We both have the same hobbies however she is considerably better than me at it and she seems to put me down all the time.it started as just this but now she puts me down with everything , and she is the reason why I have very low self confidence she tells me something which I truly start to believe is true and when I say it she contradicts me putting me down and truly making me feel as if I am wrong and makes me look stupid and needy, she constantly tells me about her and never asks how I am or listens to me, I have tried telling her how I feel many times however this does not work as she then makes me feel as if I am in the wrong and I should apologise as she turns the situation on me no matter what, I have also trying unfriendliness her and moving friendship groups but everyone likes her more than me so they think I m bitchy for ditching her . All I want to do it put the shoe on the other foot and give her some of her own medicine, I don t want to be mean I just want to put her in her place and let her know how it feels , she has 0 respect for me, I treat others how i want to be treated and because her parents the her everything she wants she gathers that s what everyone will do. I am fed up of being on the bottom of her shoe please be creative with your answers I really want her to know how it feels |

I said some horrible things about her and it was just one of the worst things that I have experienced in life. I never got to apologize and we have mutual friends I have no way of contacting her but we do a have a dew mutual friends so I had one of them ask her could I apologize and she said "no one should ever apologize for the way they feel" I feel really bad about this because the things I said weren't true and they aren't the way I feel but she will never know this, anyway the whole thing is basically a lost cause. How do I move on from this? I feel like i'll never be able to move on because I never got to speak to her and tell her the truth, and I feel like even if I did she wouldn't believe me,Thanks everyone who answers this. |

Recently there's this new girl who came to our school who I don't like very much, she's very rude and she CONSTANTLY talks about people behind their backs like seriously she never shuts up and she smokes (I'm 13 and she's 14 and obviously my mom doesn't let me hang out with girls who smoke or do drugs), but the problem is that this girl started to be really stuck up to my bestfriend and my bestfriend doesn't like her nor she wants to be friends with her but for no reason she still hangs out with this girl! And I talked about this with her but she keeps saying she doesn't know what to do! And what really pisses me off is that it comes to the point where they leave me behind in class and go hang out with each other! I have this thing where i cant memorize easily and I dont understand things unless i get extra help. Im starting to have a hard time to keep up with all my grades, mainly math which is getter harder and harder, and my Math teacher is flipping terrifying Everyday when I come home I burst into tears, because of stress, One of my friends, friend lets say her name is Hanna Is spreading roomers how I have Bullied her and how im a asswhole and i havent even spoke to her before, shes saying I also stole her friend. When Ever i have those emotional breakdowns at home my dad ignores me and when I ask for help he just gets pissy and yells, sometimes he slapps or hits me me I dont blame him though because I do tend to get grouchy when im like that. But hes out hunting and its not like i can rely on him for help because hes a jerk most of the time. When I talked to my mom yesterday she called me a jackass, and I just need to talk to someone. Besides my parents, I have an older sister but I NEVER see her. and my little brother who also doesnt like me as much hes always saying im a jerk or he'll say he wouldnever talk to me again. I fell so trapped! The only friends i have are ones that I dont feel like talking to them. At our school, like any school, theres kind of a vague line distinguishing between 3-4 groups of friends. So after me and amanda had our argument, amanda and julie sort of joined one group (at first we were kind of a mini group of just us three) and i joined another. While at first I enjoyed my new friends much better, they've started to get on my nerves and I've kind of talked about them a little behind their backs. One of them especially is not friendly because she doesn't trust me anymore. I feel really bad but also I don't feel like I did a lot wrong because they were the ones who caused me to talk about them. I can't really join another group because one group hates me mostly because of amanda, and the other groups just doesn't match with my personality as well as living very far from me (gifted and talented school). What should i do? I find myself looking forward to getting home so I can talk and hangout with my 9th grade friends (I'm in 8th grade) since we get along so much better and I just feel more comfortable with them. My ideas so far involve buying crickets or some other bugs for the pet store for cheap and dumping them in their backpack. I'm open to suggestions. She was bullied quite a bit in Elementary school and a rumor went so far that the teacher believed it and sent home flyers that said she has lice, when she realy didnt at all. She came home crying and was so embarresed, tried to refuse to go to school. She also had issues with her sister. She'd do bad things and even kick her out of the house or lock her in so she couldn't go anywhere. Then in middle school, she decided to try weed and got into the wrong group of friends. She also got harressed by this guy and this group that wouldn't leave her alone. Then I saw cuts on her arm and she'd always make excuses as to how she got them. She used to be bright and happy and social. But now she's always cranky, doesn't like to socialize at all, though she is a very beautiful girl. She doesn't get bullied anymore, and she's a Freshman in highschool. But I think that everything that's happened to her is taking its toll and she won't let go of it. What should I do? |

