Omg me & my bf have been dating since January I'm 21 & he's 25 & at first he told me he had his license suspended & his car was broken down at his dad's house & will fix it & get his license back soon but it's been 9 MONTHS & nothing no license back his car doesn't even have a engine anymore & im still the one going to his house an hour away to pick him up for dates & when I don't go over his house & he comes close to me by bus I have to pick him up & drop him up at the bus stop like I'm babysitting a 10 year old yea sure he's been paying for all the dates & gives me gas money sometimes & has bought me some expensive gifts like a coach purse a Michael Kors purse etc the sh!t is just getting old he's never driven to my house or has picked me up EVER & he says he won't be able to get his license back for another 3 months cause he'll be off probation then LADIES WOULD THIS DRIVE YOU CRAZY AS WELL OR AM I JUST OVERREACTING??? My boyfriend and I have been having issues for some time now. He was always yelling at me and getting angry at every little thing I did. Several times I attempted leaving him but he would threaten suicide or even go as far as to actually hurt himself. It always made me go back even though I never truly thought he would ever kill himself. But recently he had a fit of anger and threw a textbook at my face. I told him that just because HE didnt physically hit me didnt mean that it wasn't abuse and that I wasn't staying with him anymore. He gave the same run down that he would kill himself and at the time I said 'do what you want because I dont care'. A few days later I got a call from the hospital saying my boyfriend overdosed on Tylenol and it looked pretty serious. I went to see him in the hospital and he ended up being okay since his bestfriend found him in time. He kept saying he wished he would've died and that he doesn't want to live if I'm not with him and asked me if he could please have one more chance. I agreed that we could try to work through it but he seems against the idea of getting therapy. I shouldn't have told him I didn't care but I never thought he would actually try and end his life. I truly believe he is depressed or has some issues he has yet to work out. I know mental illness isn't something we can control and I don't want to hold this situation against him but I don't think either of us will be happy in this relationship unless something changes.

I know I m probably overreacting but last night my fianće said he got a friend request from some girl on Facebook. I was sitting next to him and when I looked over to see who it was, he had his phone positioned where it was hard to see. I asked if he knew her and he said no. I then noticed he clicked on her page and hit cancel request. Now correct me if I m wrong, but when I ve received friend requests from people, it gives you options to accept or decline or ignore. The ONLY time I ve seen cancel request, Is if you ve sent a friend request by accident or something and then cancelled it. So is it possible that he sent her a friends request but because I was next to him, he decided to play it off like he got the request? Or did he really get a request and there is an option to "cancel request", but I ve never seen it?

My daughter has befriend someone that me and my husband don't really approve of. My daughter is 16, and befriend this person, lets call her "A" for sake of privacy. "A" has a lot of bad habits I don't want my daughter to pick up. "A" rides motorcycles, I'm pretty sure she smokes, has a lot of piercings, wears a LOT of black, skates, play's in a band, and worst of all "A" is a lesbian. My daughter and "A" went for a motorcycle ride after school one day without my consent, "A" has recently bought her a "band shirt". And worst of all, "A" turned my daughter lesbian. "A" spent the night at our house, and when I went down to check on them, they where kissing, they didn't know I saw, but I will not stand for my daughter to be lesbian, or pick up some of "A's" bad habits I really want to kick my daughter out, she is a disgrace to our name, and will not support her if she chooses to lead this alternative lifestyle. Backstory: My fiance and his family moved into a rental house four years ago. The house was fully furnished with the previous owners things (an elderly lady who had since passed) and was already dusty/dirty. Soon after they moved in, my fiance moved to Pennsylvania for work and his family moved North to take care of an aging relative. This left the house to be run by the family cat for four years. Now my fiance has moved back in and I have been staying with him. The only problem is that I am allergic to cats and dust makes me sneeze and wheeze. As the wedding is a few days away, and my fiance and I are looking to move out soon, my mother-in-law has asked that fiance and I pack up anything in the house that doesn t belong to us in order to prepare for the house to be vacated. Fiance feels that he shouldn t have to pack things that don t belong to him, so the responsibility seems to fall on me because if I don t pack up, I am leaving the house to be packed and moved by my two old disabled in-laws. I tried to pack up one room a few nights ago and four years of dust and cat hair gave me a horrible asthma/allergy attack within minutes. I feel a little slighted that because I m marrying in, I am suddenly responsible for packing a house that 1) I m allergic to, 2) isn t mine and 3)has been neglected for at LEAST four years (I have pulled food out of the fridge that expired in 2008. I m not kidding). Plus, I have my own apartment to pack and move out of! What am I supposed to do?

