Question: Age gap really a problem? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 09:05 PM PDT Woman: 23 (about to turn 24 Dec 1) Guy 35 (about to turn 36 in Nov 11) Is age really a problem? Do you know of anyone in a similar situation, did the relationship last? What is the chance of the relationship lasting? Thoughts? |
Question: I don't trust her - but I have no real reason not too..am I wrong? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 08:28 PM PDT otherwise great marriage. no known cheating for either you us. other than she's a flirt, hidden fact she still keeps up with her ex's mom. I just have this gut feeling about my wife..like she's hiding something. not super open, and very guarded about her past..is it all in my head?? |
Question: Did my wife really forget about past sex partners? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 08:17 PM PDT My wife is my first partner ever and I knew I was not hers. She was open about having 1 other partner. She had said she thinks she got close with 1 other but all she can remember is her panties were off and his pants were off and she was on top. She says she cant remember if they had sex or not. She however says she remembers feeling terrible about the situation and asked the guy to drive her home after an unknown amount of time. She was not intoxicated or impaired in any way. This was also before me so she wasnt cheating or anything of that matter. I cant understand how an unimpared person could forget if they had sex or not |
Question: I need advice about relationship and marriage? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 07:56 PM PDT I had a boyfriend for 5 years, he seems to love me but on the last two years I was waiting for him to ask me to marry him. And he never did, I talked to him about it and he said he is too young for that (26 years old) . My current boyfriend ( 36 years old, divorced and has 1 child) on the first year of relationship he said I was the love of his life and I was going to be his wife ( and more bullshit to make me fall in love with him) two years into the relationship. He said he is not going to get marry and that he doesn t want more kids. Why is that the boyfriends I have /had don t see me as something serious?? They don t want to go all the way with me? Why are my friends and cousins happily married? How other people can do it and I can t? This question for married man: why did you marry your wife? What make you want to marry your wife? (My boyfriend says that man get marry because they feel obligated) I want to know if that s true. I don t know what to do and it hurts that I am not taken seriously. Please I need advise. |
Question: Is it wrong to put my son before my husband during a medical crisis? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 07:13 PM PDT My husband is threatening to leave me after me spending months in the hospital with my 23 year old son. My son was very sick and still needs home care so he is currently staying with us. My husband feels like it s not his home anymore, feels I m not taking care of myself and other stuff. Is it wrong of me to put my child first in a time of a medical crisis. I feel my husband is being selfish. |
Question: My wife's parents are upset because we got married so young? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 06:51 PM PDT My wife (girlfriend at the time) was 16 when I proposed to her I was 18. She accepted but we had to wait until she was 18. Her parents hated it and they were sure we wouldn't even last that long anyway so I guess they didn't mind entertaining the idea but when it came close to the time they tried to break us up and stopped letting me see her but the day she turned 18 she moved in with me. She basically told her parents she was choosing her own life and if they wanted to be in they could but not if they were going to criticize her. We got married she's 25 now and we're still just as happy together as we've always been. We've been trying to have a baby a little over a year now and we were told our chances were very slim but we recently found out she's pregnant. Everyone is happy for us my family our friends and all of her family except her parents. They still think we're going to split up just because we got married so young but they don't think about, if we had dated that whole time and gotten married a year ago when it was more "acceptable" it wouldn't be any different. It's not like we aren't happy together. My wife is so upset by it she talks about wanting them to be happy with us and when she's moody she has nights where she actually cries about it and I get it a lot of big events in her life her parents haven't supported (even having this baby) and it kills me seeing her so upset when this is supposed to be happy. What do we do? |
Posted: 25 Oct 2015 05:46 PM PDT Would you let your spouse be friends with someone he has feelings for? |
Posted: 25 Oct 2015 05:02 PM PDT My son and his girlfriend are both adults and both friends w me on facebook. Well My son came home crying today because they broke up. I felt really bad but it happens. Well today she is posting things about how men are *** holes etc. I had to delete her cuz they were making me so mad and no reason to keep her as a friend anyway. When I told me husband he couldn't figure out why I was so bothered and said as long as she dosent name names he dosent see why I'd be annoyed by it. |

