neighbor when I was growing up and her 2 of her 3 kids have had a lot of issues due to it. |
Question: Husband and hook up sites? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 05:49 PM PST My husband let me look at his phone and in his spam folder there were links to hook up sites but when I clicked on them there was an account made w like a generic username and personal details such as height weight ethnicity etc were not my husband's. Anyway the more I clicked on them the more sites we're popping up. There were messages from women. Bots that were never opened and no sent messages to anyone. This has almost ruined my marriage! |
Question: Will we lose intimacy? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 05:02 PM PST My husband and I are moving into a bigger house both our parents are elderly. We plan on having kids and we're gonna need help because of our schedule. We were thinking of having both of our moms move in with us. The problem is I don't want to lose intimacy with my husband. I'm going to miss walking around our house naked and doing "married people things". Our moms could help with the kids and cooking since they're retired but i don't want to lose our husband. And if both our moms move in there will probably be cultural differences because we're in an interracial relationship and our parents are from different parts of the world. His moms catholic, my moms Buddhist. |
Question: My beautiful wife wants me to stop smoking cigarettes and Marijuana, what should I do? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 04:46 PM PST I'm a former College Soccer Player and my wife was a College Tennis Player. We have 3 young kids. She asked me today to please stop smoking Cigarettes and Marijuana. I tried to explain to her that I love being high while we have sex. I never smoke in the house. What should I do about this? |

Posted: 16 Feb 2019 03:45 PM PST I sometimes slap my husband due to an overload of frustration/adrenaline after hours/days/mths of emotional & verbal abuse. He says "get the f*ck out" when I tell him how I feel/try to reason with him, he mocks my tears, insults, curses, belittles and criticizes me as a mom. Me!...his wife, mother of his 3 kids, with a baby due in 1 mth. Peace depends on his mood. We had 2 wks of bliss & I was happy to be married. We joked, cuddled and talked about aging together. It ended abruptly when he found out I ate soup at my mom's. He called it "betrayal." Followed by a belligerent tone and biting sarcasm. Want nothing to do with her is OK, but cursing her out to me and judging me for visiting are not. He gives me no peace when it comes to her, no matter how far she is. I reminded him that she's not even here. He let our 1.5 yr old crawl over my head and slap my face and make noise for the next 2 hrs. When I woke up, he called me lazy, complaining about me aloud around the kids. When I then refused to compliment his dinner, he swore I would pay dearly. I woke up that night with contractions, in tears w an irregular heartbeat, scared. He rubbed my back and asked if I felt better WHILE cursing me out under his breath. He said it was "all my fault." Many would say leave, but the kids wouldn't forgive me. How would I manage with no sleep, a newborn and the 1.5 yr old after birth? He told me "the door is open." He is practically pushing me to my mother "the enemy" or to find another man. |
Question: Is it ok to cut ties with my 20yr old daughter who is a narcissist? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 01:02 PM PST I recently became engaged and my daughter has threatened my fiancé s life if she married me. I have always been there for her and I admit my family spoiled her. ALOT. I never really been in a serious relationship. My fiancé has made so many attempts to get on her good side and tried to even kiss *** a little to show her she is a nice person. We moved in together this past June and all hell broke loose. She has been telling all my "long time friends" that I abandoned her. Which I did not. I moved in with my woman. I am 36yrs old. I deserve to be happy. She has turned everyone against me. My fiancé gets threats from EVERYONE at this point. I have told my daughter to stop and It continues. When she turned 18 I told her I wasn't going to continue to give her money every time she asks and she needs to get a job and be an adult and she again went crazy! My fiancé has even went and let my daughter borrow a car she wasn't using so my daughter could use it for school and my daughter completely did everything my woman asked her not to do.. She tinted the windows without permission, she smoked in the car, etc. My fiancé asked for the car back and she refused so my fiancé removed the plates from the car and again all hell broke loose. I have no idea what to do. My daughter is a narcissist and I feel like I need to remove myself from her completely. She is doing this because I am getting married. I'm afraid what she will do if I have anymore children. Help! |

