I have been dating my fiance for 4 years now and our families have always sort of got along but recently my dad has had a change of mind. It all stared when my dad had asked "father in law" (who is fairly wealthy) for a small loan to help open up a business. He says that my FIL began to make excuses of how he would be losing money, and then suggested that my dad pay him interest and things of that sort. My dad took this very personal considering the fact that they were good friends and he was always reminded by my boyfriend's dad that he could always come to him if he ever needed a favor. Anyway, ever since that my dad has been avoiding my fiance's dad and says that he is a hypocrite and untrustworthy and that I don't know what I am getting myself into..I don't want to choose sides because they have both been very good to me but it is beginning to stress me out and I feel it will put a strain on our relationship. Okay, so this is kind of a big deal and means a lot to me, so before answering, please keep that in mind. So, my parents always wanted me to be a pianist. I have the potential and the talent, but I just don't have the motivation nor that passion I used to have. I've done piano for 5 years and singing for 7 years, so I can't exactly just quit and then it'd be gone in a snap. I used to love playing the piano and all that, but I just lack that spark of passion I need to really become serious with it, but I just can't. Instead of playing the piano when i'm told to, I can't help but log on youtube and watch makeup tutorials because I simply find it so.. Artistic. Now, my parents are not too fond of the whole being-a-makeup-artist thing. And they would absolutely hate if I told them I didn't want to become a pianist, even though they're very forgiving and kind. I just don't know what to do! I really want to become a makeup artist, but I don't know how to confront my parents with it. By the way, i'm a 14 year old girl, if that makes any difference. Please help me out!

I am 18 years old and I live under my parents roof. I understand that there are rules when living under their finances but my mom controls my life too much. She ignored it and let him babysit her kids, so she could go to a concert. She calls her daughter a whore for getting raped by this guy. My sister was at the airport in need of getting picked up. She let them stay there for 5 hours to be at a party. One time my car broke down on the side of the road and she agreed to pick me up. my wife will soon be entering county jail for seven months for a money crime. . I am willing to stick by her and not leave her because I feel She made some stupid mistakes but it was out of character so I think she just got herself into a bad situation and make some poor decisions. And I am not defending her or saying she should not serve her punishment. I told my kids she is rightfully serving her punishment which is the right thing for her mistakes. I am wondering what is the best way to prepare for this situation and how to handle it. I have a daughter who is 15 and she seems to be handling it fine. I told her right away about it and she reacted pretty calmly. She later joked about how her mother is "getting ordered around now". I think it is just a joke and I think it is better to be that way instead of being hysterical about it . I was originally not going to let her visit her mom in jail because I would think exposing her to that environment is not a good idea but I am actually hearing that it is a good idea to let her visit but why? isn't it a bad idea to let a 15 year old be exposed to a jail. She could easily be intimidated by the guards and inmates and just the area. My wife says bring her if she wants to visit but don't if she doesn't. She says she doesn't have a problem visiting but I am not sure. Also I want to make sure it doesn't feel like the whole family is in jail. Yet people say visiting her mom in jail is a good idea?? I don't understand it.

Me and my father haven't spoken in a month. My step daughter is 5 years old and very I'll behaved. My husband and I have been working on her behavior it's just difficult when her mother undermines our rules, and tells her she doesn't have to listen to us. Well anyway a month ago my father banned my step daughter from Christmas. We always open gifts at my parents house, this year my father won't allow it. I have a 2 year old niece that my parents are raising, he claims he doesn't want my niece to feel bad bc we buy more for my step daughter. Idk if he really feels we are unfair w my niece but the truth is I got them both the same amount of gift last year and spent more on my niece. My parents bought my step daughter one gift and my niece many. If anything last year it was unfair to my step daughter. Me and my father got in a huge fight and haven't spoken. I'm not sure what the real reason he banned my step daughter from Christmas is. Idk if it's her behavior or if he really felt we were unfair to my niece. I'm very sad and almost in disbelief. Idk what to think, my husband is shocked and feels uncomfortable around my family. I have no excuse for my father's behavior. My mother doesn't have much to say I think she was shocked too.

