Question: What ethincity do i look to you? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:48 PM PDT my dad is mexican and my mother is from cuba. i get asked if I'm Italian. Do I look Hispanic, or Italian to you? |
Question: Why does my friend hate me so much? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:40 PM PDT i know you probably think i m just another teenage girl with stupid problems and i m sorry if this bothers you but i really want to tell someone about this.. So sometimes i get really upset about things as i have very low self esteem and confidence and it just gets me down sometimes so naturally i turn to my friends to talk to. But whenever i mention anything about me being sad or upset, that friend tells me i m being selfish and that i can t talk about things like that because so many people have it worse than me. Like, i could literally say anything about feeling down and she ll just turn against me. It s like she thinks i m not entitled to be sad because i wasn t diagnosed with depression or something like that. It really gets me down. If it was any of my other friends she would support them, give them advice and help them out (one of my friends has depression) It confuses me because one minute she loves me and i m one of her best friends and the next she s calling me selfish and basically telling me to shut up. But putting that aside she s also a great friend and we get on really well most of the time so i don t want to lose her. I don t want to keep everything inside. Why does she treat me like this? |
Question: Female friend suddenly stops talking to me and pretends I dont exist? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:37 PM PDT I have known this girl for years and she has just randomly stopped talking to me. She literally acts like I don't exist and pass me in the school hallways without a single glance, not even a ******* hello!! ach scheisse mann! I have even tried to say hi but she just speeds off like a lambogini super sport deluxe! Wtf is happening here? Should I block her and quit trusting this backstabbing little hoe?! |
Question: I feel like my best friend is not really my friend? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:33 PM PDT So, lately, my best friend has been ignoring my texts and PSN messages when I ask him if he wants to play. Even when he's on PSN, he just keeps on playing Black Ops 2. Whenever he gets on, about 1 hour later, he says he's getting tired. If he keeps on doing this, I will stop being his friend. Is he not really being my friend? |
Question: What to do with your friends? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:30 PM PDT When I have friends over we never know where to go or what to do. Please suggest some fun activities that don't include just staring at a screen. BTW we are 17 |
Question: What to do for a 17 year old girl birthday party? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:29 PM PDT I'm having 4 other girls over and am wondering what activities to do. I have my license so I can drive us somewhere. Just an activity that would take us 3-4 hours |
Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:25 PM PDT So I spent close to 3 hours helping my friend with schoolwork. I was the only friend willing to help free of charge. I felt unappreciated when he didn't thank me. I know he'll need more help in the future. Am I wrong for feeling reluctant to help again because he didn't thank me? |
Question: Best friend VS greatest enemy? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:16 PM PDT My best friend and I have had an argument, it took a week silence before I said that it was nonsense ignoring each other like that. However, since that silence started my best friend has started to spend a whole lot more time with my greatest enemy I feel replaced |
Question: How to make new friends? (teenager)? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:15 PM PDT This past year I have grown away from my current friends because I'm changing as a person. I'm finding it really dificult to make friends that have similar interests and hobbies as me. I'm a teenager who's 17 going to be 18 in a few months. I started school a year late so I'm finding it difficult to befriend and relate with people in my grade. Everyone that's the same age as me is starting college in the fall so I feel I wont be able to find any friends my age until I go to college. Every website I go to says to join clubs and groups, which Im finding difficult to find. ive joined clubs in school but didnt find anyone i get along with. I'm finding it hard to find "my crowd" and I dont know where else to look. I like music, skating, and going on weird adventures. I live in a big city and you would think it would be easy but its not because everything is all hidden and spread out and I dont what to do. Please help. |

Question: How do two introverts have fun together? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 04:01 PM PDT My friend and i have been friends for five years. We are both socially awkward and are just plain weird. She is currently playing with my little pony doll's hair and i am watching youtube videos. what do we do?!?! We're 15 and we feel pretty lame. One likes anime and one likes band and horses. |