Question: Did I do something wrong here? Your advice please.? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 07:36 AM PST I ran into my ex mother in law Lisa at the mall. We talked briefly and as it was lunch time I invited her to go to join me for lunch. We went to a nice restaurant in the mall. We had great food, great conversation, and a lot of fun. I did not think any more about it until I get a text message from my former wife Pam, that she did not want me dating her mom anymore. She said it would be to weird to call her ex husband dad? I thought she must be joking as how could anyone think that having lunch one time with anyone would mean they were going to get married so going along with the joke, I said "Does that mean you will not be a brides maid at the wedding"? It turns out she was not joking and now she is mad at me. Do you think I did something wrong here? |
Posted: 16 Feb 2019 07:20 AM PST Surveys show that close to 70 percent of both sexes would cheat if the opportunity arose and they felt they would never get caught. If a spouse can state they never would, no matter what, is their alleged commitment really saying something about their own morals, or is it really a profound reflection of their spouse. _______________________________ And please, for you non-committal tools out there who always answer things half/half and some/some, stay out of this one. Go find some other question to answer. Here's how idiotic and tool-ish, and petty, and snarky most of the morons in the world are: I asked a question that happened to mention some published survey results on the side, and you freaks, save for two of you, didn't bother answering the question that was actually asked. |
Question: Does my child's father have a right to claim Both of our children on his taxes.? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 07:02 AM PST we have 2 together. Lately we have not been getting along he ghosted us for 3 weeks. No phone call no nothing. he didn't even call within those three weeks to ask us if we needed anything. Then he pops up out of nowhere and is asking for both of his kids to file. then he said he don't think this could be fixed between us because I gave the 2 children to my family members. Hes upset. My mother spent thousands of dollars on the kids, even just the two that belong to him as well, she spent a lot on clothing groceries you can imagine,In his defense he was there for us a lot in the past and in the 2 and 1/2 years we've been BACK together he did spend thousands, but isnt that his responsibility since he had those kids with me? and he also disappeared on us for 4 years in the past and now our oldest is 7. so he wasn't even there for the first four years of our son's life. but lately he reminds me that he has his own life. So if he has his own life and He says he doesn't trust me and he don't think he ever will. I have no idea if he will ghost us again.we also have a four month old newborn. He said 3 weeks is not ghosting what do you guys think?Am I wrong for not giving him both kids for his taxes?we are in a bad living condition and we don't have great food to eat and we cannot depend on him to be consistent. he's not consistently there for us everyday he even feels like he doesn't have to be there for us every day he said to me he's not someone that can be around kids everyday. |

Question: Need help budgeting. We spend a lot of money on carry out. We need to change this around.? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 06:09 AM PST Wife and I make pretty good amount of money. We don't have any credit card debt, but we do have a lot of student loans. We also have a car payment mortgage, and our kids are going to religious school. We need to cut down about $500 a month. We spend about $1k on groceries for the month for our family and $900 on take out. I think the take out/fast food is our killer. Thoughts? |

Question: How can I avoid seeing my ex while he is in town? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 04:19 AM PST So we haven't seen each other since we were in our 20's and that was 10 years ago. We reconnected after I divorced last year and have talked frequently through social media. I have kids, work full time and go to school. Well he randomly tells me late last month that he planned to visit my city for a week later this month. He described the trip as business related but then tells me that he expected to stay with me in my home for a few of those nights. This is where I am stomped. I do not feel comfortable having him over especially when I will be at work and I have a full schedule throughout the week. I explained this to him a couple different ways but he is adamant that he is coming and staying with me. If he had his own hotel and requested to meet up, that would be one thing. But he is visiting with a very large sense of entitlement that I owe him my hospitality. Help?! And please don't tell me to just tell him I don't want him to stay here...if I was capable of saying that, I would have...which I sorta did. But he is still planning to show up. |