I'm fourteen, and my birthday is coming up in July of 2016. I am mixed- half white, half Mexican. I have debated having a Quince, since my parents offered to let me go on a vacation out of country instead of Quince if I wanted (that is supposedly what one of my aunts did). See, I want one, because family is a big part of me and tradition is big for me. So my mother and sister, mom-55 years old sister 21 years old can't seem to get their life together and hold down a decent job and rent a an apartment and drive theirself to work . It's so much I can't even fit the whole story in this details but the both of them have been living with me since December 2013 and I gave them my room not really charging them something like 100 to 200 dollars a month in the hopes that they would save their money and move but no that hasn't been the case ..they moved out for a few months into an apartment that I put in my name but didn't last due to them getting to fights and arguments and so they were thrown out and I let them come stay with me again and it's been a year now and I lent them thousands of dollars , all this time they had no car and so I would take them both back and forth to work , help them either food and yet I gave them until November 1 st too move and I don't see them like applying anywhere all I see them doing to ordering clothes online and when k ask them for the monthly rent which I'm only asking 200 dollars a month they both get attitudes like I'm rich my monthly bills come out to 1500 dollars a month and I'm unemployed so I'm still footing the bills through my unemployment and so I've given my mother and sister a move out date November 1 at and I kinda asked my mother this morning if she found a place and she got agitated and was like "yeah we will find a place " we will be out soon so I'm like okay cool but tonite I was sleep and felt someone over me and it was my mom and she's like oh can I use your phone and I told her no and she starts calling me weird and she goes to her room and goes and gets her phone and starts using it .. That's makes m And this is already the 12th rent was due on the first and they are both ordering stuff online ..my mother actually paid for an expensive trip to Washington, D.C. and be fore she left she was supposed to leave the rent money with my sister but didn't And my sister hasn't paid her portion she's giving her boyfriend money and gets their nails and stuff done but yet hasn't paid their share of the bills and will not go and get their own place to live I just feel like it's beyond self And now she's asking to stay until December 1st even though I've told them both I have back and neck problems from sleeping on the couch for all these years and my mother really had no sympathy and mumbled under her breath and told me to get an hair mattress smh..and called me money hungry because I won't give them another month .she called me an idiot ..cursed me out making me feel like a bad person this has been going on off and on for over 10 years my soul is tire

At the office I overheard my female coworker talking to her mother over the phone. Her mom was paying for her to come back home for the holidays. How sweet, I thought. Maybe I could get my parents to do the same. Unfortunately, my Mom was not as nice as my female coworker's. I called my Mom up last week and told her that I was excited to let her know I had already purchased my flights home for Thanksgiving- all by myself. But it would be nice if she would "split" my Christmas flights home. I didn't realize the costs to fly back for the holidays were rising already- and it's only October. Expecting my mother to be overjoyed her own son was visiting her (since she never visits me), I was shocked when she balked, claiming "she had helped me out enough this year" and that this flight would be "my gift and the end of financial" help for a while. I was not only mad, I was embarrassed. I already hate where I live, and my job. Now my mother can't even have sympathy that I needed help getting home. I also plan on letting my folks know that I need to probably move home and start over, but I'll save that for Thanksgiving.

I only have the intro so far, and I'm not completely sure I chose the right thing to talk about, because I'm not sure that this is what personal statements are supposed to be about(I think they only want you to discuss one specific experience you've had and how it changed you,but I am talking about my overall experience with my grandma for the 11 years she had me). I am basically starting with how my parents split up, and then going into how my grandmother then took care of me until I was 11 and came to the U.S. So here is the intro, which is all I have so far. ----"I just want you to stay with dad and me!" is what I probably would have told my mom as she split up with dad. But because of the fact that I was only 3, I wasn't able to do so. Oh no, not 3 years, I mean 3 days. So mom left, without me, and because my father was always on the road as a truck driver, someone had to take care of me. A few days passed without anyone volunteering, so my grandmother agreed to take care of me until we find someone who will be able to efficiently do so, since she had a variety of health issues. Who would have thought that 11 years that same person with health issues would still be my primary caretaker"------- All right, so I definitely think it is a catchy intro, what do you make of it? This might turn into a rant, so I apologize in advance...this has just been weighing me down for awhile and I don't know what to do about it. I'm 17, the youngest of three kids, with my two older brothers both having Asperger's and some other disorders. I have the most problems with my oldest brother, who is 22. I know he can't help the way he acts, but it just makes me so angry. I've never been disrespected so much by a single person, except for my brother. He has this mindset that since he's the oldest, he's automatically the boss of me. He ignores me, he yells at me, he takes out all of his anger and frustration out on me. He never helps around the house, and when he has to, he throws a hissy fit like a little kid. And at the same time he treats me this way, he expects me to do things for him. I hate him, and I hate the way he treats me, and I hate that I hate him. And no one understands how I feel. I have absolutely no one to talk to about this because my parents tell me to sit there and take it because he can't help the way he acts (which is only half true, if you ask me), and my friends can't relate because they have awesome siblings who treat them so much better than my brother treats me. Admittedly, I am jealous of my friends. They can go out and have fun times with their siblings, and meanwhile, I can't even stand to be in the same room as my brother...the whole thing just ticks me off in so many ways. I don't know what to do...