Question: My wife and I are separating, I have question regarding splitting our savings.? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 01:51 PM PDT My wife and I are separating (not legally separating) and we have a current plan in place for whom pays which bill for the immediate future. To aid in establishing our new households, we want to divide our savings equally. Is there a particular legally binding document that would establish we have divided this asset in advance? We will spit our other stuff later, but I want to ensure that neither party can make claim to the divided savings account in the future (e.g., she wants half of my half that we already divided). I am hoping this is a simple drafted letter that can be signed by both parties and notarized. Any help you could provide is appreciated. |
Question: What gift should I buy my wife? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 01:50 PM PDT I'm very proud of my wife. She and my friend Rob have been working out a lot. Every week, Rob comes over to our house, and they go down to our gym in the basement. I can tell that they've been working really hard, because they always come upstairs drenched in sweat, and you can always hear them exerting themselves from upstairs. She's been in much better shape lately, and she seems a lot happier, so I wanted to buy her a gift to congratulate her. I was thinking I should buy Rob a gift too, for helping her out so much. What do you guys think would make a fitting gift? I was thinking something exercise related would be a good idea. |
Question: Wife is pregnant and I don't want to be a dad? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 01:03 PM PDT Wife and I have marital issues , now she's pregnant . I'm more depressed than ever cause her 4 kids don't listen to me and are always annoying but now there will be another monster to sick my life away . I feel like I don't want to be alive anymore . Question: How long should someone wait before getting married? Does it really matter? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 12:34 PM PDT I've known couples who had gotten engaged after five months of dating and get married three months later. And I've known some couples who wait years before they even pop the question. I don't think, personally, it really matters, per se, but I'm single and don't think anyone in their right mind would date me, let alone marriage. I have little say. |

Question: Siblings marriage is legal or illegal? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 10:25 AM PDT When i read the news where alot of country in the world allow same-gender marriage become legal, it started remind me of a short story where siblings almost marry with each other. The story is their parents got divorce since they were a baby. And when they grow older, they start loving each other after knowing each other not for long. And in the final when the boy's parents meet with girl's parents, they told them that they can't married with each other because they are siblings. Since it just a fiction, so I want to know for real if siblings marriage is legal or illegal? If you have any latest news about it please share. |
Question: How can I help my wife?!? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 09:28 AM PDT My wife & I moved 2 years ago from Alabama to New Jersey. I work as a cop & she's a professor. In March her 18 year old niece died in a car crash & in May she lost her job. She's been unemployed since. We've both had a VERY hard time meeting people in the area we are located in. The few friends she DOES have are not always very nice to her & will at times invite me & not her out. (Obviously I decline the invite without my wife) She's NEVER been a clingy wife but the past 6 months or so she wants me to go EVERYWHERE with her. I'm talking shopping malls, grocery stores, everything. It's like she can't do anything on her own anymore!! Every month she plans a one weekend "trip" for a weekend where we spend time away from NJ & go somewhere else. It's becoming very expensive especially with me being the only one making any real "income" this has been going on since last December!! I'm not sure how to handle this. She also has very angry outburst at me on occasion & cries constantly. It's a DAILY occurrence. She's suggested leaving me at one point to go back to Alabama & live with her mother. Shes a totally different person. This is NOT the women I married!!! Help. Any suggestions? |
Question: My husband didn't get the gift I wanted for my birthday. Am I overreacting? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 09:06 AM PDT This is kinda long.. My birthday was on Friday, I took the day off from work to spend with my husband and family. We were supposed to go to breakfast, but that got pushed back because I had a short notice client apt. It was an opportunity to earn a good chunk of change which I didn't want to pass up. My husband was upset that I took the job, he says his plans for my bday were ruined. Now mind u, when I woke up on the day if my bday all I got was a hug and a happy bday. I went to my apt by 12pm and was back by 2pm. I was home for a while before I made any mention of not receiving at least a card or balloon or anything. Then finally my husband brings me a card. I read it and appreciated it for what it was, but was still a bit upset that he hadn't given it to me first thing. Anyway, we still managed to grab breakfast at 4pm. Now, weeks prior to my bday, I specifically told my husband of 5 yrs that I wanted a particular gift which cost about $100. I clearly said that I was going to buy it for myself for my bday. He told me not to, and to send him the info on it so he can get it for me. Well, I never received the gift I wanted or a cake. I mentioned this to my husband and he said that his idea of celebrating my bday was better and it got ruined cuz I took the job. I said he could've incorporated what I wanted for my bday along with his plan and he said he wasn't going to do all that. I feel like he simply didn't listen to me, am I overreacting? |
Question: Is my wife a hiding lesbian? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 08:23 AM PDT I hope you can help me. Anyways, my wife Danielle and I were going grocery shopping together and we bumped into our old college friend, Sarah and her goth girlfriend. Back in college she came out to us as a lesbian and me and Dan were fine with it as long as she was still herself. So now we joked and even had a quick race to see who could finish grocery shopping first. We won of course. Now we were invited to a double date with them and it felt awkward to me that I was going with my wife on a date along with a lesbian couple. We had a great time, Sarah was still very humorous. Then things started to get weird. I got up to the restroom and returned to find my wife kissing Sarah on the lips. I tried not to take it too seriously because they were good friends before. Dan told me Sarah is such a kisser. I just nodded and Sarah laughed. Now when we got home Dan got to the computer and told me she was going to order a TV series online. She said it was called something like the L word or something. Days later she would wait for me to go to work before watching them. I just realized the L Word is a lesbian series. She also reads lesbian books and watches Ellen. It feels weird. She asked if we could have a threesome and I said yes. She brought over a co-worker. She was bi or les, don't know but I was left out of the whole thing. Now she loves going to les bars alone and stays over. I am paranoid. She is also texting her les friends. I don't want to loose my best friend wife. Plz help! |