Question: How do I make my friend stop smoking? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:47 PM PDT Hi. I'm a 26 year old guy and my best friend is a heavy smoker and I want him to stop. He's been smoking for 6 years (he's 25) and he is definitely addicted. I've talked to him about it before but he just denies his addiction and says "Nothing's going to happen to me." He's a very stubborn person and I know he will continue to smoke without intervention. One day he was staying over the night at my house and he told me he had to go make a phone call but he came back and he was clearly smoking. I told him I care about him and don't want him to destroy his body. It upsets me because I'm very close to him and im afraid he'll get cancer and die, which would destroy everyone around him. He's a good person and a smart person but this is just not smart. He's always there for me and I feel that I have to help him to quit this. He's only 25 and if he continues this he'll have a shortened life probably. I spoke to his mother and she's tried to make him stop but she lives far away. He's like my brother and I love him like one, I don't want him to get sick and suffer. How do I help him? Again I've talked to him but he's stubburn. I don't want to hurt his feelings and keep obsessing about it but I just don't know what to do. Should I try another serious conversation with him? Thanks a lot everyone:) |

I texted her something and no reply. I don t want to be annoying, what should I do? Once we were suppose to hang but she said she couldn t but then she was hanging with other people :/ |
Question: What should I do to make myself happy? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:41 PM PDT Before I add any details about this I would just like to say that yes, I know, I shouldn't be asking other people how to make myself happy - especially people who don't even know me. But I need this, I really do. I'm thirteen, and this is my eighth grade summer (as in, I'm going to be in eighth grade in September). I was home-schooled for seventh grade, and was really unhappy the whole time. I still am, especially since I'm pretty sure my mom is going to home-school me again for eighth grade. I'm really lonely. I don't have any friends, family relationships lately are just horrible and sad and sucky, and I definitely do not want to join some sort of home-school group to connect with other kids like me. I hate that I even have to ask this, but what should I do to make myself happier? I know it's stupid, so I'm sorry. Thank you to anyone who can help and give me some advice! :) |
Question: Making plans with a friend advice? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:36 PM PDT I have a very close friend she has been like one of my top and best friends for 8 close to 9 years now. But I need advice, so fist off she is in summer camp's for like the whole summer.Besides like 2 weeks one is the last week in August, so today I was texting trying to get a date arranged and it felt like I was trying to make a meeting with the president or pope! Like I offered all of these days and everything that she could come over even the zoo luckily we made a agreement that she could come over my house on Friday in the evening. But after that should it be up to her to make plans say on a day or weekend, or even going to the movies? Because if you saw all the texts I sent trying to get a date set up it took forever to finally agree on this week. What should I do? Any advice? It's just hard because I feel that I put in most the effort this time and I don't know what to do next. |

Question: How to console someone who lost their mother and little sister in a car accident? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:29 PM PDT My best friend is 14 and he's a guy and I'm 13 girl. We've know each other since third grade and we are super close. I have seen him cry but over stuff like video games or sports when he was like ten. I haven't seen him cry since he was 12. Well they passed away early this morning maybe around 3am-4am. His dad called my dad and asked would we keep Ethan while he went to be with family. Ethan doesn't like his moms side of family because there quite rude. So, he came over around 8 this morning. He was very quiet and I could tell he was hurt. We were both sitting on beds across from each other so I came and sat next to him and put my arm around him. And I said this "Ethan you just lost someone...... It's okay to cry I'm here for you through good and bad". After I told him that he started to break down. He started bawling and I just let him cry on my shoulder for a while. My mom walked in maybe about 15 minutes into his crying and I shooed her away. She came back upstairs about an hour later (he was calm by then) with chick fil a and Starbucks which are his favorites "basic white girl (guy)". Anyway he ate a little and he talked a little. So tonight I just planned a cuddling movie type of night. Just wanted to see was I doing the right thing by kinda urging him to cry? And should I be getting his mind off things or let him talk about it? I really don't know. I've never lost anyone and never went through anything like this. |
