Question: If I am so big and strong then why is this convinced I am going to be abusive to her? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 02:51 PM PDT This girl is 22 and I am 25 and she just got out of an abusive relationship that she had since the age of 16.But what I want to know is also since she was not raised around why the **** did she put up with the trauma and threats all because she has a kid with him. I stand in at 6 feet 2 inches tall and I hit the gym everyday and I am 267 pounds of muscle. She however is a toothpick 130 pounds and 5'3'.The guy is 5'9' and 210 pounds and I already told him if he beats her one more time I will find him and break his neck if the cops find him be4 I do. |
Question: How do you get over the bone aching loneliness and loss of losing the one you love? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 02:40 PM PDT Hi my name is Leslie. I was married to the love of my life for 14 years. We had 3 kids together. My eldest is 12, and my twins are 10. My husband died earlier this year, after being struck by a semi. The road conditions were very foggy, and the trucker didn't see my husband. I don't blame the trucker for the accident. The trucking company did settle with me out of court. I'm struggling to keep myself together for my kids. But my heart just aches for my husband. I miss him so much, and all I do is cry. I've started grief counseling with my kids, and they see their therapists individually. I miss my best friend, and there are times I don't think that my life will go on. They say that time heals all wounds, but I'm not sure I will ever heal. |
Posted: 13 Oct 2015 02:25 PM PDT Ok so it's not that I'm not loved by my friends and family because I am, but I feel as though I don't deserve it sometimes because I'm nothing special or extrodinary, I'm just quite and average at most things. I am good at a few things like wrestling and school but I'm not great at it and not being really above average in anything makes me feel like I didn't do anything to deserve the love of my family and friends. |
Question: What game is this? How do you keep score? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 02:21 PM PDT I saw my mom and dad on the kitchen table today and they were wrestling with no clothes on. My mom was making a lot more noise than my dad and when they saw me they pulled apart. They told me they were just playing a game, but I think my mom would have quit because it sure looked like dad was winning. What game were they playing and how is score kept? who was going to win, mom or dad? |
Posted: 13 Oct 2015 01:55 PM PDT Update: My step son lives in Canada for his school. He lives with us about 4 months a year (summer, Christmas, and other holidays.). He is one of sweetest kids I have ever known. My husband goes to Canada every two years to visit his dad and relatives, and he always wants to take his son to visit them too. Last week he went to Canada and asked his ex wife to let him spend time with his son, but she didn't want him to take him around. Update 2: The thing is whenever the kid is in California with us she can come to see him anytime she wants. She always invites herself to have dinners and lunches with us at our home, and we always welcome her as a member of the family. More importantly, the kid loves my husband so much. What would you think if your mom didn't want you to see your dad? My step son is 17 years old. And my husband pays half of his expenses. Last year his mom sent the bills to my husband, was $25,000 for 9 months staying with her. I know for sure she didn't say bad thing about my husband to the kid. It was weird that the kid didn't call or text my husband when he was in Canada for four days. Both of his parents are high educated. His mom is professor and his dad is software engineer and he has never drunk. Although his mom stole money from his dad but his dad has never told him about that. He wants the kid growing up to learn good things from his mom's. The reason she didn't want him to see his son because she wanted my husband to pay at least 5 tickets for the kid's friends come from California to Toronto to visit the kid on his birthday, but my husband didn't want. So she got mad. |
Question: Why can't a guy like this get a better job?? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 01:50 PM PDT Say there is a guy that is 25, still lives at home with his parents...that can't stand the parents, stays at a minimum wage job and won't go looking for a new one? Oh, and struggles to put gas in the car because all that money goes to bills...and is an avid marijuana user. Why won't aren't they pushing themselves to get a better job even if it requires passes or faking a drug test. I don't get it. I only ask because I have a guy friend who is that description. |
Question: How do you know if a guy likes you? I'll answer yours? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 01:45 PM PDT I called a store and he answered took my order. Said "I'll see you soon" I went picked it up he hands me the bag both of his hands have one handle. He said "have a good day hun" (This happened twice) i went in he was looking down or had his back towards me. He looked up/saw me looked down then his head shot back up then went back to work. He normally would wait on me even if a coworker was getting my stuff already he would ring me up When I went in with my brother he was staring at me and then heard the guy speak and wouldn't look up at me again or at him not even to give me my money or our drinks He asked me one day how I was but didn't answer when I asked him. When he says it to other customers he'll answer soo I'm confused why he did that His coworker was ringing me up and he just stood next to him and watched him(even though he worked there for months) and the place was crowded. |

Question: Do you really think there is such a thing as a perfect family? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 01:09 PM PDT My ex claims he came from A PERFECT FAMILY. I could list some things to prove otherwise, but there's really no point in doing that. He constantly thinks his parents on facebook for how wonderful they are, and then claims he wishes everyone could have it as good as him. I divorced him & his 2nd wife also divorced him, so I think that pretty much says we both saw something in him we couldn't stay married to him for. His parents claim in the 60 yrs. they were married they never once had an argument. Do you really believe this? |