Question: My wife lied . Need advice? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 06:19 AM PDT Me and my wife have been together for a couple years now.. Married for 10 months. When we 1st started hanging out we were getting to know each other I asked about her family. She told me her dad and brothers were dead and her mom didn t talk to her.. A few weeks later (not together yet still getting to know each other ) I was away on a trip and she called me and told me her mom passed away as well. That she had just gotten a call and she had a heart attack. I never really asked much about her family because she didn t want to talk about them.. After all this time together and us now being married... She told me she lied.. That none of her family is dead.. That they just don t except she is gay and she thought it would just be easier to tell me they were all dead... I m so mad and confused I don t know what to even think. Like what do I do? What do I tell my family? :/ |
Question: Have parents of two children ever split the children after divorce? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 06:12 AM PDT I have been trying to find examples of successful divorces in which the father would raise the son and the mother would raise the daughter. Have you, or someone you have known, divorced and raised children in this manner? Also, please feel free to answer the question openly and honestly as it will be part of my research for graduate studies. If you do answer, please make it substantial. Thank you. Thank you, everyone. This was actually a study on how quickly a bullying response would show up online. Yes, it is for my graduate studies (Master's level) and I succeeded. The fact that some posts would automatically imply low intelligence in an anonymous poster and selfishness in an anonymous poster is unfortunate, but not really that shocking. |
Question: I'm getting married in a few days but I'm having second thoughts? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 04:12 AM PDT I'm 21 female. I just want to know from mature couples anything I should know before I marry? |
Question: My husband doesn't satisfy me anymore. Should I divorce him? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 02:50 AM PDT Back whenwe were dating and first got married, he used to make me these wodnerful desserts. The kind of desserts you'd get from 5 star restaurants. Now he just buys cheap frozen apple pies from the supermarket. I am no longer satisfied with him. Should I divorce him? |

Question: I am having an affair with my co-worker and I can't help myself to just stop? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 02:38 AM PDT I took a job recently and started hanging out with this younger co-worker. We knew each other prior but we were just the type to say hi, talk for a bit, give a friendly hug and say goodbye. In one of my shift, he came around to talk. We ended up conversing for several hours and even hung out after work. This has been ongoing for 3 months now. It seems innocent but my day is not complete if I don't talk to him or see him? I refused to give him my phone number because I want to separate him from my family life. But I can't stop thinking about him and it seems that his visits and our lunch together feels like we are on a date. How do I forget him without quitting my job? |
Question: What does Married and Marriage Mean? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 02:03 AM PDT I would like to know the difference please help |
Posted: 25 Oct 2015 01:57 AM PDT Is this normal? I don't have white hair,no wrinkles and was told I look about 30 years old. I am used to getting attention from guys because I keep myself fit. I brush them off and ignore them because I am a family woman. Lately, I start worrying about aging- I feel like my youth is going away fast because everyone I meet seemed younger than me. Even my admirers are 5-10 years younger and it is making me feel old. My husband said I should be happy because I'm out of the dating pool. However, one night he mentioned threesome... Ever since then, I have been curious about it. My potential candidates are also younger but it makes me feel I'm trying to prove something to mysrlf-- that I'm still highly desirable even though I'm married and I'll be 40 soon? |
Posted: 25 Oct 2015 01:28 AM PDT (We're gay) I make a lot more than him. When we were dating he insists on paying his share of everything (the bill, the tickets, the rent and utilities when we lived together) So we can't go to expensive places, even though I can afford it Now that we're married it's getting even worse, he insists on paying half of the mortgage which means we can't buy a better house and it's causing a lot of problems What can I do? I understand that he doesn't want to look like a gold digger but isn't that a little bit extreme? |