Question: Hey Im trying to write inside the birthday cards for my 3 friends birthdays? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:16 PM PDT who are all one after the other (literally). So i have been struggling for an hour and I am so writers blocked. If they were casual friends I could just right like Have a great birthday! But its like these are close friends and I don't want to make it too emotional and all but its like I want it to be meaningful. Any suggestions? Ps. other than happy Birthday. |
Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:14 PM PDT 3 years ago I met a friend online and he turned into a best friend. A few months later he got a girlfriend and they moved in together. I was introduced to her and all was good. In 2012, I was invited to come visit at their place for a couple of weeks. All was good. Months later I was told by my friend his GF was accusing me of trying to steal him away. I definitely am not. I am happily married! She and I got in a fight and didnt talk for a year. Over that time she asked him questions and kept implying there was more going on. She read our messages on FB, she never found anything but kept accusing me. She questioned my friend asking if he found me attractive, etc. We're all in the same circle of friends. She started telling everyone Im a homewrecker. It was an extremely emotional couple of years. She did her best to hurt me and claimed her questions asked of her guy were "just questions". But he isn't a cheater, nor am I. End of 2014 she sent me an apology. Peace was had. all got better. Two days ago I was to meet with a mutual friend for breakfast. When she and I met, she yelled at me about the accusations & made me cry.. I confronted her, she said she was only venting, she didnt know she'd talk to me... We made peace, again. But I am so hurt. I don't know what to do to find happiness again and regain my reputation. He is only a friend, and I truly have no interest in him. I love my husband only. My husband is tired of watching me cry.. |
Question: I'm bullied at school by everyone, including my brother.? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:05 PM PDT Hello. I'm 15 and my brother is 17 and we go to the same school. Since I can remember i've always been somewhat bullied. I think it's because i'm shy, a bit overweight, and don't like many things teens like. I don't have any real friends. However, last year the bullying is really getting worse. They mock me everyday at school, call me names, fag, fat...The worse is that my brother is one of the guys who most bullies me... he's like super cool with the girls, plays soccer, is smart and beautiful. He's going to a good college for sure. My parents obviously love him more then me, and I even think they know he bullies me at school but they don't care because he's so perfect. Growing up we never were too close, but I feel really bad that my own brother bullies me at school. I'm already used to nobody liking me, spending free time always alone. Most people refuse to talk to me. In fact, I also have two cousins, both girls, that go to that same school and they avoid telling other people they are my cousins so that they can be popular (however they don't bully me, they just completely ignore me). I already tried to tell my parents that i'm bullied and at first they were worried, but when I said that my brother was one of them they said I was jealous. It's only psychological bullying. Sometimes I wish they would hit me or something so that I could have some proof. In home I barely talk to my brother, because i'm afraid of him. He uses to call me sissy and my father even laughs a bit. |
Question: Please I need advice on what I'm feeling and what to do about it? 10 points!? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 03:01 PM PDT i have a best friend that ive been friends with for 2 years now,but for at least the past 8 months ive just felt i always want to hang out with her, but last year it seemed to be much better, i felt she felt the same way i was even though i never told her the way i was feeling.. She would always text me first, not so much now, its always me, we still hang out and most of the time its okay, but she would always be near me sometimes it even seemed she always had to have some little portion touching me, even if it wasnt on purpose, but it happened many times, she would always like lay on me, or she would stare at me and i would noticed and she would look away or sometimes keep looking, we kiss on the cheek a lot, i hug her a lot, just she would even kinda flirt over text like "you're mine (i have a boyfriend)" just what best friends do, secretly i always wanted to kiss her to see if i would feel anything and i didnt but i do want to kiss her again, it was a dare, to this day i still get that feeling around her where my heart races, she still looks at me a lot i notice, we still kiss on the cheek a lot, i held her hand because we were in a friend sandwich and she held her for like 10 mins she was sleeping, texting not so much anymore, but she is very straight, i am too, but she gives me different feelings.. I just miss the way it use to be, but i never see myself dating a girl, but i just love her and care about her so much, but sometimes i wish she would be the same to me again. |
