I am a teenager and i really dont have any real friends I have couple which we only just hang out because of my parents. I feel pathetic writing this but I'm not sure the best move to make...I do a drama club and there is a group of people that did it as well before I joined so therefore they are all friends. I joined a few months ago and I feel comfortable being there but I don't seem to be able to become friends with them. Hi everybody. I ll make this brief. I m a 20 year old male with a bit of a friend situation regarding my friend matt. Here s the situation: I ve found myself in a bit of a trap. When it comes down to it, him and I have nothing in common. All he cares about in life is working out and getting with girls. I m a musician and rather introverted on the other hand. I have been there for him many times. I have bent over backwards for him, lent him money that he barely ever paid back, stayed with him at his worst as well as best, even if he said anything hurtful, i would get angry for a while but then forgive him without him even asking for forgiveness. I don't have many good friends at the school I transferred to two years ago so i'm allowed to attend public school. My mom looked into it and says it has a lot to offer, has more honors and advanced classes, etc. but I have some friends that I don't wanna leave, but Its a much bigger school with no uniforms and I think better education imo. Also my best friend goes there but like Im gonna be my class president next year and yeah. But idk if student council is that huge of a deal but like I feel lucky to be in it. I am a female and I started grade 11 summer school today in a school that is not close to where I live so I don't know anyone. No one has talked to me today, and the person who sits beside me always slides away from me. I don't know why our moms do it like this, but: When my friend wants to come over my mom picks her up. When I want to go over her house her mom picks me up. (Our moms are also friends) My mom tells me something like, tell your friend that I'll be there 4:30. So my mom leaves the house at like 4:15, and picks her up on time. However, my friend texts me telling me that her mom is gonna be here at 4:30. So I start getting ready at like 4:15. Then it's 4:45, so I text my friend and she tells me her mom needs half an hour. It kinda gets me mad, but I'm like ok at least she'll be here 5:15. Do you know what time she ends up picking me up? 6. Are you kidding me. She does this all the time. A few times we've invited her and her kids for lunch (her husband and my dad would be at work). She says "I'll be there 3" You know what time she comes? Like 5. Kinda rude. It's gotten to the point where I'm used to it. My mom's like, set the table, they'll be here in half an hour. "Don't worry, mom, they probably won't be here for another hour" Aaaand I'm always right. I know you might say that at least she's picking me up, and that I shouldn't be complaining, but my mom always picks up her daughter, too, and she's usually on time, if not 5-10 minutes late. I really don't know what to do about this, she does this all the time and it angers me.

What happened in my dream is that we saw a dwarf and then the brother of my friend caught it an put it in a bottle. Then that bottle is the bottle of my lotion, there just put it inside it and put it it still in another bottle. Imagine a bottle inside another bottle with a dwarf inside. So there. What happened next is that my friend and i already walked going to the terminal of the public transportation. And then we left her brother and his friend because the brother is still with his friend while he keeps on playing with his nose and keep on sneezing and sneezing. Got to university last year January with barely any friends. This girl came up to me and we started becoming very close friends. Me being fairly lonely, got over attached. We had 5 fights between July and August and stopped talking to each other. I tried talking to her once in October to try and fix things, to no avail. Since then my life has changed greatly, I've been through 2 relationships. Made a lot of friends. Got myself out there. Learned a lot. But recently I've been missing her again. I've had this problem all my life. The few I can make, just end up using me all they can, and then they throw me out like garbage. I dated a guy for 2.5 months, and from the beginning, he told me how much he adored me, how he would always be here for me, no matter what, how I'm the best thing to ever happen to him. We got into an argument because he is irresponsible. I told him I couldn't have him stay with me, if he can't manage himself in an appropriate, adult manner. My 24 year old friend is a good friend of mine. He does a lot of art for us whenever we go places and hang out with photo and video created as an interest since he loves photography, but he's also a business major with an associates degree from community college and is right now working on his bachelor's degree. His friend who a lot of people that we know do not like thinks that he should change, but he doesn't want to because he believes that his friend gives him advice that would change his lifestyle and he doesn't want that because it's his life and he decides how to live it which I can totally respect because I would never tell people to live a certain lifestyle. His friend has little education and wants him to be more like him and his mom thinks that his friend is more mature than him even though he is 1 year older and more educated than his friend who his mom believes is a better person than her own well born son. She thinks that his friend is a good person while he himself thinks that this friend is a bad person. They are no longer friends anymore because one wouldn't listen to what they had to say and the other wouldn't understand where he (my friend who I am defending in this argument) wanted his friend to understand about himself and his lifestyle and that he doesn't need to change. okay so one of my favorite bands is touring so j asked my friend if she wanted to go. she said yes and I was going to buy the tickets. we wanted to make sure that we could get tickets before they sold out but I didn't have the money at the time. so my friend offered to buy the tickets and then I would pay her back. so she got them and time passed and I finally payed her back yesterday. I asked her for my ticket and she just was like "stop asking for the ticket" and "I'll keep it safe with my grandmas". she isn't even the one who it taking us to the concert. isn't it weird that she is denying me a ticket that I paid for? sidenote: she is dramatic and she gets so emotional, I'm getting annoyed by it.

