I thought it was okay but they talked a lot..Which resulted to my ex liking her and me at the same time...wtf? So I broke up with him thank god, and broke off all ties with him which my best friend also did because she understood that he is now my ex so she should not have any business with him.the weird part is whenever my other friends bring my ex up she always end up talking about him like she was the one who was the one who broke up with him and the one who dated him and she was just the one who texted him out of nowhere in the beginning when I started dating him. We've become very close and we eat breakfast together twice a week, ice skate every Friday night, grab dinner with a group of friends, and go out and party on the weekends and spend most of the time together. Anyways, we've always had a flirty dynamic to our friendship and tease each other and in that teasing, we realized that a lot of our mutual friends and acquaintances think we're dating, but we always just laugh them off. I kinda see why people think that; we text a lot, dress alike, have similar interests, look similar, always hang out, etc. I've had some feelings for her for a bit of time and as we've gotten to know each other more, I've come to the conclusion that we share similar values. She clearly likes me as a friend, but I get mixed signals from her on the romantic end. She's doesn't have many female friends so I have no one to ask about her feelings, but she's a flirt with almost every guy she meets. Recently, before we went out to a party, she invited me up to her room for tea and we shared a bag of chocolate covered pretzels while having a deep conversation about our favorite books. I've never been this close with a girl before without it being a relationship so I don't know how to interpret it. What should I do? I moved from NJ to Ohio (his home city) 2 years ago to be closer to him while i was getting my graduate degree. I purposley moved into an apartment by myself so that we could build a relationship together but live seperate- I didnt want to give him all the cookies in my jar, plus I'm young. When I moved out here I was 22 , now I'm 24. I have been faithful to him even through the roughest times ever when he hurt me, disappointed me at times and let me down. I honestly would not have been where I am now (still standing by his side) had it not been for God, my faith and my wonderful family. I am the type of person who puts my whole heart into everything I do and anyone i love. He tells me he needs to see if I'm the one FOREVER yesterday after I was expressing my feelings about only seeing him 1-2 times per week when we live 5 miles apart. He is an entrepreneur, a hard worker and has a lot of demands. While this is good, it can also be too extreme where I feel I'm not as important as his business. We're not officially exclusive but the relationship has been moving in that direction. The last time I saw him was this past Sunday after he went to a concert with my friends and me. The last time I saw him everything was fine. He commands the Armed Drill Team and he is so controlling and when members give input he does not listen and ignores them. Him and this other junior guy got really close to each other s faces and started yelling at each other. They kept calling each other "Asshole!" and "You are such a ******* ********!". Everybody hates him in ROTC and thinks he is a complete asshole and they say "He likes to control people because he has a higher rank than people". I definitely think he sounds like a Type A Personality what do you think? |

Me and the guy share a mutual friend and he told me my gf invited him to some college event to catch up. Thing is I was never told about it.
