He likes to point out our flaws and when we tell him that he isn't perfect either he gets mad and says that every girl wants to be his girlfriend (which isn't true) he would always throw us under the bus and when we make new friends he finds a way to meet them and once they get to know each other they end up hating the way he acts and stop talking to us. When I don't talk to him he tries to ask me why am I ignoring him and I tell him exactly why and he keeps on telling me it's not true, he likes to call me bad names and I don't like it! I tell him not to and he thinks it's funny to still call us names, if I forgive him he'll still be doing all this stuff to me. My parents have been noticing his bad behavior and don't like it when he comes over. He also thinks that he is super popular when nobody likes him and I've lost so many friends because of him and he makes me look bad and since I'm joining marching band and he is in it too people won't like the way he acts and I am just thinking that I should just make new friends on my own and leave him behind. |

However, I have always been a little off. It's always been very difficult for me to make friends, because I have no idea how to talk to people in my age group. Conversations usually feel uncomfortable and forced, and often I couldn't care less about the things the other person is interested in. I only have two decent friends, who I rarely see and I suspect they only put up with me because we go back so far. Even during my time in the army I was like this, mostly a loner and unsure/ unable to make any real connections with the people I served with. The only guy who I was able to become friends with died recently, and my loneliness has intensified. At this point there are only two things I care about. Those being my wife, and my studies, which I enjoy immensely (4.0 GPA, first time ever). I guess I could go on, other that my general social awkwardness which includes an inability to relate or connect to my fellow students, I find it difficult to make eye contact with anyone when I am speaking. People usually look at me strangely when I speak to, Possibly because I speak so rarely, or because they think I speak strangely. I don't know. I do know that after 24 years of living on this earth I still don't feel like I fit in anywhere except when I'm with my wife, or when I'm buried in my studies. I |

Though all of a sudden she's starting to be rude, salty, and shay towards me. I've never done anything to her but be a good friend, though her a*s acts like she has something against me. Like she throws little slick insults at me for no reason at all. She talks about my eyebrows saying they're bald, when they're not. Though she can't be talking cause her eyebrows are thin asf and look like you could surf on them.(That's none of my business though.) She calls herself ugly all the time, but like when I call myself ugly in a picture of me she's all mad and tells me Shut the f*ck up. We both like to draw and she shows me her art I'm a nice friend so I compliment her drawings, when I show her mines she gets frustrated and tells me to stop showing her it because it makes her upset that I'm better than her. She also copies me, I start listening to music she doesn't listen to then she starts out of nowhere acting like she's been with it for a long time. She also copies me, but says that I copy her which an old friend said that she said. I got mad, but I didn't confront her because it would be a waste of time. Please help, because I don't know what tf is wrong with her. She also got angry at me, one night she called me because she was sad that she weighed herself and she was 180 lbs. I have come to accept that some peoples lives have changed too much to keep being friends-- some of my friends have kids and some have way different interests than I. But some of my friends could conveniently STILL be my friend, and we still have some common interests. How come even these friends dont seem to want to be friends anymore? Also-- if this is just natural to let go of friends, how come I can't let go as easily? I really miss some of my old friends who really clicked with me. I respect women and keep my business to myself. He has friends who keep up a lot of noise and he doesnt clean up stuff. His dishes have been inthe sink for a week and we have fruit flies. I have been working lately and I come quiet so I eat my food and go to bed. I overheard him talking about me to his friend how about where I work and his friend mumbled something about take him to court. I dont know what he is talking about but I have paid rent and bills on time every month and keep clean. Though at the end of the seventh grade last year I moved to a new county over because of my Mom's job transfer. In eighth grade, I've made new friends and met new people. But now when I talk to my old friends which, I don't do alot, I feel disconnected and just like I can't really relate or connect, it's like a distance. I used to enjoy talking to them, but now I don't it's just boring long drawn out conversations. I mean I don't wanna be rude to just drop them as friends but, I've changed and I feel they think I'm the same old same girl I was before. And one of my old friends stays being rude and shady to me giving me smart remarks. She's annoying as f*ck, copies, and insults me thinking as if I don't notice she's doing it. She used to spend days alone and crying at school when nobody would talk to her, due to the fact that new kids are barely talked to. I was here for her every moment she felt a little bit down. Answered all her texts no matter how late, asked her how she was doing, always comforting her. Sent her confidence boosting texts in the morning when I knew she wanted nothing but to go back to bed and hide from the world. I could almost be considered as her therapist if the term wasn't so distant. I wanted to be the best friend she ever could have. I wanted to make someone happy. She comes from a different country, thats she misses a lot, most of her friends are there, and every summer she goes back for a month. It really hurt me because the moment she left to go back home and saw her friends again, she never contacted me once. After all I've done for her, she threw me away like a used tissue. She hasn't contacted me in 2 weeks and a half now (Have contacted her myself before, barely answered just a short distant response by text).I would be very upset if she came back the next school year and talk to me like nothing happened. She's bisexual and she likes me, one day she talked about committing suicide and started to freak out, like she started to cry and she wouldn't let me near her. Finally I got close to her and kissed her cheek (in a friend way) and told her everything would be all right, she asked me if she could try something and not be killed by me. I said sure and she kissed me on the lips, I wanted to kill her but I didn't, then she bit me neck and left a hickey on my neck. I hated her for that but she said that I make her happy, I sighed but I made her happy and I like making my friends happy. Well, I went home and my mom noticed my hickey, she freaked out and grounded me for a month before asking me what happened or why I let her do this. We're pretty close friends, but I moved away for college last year and we were separated. Last week, I came back to my hometown to visit my high school friends. I had made plans to go to a concert with A yesterday, I even bought her the ticket and scheduled a sleepover afterwards since we haven't seen each other in months. So we met up, and before the concert she told me she was coming out of the closet and had a long distance girlfriend now. I was surprised but really happy for her. Anyway, I was really excited seeing my favourite band live and during the concert I hugged her and held her hand and stuff, and didn't really think much of it. When we had the sleepover I also changed in the same room, again, didn't think much of it because I do this with all my friends. One thing that kinda upset me was that she kept texting her girlfriend the entire time and didn't even want to do anything with me. So I was like whatever, let's go to sleep since it's late. Today we woke up and went out for lunch, and after she left, I looked at my phone and saw she was still logged into her account on my messaging app. I know I shouldn't have looked, but curiosity got the best of me and I read her texts.. I saw texts to her girlfriend along the lines of "the concert was not fun and tiring", "I felt uncomfortable when my friend held my hand, made me think of you instead", "I wish it was you lying next to me right now, not her", "my friend has a super hot body, but I don't even want to touch her, I only want to touch you". I wtf'ed at the last one. Like, A and I haven't seen each other in months, I just wanted to hang out with her not thinking of all this stuff. I even spent nearly 200 bucks on her for the concert ticket and it was "uncomfortable" and "tiring" because there was no wifi to talk to her girlfriend and because I held her hand. I was completely crushed and sought comfort. Not to slam him, because it takes courage to tell someone something delicate but necessary, plus I asked for his honesty. I wanted someone objective to hear me out and talk about it openly. Instead she slammed him bitterly and interrupted me constantly. I got fed up and told her to stop. She stopped talking to me. When we spoke again she let it all out and said some vulgar things about how my marriage was a mistake, how it's definitely going to end in divorce on top of some projecting she was doing. She knows that because she's 20yrs my senior and therefore the Oracle and I'm young and stupid. I was threatened that if I ever get mad at her again she'll end the friendship. I confided in a different friend and was given compassion for both my husband and I they listened and gave great advice! Lately my husband, who is a cop, and her had a disagreement on a hot topic concerning police. So she pulled me into it, I did some research and found her sweeping accusations to be baseless. I was met with, I was ignorant because i didnt take her opinion as true just because She dated a cop for 3 yrs therefore knows everything on this topic and I am young and in love and therefore am clouded and don't know anything. She didn't even want to look at my research and changed the arguing point. |