Question: Is it abnormal that I sometimes subconsciously look at my guy friend's crotch? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 02:41 PM PDT There's this male friend I have that I'm interested in; he's interested in me too but it wouldn't work out right now for certain reasons. Anyways we're just platonic friends now. He always wears jeans that are pretty tight around his crotch area, so when he sits down his crotch area as a big bulge. Sometimes it even looks like has a *****. I'll catch myself glancing down but it's embarrassing because sometimes he notices that I looked. I never catch him looking at my cleavage. I'm 21 and he's 26 if it matters. Sometimes it even looks like has an "erection" * |
Question: Parents wont let me see friends? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 02:41 PM PDT So I'm 15 and my parents wont let me see my friends at all. I've never been to a friends house or anything like that. Question: How should i talk to my future roommates about drugs? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 02:12 PM PDT I'm planning on moving into a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment in august with four other girls my age. One of them is a friend of a friend and the others are also so we kind of know each other but not a lot. I don't drink smoke weed anymore because it isn't enjoyable to me, and i've found friends that enjoy just hanging out and doing stuff outdoors and having fun without drinking or smoking. I know that most people smoke weed socially and occasionally, but recently my friend told me that one of my future roommates is a complete pothead and smokes every day. I honestly do not care what people do with their lives and it doesn't make me not like her or anything, but i just don't want my my apartment to constantly smell like weed and her be smoking all the time mostly because i know that i could get in legal trouble for it and i also don't want all my stuff smelling like weed. The two other girls smoke too but its more occasionally, and they know about the other girl and i guess they don't care but i do, and i don't know if i should try to talk to them about it or just completely not room with them. I haven't signed the lease yet but at this point, they wouldn't be able to find another roommate and i wouldn't be able to find somewhere else to live. SOS |

Question: I drank my bestfriend's vodka and now she won't talk to me..? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 02:10 PM PDT I really hope that you can drop the "your screwing up your life" part because that's not the problem (at least not the one I need help to here) So on friday I was at this party with my two best friends (I'm underage) and we had a great time, and we all was pretty drunk. The day after we was all pretty hangover.. but the thing is that they was going out again that night.. which I couldn't. So before I left heading home and they left for their party we got some shots and drinks togheter, and I get drunk by extremely little (wich i always seem to forget) and actually ended up drinking alot of my bestfriends vodka which she was supposed to bring with here that evening. I of course regret it as hell, and I truly hate my self for it too.. I'm sorry to say I got heavily drunk and did a lot of dumb **** (luckily when getting home not to my friends as far as i know) Since that she hasn't talked to me. I've sent her textmessages, called here and everything but she won't answer.. and she's so ******* important to mee that I can't loose here like this.. Even tough I'm a ***** and don't deserve such a good person as her.. So what the **** can I do to exuce myself? Not meeting here the whole summer so I have to take it via textmessages since she ignores my calls... Anybody? |

Question: Will we ever become friends again? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:43 PM PDT ready for some jerry springer content? im married. a long time ago i slept with my (at the time)best friend's ex bf/baby daddy. they were completely over and she was seeing someone else. i lied about it but eventually came clean. she hates me now and i understand that. she was a very needy person and im kinda relieved not being her friend cuz she is a big pity party- always has been. but we had so much history together and i kinda miss her. we have talked a few times but im not sure if its a good idea to be friends again. they still talk cuz they have kids and i dont want to be the thing that prevents that opportunity between them. i dont know if i caused to much damage to actually be friends cuz there is an awkward silence elephant in the room. i dont know if i want to be friends again. i do miss having a best friend and i honestly dont like most people. its such a mess i dont know what to do with the situation. should i just leave it rest? |

Question: Am I too stiff towards comforting people? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:40 PM PDT I have close friends who always count on me and I am very reliable. But when my friends are looking for comfort i completely freeze up. I'm not good with comforting and all i can do is force a smile. |

Question: Is there a program that will vocally read a page for me? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:34 PM PDT It's important because sometimes people around me are so distracting. I can turn on focus music on YouTube and drink lots of coffee and people are still distracting. It's irritating. But if I could make the website I am studying speak outloud to me that would help an awful lot. Is there such a program available anywhere? |
