I'm a 23 year old guy, and a friend from work named Natalie. She is 36 years old and is married with kids. she's a secretary, and everytime we had the same shift we would always talk. Sometimes i would always go to her desk and we would talk for a long time. Everyone including Natalie knew that i liked her, she would always laugh and smile when i was around her. Sooo other coworkers began judging our friendship, eventually me and Natalie got into trouble because our friendship had caused alot of drama at work. One day Natalie told me that she was stressed out because her job was in jeopardy, and we were not allowed to talk anymore or we would be fired. Natalie told my friends that she was sad that she couldn't talk to me anymore. I kinda felt like Natalie became a target a work, because everyone was throwing her under the bus with management. Everyone began keeping an Eye on Natalie and on me. Natalie always had my back, so to say thank you i gave her a $20 gift card to her favorite coffe shop and she thanked me. Days later she wrote my manager a long email, she said she feels stressed out at work with all this drama, and that my presence is affecting her. She mentioned i bought her a gift.....my manager got mad and moved me to another floor. Natalie was good friends with alot of MY friends, but now she doesn't talk to them and she doesn't talk to me. She always looks down at her phone?? What is her issue now? Whats going on?

my best friend from school is having a sleepover this next friday, and she sent out invitations yesterday. my mom says that she wants to come to the sleepover. there will be about 8 girls there, and none of them are bringing their parents. my mom says she wants to come to "chaperone and make sure we are safe", but i think shes coming just to embarrass me. she'll be really embarrassing, cuz shes asian, she has an embarassing asian accent, shes fat, ugly, and stinky, she wears weird fat pajamas, and she snores really loud. she'll make me go to bed at 10 pm, even though every one else will be up till 4 am. how do i convince her to stay home that night?

I have a best friend who is a male fitness model and a lot of women when they first meet him or are strangers act very aloof and rude to him until they get to know him. Like he will try to be friendly to them and they give him no eye contact, no smile, and act rude and standoffish, and give short responses, when all he's doing is asking how they are doing and trying to get to know them and being nice.

so I began dating a girl from work, we broke up about a month ago (long story short ) there was a lot of drama and she ended things with me. But things between us are very awkward at work, when she sees me in the cafeteria she looks the other way. Everytime i go for lunch, I get so nervous and cold that I'm going to run into her. I only see her once a week, and she will be working tomorrow. How do I stop caring what she thinks??????? How do i stop being nervous running into her???? we don't even look at each other in the eyes, but I get super nervous when I see her walk into the caff

I kind of don't know where to start. Ever since my two best friends left(to move on with their lives i guess) i feel as if i'm lost in life, like i have no sense of direction. I miss them dearly and ever since they left, iv'e refused to make friends/start all over. Everybody i talk to seems boring. When my best friends were around i felt my anxiety disappear, i was surprised, but then when they left my anxiety came back worse than ever :(. I feel as if life will never be awesome now that they are not here with me. Life now is so unbearable and so damn boring. Looking back, i get nostalgic and sad because the good old days will never be back. Pretty soon i'm going to graduate from high school, go to college, get a job, get married,etc and i'm really not looking forward to any of these things.There'll be no good old days after i graduate. I want to stay stuck in the present. Maybe if my friends were with me i would feel a little better.

So I saw my friend's father (married) holding hands with another woman... it was def. him Should I tell my friend about it? I used to believe in love,it kinda makes me sad that lots of people who would be loyal partners can't get the girl whereas lots of people who cheat on their gfs or wives have the girl. Tomorrow is S. Valentine's. I will spend it alone because the girl I love sees me only as a friend,whereas this man (that I saw just couple hrs ago holding hands in a nearby town with another woman) is posting on fb that he's all excited to go to a fancy restaurant with his wife (my friend's mom) tomorrow. I have this man in my friends list on fb so that's why I'm seeing his posts. Advice?

Im a 23 year old korean kid who lived in the states so long that Im not good enough in korean who's in the korean army. I want to be best friends with my comrades but I have no talent for making friends to be frank. I'm a Single no Friends not funny very reserved quiet and awkward socially constantly worriesome Scarycat who not good at sports or physical activities of any kind but is kind and considerate but a virgin. I feel like I should die of shame. I'm not proud of it and worst part is I dont know how to make to lasting friends despite reading dozen how to make friends books. Am I a waste of Space and how can I make friends Also Am I taking this seriously and fearing too much?

i tell myself i have a best friend, yet i don't know what exactly one is. people tend to throw that term around nowadays so i'm honestly confused on whether my "bff" is either actual best friend or just a close friend.

Does this sound like a Hater or Jealous? sorry i tried my best make it short I have moved out the state and ever since I left the state my old friend of mine name Courtney and I knew her since 4 grade anyways ever since i have moved out the state and I was in 9th grade & already in high school she in middle school when I had moved out but i went back visit my old teacher she was still there so i said bye to some my old friends anyways we all recontact on Facebook so Facebook came along she have apologize to my sister and my mom saying she wasn't her self from time we where on myspace times and that she said she wasn't going to fight anymore with me so few year later it been on and off fighting for no reason i ask her how are things going here and there and i got block again so years later she still pick up fights and i found out what happened between her and her boyfriend that i knew in middle school and he told me he slap her in the face but idk how bad it is so i see her mom is on Facebook but idk what to say to her to her mom since she have my message my mom with apologize long time go and i believe Courtney is controlling her mom page anyways is this Courtney being hater and Jealous? I go to place called dunes fly with my grandpa in his airplane i go back to my home town here and there then i go Vegas and upper Arizona for a small race team i did and made it to a company page and all she does out with her boyfriend if she even have one and kid he said but i haven't see one and I see her snapchat while go she drink at bar doing karaoke like rest my old friends are doing these days they with there boyfriend and girlfriend sing karaoke

I really enjoy making others laugh and being silly and people tell me that I'm pretty funny, but I feel like I'm just making myself seem dumb in the end. I'm actually quite smart and down to earth, but I feel like people don't see that and take me as a joke....People are generally quite nice to me but I feel like it's out of pity. Am I being dramatic and insecure? I'm really conflicted with who I am right now. I take serious conversations seriously, but I'm silly otherwise.