But I have decided to uninstall Whatsapp at the beginning of the year 2016 and all other apps also and I also wanted to block 1 boy as he always irritates me now and then. Hey I am continuing from part 1. On 27th September, 2015, my father caught me using mobile phone during study hours. He confiscated my phone once again but I didnt argue with him as I was concerned about my exams which was supposed to began on October 1st. Then I focused on studies. My last exam was on 9th October and one day before of my last exam, I got to know that my father read all my messages on Whatsapp and got to know that I used to chat alot with 2 boys out of which I had a crush on 1 boy(My father doesnt know that I had a crush on him,but my mother knows). Then my mother got to know this thing and she gave me few slaps and she always threaten me that she will tell my father about my old crush. I just told her that he is just my friend and he lived in another city(Till mid 2014, he lived in my city and then he is shifted to another city). Now the problem arises that now I want my mobile back from my father(He kept my phone in his office) as well as I am scared that my mother will tell my father about that boy and I dont want to ruin my friendship as I have less friends. Hi I really need help on this situation. I live with my mom, dad and a niece. My parents have thrown my brother out because he does nothing ath home.He doesn't pay rent or support his child fully. The money has to come out from my parents. So every Monday to Wednesday ,my parents attend bible school and i am currently looking for a job while i am a freelance graphic designer. It kind of hard for me because i cant push my small business as a freelance because i have to look after my niece in the evening while my parents are attend in the evening. I have to clean and cook too. I dont have time for my work. My mom doesnt even help me with cooking as she promised before she start. She sit or go somewhere and hardly study. So it affect me as i am a 24 year old because i dont have time of myself anymore because of my brother does nothing for all of us including her child. I am an engineer and have a vision where the future cities are run by self driving cars. Just telling you the short version of the vision. I got a job by an Project Manager who is also working on that type of vision to work with the person and make the vision reality. My father is the only one in the family that provides for the family and hes a bus driver. Hes old and comes from a very poor family and the family situation is not stable. Both of his parents died very early. He and his older brother had to provide for the family at age of 12. That being said, I feel bad that I am unemploying my father.

Hey I am 18 years old girl. I am an Indian. I was supposed to be in college but I am lacking one year behind. So I am in grade 12th. I am a science student with non medical stream. I am scared as well as in tension since few days. One year ago, on my 17th birthday, I forced my parents to buy new mobile i.e. android phone. They dont want me to have these kind of mobile phones as I have distracted minds. But they bought mobile for me. But the problem arises that I used to get distracted by mobile every now and then. I used to chat and see videos on YouTube every night till 2 am. My parents caught me and decided to take my phone every night and return me back next morning. Then I reduced my usage of phone during night time and focused on studies. Then few months later, my usage of phone is increased and my father was confiscating my mobile every now and then for 3 to 4 days. Due to the distraction,I start getting poor marks and poor result in exam in-spite of having good brain. In the month of July,my father confiscated my mobile for two weeks and then later return to me, but then also I get distracted by mobile during study hours. My parents always tell me that " Its the last year of your school and its your 12th so study and work hard(I want to become an engineer). I hate this line said by my parents. So it all started when my mom let me use her child support card and I payed my phone bill and used another 25$ for something else totaling 50$ and she got mad. Yesterday she called my grandma while I was in the car with her, telling her about how I used her card again and all this other stuff. She s saying there were two charges on her card yet it isn t possible because she had a new one sent and her old one I first used deactivated. Not to mention she had a payment of 50$ three days ago. I am a guy and the youngest in my family and for me my brother is in his forty's so he is more like a dad to me but I grew up with my nephew who is my age and he is very protective of me. He is on the wrestling team in his high school and he has a lot of muscles and he is taller than me. Well he is very sweet towards me when in private but when his friends come around he tells me to get lost. Yet when ever we go out in public he makes sure I am safe and he will not let anyone hurt me. Then another story that is true is with my friends. I have five friends who act like older brothers and they annoy the living hell out if me but if anyone tries to harm me or bully me then they will beat them up. My closest friend is 6'4 and when ever I don't listen to my parents he uses force to make me listen. The reason why he is like that with me is because our families are close to each other and he is more like my cousin because his mom and dad are like my aunt and uncle and so I have to listen to them.