Question: Is this friend worth it? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:25 PM PDT So I admit, I was mean to her during a soccer tournament. But she exaggerated what I said and made it out like I was such a bad guy when I wasn't. She even went and told her dad and her dad came and yelled at me himself about what a bad player I was and all that stuff. We used to be really good friends but after that we each cried our eyes out the rest of the tournament and we're just starting to talk to each other again about a month ago. But then I did something stupid: I was snapchatting another friend and the friend asked what happened between me and this other girl. So I typed it all out and was in a rush and accidentally sent it to the other girl. I was a complete idiot, I know. I'm usually much more careful but I wasn't in that moment of stupidity. So what happened was she screenshotted it and has been showing everyone saying what a mean person I am. She texted me and called me a fake, gossiper, liar, idiot and much more along those lines. The funny thing is I'm about as real as it gets, I'm currently number 1 in my class, and that was literally the only time I ever "gossiped" about someone. We had been friends since we were four and always had each other's backs. But whenever we got into an argument, I realized I always apologized even if I didn't do anything wrong. She used to be fun to hang around but I don't know if she still is. I want things to be like how they used to be but I don't know if they ever can be again. Should I try or should I just let her go? |
Question: I wanted to be different from my friends so bad? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:20 PM PDT In high school, all my friends wanted to be become nurses or mid wives. I decided to be different from them and study forensic science and now all my friends graduated for their major as forensic science. I want to go back to school to become a doctor, they also planning the same thing. I don't know if they are copying me Or just wants to do the same thing I'm doing. They also asking me what I'm doing next. I hate being copied and that's why these days I don't have any friends. Do I need help for thinking I want to be different from my friends? |
Question: What should I do now? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:16 PM PDT So at the start of summer my best friend and I were planning a sleepover and at the last minute I had to cancel because I had a party the next day. The day I was suppose to be staying at my friends my other friend called up to my house and the girl I was suppose to be staying in found out and her cousin abused me saying I was a slut and didnt want to speak to me again. The girl blocked me and I had no way of contacting her to say sorry and explain. So I called up to her house with a necklace I bought her. Question: Is it okay for a 15 year old girl to wear thongs? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:13 PM PDT I just turned 15 last month. I'm going to be a freshman in high school this year and will be in physical education. When we are in the locker room changing will other girls think I'm trashy or slutty because I wear thongs? Most of my things are lace because that's what I prefer and there comfy. Is it okay for a freshman to wear thongs? |
Question: Does Tom consider me a friend or is he lying 10 points? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 01:12 PM PDT This business partner/supposed friend and I had a slight disagreement over an issue. Here's the issue: Me and Tom were supposed to meet at the office Friday to meet with a client and do a sales presentation. Well 20 minutes before the 6PM appointment, Tom called me and said that the client wasn't answering his calls and that it looks like the client won't be coming. So Tom told me that he was NOT coming to the office. Well I was upset because I cleared my schedule and Tom never gave me advance notice not to show up to this appointment. So I expected Tom to show up and say hey Ryan want to get dinner or something to drink etc. Tom responded to me saying that he's not going to come to the office Friday when the client rescheduled because he not going to go over the presentation if the client isn't there. Then Tom said that on Friday nights he likes to spend time with family. Then I said the following hey Tom a few weeks ago you told me you went out with some friends on Friday and had dinner. Then he said what does my personal life have to do with business. I said Tom well you were making like you spend practically every Friday with strictly blood family. Then Tom said where are you going with this? I said Tom well you went out with friends a few weeks ago on Friday so that shouldn't be different from getting dinner with me once in a while on a Friday night. Then I said Tom what do you consider me? Tom said in a hesitant fashion a business partner and a friend. Update 2: Then he said what does my personal life have to do with business. I was mad because he never gave me advanced notice that the client wasn't going to show, I cleared my schedule, and I was already at the office. Tom's schedule was cleared like mine, but he didn't bother showing up. Thus, I felt Tom should have showed up and said hey you want to get dinner or a drink. Also it seemed liked he was trying to make like he spends Fridays with family. When in reality he has spent some Fridays out with friends. So he claimed he considered me a friend/business partner. However, why act weird about getting dinner with a friend on Friday night Hey I am straight poster G. I will not be picking your answer as the best response. |