I met this girl at work driving buses. Whenever she passes me going the other way she waves, usually she sees me first. Few weeks ago she was parked at a bus stop and I was coming towards her and as I checked my right mirror I noticed her waving at me, but in a slow, meaningful wave with a caring look. A couple of weeks ago we bumped into each other at our buses destination and she said "hi how are you" and asked me how my disciplinary meeting went and when would I be getting transferred to her depot. When talking to me she would make eye contact without being distracted. She would then talk about her getting into trouble for speeding by management. She said she was running and late and needed to use the toilet and had better go. We were talking for about 5 mins. I left to go outside and she then came out after using the toilet and on passing me to get into her bus said she had bad hay fever, again starting the conversation. So few days ago she was coming towards me on her bus and she puffed her hair up but acted like she didn't see me and ignored me, so I thought id do the same when I sae her again. So yesterday we both pulled up at bus stops on other side of road from each other and she looked to see who was driving my bus and saw it was me and waved. I looked at her but ignored her. So she waved again and again I kept looking but ignored her. She then looked puzzled and waved again and I smile laughed because she kept trying and she then had a happy face and drove off.

In the past 9 months, my friend and I have had 4 fights and she's always come and said sorry to me because im the one who gets mad. The amount we spoke after the fights reduced even though my friend claimed that she doesn't use social media that much anymore. But when we meet it's always in a group now, never us two alone so she always behaves the same with everyone. Recently we had a fight again and i got mad because to me I feel she rarely speaks to me like we used to, unless she needs something. And maybe she's just being nice and saying sorry. I feel maybe she doesn't want to be my friend. I still feel weird about the whole fight then, it's been about few days. It all started when my cousin and I were hanging out on my bed. We were talking about my best friend. Completely random, I went on her Instagram and clicked to her YouTube channel. Literally minutes later, my best friend randomly texts me saying she just uploaded a new video on her channel. It was Demons from imagine dragons. Keep in mind she was inactive on this channel for months. Every time I'm in my room and I say something outloud, she references exactly that when she texts or comes over to my house. I feel like she has some recorder in my room. I went under my bed and found something she was supposed to bring home but it was under my bed?!? Could she have downloaded something on my phone? Also today I was talking to my mom about how I need to take a shower (but there's no hot water) and my best friend texts me "hey you can take a shower at my house". Isn't that weird???

About 18 months ago a friend of mine was evicted from his apartment, and he was forced to live with his mother who is nothing short of verbally abusive, singles him out and he has no choice but to keep his wife and three children in a 110 square foot room. He is doing all he is able to get his family into a house, (he has three full time jobs) and it doesn't seem to be enough. I am trying to sell some of my scripts to help him, as I am a self-taught screen writer, what else can he do, or what else can I do for him? He doesn't want to risk losing his family as they are all he feels he has. He has attempted suicide at least three times, but he was stopped each time, he is desperate, and has lost all hope. What else can we do?