I'm terrified to drive, and I'm suddenly under tons of pressure to do it for my work. Yesterday I was visiting my mom for thanksgiving and she asked if I wanted to try. I just couldn't do it. Way too afraid. I started crying & tried to keep it to mysef in the washroom, but she asked. I just explained why I'm scared, why I'm under pressure, & how much I lose if I get in an accident with children in the car. (I'm a nanny). She got mad acting like my fear is a big chore. It kind of is, I've been trying to get over this for 3 1/2 years now. Then she said many hurtful things, unneccesary things, & said she needed a break from me & left. At this point I called a cab & went home. I felt very unwanted there. Then she sends me all these nasty texts about how I hurt her feelings and other untrue & uncalled for things. I just told her "you seemed like you didn't want to be with me, and you were very insensitive about my fear of doing something im under so much pressure to do". Now she's so mad that at this point I feel like I'm just constantly apolagizing, letting her win, and not saying where she hurt my feelings. I almost feel like if I want things to go back to normal, I have to just surrender even though I don't think I was in the wrong. How do I handle this without just letting her win?

My parents divorced when I was 4 and ever since my dad has always chose my stepmoms son over me. He made sure to be at every little thing for him but would always break his promises with me.. In elementary school he was suppose to come have donuts with dad with me and my little sister, but stood us up so our principal ate donuts with us. Then I got older and started playing sports and he would come to maybe 1 game a year. When I turned 16 he told me however much I saved for a car he'd give me that much! When I bought my first car he didn't help at all. I paid for it completely on my own. For graduation he didn't act proud of me at all.. He has almost no pictures of me in his house.. My brother who graduated 10 years ago still has his graduation picture hanging up.. And now the only time he talks to me is when I'm at his house. I've sent him several text and phone calls and I'm not getting an answer. How is a girl, who has always wanted to be her daddy's little girl, suppose to cope with this?

Like when I have something planned I'm excited for, she cancels it. And a few weeks ago I asked my mom for a another room (my room is our basement) and she slapped me on the stomach. I ran to the bathroom and barfed, but I said I ate something bad (so she wouldn't be mad). And for dinner my mom eats all the stuff I like and gives me the stuff I hate. My mom is so bitchy. She literally yells at me all day for the stupidest things such as my handwriting or disciplining my brother when he's being mean to me. When try to talk to her about how unfair it is, she just starts yelling at me about a different topic that has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. She does this every single day it makes me not want to come home and just stay at school. please help

I really don't get it. My mom treats me like I'm 10 still and it's really annoying. Almost everything I like (simple crap too) she disagrees with.

I'm 18 and my little brother is 16 and I don't know why but I have this obsession about his general health! I always remind him how bad it is to eat sugar, how bad it is not to drink water, how bad it is not to floss your teeth, how bad it is to sit on your butt all day and play video games! He always says to me " Why do you care if I'm healthy, I'm not you!!" I just can't get my mind off of him! Like I try to tell him all these health things like drink water, learn things to make your brain smarter, eat fruits and vegetables, don't stay up to late and be on your iPhone too much! Do any of you guys do this to your siblings?? Is this weird? Is he going to be just fine when he is older??! I feel like I have to remind him to do health stuff like this because if I don't he will end up having diabetes, ALZHIEMERS, gum disease, dehydration, heart disease, all of these things! Help!

So my girlfriend went away to Florida from Thursday to Monday night and friday i went out to my familys house i was drinking with my cousins and i was texting her the whole time telling her what we were doing etc... and later on i was a little tispy but we were still texting and she called me pissed off because her plans didnt turn out as planned so basically she got mad at me because i was having fun and she wasnt.. saturday i went over my moms house to spend time with them and sunday i was planing on going to and when we were texting she said to me you are a grown man why do you always have to go to your mom for everything why cant you just stay in our house and sleep there?? you are 28 years old.. and have to go by your moms for everything blah blah and well i am very close to my mother after all she raised me as a single parent and i will always be grateful to her but its like she wants me to to be that close with her or feels like in competition with my mother.. plus its a weekend i could be out and party while she is not around but instead i choose to spend time with my family... what do you guys think about all this?