Question: What was one of the most annoying classmates you had growing up? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 12:49 PM PDT When I was in 5th grade, there was this one girl who got on EVERYONE'S nerves because apparently she said her family could trace their lineage back to royalty (VERY distantly). She wasn't even rich but she acted like a literal princess and expected everyone to treat her as such. Boy, did she love bragging about her "royal blood". |
Question: What happens when you get tired of being social? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 12:36 PM PDT Okay so I've always been a quiet person and I'd much rather read books, draw and stay home than go out and be social but these last two years I started high school and I decided to be more friendly and fun and all that. And I made a lot of friends and for a long while I was happy .Now I find myself having 5 friends that I'm really close to but it's like suddenly I'm tired. I don't wanna go out anymore and I don't even want to talk when I go out with them ...I'm turning back to my old self and I really don't wanna go back to being alone again . What do I do ? Am I supposed to take a break or something ?Thank you for reading this . |

Question: My two best friends are fighting :(? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 12:03 PM PDT My two best friends are fighting and have been for over a month I've stayed out of it as long as possible but its gotten to the point now where its starting to effect other friendships in our group of friends. It all started overall small stupid argument but neither would apologise to the other and it ended up getting bigger and bigger. We can't go out together anymore because if one comes the other wont. I don't know what to do. I've tried getting them to meet up so we can all talk it out properly and get to the root of the problem but they won't. I've tried talking to them one to one but I can't get the full picture. they are sending each other horrible messages over Facebook and its getting out of hand. It's gotten to the point now that I don't even care if they don't go back to being the friends they once were but at least to point where they can be in the same room with each other and be civil. Does anyone know how I can do this when they won't even talk to each other normally ? |
Question: My friend didn't invite me to her birthday party? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 12:03 PM PDT So this girl has been my bestest friend since 3rd grade. Starting high school, we didn't see each other much and started to slowly drift apart. Well we are about to start junior year and she doesn't talk to me that much anymore. But recently, she's been texting me and we talk and she always says "we need to hang out!! We should do this or that!" But it never happens. It was her birthday a couple days ago and I texted her happy bday. Then everyone starts posting on Instagram pictures of this party she had and all her close friends were there. Why didn't she invite me? It's not like I didn't know anyone at the party, most of the people there I was really close with in middle school. Was she just lying when she said we should hang out again? A party is a great opportunity for that and she didn't invite me. |
Question: Instagram photos to a friend? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:52 AM PDT Fun ideas to spam a friend on Instagram while she's traveling ? |
Question: Is this a good or bad idea? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:48 AM PDT I ve been really passive aggressive this year and I ve really hurt a lot of people that I was once close to. And so I was thinking about posting a public apology on Facebook to all the people I ve hurt, both to clear my conscience and to show those people that I feel bad for it. I don t expect them all to magically forgive me but it seems like the right thing to do, it would be more mature than I ve been previously. It would paint me in a very bad might but sometimes you need to get called out on your bs. However I don t know if it would just look petty and make everything worse. I m trying to grow as a person and turn a new leaf. I can t apologize to them in person because I wouldn t see them and I don t know if they d read a message. A lot of them are still friended with me. I think it would be a video. |
Question: To tell him or run off? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:30 AM PDT I have a brilliant friend that I have totaly fallen for. So my question is do I tell him and risk the friendship or move away, which I had already been planing on doing. |

