Because we don't go to the same high school, I usually almost always try to find reasons to see him, but this time it just feels... wrong. The reason they're going out of town for the day is to visit his sick grandma who's in the hospital. I want to be with him but I feel like this isn't the kind of "family road trip" that I should participate in. Not only that, but I also feel like it would be asking a lot of my parents to let me go. Like multiple huge comforters and then these little blankets we have she gets buried and I like to say she's "cocooning" and it's adorable but I can't sleep like that. Posted: 02 Jul 2015 07:39 PM PDT i'm visiting my grandma and other family in tenessee this summer, a small town about a half-hour's drive from nashville. my sister and her husband went on their wedding anneversairy vacation when i first arrived, so my niece (she's 6), came to stay with me and my grandma. i'm 16, so my grandma let's me use her car to drive around town. so, i took my niece for her horseback riding lesson, and when i picked her up at the end, i met him for the first time. he was her instructor, a little older than me (18, going on 19). the instant we met we started talking for about a half-hour before my niece started whining for me to drive her home. the next time that i went to take her to a lesson, he had his friend be my niece's instructor and cover for him so that he could "get to know more about me" (no joke). so, we went horseback riding through the hills and just talked for hours (i already know how to ride because i lived in tenessee with my grandma until i was a little younger than 13) we went to a drive in movie and we kissed for the first time and it made me feel different than i ever have in my life. my stomach had butterflies and my whole body was covered in goosebumps and I could even feel it in my toes. so, then went back to his place and just talked until 2 in the morning. i'm falling for him and i don't want to because i'm only staying until mid-august, and then i have to leave again, and i don't want my heart broken. please tell me what to do. |

He doesn't want to make "us" official though because he is moving. Or, he might be. it isn't for sure. He lives with his mom but his mom is getting married to a guy in tennessee, and since his parents are divorced his dad has to give permission for him to leave the state and move. And i live in Minnesota so tennessee is pretty far away. He doesn't think his dad has signed them yet so he is going to talk to him and convince him to let him stay. But I'm just scared that his dad might give permission and my "boyfriend" will move. I can hardly go a day without seeing him. I already know i won't be able to last months or even years. I recently met an amazing man through a friend, we have tried seeing each other personally many times since he lives in holland and i am from aruba. There's only been one boy I've ever loved and now ever guy I find attractive resembles his looks in one way or another. I've been through a lot, and I have had many many repressed memories and some are coming back, and recently a memory came back of a boy who used to work at the camp I went to when I was 8 years old, and I had a crush on him, he looks almost identical to the boy I fell in love with 8 years later (the only boy I've ever loved is the one that came 8 years after) Why do I have this "type" I don't mean to go after guys that look this way, but the only kids I've ever liked that didn't look like the rest were little crushes I had when I was 12 Why does this happen.? |

They live 3 hours away from flight. The guy is 1 year older than me and we are in our 20s. He is so nice will let me go first, gives up his seat for me, and opens doors. He also pays for food even when I offer to pay him. He talks and remembers everything I say. We played beer pong and he was on my time. He was really encouraging, even though I was bad. Then he taught me how to play pool and would guide me alot even when I was bad. We were walking back to the car because I was cold and told him sorry for making him come with me. He said its ok because walking more makes him warmer because he was cold. Since we are family friends not sure if he is interested or friendly. |

She has a HUGE crush on me. She is leaving where I work soon and has been laying it on strong. AND I MEAN STRONG. I don't mean that in a bad way so let me explain. She would get me alone in a room, purposely rub my should and all that. I had a feeling that she wanted something serious but I'm not at that point in my life (I'm 23, graduated college and need to get my career together so I can support myself). And like I said, I do like this girl but know I wouldn't be able to give her the attention she deserves and that wouldn't be fair to her. Later in the day she started talking about a "guy" she dated to one of her friends while her friend stared at me for my reaction. I played it cool so I didn't lead her on. This game escalated until she eventually started talking about her not caring about money (she makes much more money then me), that she just want's to get married to a nice guy and was very honest. She ended up crying and leaving the unit I was on. I felt sooooo terrible for rejecting her attempt but I know even if I was honest it would have ended the same way. I'm just not ready for something serious to develop when I'm still working on being me. Eventually I want to get married and have kids but like I said I'm 23 (In her culture getting married young is common so don't think she's weird for how she acted). |