She has understood they were both kids .She has also over the years brought it up and off and on wants nothing to do with him. She is playing a sympathy game. Her story keeps changing which leads me to believe that she is fabricating things. First it is molestation, than hes a stalker, and than it is incest.Incest is when you have sex with family, which that was not the case. This was never reported and I find that her publicly putting this **** on Facebook bashing my father whom has never hurt neither my brother or I, which actually is something that she has been just dieing to prove. There was never any penetration. He never got excited. I think at 12 years old he was curious just as any child is.I know a lot of sibling that have gone through this, and as they grow up they learn how innocent it was and dont turn it into what she has done. She is divorced and I do not wonder why.She likes to use rich men to pay her bills. She wanted my grandfather to pay for her divorce.She wants her kids to be involved in everything while she sits there and wont work. Wants to be just a soccer mom.Sorry lady but you can not just have the same life style you had before without paying for it yourself.She uses anything in her power to gain sympathy. She needs to be stopped in regards to my father.It can be detrimental to my fathers well being and mental health to have to see these slandering posts.He already on the verge of suicide and thats all a person needs is a push over the edge.

My older brother is really low on money this year, and he has had to ask my mom for help (buying medicine for his kids etc) He has 3 kids 11, 9, 2 years old. I want to get him something useful that will help him, but I don't want to flat out get him a gift card because I feel weird since I am his little sister (by 8 years) and I think he would feel embarrassed. I don't live close by so I can't offer like "baby sitting" services. For Christmas

Hello, I'm 34 y/o male. Single. I have this question. My younger brother is going to get married after a year. My brother is 29 y/o. There no need to say more but I guess you already know how embarrassing and sad situation is for me. I'm feel so bad for myself (I'm very happy for my brother by the way) that I feel I won't be able to attend my brother wedding because of this. I feel that a lot of people in the wedding party will pity me. What do you think, is OK a person in my situation to skip the brother's wedding? I know is terrible thing, but simply can't make it to be there alone without a girl on my side.

I need advice on what to do. I am 19 but I still live with my parents for the time being. I want to go to a concert about three hours away from my home town. My mother says it is too far away to drive but I know I cam handle it... I already bought the ticket and besides I'm not even worries about the $. I just want to see this band so bad. Should I just go to the concert against my parents wishes? I know that sounds like an immature thing to do but they really wont listen to me!! I make straight A's and have a job and am a really good person!! I barely ever get in trouble. The only reason they don't want me to go is because they found out I was drinking a few weeks ago but it was literally like one time and I was safe about it (didn't drive, etc.) but now they act like I'm an alcoholic.. So my question is. does it sound like it is worth it to sneak off and go to the concert(my fave band). I am so torn.

My mom has been ignoring me for two weeks now. The reason she's doing this is because her and my dad always fight about money and she started stealing money from him(they're not married),so he cut her off. She got upset and he ignored her calls and texts. Afterwards he started sending me money to pay for the bills, she found out and now she won't even look me in the face and every time I'm around her she turns bitter and into a *****. I hate being home because I know that she doesn't even want me there anymore but every time I ask her to let me leave or go somewhere she says no. I don't want to be home anymore and I don't know what to do.

I'm 16, he's 14. We moved to the US when I was 10 and he was 8, and he never went out, never socialized, just stayed alone. He never showed ANY signs that he was sad about being lonely, so I just assumed that that's the way he likes to be. But yesterday he was crying alone, and my dad just walked in on him and later told us about it. Btw we're just assuming that he's sad about loneliness, though really the reason he gives us is that he just really wants to go back because the US is so bad or whatever. So what do I do? Me and my parents don't have much time for him, I participate in many extra-curricular activities and my parents do full-time jobs. Should I sign him up for some volunteer work or encourage him to join some clubs at his school? (He's someone who could pass as normal at home, but he's extremely extremely nervous in front of others.) Thanks for answering, Katie. But it isn't about bullying. Me and my brother have gone to the same school in both countries, so I'd know if he was ever bullied, but he never was, not even once. Also, what do I do if he doesn't even want anybody's help? If I tell him about a volunteering or extra-curricular activity, he'll just be egoistic and tell me he'll find one on his own. And then he won't.