Posted: 16 Feb 2019 02:47 AM PST I don t talk to my sister in law my husband and her no longer speak but I want to send her son (who I ve only met once) a first birthday card, should I do this or just let the whole situation go? I wrote her a forgiveness apology letter for my own healing but I think about her and her children even though the relationship might not be mended should I still send birthday holiday cards to her children? Thank you Edit to the one answer- I would most certainly put efforts towards mending the relationship but my husband doesn't want to this or just let the whole situation go? I wrote her a forgiveness apology letter for my own healing but I think about her and her children even though the relationship might not be mended should I still send birthday holiday cards to her children? Thank you This part was cut off in moblie view Yes I will follow my heart thank you |
Question: My mother is sick and my wife is trying to convince me to put her in an elderly home? Posted: 16 Feb 2019 12:53 AM PST She just wants to get rid of her. Trying to convince me that she cares about my mothers well being. She doesn't give a damn. You'd think she's decent enough to feel for a sick old woman and her husbands mother at that. Does a divorce seem like an overreaction? She tries to get rid of my mother so I get rid of her. |
Posted: 16 Feb 2019 12:38 AM PST I told my husband I almost filed for divorce and my mother stopped me. our relationship was very much emotionally abusive. whenever I tried to let him know how I felt about us he would give me the silent treatment. when I told him about the divorce thing he responded by giving me the silent treatment again. I didn't give in this time. Yesterday he finally talked to me. And told me he no longer trusted me. And that he would only focus on the kids for now on. Because he knows that if he doesn't do things my way I will take the kids and leave him. I told him I would never do that. What made him think that way. I feel like he's telling me it's over between us without actually saying it. Is that the case? |
Question: No marriage and no kids? Posted: 15 Feb 2019 11:34 PM PST Woman, 30. I want to spend all my life with one boyfriend, but no marriage and no kids. I want to spend all my free time travelling, volunteering etc. Why it's so hard to meet friends of my age who think the same... |
Question: How can I protect my family ? Posted: 15 Feb 2019 09:21 PM PST I read about another shooting this time in Illinois we never had an active shooter where were at yet I feel like Ohio is the safest place to be we haven't had any problems not yet anyway mostly up farther north around Columbus or Dayton area but nowhere near Athens we had threats but nothing yet. I'm married have 3 kids all under age 5 my wife goes on trips with a group for adults with mental disabilities sometimes I go with her also she has a staff who takes her to do things around town like go out to eat the movies or swimming whatever she wants to do but I'm scared for her to go especially if she goes up around Columbus or Akron those big cities there. Nowhere is safe anymore not even concerts aren't safe we go to a lot. We're going to see Queen this summer our favorite band but I'm not sure if it's safe. We're taking our daughter with us by then she'll be 4 I'm really scared to take her I don't know if it's a good idea u use to love going to concerts especially country or rock but after that Vegas shooting a couple years ago I feel uncomfortable with going. People seem to be caring their pistol or any type of gun anymore to protect themselves my brother in law Dore when we go on vacation. I got 2 young kids my wife is pregnant with our 3rd. How can I protect them ? |
Question: Can a relationship work when you’re both so different? Posted: 15 Feb 2019 08:08 PM PST My bf wants to get married and want us to move in together. I can't see myself with him. It's not that I don't love him because I do but we're so different from each other. He has like a million friends and I only have one bff, my sister. I don't care for attention and he will do anything for attention. I mean anything... one time I saw him stripped his clothes naked in front of a bunch of people. I was very embarrassed because I know some of the people there. Our style and taste in music is also very different. We're just to different on so many levels. To be honest I've been thinking about breaking up with him. I know there's a lot of other girls out there who will appreciate his life style but I'm just not the one for him. I told him this. He won't listen and make everything so hard on me. I told him if he tone down a bit, we can be together but if he only care about getting attention.. we can't be together. I want my freedom, I don't like having to much attention draw onto me. I know I told him to tone it down but I don't really want him to change to. It's not right. I would feel bad if he did. I don't want to hurt his feelings. The more I think about this, the more I feel bad for him and feeling this way towards him. He's not a bad person, he's just a little to much sometimes. I want to make him happy and continue being with him and only him but can two very different people live together? What do you think? |
