Question: Is this appropriate to ask a female coworker? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 08:59 PM PDT I work with this Chinese woman at the bank and she has long beautiful nails. I want to ask her to scratch my back in the break room. We are kind of friends but not outside of work. |

Question: Did I deserve to be called a b*t*h? Please be honest with me? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 08:36 PM PDT Like I was talking and he kept saying something like "you know you're your girls follower" and I said "nope I don't follow anyone I follow myself" and then he says that "I can't deal with your hoodrat ****" and then I get confused and say "wait I wasn't being a hoodrat" and he says "do you really need to control everything? I know what I heard so how can you tell me?" Then he starts saying "who are you talking to? I'm not the one *****" and I'm confused like I didn't know what I did wrong and then he says ***** again and then hangs up. He said he saw a video of a man punching girls who hit his daughter. Then he said Brooklyn girls are violent and he says out of the blue that I have no femininity nor do I know to be dainty. Then he says that there are no cute girls in Brooklyn just fat and unattractive and even when I asked about myself he said nothing, only that he has yet to see a cute girl from there. Then he said California has attractive feminine women etc. I'm crying and I don't know what I said wrong. I thought it was a joke. |

Question: Husband worked only 2 jobs in 5 years of marriage? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 07:17 PM PDT My husband and I got married at a young age (early 20s). Although he is very ambitious (pursuing a phd & what not). In our 5 years of marriage he has only had 2 jobs. One that lasted 3 months and the other that lasted 4. The whole time I been working or for 2 years of his PhD time we lived off of his student loans. He hasn't worked because of being a student which i can understand, but he has had semesters where he only had 2 classes 2 days a week or when he gets summer break he doesn't work. He does not like 9-5 jobs but neither do i! He'll say PhD students don't work, or that he has applied to tons of jobs (during the summer) but no one has called. He only wants jobs that are $50,000 and up. At this point I wish he'd do any job as we can't always survive on my petty income and his student loans. It's been like this for 5 years and Im getting fed up... I dont know if he will ever get a real job. And he will not make a sacrifice to do a regular job until he finds something better. We don't even have kids yet. When I come home from work, he's just watching tv and the house is always messy and he barely cooks anything for me I usually cook too. :( He has zero dollars in his wallet and he is fine with that as he is laughs while watching family guy. I feel like leaving him... Im tired of being the husband in the marriage.. i even fix things when he doesnt, and i gotta give him sex while im dead tired... He doesnt even drive! His licensee is expired! Should I be patient and wait or move on? Also we're high school sweethearts, we knew each other since teenagers (now im in my early to mid 20s and him late 20s). He's an intelligent guy but him not working is a huge turn off. I thought his education will bring something to the table, but so far nothing. And 5 years in is not too little of time. I work and go to school.& yes i dont feel as attractive as i used to look a few yrs ago i feel like crap all the time! and he knows how i feel but its like whatever :( |
Question: Why is WOW so controlling of ppls time? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 07:10 PM PDT My husband cant and wont stop playing this game. The minute he walks in from work he starts until bed time and on days off from the time he wakes up. He wont even stop long enough to eat. I have a terminal illness for which there is no cure but he doesn't even seem to be interested in what is going on with my health. Is there any way to put an end to this game. |

Question: My husband doesn't allow me to go out? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 06:19 PM PDT I love my husband very much but I don't know if i want to stay married. I'm 21 and he is 34. We dated for a year before we got married and we have been married for 2 years. During our relationship he was very jealous but nothing like this! If I leave the house while he is at work he has to know where I went and what time I came back. He provides me with gas money and he checks to see if my gas hand moves when he is gone. My best friend invited me to have drinks but my husband won't let me go. I am only allowed to go somewhere if he is with me. I can't wear short shorts or revealing dresses. Everytime I complain it turns into a big argument. He makes me swear on my mom that I am not cheating on him. We invited people over to the house to drink. I had two shots and after that he told me I couldn't drink anymore. I am really thinking about running away from this marriage. My husband is a sweet person just very controlling. I want to enjoy my life. What should I do? |