Question: How to get the passion back in my marriage...? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 01:09 AM PDT My husband and I have been married for 2 years, and together for almost 7 years (I m 28, he is 35). We have an amazing relationship - we are best friends, have so much fun together, and are really truly in love. We have been doing long distance for a couple of years now due to jobs, and his job really stresses him out when he is away from home. The problem is, our sex life has pretty much died over the last two years. We have talked about it multiple times, and he blames the stress for it. But our sex life used to be awesome, and he made me feel so confident and sexy and desired - and now I feel self conscious and far from desired. I ve tried setting the mood, putting sexy lingerie on, etc etc. I feel like a nag to keep bringing it up, but he says "he ll fix our sex life" but nothing happens. I just want someone to push me against the wall, passionately kiss me, want me, etc. How do I get that flame back??? |
Question: Does he still love his wife ! What am I to him! Very confused please help!!? Posted: 25 Oct 2015 12:52 AM PDT So I've been dating this guy off and on for a while, over the years and have always wondered his true intentions. He is divorced as of 5 years yet I feel he has feelings for still for the ex...for example he bought her something for Valentine's Day, invited her to dinner with his family and even offered to pay her rent if she moved back closer to him with their son! While he sends me flowers every now and then...Awhile ago he said he never talks to her and yet I saw them at yogurt land and he was feeding her yogurt and then kissed her on the cheek and smacked her on the butt! She kicked him but I witnessed it. He also just got back from Vegas with her uncle whom he invited to go with him! He also brought his kid as well! I'm sorry but if your divorced and trying to date other people for your future you cut ties so that it's not awkward for the next person. He says he's all for me but yet he's doing these things with her and not open about it! He is always sending pictures of their kid to her too. Funny just found out he invited her to his sisters house for dinner annnnddd to Disneyland with his family ! I know about her but she doesn't know about me...isn't that weird ! He also recently accused her of being bitter with him and that he just has to accept that. She isn't bitter she just doesn't seem interested. So what do you guys think does he still have feeling for her!! I mean I get coparenting but this is a bit much! Am I his long term or is she! |
Posted: 25 Oct 2015 12:32 AM PDT Was this a wrong move? I know this guy is crazy about me. We used to see each other about once a month or weekly as I am his customer. However, with facebook, it seems like he is the neighbor I could borrow sugar with and some more. He is really nice to me but should I even ask him to be my threesome partner? I think he is more lkely become a good friend once we stop complementing each other. There is no talk of anything sexual-.so the flirting is more of something cute- like calling each other handsome, beautiful and saying good morning,or I miss you (perhaps the least innocent). What do you think? Skip him and just be his friend? Can I still be his friend if we have a crush on each other? |

Question: Am I wrong to feel like a huge victim in this situation? Am I wrong to feel abandoned? Posted: 24 Oct 2015 11:49 PM PDT My daughter and I both had surgery. I had my spine reconstructed and she had kidney surgery. I am completely incapacitated. For the last few days, my wife has only helped our daughter and she has left me to do all my own things by myself and she has not helped me with anything even though i had my spine reconstructed. I am actually in worse shape than i was in the hospital because i am straining my spine doing all of my work around the house without any help from my wife. When i complained to her about this. She told me our daughter is just a kid and she needs her more than I do. She refuses to help me with anything. Am i wrong to feel like a huge victim in this situation? Am i wrong to feel abandoned? I am constantly walking up and down the stairs and straining my spine . My spine is even more swollen than it was after the surgery. I ended up having to go back to the hospital for overstraining myself because of all the work i have ha to do on my own. My wife told me that she is so disappointed in my for overworking even after my doctor told me not to. She was so disappointed in me for ignoring the doctors instructions. I did't have a ******* choice. She didn't help me with anything. |

Question: WHOS THE ONLY PRESDENT TO GET MARRIED IN THE WHITE HOUSE? Posted: 24 Oct 2015 10:01 PM PDT |
Posted: 24 Oct 2015 09:46 PM PDT So my husband and i have been having issues for ever. We have been together for 6 years and married for almost 1. We have 2 children together and another one on the way. Ever since i met him he has been a drinker. But i am used to this because i grew up around drinkers and i do myself like to drink when im not pregnant. But things have just gotten worse since we got married. He goes out even when he tells me that he isnt going to go out. The biggest problem is that he works at a bar. Surprised? So when he is drunk he is well to be frank an asshole. He calls me names, trys to fight me,tells me the children are not his. And says things that are unforgivable. He gets himself in trouble when he drinks i guess you could say. about 2 weeks ago he came home drunk as usual and decided to take it upon himself to take my sister who has been living with us around the back of our house and kiss her. Well i caught them. So i have decided that even though i do love him that i no longer want to be in this marriage. So after this happens i was searching the web for someone to talk to when i came across a guy who lives not that far from me and is also married and having a rough go at it and he is looking for someone to talk to. So we start chatting and we both fell head over heals for each other. We talk everyday, video chat and call each other constantly. He makes me feel like i matter. Am i wrong for what im doing. I am leaving my husband but we still live together. What do i do? |
