I apologized, and he immediately asked me to come out with him the following night. I don't hear from him all day, and when I finally text, I got curt responses. I'm bummed but still went out. He was at a ticket-only event, but somehow I run into his best guy friend and his event is canceled. He comes to meet us and is like a different person. Forward, intense, and so into me. We talk and dance for hours. I've never kissed anyone, and he clearly wants to so I decide to tell him. He's shocked and grabs my hand pulling me to the front of the bar. He asks me if I'm ok to go back to his frat house with him, and I say yes. He treated me with respect while showing exactly what I was missing; the whole time asking me these deep, penetrating questions about myself, my family, our dreams, middle names, insecurities, everything. He legit asked if I'm afraid of him ignoring me after this, and I say yes. He begs me to sleep over, but I want to go back. He walks me home and we kiss goodnight. Over the next few days, sporadic Snapchats dwindled into nothing. It felt like my fears were coming true: he ghosted me. Why would he act like he wanted something real? |

Recently, however, he has started to make "jokes" about me, usually things that he knows I'm insecure about. He'll usually say that I have small boobs, for example, or that the only attractive thing about me is my butt. Once he sees that I become offended by this he quickly says that it's just a joke and I'm over exaggerating. Long story short when we lost touch he got into drugs and I still care a lot about him. A few months ago we hooked up while drunk and admitted we missed each other. It didn't feel like the feelings we had for each other ever left. He was definitely different than he used to be but I think that's just because he was under the influence when we talked. His parents found out his drug problem was bad and pulled him out of the university we attend. We are both from the same home town, so technically I could still see him. It's been a few months and he just got out of rehab with his phone back. On Valentine's Day I thought he might be sad bc he was alone in rehab so I anonymously sent him a gift with a note saying everyone at our university misses him and thinks he's amazing. I really can't explain why I care so much about him...I've never been in love so I'm not sure if I ever was with him. I really miss him though and want to talk to him, but at the same time I want to give him space. Do you think I should text him? If so what should I say? Even in our happiest moments I am miserable, beset by her capricious temperament apropos her loyalty. She may, for instance, laud how much you mean to her, that she likes no one more than you, and that very same day, just as truthfully say the same thing to someone else, and tell you all about it! I say this not to abase her as fickle, there isn't a heart as true or pure as hers, but I live in a constant anxiety that if I am not with her for as much as I can that she will fall in love with someone else and forget me. But what can i do when even torture from her is joy to me! I have professed my love to her already, and she responded that she doesn't know if she loves me or not, but that was a month ago and I get the feeling she does not have feelings for me. However the ambiguity of the situation leaves me powerless to make a decision regarding what I should do. Last week we got into a very serious argument because I kept asking him if he was attracted to me physically (I asked him because I always felt like something was off and he never looked at me or called me beautiful or anything). When I questioned him, he admitted that his attraction to me wasn't as much physical but more mental and psychological. Since then, things haven't been the same. with him and he has been very distant from me since that argument. Today he broke up with me because he said that his mental illness has gotten in the way and that he has made a final decision to end it for good. I don't know what to believe, and honestly think he is lying about his mental illness because maybe he never loved me enough. I kept asking him to tell me the truth and if this was the honest reason and he said yes it is his mental illness and he said he doesn't think he can ever be in a normal relationship with anyone (fyi-he DOES have serious mental illness. I was his first relationship EVER and he 33 years old). Please no funny comments or insults. I just want to know if you think he was lying about the reason for the breakup. Points given to those that really answer my question and dont just say who cares the relationship is over thanks. I should mention that we fought a lot (due to his mental illness) which is why we were on again/off again a lot. He was constantly battling with his personality disorder and PTSD |

During that time, she started talking to dude & when we got back together she claimed they were just friends. Long story short, she ended up cheating on me with him and said she was confused what she wanted to do. She ended up saying that she was wanting to work things out with me. We find out she is pregnant and he is the father, she is going to get an abortion bc she wants to work it out with me and he already has a baby with another woman and they are always on and off. Since she is planning on not having the baby, I don't see any reason why he needs to be in the picture. She says she doesn't want to stop talking to him until the procedure is done. Sometimes he will stop by the house and she will go down to the front porch and talk to him for an hour and sometimes he will bring food. Am I wrong to not be ok with this ? |