We all drank a lot and it got to the point where i passed out. I was later awoken by people to tell me that my boyfriend was vomiting and needed to go home so I went upstairs and found my friend cleaning up some vomit on the floor and my boyfriend over the bath vomiting. I helped clean then rang a taxi to take us home which was a miracle since we were both in a bad way.the next morning when i was sober i messaged people apologising and saying thank you, the boy who threw the party was very considerate, but my friend was very angry and told me to piss off and that she never wants to speak to me again. I attempted to make a mend and make it upto her but she doesn't care. we've been best friends for over 13 years and I think it would be ridiculous to end our friendship over this mistake, she has a right to be annoyed but to completely hate me is abit extreme i think. Posted: 18 Jul 2015 02:33 PM PDT i asked my friend 11 days ago if she was busy yesterday she said that she wasnt and we were going to go to the fair. when me and my mom were on our way to pick her up she texted me saying that she was going to the fair instead with someone else and she told me that i could come and she said she was going to pick me up at 6. i waited until 8:30 and my mom just took me to the fair, my friend texted me saying her phone died. and then i asked her if she could come with us to the fair today and she said she could. and then this morning i asked her what time she wanted to go and then she told me that she wasnt going with me and called me a cow. and now shes at the fair with 2 different friends. now i'm really upset, what should i do, this isnt the first time this has happened. i love my friend but i just hate it when this happens. she could of just told me she was busy and then i could of asked someone else.. |