Question: I don't really have many friends...? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:24 AM PDT I never have any friends. It seems like no one likes me. In school I get made fun of under my back because I'm from Pakistan and I am muslim and that I suck at soccer even though I really like the sport. They call me a wanna-be. One time a dude asked me if I brought a bomb for show and tell. I don't like having this happen to me. Other times whenever a group of like 3 or 4 are laughing and I come and ask them what's so funny their smile dissapears from their face. I don't know what to do. :( and one more thing, the only thing that keeps me from getting beat up at school is my height. I'm 6,3. very tall for a 12 year old <_> and it seems like only thing that seems like fun to me is roblox. |

Question: I'm afraid I'm a jerk? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:12 AM PDT I don't want to give the details but I'm afraid I'm viewed as a bully. One girl texted me and called me a fake and a liar after I accidentally sent a snapchat about her (that was completely true) to her. I used to be invited to birthday parties but not anymore. Girls talk about me behind my back. I'm constantly called a fake. I only have one friend. How do I become more social after I have been labeled like that? |
Question: Idk what to do with this friend situation..? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:11 AM PDT Three of my friends are not getting along with one of my friends. It has to do with past events. They're upset that I'm still talking to this person. It's to the point where I have to separate days just to hang out with everyone. It's becoming so annoying now. I'm not sure what to do. Should I let this one person go? I really like this person and I've been fair with hanging out with everyone. He's a guy I'm liking so he would be around more often its just the friend part.....blah! Why can't everyone get aloooooong!!!! Grrr... |
Question: Should I take my Ex Bestfriend back? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:09 AM PDT I apologize in advance if this is long. I have this ex friend named Samantha, We have been friends for years. Nearly inseparable, but everything changed the week before I went to college. I found out from her that her other friends had a problem with me. I never understood why because I never had a conversation with her other friends. I then found out that she has been talking bad about me with her other friends which made then prejudge me with out even knowing me. Mind you, I have said somethings about her friends as well but that's only because Samantha would come to me talking about some drama she was going through with them. Apparently she has been going back and telling them everything I said, and vice versa. After I found out, I confronted the issue and made it clear that she could not be trusted and stopped being her friend. Fast forward: today which is 4 yrs later. I decided to let the petty drama go. I've tried to reach out to her and told her that I was there for her. She still hangs out with the other girls because I went off to college so she did not have anyone else. I don't want her to think I'm still holding on to the grudge but I still have a hard time trusting her. I want to start this friendship over, but I don't think she does because the only time we talk is Snapchat, or random calls from her. I never thought it was sincere, just convenient. I miss the friendship but I don't know if she's being fake or trying to be friends 2. BTW: Our friendship had its up and downs. And a lot of people want us to not be friends because of incidents we went through. We have matured and are old enough to understand situations more clearly. Well, I have..I'm not sure about her. Its hard to talk to anyone because people are still stuck on the past. I just want to know if I should try this friendship again. Every time I stop talking to her, she always contacts me out the blue and gives me mix feelings. I just need advice |
Question: I have terrible social skills. Need advice? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:07 AM PDT I have awful social skills. Always introverted around people, not very interesting, not very funny, quiet, social awkward, no friends or girlfriend as you can imagine. Kind of a perfectionist, only want to hang out with people i think are awesome. The weird thing is, when i talk to parents, i'm loud, funny, talkative etc. Sometimes when I meet a new person i tmagine I'm talking to my parents and instantly find the perfect thing to say. But the vast majority of the time there's a vacuum in my head and i have no idea what to say making me very awkward around people. Everytime i ask people to hang out, see a movie, etc they all decline or come up with excuses. I'm not your typical nerd, i live healthy and look after my body , I wouldn't say I'm ugly. I was wondering if anyone went through this and "revived" themselves. Please don't tell me to go and join a club or whatever because if it was that easy I wouldn't be here writing this question. |
Question: Does this mean he wants to stay in touch with me? Or was he just being friendly? Posted: 14 Jul 2015 11:05 AM PDT So today was the last day of class and while walking out of class this guy I always sit next to told me maybe we'll see each other around and since we don't have any other classes together I told him probably not. And he was like well then maybe you can write me. I only have his email address and although I had his phone number I have lost it since. Was he implying we should stay in touch? I mean he does have my contacs so he could easily text/email me if he wants to. Why would he ask me to write? |