Question: My teachers/professors think I'm sweet, funny and precious what does that mean? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 11:32 AM PDT Ok so ever since I started high school all the way to college, most of my teachers and even my college professors found me to be cute, precious and funny most said I was smart also. I'm 18 so should I take that as a really good thing. And when they found out I was abstinent they told me that was rare and to keep it up. But what do they mean when they say I'm cute, precious and funny. No mean rude comments please and thank you. And you guys have a great day😊😃💜🙌 |

Question: Why is My boyfriend suddenly starting to act uncaring and jerk? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 06:55 AM PDT My boyfriend and I were fine a month ago or two months ago we have been together for 7 months. Recently he has been such a jerk to me. This week he has started to tell me to shut the f up and he ever called me a b*tch. Whenever i cry because how mean he is he tells me to get over it. Question: Very insecure about my height, help? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 05:10 AM PDT The entire family went to a party this weekend. I noticed at the party, with my mom and my sister in high heels, I was the shortest one in the family and I'm a guy. My dad is 5'11", my sister is 5'8", mom is 5'7" and I am about 5'10". My sister and mom wear both wear 5 inch heels and were 6 feet tall at the party. I hate being the shortest one in the family. |
Question: I'm being bullied by my own neighbor... can someone give me advice? Posted: 13 Oct 2015 04:12 AM PDT I have redneck neighbors, they fit all the stereotypes, and they have begun to harass me verbally. I'm only 23 y/o and I just bought my little home hoping to kind of start over. I have 2 brother cats whom I let outside every other day and call them in when it becomes night time. Apparently me calling their names for 5 - 10 minutes to get them indoors is an issue for them. They get drunk on their lawn and taunt me making fun of the way I talk, about the way I just basically care about my cats and more. Stupid right? But it's been happening even when I just go outside and the cats aren't even outside and not calling for them. It's starting to get a little intimidating and I feel uncomfortable leaving my home. I called the police and they said if I have someone go over it might become more of an issue and they might get worse. I'm also scared of them because they get **** faced and just seem like very aggressive people. I'm also scared for my cats safety because just how belligerent they get. Any advice or anyone having/had issues like I'm having? Btw I'm in the USA. |

Question: Dubbi e ansia..entrate!?

Question: How can I be more involved in my fiances business? Posted: 12 Oct 2015 09:26 PM PDT My fiancé and I have a videography company together. For the past two years we have been shooting music videos together as a company. He shoots the video and I manage the set (production manager). Every shoot I make sure we get all out shot within a timely manner. I handle the talent and their entourage, as well as setting up the set and breaking it down. I also handled the contracts with the artists, as well as the company finances. My fiancé does assist with that last task. We were doing well, and our pace to success was a bit slow but it was definitely moving steadily forward. Through networking we found my fiancé a manager. His ultimate goal was to be a video director, but it was with our company. This manager proposed that my fiancé should get exposure as a director, instead of a company. We went along with the idea and things are going great. Things are moving forward at an amazing rate. My fiancé has been able to triple the amount of his usual monthly income. I am truly happy for my fiancé and his success. I almost feel like I'm Kelly and Michelle and he's Beyonce. Theres no longer no need for me or the company we built. I still have a 9-5 while he does not. Now hes planning on shooting a movie and a youtube tv show. When I make it to shoots about 4-6 a month I still do all the normal task. |
Question: Why is she acting like this? Posted: 12 Oct 2015 08:18 PM PDT Well, I like this girl in college, and from what i've gathered, she's giving me a myriad of mixed signals and it's making me confused and annoyed at the same time.. A few things she did: -I approached her, she seemed polite and nice, asked my name and all. We had a brief conversation, about 5 minutes -Next time around, she didn't seem that inviting, rather I got the vibe that I should leave her alone, so I left (she seemed like she didn't want me talking to her) -From that day on, I never approached her again out of fear. And she would hang out around me, walk around me, look at me from a distance, make gestures in my direction, glance in my direction -she would also walk toward me slowly (if we were in the same hall) and then she'd look at me from the corner of her eye and then look away and have a smile on her face. -also, if she and her friends would ever take up a table, she would have her back towards me and her friends wouldn't, and sometimes all her friends would look at me at the same time and she wouldn't. -her friends would also laugh when theyre near me (when she's not around with them). -i decided to smile at her if i saw her again, and so I smiled and she smiled back. A week later i smiled again and she moved her head away towards the left 90 degrees. So yeah, i feel like i'm being played here, and honestly, i wouldn't ever approach her again since it does seem like i'm gonna get flat out rejected. Advice and help witll be greatly appreciated :) -also, my mates told me whenever i walked past her she would check me out (with her eyes top to bottom, once) -and lastly, if i unintentionally spot her somewhere, and she aknowledges that i've seen her, she turned herself away from me (this happened a couple of days ago after she turned down my smile) Now, i'm not saying i'm the most good looking guy there is, but everyone keeps telling me that she isn't in the same league as me, but honestly, I really like her.... -also, my mates told me whenever i walked past her she would check me out (with her eyes top to bottom, once) -and lastly, if i unintentionally spot her somewhere, and she aknowledges that i've seen her, she turned herself away from me (this happened a couple of days ago after she turned down my smile) Now, i'm not saying i'm the most good looking guy there is, but everyone keeps telling me that she isn't in the same league as me, but honestly, I really like her.... -also, my mates told me whenever i walked past her she would check me out (with her eyes top to bottom, once) -and lastly, if i unintentionally spot her somewhere, and she aknowledges that i've seen her, she turned herself away from me (this happened a couple of days ago after she turned down my smile) Now, i'm not saying i'm the most good looking guy there is, but everyone keeps telling me that she isn't in the same league as me, but honestly, I really like her... |