But I noticed that recently she s really rude to me sometimes? She responds with a rude tone of voice and when I ask her a question about homework she responds rudely and acts annoyed like its the most stupidest question in the world. I eat clean and sometimes she talks about healthy foods like their gross like she s trying to get me to stop eating them. She also tries to tell me what to do. And sometimes she just stares at me smiling which is weird and makes me mad because I m very self conscious. She s acts very smartelic and talks in a patronizing voice to me sometimes. I noticed she doesn t have this attitude towards the other housemates. She is kind of rude to her mom, however. I think I act kind of stupid sometimes because I have social anxiety and I m nervous pretty much all of the time but I don t think this means she can treat me like this. I m sensitive so it really gets to me and I m also not good with confrontation. And my self esteem just improved from losing a lot of weight and I don t want her to bring me down again. I chose a "male dominated" major because it's something I'm passionate about, but I'm having a bit of trouble making real friends. I hang out with the guys and we are friends but especially with upper terms, I feel left out of conversations or groups. I try my best to integrate myself and be nice to everyone, but I find it hard to relate at certain times. We share interests but I think there's definetly some sort of social barrier when it comes to dirty jokes ect. I'm a tomboy so that helps a bit but I never feels like enough, and at the end of the day I still feel like an outcast. What can I do? I'm going to be here with the same people for the next four years, and I would like to at least have a few friends that are close. Thanks. |

(I have much more friends now) I've been under pressure from my parents to do well at school and they want me to keep playing for a pretty competitive soccer team. After the move, during this year, I've been under huge stress, I haven't told anyone, Ive just kept it inside, sometimes I've exploded and done some bad things to my parents (Said some nasty things, got in some fights etc. (Mostly my fault) Now that I am much happier at school now, and have much more friends, I kind of realised how much of a jerk I was. I've wanted to apologize recently, I've said sorry and tried to keep my distance. My family has never been really close, we're always arguing, me and my dad, my dad and my mom, me and my mom. But recently it's gotten out of control, what can I do to fix this? |

Posted: 08 Oct 2015 12:54 PM PDT I need to find a good hangout, a place where complain about my problems, mouth off, joke, laugh, and be able to say the things that cross my mind that might be very bad ideas but need to be said out loud. I also need the input of other men. Nothing against women but sometimes women don't understand the pressure of just wanting to punch or tell someone to eat **** when they get on your nerves. I live in a college town though and i'm not strapped with cash and if you live in a college town you know that its made to take your money. |

I involve her in conversation but she never tries. My best friend has so many friends outside of school and she says that they are her "main girl" and stuff like that when she tells me she hates them. She also never posts pictures of us together online, I know it sounds pathetic but she alway posting pictures of other people and it honestly hurts me just because I don't have anyone else due to the fact she simply won't let me. I've stopped talking to everyone and feel like I can't talk to people I used to be close to because of her, but there are many reasons why I wanna keep her close. I really need advice on what to do, normally I'm good with these sort of things but I'm just stuck |

The guy I m seeing is going to be there, as well as some of our mutual friends. Probably less than 20 people will be there. Might have hotdogs, smores, music, and hay rides as well as the bonfire. Posted: 08 Oct 2015 11:11 AM PDT I moved to LA five years ago (from south LA county, lol--but that's a complete different culture, trust me), and it's been a lesson in learning how UN-likable I am. It's really amazing how people simply don't care. I went to a Meetup for writers, and everyone there hated me. They just looked at me like: "Whatever." When I spoke, they disagreed w/ everything I liked... even though I had good taste, etc.. When I go to other social events, no one is interested in talking to me either. I always end up saying the wrong thing, I guess. No one is friendly here. I think RACE plays a factor too. (I'm Asian). I just wanna hear what you guys think? |

Future of the past or the present: My family and i always moving out of the states in the same country,my father got promoted and some other reasons,i have been to many school,10 different schools including 4 different schools in a year of 2007.I meet lots of people,i make lots of friends.Though,i was too young in those times,I don't have any phones until i went to the last school.Sometimes when im about to sleep or when im alone,i always thinking about my friends like how are they doing? will we meet again and will they remember me? Posted: 08 Oct 2015 10:57 AM PDT We broke up last day of June...we talk on fb every now and then to see what's up, but I deleted him as a friend just so we don't see anything that would hurt the other. last night he felt the need to say he respects me and doesn't feel bad about the way we broke up, and that he wanted to tell me he's seeing someone new. He said he had to get it off his chest so I wouldn't find out through anyone else .....why? We have 0 mutual friends,not the same social circle, we're not even friends on fb, so what anyone else would I find out through? Was he feeling guilty?
