If so, please explain WHY this occurs. I am quite skeptical of this, although I do know that terror is a real feeling that can happen with a love interest. I was given this as a reason for why someone stopped talking to me essentially before taking it to a relationship level. The reasoning was centered around how what we were going through was exactly like what happened with his ex. Thus, it appears as though he had some kind of fear...but I question if this is really a legitimate reason for me to give a second chance. Most people my age are very stupid, child like, still live at home, don't know even how to talk, are self centered, want instant gratification over hard work, have illusory superiority issues, doesn't understand basic functions of life, are Socialist or possess some other defect I can't overlook. Is it because I think in that manner I'm hold myself back? I always been very advanced for my age but I consider myself below average but there are considerable differences between me and my most of my peers. I came from an abusive family so really no family or support, don't have any friends because their all on drugs or are in jail, and as mentioned no girlfriend, so really I'm all alone. This plays on my mind constantly and its very hard to override the depression that it does cause. Now I live in a rural area so not much to do meeting people wise so I tried a few online dating sites but to no avail. I not ugly according to other people especially women by comments they made about my physical appearance. I'm told about how intelligent I am, or how lucky I am to have property, own a car, have a charismatic personality, etcetera. One girl I did take out didn't last because her mother and sister didn't like the fact that I took her to the lake and I did't ask them for permission, shes 23. Any ideas or thoughts? I'm a senior and I'm 17 may I add. So I was getting better and better but then I lost track, stopped for a month and came back to it. I did conditioning for 2 weeks but it's a 5 week thing then tryouts happen. My ankle has been killing me and I have no clue why so I decided why even try? I was working out with the freshman and sophomores while others that never played before were practicing with varsity. I decided to stop playing even though it's the thing I wanted the most. On top of that I was going to ask a girl to homecoming but long story short the person that told me to ask her is now asking her and she even said she wants to go with him. I feel like my parents think I'm an absolute loser and everyone else that knows about my situation. I've never gone to homecoming or prom and I really wanted to but at this point it's hopeless. Any input or someone who's been there done that would help. Thanks |

Found out she has been cheating on me with this random guy and it really took a shot to my body when I found out. It took me a while to get to a stable state of mind again. And I just don't know what to do with my hatred for her and her new bf who she apparently is enjoying her life with (The person she cheated on me with) I however did find out she was cheating on the guy who she cheated on me with and she sort of guilt tripped/black mailed me into keeping it a secret. But I am at the point where I know am I worth waaaaaay more than how she has been treating me. I am not a perfect person but I didn't do her wrong in anyway that was intention, and I have always been loyal. I don't know what to do with this hate for her and her new bf. I want to throw her under the bus and expose her to her new bf in hopes that he finally drops her. And I want to delete her youtube channel so that I could get some form of justice. But part of me fights doing that. I want to be the better man but then I will feel unsatisfied with the outcome. And if I do follow with this evil tactic I might regret it later. When I was in her country I was dating a girl and she knew, we hung out and she had mentioned she really wanted to just fall in love and that would be great. unfortunately for me my situation ended with the girl i was seeing she had depression issues and pushed everyone away, tried to help but she just fell off the earth. This girl knew and said everything would be ok and not to beat myself up about it. Fast foward she's in my country now and said before she came she really would like to see me while she's here. She'll be here for 2-3 months. I have money to go visit her she's a few states away. I currently have my job but im thinking of taking a leave of absence to spend some time with her. Whenever I am with her outside of class, guys are constantly coming and saying hi to her. - We don't talk a whole lot about things outside of school, although we are starting to talk about other things now Here are some positives though - She pretty much always texts me back, and sometimes she even texts first - We had a short conversation about relationships and she didn't rule out wanting a boyfriend - In a different conversation, she mentioned her goal was a relationship like on a specific TV show, and I happen to be kinda like the guy in that relationship - I have talked to her best friend, and she made little comments that hinted that she talks about me - I may be wrong, but her eyes seem to glisten a little bit when we lock eyes (again, could be wrong) I am sure I am missing things on both sides, but whatever. I've just always been really good at lots of things. (Except this. This is can't seem to do.) I'm an extremely skilled musician (7 years of practice.) And good wrestler (years of practice.) And a good actor (years of practice.) This isn't something you can simulate, you can't practice it, it's not written for you so you can't sight read it.