My mum doesn't trust me at all over something so minor that happened like two years ago. I'm not a regular internet user, I never have been. I only use it for like 3 hours MAXIMUM, and I don't even use it every day. What happened 2 years ago was I was messaging my friend on Facebook before I went to sleep. It was only 1 message (I was replying to him about the day out the next day). Just as I sent the message, mum came in and grabbed the iPhone (that I don't have anymore since I have an iPhone 6s) off of me and started shouting "I can't trust you with the internet at all. You're on it all the bloody time. You're addicted to it. If I see you do it again, you will be banned from the internet for the rest of the year!" It was only one bleeding facebook message and I'm hardly ever on it anyway. Never have been. Since then, she has been really, really, really strict towards me. When she catches me text messaging someone, she always presumes it's me on the internet. She always goes into a hissy fit and when I said it's not the internet, she always says "I do not believe you!!!" She even threatened to stomp on my phone several times when we had arguments like that. The most recent occurrence was last night when she found me texting my friend. She presumed I was on the internet yet again and she said "I CAN NEVER TRUST YOU AND THE INTERNET." I then said it's not the internet and that I deserve trust, but she said I don't deserve to be trusted. Is my mum right to not trust me?

Hello, Im the middle child in our family. I have an older sister(20y) and younger brother(10). My sister comes to our house on weekend. My dad works in England and he's not around but he calls everyday and he's really good. My mom is good too. The problem is that my brother doesn't respect my mom and me and my sister. He never listens to mom or me. And if I don't do what he says I will be called really bad. He always fights with my sister and mom. What should I do? I really want to have a good happy family but my brother ruins everything...

I was sad by this as my mother doesn't bring him places when he is drunk. Should I talk to him about this as it wrecked my birthday afternoon or should I just not bring it up since its a disease he has? Also, am I wrong to be mad at him? My sister is bitter towards him but my brother says alcoholism is no more his fault then being blind would be and thus being angry at him is wrong.

My brother is 15 and I'm 12. Just an hour ago I went into my brothers room to ask him for help on an assignment and he was gone and his window was open. I waited about 30 minutes and he came back through the window but his eyes are red and when I asked for the assignment he told me he would help me later, but he said he talking slower than normal. Is my brother sick, should I tell someone.

I don't know where to even begin. I'm 14 struggling with anxiety since last year. I complain a lot about my physical symptoms, yeah.But nobody seems to care anymore. Nobody really wants to help. But all I need is support from my family, which is the opposite of what i get. I get screamed at every goddamn second. If i go to the toilet, she screams at me for messing up the toilet while I ABSOLUTELY DID NOTHING? When I eat she keeps screaming at me for making the table dirty, BUT I NEVER DID? I can also clean up later, but she never allows me to because i will "screw up" again but afterwards complains that I am lazy, i'm useless, i'm a monster etc. I really don't deserve any of this. Today after i had terrible depressive thoughts that I did not know how to control anymore, she walks in my room and screams at me how annoying I am, what a monster I am. I did nothing? I don't deserve this on top of all the disorders I'm struggling with? I was a perfect A student, but now I'm failing due to the fact nobody understands me or helps me. And that's what I get screamed at the most. I dissapointed everyone. I don't know what to do. I don't wanna go to school anymore. I don't want to study. I don't want to do anything, i lost my passion for everything. I keep blindly staring at my computer. I really don't know..

My husband is in the hospital very sick, It is also my birthday, I can t miss a meeting I have at work today, or I will lose a promotion I am about to get, and my dad has a doctor appointment today ( my dad been sock for 3 years) Okay all the above is what is going on today, My aunt was suppose to take my dad to his doctor appointment, she calls me at 10pm last night, tell me she has to baby sit her granddaughter so she can no longer take him, (her granddaughter is 16) I tell her I also can not take him I have all the other stuff going on, she tells me your father more important then your job and your husband will be okay. I am trying to be nice and I do understand he is my father, but she said for over a week she would take him, I am lost and stress and I don t know what to do ?

I have no idea why, but I have a really really really really hard time getting attached to anyone, even family members. It just feels like I don t belong here and I shouldn t get attached. Also, the word "love"makes me nauseous. It just doesn t mean anything to me. Not even when it s coming from a family member.