It is so confusing, we are together for two years and live together, i do want to be with him and want to spend all my free time with him, yet everything he does and the way he is annoys me and bothers me and i can't help it but complain most of the time. Be it his hobbies, interests, opinions, clothes etc. there is always something. And a day doesn't pass by where i don't say to myself "i can't be with him anymore, it is driving me insane" and yet on another hand i want to spend every evening after work with him, want to text with him during the day all the time and want his attention the entire time. Can someone tell me the possible reason? Because how can someone love a person, wanting to spend all the time with that person and yet be annoyed by the way the person is?

Last night it was terrible. I was just talking with my bf; he was telling me that he was going to have sex with another guy, but I should never do that. Ok, that sounds possessive and weird, but let me explain. I've known the guy for 10 years, and we always look out for each other, always. He hasn't seen his dad before now in about 4years. When he has had contact with him, as a child, teenager, whatever, it's always chaos. For a little background: his dad is a legitimate, malignant, little sh!t of a psychopath. He will show up, butter you up, steal money from you and disappear. He will try to frame you for crimes because he got bored. He's killed my boyfriend's pets as a child as punishments. He's intentionally given people STDs. When his mom left him, an absolutely chaotic, miserable custody battle ensued. Drugs were planted in mom's car. Her house was trashed and then CPS was called. When he was close to winning, he forfeited rights. I didn't know the family then, but I was told that one day in court, he told my boyfriend and his mom "just kidding", and then literally walked out and was gone for years. My boyfriend understandably has some mental health problems. A lot of them are like his dad, of course minus the lack of emotions and empathy. He has major impulse control problems, but generally he's self destructive. There's this sort of persistent discontent and boredom, with him. He thinks that because they have that in common, maybe his dad is capable of change. Maybe he's calmed down and grew some feelings now. But it's just not going to happen. His dad knows he wants this and uses it as a game every once in a while. He'll pop up and eventually con something out of someone, if only some time and emotion, and disappear. He's decided to come back now under this "I'm sick and just want to see my son" guise. Sounds sweet. Too bad it's not true, but my boyfriend us falling for it. What can I do? Somehow I left out one of the worst parts - he always encourages my boyfriend's drug problems simply to piss off his mom. I'm getting to the point where I almost trust him about that since he's been clean for a while, but I'd rather his dad not start this crap again, you know?

Me and my fam moved from Kentucky to Florida when I was like 6. I've lived in Kentucky for a while now and I've met plenty of friends and my school is great we're all happy. But when we moved from Kentucky to Florida my dad kept his job as a rocket scientist for NASA, so of course he works in Florida. He only has to go down there like once a month, but that's a lot to drive back and forth and he knows how to fly a plane so he bought a plane. he flies there and back once, maybe twice a month. This has been going on for a while and we are allowed to visit Florida whenever we want because we have some condos down there and so it's like we're spoiled. I love Kentucky and Florida is a great place for vaca, it's just all our friends and people we know are from Kentucky. We have family members in Florida and maybe a couple people from our old church we knew but that's it. I like my life just the way it is. Recently, my mom told me that I was going to finish the school year I started and then we were going to move to Florida because it would be easier than my dad flying back and forth. Shes so serious she already picked out Cocoa Beach High School for me to go to and it's just making my heart break. I don't want to move, I like the crowd I am surrounded in right now. I know it would be best for my dad and stuff but I just love the people I have right now and I have no idea what I would do without them, nobody can replace them. Basically I met a man fell in love with him had children then found out he has lied about very serious matters and even used them to his benefit during a fight.. He told me he had cancer and that his parents both passed away I recently found out from him after getting a tip that it was all a lie. When he was confronted he hesitantly told me the truth that he was lying about it all. He didn't have cancer nor were his parents deceased. FIL talks encourages husband to look at females on TV or talks about seeing a "hot" girl somewhere. He expects a response from my husband and either my husband will ignore him or tell his dad that "he's married." I know I'm probably overreacting but it's making me feel that my FIL thinks my husband can do better than me. Especially, since he says these things in my presence.