Question: Driveway car accident? Posted: 12 Oct 2015 07:04 PM PDT I wanted to get something out of my garage, but my car was in front of the door and as I was going on reverse I turn to my right and no one was there, then when I turn to my left my neck snapped and my head hit roughly against the head rest. I stayed in my car for a good two minutes with my ears buzzing and disorientated, what brought me back was my neighbors shouts and swearing. I step out and had to stop because my neck was hurting, she was pacing around and yelling calling out accusations and that I was speedin as she tried to get in. She reversed her car out of the driveway and then parked her car (we live in duplexes and share the driveway) She immediately called the cops seeing i was unresponsive (I blanked out from the hit and her yelling at me) I got scared she was going to do something so I went into my house and also called the cops, I told them I didn't feel safe. The officer came and saw my car in the position where the accident happen, then he got her story and mine, he said he wasn't going to do anything about it since it was on private property, and then the lady started changing her story that I was outside the driveway when it happen. Now she's getting the insurance companies involve and pining all the blame on me, the damage on my car was a scratch and indent on the rear drivers tail light, and on hers an indent on the passenger front fender. I talked to mine and her insurance, but she's pinning everything on me and changing her story, what to do? |
Question: I'm freaking out because I'm getting older. What should I do? Time is flying by.? Posted: 12 Oct 2015 06:52 PM PDT Im 17 and I know that isn't old at all but I'm freaking out. I'm a senior now and This year I have to apply to college take the sats and figure out the career I want to pursue. I'm afraid I'll choose the wrong one and regret it. There is so much pressure this year and it's the last year where I will be a child and things will be so different once I graduate. I hate change. I'm freaking out because 10 years ago I was in the 2nd grade and I remember that like it was yesterday and 10 years from now I'll be in my late 20's at 27. It feels like life is just rushing by and I haven't done anything. I'm so scared of being fully independent and so I'm gonna have to do that. It freaks me out that I'm closer to 20 than 10. I just can't believe time just flew by like this. My friends have their whole future planed out by where they are gonna live, their career and lifestyle and I can't even figure out what I want to where or what school I wanna go to. I feel like everyone is okay with all the change and I'm stuck in place looking at each day go by. I feel so nostalgic about when I was a kid with no worries and. I know I sound like a drama queen but any words of wisdom? |

Question: Ganar plata con 12 años? Posted: 12 Oct 2015 11:49 AM PDT I just want to formally announce that I am an idiot. Yes, I'm calling myself an idiot. I've watched HUNDREDS of romance comedies with my Mother growing up, and not a single one prepared me for parent guilt/anxiety. Not a damn one. But now I need the training. Give me the tips that I should have got 4 years ago when I first started asking questions on Yahoo!, how does a young man comfort a young woman who's trying too hard to be "Best Mom Ever"? I've never really had parent anxiety because I was confident in my wife and her ability to raise our son. But unknowingly, my wife felt differently about herself. He painstakingly became the only thing on her mind from 2002 to 2006. We couldn't sex or romance, it was all dead after that. In 2006, she did it to herself again with our 2nd child. In 2010, I got fired from my job and had my wife go back to work to supplement the income loss until I could find a job. I ended up raising our daughter until grade school. But I would be lying to you if I told you that my wife left me alone to parent her and him during those 3 years; she was knee deep in ALL of my decisions and didn't trust me to do it "the right way". She had a vision, a goal, a pride in her work if you will; and me being home threatened her masterpieces. In 2013 I got a job finally. We both work now, but the parent guilt/anxiety hasn't went away for her. One's 13, the other's 9. How do I teach her the kids will "be okay", even without her worrying about them all the time? Not a parenting issue so please don't move this to parenting. I don't care if you are tired of my questions, this is a marriage issue. My wife wants me to not focus on the marriage but instead on the kids. It is my role as a husband (I think anyways) to comfort her fears (that she's not verbalizing) and get her refocused on the marriage and not the kids. How do I convince her that the kids will be okay without her constantly worrying about them and constantly intervening (micro managing)? |
Question: Should I be worried? Posted: 12 Oct 2015 08:38 AM PDT My boyfriend is spending a lot of time talking to a female neighbor who is single. He talks to her for an hour at a time sometimes. It seems like he goes out of his way to talk to her. And recently she mentioned she wanted something and he got it for her. I just have a bad feeling he might have a thing for her. He is never home and he rarely talks to me. We have two kids. Should I be worried? |