She lives in another country, i went over there. Her parents thought that i came to marry her and when I said this is'nt my purpose yet, they closed me to a room that I should think about it. I didn't want to lie, so I said that my answer is still no. Then the girl attacked me so I left her. Now I'm an university student and I've met a lot of sweet people here, I get on well with my roommates even if they don't know about my past. Oh, my parents. They don't even care what is going on with me. I talked to them about these things and they just said "you're a miseralbe wretch" It wasn't that good feeling and our relationship has been bad since my childhood. It's just make me sad if I think of thesee things, and there's noone who I can talk to 21/M

I'm going to be a sophomore but can't drive (late birthday). I'm ok at playing tennis so I go to sessions Tuesday-Friday from 8-10:30am and on Monday and Thursday's 6-8pm. I do martial arts on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I play piano (lessons once a week). But other than that, which is my regular routine, I don't do anything. I think I'm good at drawing but my parents couldn't find any art camps for me and I didn't want to bother them with it. So I just lounged around, caught up with Downton Abbey, etc. if anything, I'd love to travel, like all my friends. I hear about all their exotic vacations and yeah, I'm jealous. We can't afford it, so what can I do instead?

I told this supposed friend hey let's get dinner and he says We definitely will get dinner when time permits? Can someone be that busy they don't have a few hours in a day to grab dinner? We are both straight males.

Okay so me and my bud both knew each other since like the 6th grade and now we're seniors in high school. I've been talking with girls and everytime I talk about my best friend they want to meet him and once they do they end up stop talking to me for some odd reason. Anyway I don't like when girls get interested in him and we'll I've been speaking with the girl longer then he has, yet he rejects them or doesn't care for them. So basically I try to keep stuff like that from happening now. Idk if that's weird or not? Like I don't like it and it creeps me out cause its like jeez am I jealous of him or do I just want my friend to myself? It doesn't help the fact that I'm going through that teenage phase of questioning my sexuality yet I've primarily liked girls since as long as I could remember so yea. Can someone explain and please no jokes.

Got to college last year with barely any friends. This girl came up to me and we started becoming very close friends. Me being fairly lonely, got over attached. We had 5 fights between July and August and stopped talking to each other. I tried talking to her once in October to try and fix things, to no avail. Since then my life has changed greatly, I've been through 2 relationships. Made a lot of friends. Got myself out there. Learned a lot. But recently I've been missing her again. She just popped into my head a week ago and I miss the good times we had, the connection. I haven't since had the same depth of friendship with anyone. We have a bunch of classes together and some shared friends but we both avoid each other like the plague. Is there anything I can do about this situation? To note: university here starts in January.

Okay, before everyone talks about how it's wrong and weird, let me start off my saying she was never my teacher. She teaches 7th grade, and I'm going into 10th. I met her my 8th grade year when I was her teacher's aide. I came to her classroom to help her grade papers and such, and we became really close. We took a picture together on the last day of school and exchanged numbers. I got to see her 2 days ago and it was the first time in 9 months I've seen her in person. Other than that, we've just texted back and fourth. I think of her as a big sister and she told me I'm like a little sister to her. I've told her everything, from boys to what's going on in my life. I look up to her so much, and I hate that we don't see each other often. I've thought about texting her and asking if she wanted to go to lunch or something, but I don't know because I understand that there are boundaries. I just hate that we go like 9 months at a time without seeing each other. I am a girl and she's also a girl, so that clears up the whole "illegal" situation. And like I said, I don't go to the school she teaches at. She just means so much to me and I wish I could see her more often.

I want to know why when someone's being bullied people laugh and join in but when a friend or family member is being bullied people don't laugh and protect them why is that?

I'm turning 15 on Sunday, and my parents keep asking what I want but I have no idea. I have an iPhone 6 that I got as an upgrade, and I have my brother's very old Macbook Pro. I really wanted Uggs, but now I'm not so sure. I'd love a new Macbook but it's way to expensive and one of the other ideas was a clear hanging bubble chair but those cost around the same as a new Macbook so nope. I was thinking new Ray-Bans maybe (I like the Clubmasters) or a nice big bean bag for my room, but honestly I don't know. Another idea was one of those self-balancing electric scooters (Google it, they're cool) but they don't sell them where I live, in South Africa. I guess I'm kind of girly-ish, I like fashion and clothes but I'm not make-up obsessed. I swim and play netball, and I love gymnastics and tumbling but there are not classes near me. That's all I can think of but if you need any more info then I'll try. Does anyone have ideas? Thank you so much xoxo
