She still continued to say hi and talk to me after that until the year ended. But for the entire of my senior year, she never said 2 words to me. She avoided eye contact with me, did not smile at me, and stayed far away from me. |

We stopped talking for a year, and then reconnected as friends. Things escalated again. We started sleeping with each other and behaving as a couple. Around a year ago I asked him if he wanted to be in a relationship. He said no. We still act as if we are in a relationship, and neither of us (to my knowledge) have talked to another person. I am very comfortable around him, and he knows everything about me. I have tons of fun with him and vice versa, however, it seems he has no intention of being committed, and can be very wishy washy about his feelings. There is a new guy who I was instantly attracted to. He is very funny and generally a nice guy. He seems to be reciprocating feelings, but I m not sure what to do. On the one hand, I care for this guy so deeply, and he cares for me, however we are on different pages. He sees no need to commit. Should I give up with him? However, I found out a big detail about her ex boyfriend. He was her cousin, not 3rd or 2nd, 1st cousin. It's not like she was really young and didn't know what she was doing either, this was a year ago and he left her. We are both in our late teens. I feel so uncomfortable and weird about the whole situation that I want to end things with her. I'm just not sure if it's the right thing to do and I'd like some input from outside sources. On one hand, I love her and love being with her. On the other hand, I cannot let something like that go. Especially since she said she claimed to have never met her 1st cousin before and they met at a family party, which makes no sense to me because her family is tight knit. So they basically all know each other. I really just don't know what the best and most mature thing to do is. Her family has no clue about her prior relationship. |

Today, however, he told me that he wants me to lose weight before his graduation so that I can look good in the pictures. I responded in a defensive manner asking if there was something wrong with the way I look now. He just told me that I should do something about my belly but my thighs and butt can stay the same. The conversation ended with him telling me that I'm beautiful but he just wants me to look even more beautiful. I don't know how to feel about this or how to react. I definitely don't want to overreact but I want to know if what he said shouldn't be ignored I'm 5'7 and 148 lbs |

She doesn't have a hard time meeting guys that want her number and want to take her out. As for me, I barely meet any, mostly once a year. But that s all I get. Then the roles reversed. Then I contacted him again first he asked "how it was going with the guy I was dating" (pic w/ me and my guy cousin) why is it his concern. He went on to say how he's closed our chapter and that now he has no feelings whatsoever but that "we both know that you are regretting not being with me. You are and have been head over heels for me. That's the fact. You can say whatever you want." Why is he insisting this? Also, a little context he's 33 and i'm 26, and he said form the beginning he was looking for a wife, and given our armenian traditions he wanted to marry a virgin which I was. Anyway, relationship lasted about 3 months. We had constant fights but he always tried to make up with me but ended up giving up eventually. Although he accepts that before he was head over heels for me, he says now he has no feelings for me. He said if he had 1/100 of the feelings he'd give it a try again. I said you constantly stare at me in church, fidget around me etc. Although after the breakup he never reached out to me again. It's been a while that we haven't been together and what's weird is when I asked if he had gotten engaged married he wouldn't answer. Then when I insisted that he called me blocked and I unmasked his calls and I also said I don't have feelings for him since the beginning. That's when he said there is only one person I have feelings for and i assure you it's not you. It's not fair for that person or me for you to message me so please stop. All of this but yet his actions are odd. If he truly was genuinely head over heels for me how can he not have feelings for me anymore? Could it all have been a sham, though he never asked me to sleep with him. If he truly doesn't care why does he ask about who it was in the picture? Why the blocking although he denies it. |

Before me, he briefly dated someone 17 years younger than him, and hung out with her friends, and even hooked up with one of them. A few weeks ago, I saw his Bumble account, before he let me delete it, where his lower age limit was 18 years old. He recently got a job as a professor. He wants me to move across the country to live with him, but I'm thinking he'll eventually leave me for a student. What should I do? Should I be on the look-out for other signs? Other red flags are that he cheated on his girlfriend last year, has had over 20 sexual partners in 3 years after his divorce, he has anger issues and a domestic violence charge from throwing one of his ex's phone across the room once, the 19-year-old girl he dated before me was a stripper, and he was sexually abused as a child, which I think he's still coping with. Thoughts? |

Lately her friends have been making sexual remarks towards her like, "Hey let s ****" and my girlfriend will reply with like "okay" and such. It s just remarks like that, that s been being thrown around. Now, I am not liking that she s been replying to them like that, but I am unsure if I am going over the top by getting disturbed/jealous of it. Is this a thing all girl do, even having a boyfriend/girlfriend? Should I bring this up to her and tell her I don t like it. I see that she has fun with her friends and such when talking like that, which is why I m so unsure if this is what all girls tend to do even while being with someone. But she just want anything right now. It got to a point where he told me he doesn't feel ready for a relationship and he isn't ready for commitment. We were on a "break" but still hung out together and did everything couples do. The entire time he would tell me "I want to date you so so bad. You're the only person I want. No one else. I can't even look at girls anymore." I don't think he "moved on", but rather was trying to fill a void. How could he have NO respect for what we had and do that so quickly? I ran into him today to see hickies all over his neck, and I just feel so uncomfortable, angry, and disgusted. Do I forgive him for this? What does this mean? He's a total asshole! |
| Posted: 25 Feb 2019 04:42 PM PST she had high interest before, but she must've noticed how I wasn't as confident and assertive in person as I was in text and put her off. when I tried to dismiss her when I assumed she wasn't into me, she said she does want to kick it / hang out but she's waiting to get more money, which makes me think she's buying time for school to start to see me again and my behavior before actually going out. |