Closer to the end of this year i started ignoring them, and now its clear to them that i dont ike them, which is good, but they are also trying to make me jealouse by Hugging and talking to my best friend right in front of me while giving dirty looks. I am not gonna say any names but ever since she came we all became best friends but.. Then my best friend that i had for a long time, started liking her MORE than me. I mean, ever since she came along, my best best friend started acting like I was just a person to make fun of. I mean, it hurts. I really want to get new friends but if I do, they will be mad. They gossip so much and dont care about anyone but theirselves. IM TIRED OF IT. Its summer right now and i am trying to stay away from them as much as possible but somehow they always get to me. I am basically the big loser in the class and nerd so like, NOBODY likes me. The longest best friend controls BOTH of us and the other just lets her because she is like her right hand bodyguard or something while im the weakling who they leave to get eaten by a donkey. Im the bully path by my friends and the whole school. Hopefully next semester I will find a friend but i dont know.. I dont even want to call them best friends anymore. Leaving my house and the town I grew up with was very hard for me. Especially the 2 friends that we're the most realist friends I've had in my whole life time was even harder. I didn't want to make mom change and make her move somewhere there because the town i moved in is a lot closer to her work. So I just acted happy.. Then fast forward a month I'm into summer and I noticed my mom talking to someone on the phone every day constantly. Every time I would go where she is she'd leave or go to the bathroomMe and my mom used to have a very close relationship. Then a few weeks later, she told me she got a a boyfriend that was her bestfriends boyfriend. I told her it wasn't good for her I mean cmon its your bestfriend! She kept giving excuses so they're still dating. But then I started getting sad and quit trying to make an effort and she started noticing that I wouldn't really talk to her anymore and would be just quiet.. I used to love talking to everyone, but nowI feel as I'm a lot happier when I'm by myself. Even when my brother goes to my room it gets me mad and I just start telling him to leave. i also get sad bc I'm starting highschool w no friends.. One day I'm happy, one day I'm sad. Sometimes I get sad for no reason. I don't think I'm depressed bc I love sleeping, & most depressed people have a hard time. Sometimes I want to end my life but I don't at the same time.. Posted: 18 Jul 2015 01:50 PM PDT My neighbors happen to be my father's childhood friends and growing up we were pretty close.They happen to have a son which is the same age as me and even though we grew up together we never talk. My neighbor's wife passed away a couple of months ago and their son didn't take it so well.As in he started to go out every out every single night and get high and drunk.The worst part is that, my window and his window are right opposite each other meaning that I could see what the hell is going on.He brings a different girl over every single night and they have pretty loud sex. I am working am working full time this summer to pay for my university dorm room instead of relying on my parents. Consequently, I have to wake up really early and with him being my neighbor I barely get any sleep. Last night, I couldn't take it so, I took the spare keys I have for his house and told him to STFU and to man up because if he is grieving that is no way to do it because if he continuous to drink and do drugs it will guarantee him to lose his sports scholarship and his mother wouldn't want that for him. I was so angry that I took stole his car keys and told him that he should collect it when he is fully sober I also threw away the marijuana and MDMA that was on his desk and told him if he does this again I will call the police. I feel like I was too harsh. |

But i make terrible first impressions because I try to be funny all the time and it usually falls flat when I am just meeting someone. He did so and I thought I was off the hook, I went online on the PS4 and played the day away...(forgot all my friends can see me come online when I turn on my PS4.) My best buddie saw me online shortly after calling and figured out I lied to him...now he's all pissed (with good reasons.) I m a 20 year old male with a bit of a friend situation regarding my friend matt. Here s the situation: I ve found myself in a bit of a trap. When it comes down to it, him and I have nothing in common. All he cares about in life is working out and getting with girls. I m a musician and rather introverted on the other hand. The main reason we became friends is because we started going to the gym together and we had lots of mutual friends that we d hangout with as a group. He used to be cool and accepting of things that I do and our differences, but alot has changed lately. He s become extremely critical of everything and he s quite a downer to be around. To put it simply, he drains me. Whenever I m with him I find myself in a bad mood because if he s not talking about some girl he just slept with, hes either arrogantly talking down on something or someone. What I ve noticed is he tends to drift to me. he views me as somewhat of a therapist, I feel like. He comes to me with his problems and has admitted that I m a great person to vent to. (Oddly, which is a compliment because I m going to school for counseling). So my question is, what do I do? I genuinely don t like being friends with him anymore, which is the sad honest truth. But at the same time, he s a sad person (both his parents are dead) and I wouldn t want to deprive him of someone that he can, I guess, lean on. I feel trapped Thanks so much for reading guys. | Question: I like this girl not sure if she likes me back? Posted: 18 Jul 2015 12:06 PM PDT I met this girl where I work driving buses. Whenever she passes me going the other way she waves. Few weeks ago she was parked at a bus stop and I was coming towards her and as I checked my right mirror I noticed her waving at me, but in a slow, meaningful wave with a caring look. A couple of weeks ago we bumped into each other at our buses destination and she said "hi how are you" and asked me how my disciplinary meeting went and when would I be getting transferred to her depot. She would then talk about her getting into trouble for speeding by management. She said she was running and late and needed to use the toilet and had better go. We were talking for about 5 mins. I left to go outside and she then came out after using the toilet and on passing me to get into her bus said she had bad hay fever, again starting the conversation. So few days ago she was coming towards me on her bus and she puffed her hair up but acted like she didn't see me and ignored me, so I thought id do the same when I sae her again. So yesterday we both pulled up at bus stops on other side of road from each other and she looked to see who was driving my bus and saw it was me and waved. I looked at her but ignored her. So she waved again and again I kept looking but ignored her. She then looked puzzled and waved again and I smile laughed because she kept trying and she then had a happy face and drove off. Whenever she sees me she waves, and its her that sees me before I see her. |