Question: Husband guilt trips me and gets upset about not changing my last name? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 05:54 PM PDT We've talked about the name change before and he basically said "you know what, it's not fair of me to ask you to change your name when I didn't get you a ring or give you a wedding". I don't care too much about the wedding or the ring, but if he does expect me to change my name (which is a part of me) I feel as though I should have gotten something out of the "deal" if I don't want to change my name anyways? Is this unreasonable? |
Question: Am I over reacting when I think my personal trainer may be hitting on me? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 05:50 PM PDT My husband of one year agreed to pay for a pt for me since I have been working out a ton. I am only 29 and my pt is 32. I finished my third session today and walked away feeling weird but I tend to always always over react. He calls me baby, beautiful, tells me I smell good. He always asks questions about my hubby like for example today, I got super dizzy during a work out and almost passed out. He had me lie down on my stomach in the middle of a busy gym while he tried to massage the kinks out of my back, legs and YES, inner thighs. He had some sort of tool or bar that he was using. He asked me if my husband ever massaged me and of course my hubby hates to give me massages so I said no and he said really? Wow! I said I had tons of knots in my back and in my inner thigh ( I didn t know legs could get knots) but I felt uncomfortable but didn t want to make a scene because I didn t know if this was normal or if I was overreacting.i haven t told my husband yet because I think he would go off but he paid close to $1,000 for this person for a month. Thoughts?!? Oh and he also asked what I like to do for fun and I said I enjoy drinking wine and so later after the session, he texted me and said if I ever wanted to grab a glass of wine he would be up for it.. Is this guy hitting on me knowing I am married or is this normal? I am sure he treats all Of his clients like this? Maybe not, don t know |
Question: I intended to erase everyone who knew of my affair? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 05:47 PM PDT I fell inlove with a young man while I was 9.5years married to my current husband. Our whole world fell apart and divorce came just after 9 months of me knowing this guy. My husband was left to take care of my two kids because I didn't have a decent house or a job to take them in. Three months after our divorce, we decided to work it out. It was difficult but we made it. I made it a point to start erasing everyone who knew about it.I cut off friends from the church, and recently another friend who I felt was knowingly judging me for my affair even though she didn't know the details why. I realized recently that my own sister was calling me a whore for abandoning my kids. I can't cut her off but it really hurts. I never opened up to anyone except to my other sister. I explained that it's my fault for not guarding my heart. Four years later, my husband and I are going strong. But no matter how I try to cover the judgment I fear that I can only do so much to protect my feelings and my children.I repented but how can I completely move on? |
Question: Husband has not worked in 5 years of marriage. Should I be patient or think of moving on? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 05:25 PM PDT |
Posted: 13 Jul 2015 05:11 PM PDT A friend of mine was having a rocky marriage so she would occassionally ask me if it's okay if my husband accompanies her. I agreed several times. However, after they hung out, my husband will be cold around me. Our fights were escalating further and most of the time, I end up just staying at home when my friend's family and my family would get together. On the most recent trip that I was absent (because of another fight)they ended up riding on my husband's car together for a two hour trip while her husband and our kids stayed in their RV. My husband and I fought again. He mentioned the word divorce and I was so stunned. I ended up having a bad feeling about my friend so I cut her off(completely) when I noticed she and my husband were becoming flirtatious. I confronted her first and found out that her and my husband talk about me. She knows about lots of our very intimate details which really came into a shock! When I stopped talking to her and stopped inviting her family in my house, my husband and I were just so much better. A dark cloud suddenly lifted off and a bright sun was shining. My question is am I right in cutting her off? Is an unhappy marriage contagious?Should I even make amends with her? It seems our common ground of wanting a happy family got torn and I feel like I could do better without her. |
Question: How can a girl just break her shyness when she is newly married? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 04:47 PM PDT How do you start with coming closer to a guy who is now your husband? Allowing him to touch you without feeling shy... |
Question: How do you agree with husband even if you don't like his choices? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 04:39 PM PDT My husband's parents are super wealthy. I'm in school, hubby is working and they helped us our quite a bit financially. Additionally, we always get visitors from his all the time who visits us and stays with us for a month or two. When we take his siblings, grandparents or parents out for shopping we bare all the expenses because that's what his parents wants. Later on his parents pay us back but now all of a sudden my husband doesn't want any of their money. They live in a foreign country and said they'll open an education account for our kids there but I feel it's no use having an account in a foreign country when my kids are living here. My husband told me to cut expenses but he randomly drops over$100 bucks or sometime on friends each time we go out. He still wants to continue paying for all the shopping our guest do without his parents help. I'm kinda bothered because I'm expected to save and cut expenses but it's okay for him to spend on others. I'm very grateful for all he does and I know he's got a big heart but I don't know how to think like him. How do I become more understanding and ok with his decisions? When I talk about not paying for shopping and stuff for our guest, he freaks out, goes nuts, calls me cheap, and so many other names. I'm not sure how to be a better person and be okay with choices. |

Posted: 13 Jul 2015 03:44 PM PDT https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20150707115437AA04SFC&sort=N as you can see, Some women refuse to take a mans last name in marriage saying it is sexism. Fair enough bit I wonder what last name the kids would take? The wife's because she gave birth to them? Or would every person in the family have a different last name? |
Question: How to get husband to help around the house more? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 03:01 PM PDT If the kitchen is dirty or garbage needs to be taken out 9 out of 10 times im doing it. How do I get my husband to do some more work around the house with out nagging and becoming angry? |
Question: How to deal with your wife leaving you? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 02:43 PM PDT It happened about a week ago and I have just been so beside myself. I suspected she was having an affair and upon confronting her she broke down and confessed. I never raised my voice at her and I told her I forgave her. This angered her. I feel so sad. I feel like it's all my fault. I feel like I'm worthless. How can I get the pain to subside? |
Question: Did I make the right decision? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 02:29 PM PDT So I went through my wife's phone while we were on a vacation and saw her talking dirty with a "friend" of hers, I suspected for awhile that they were talking but then she started acting weird towards me, but I have her the benefit of the doubt. I'm not a controller. I kept this to myself for a few days but I just could not hold it anymore. Gave her so many opportunities to tell me, questions and conversations that would lead to the subject. I gave up on waiting for her confrontation and decided to ask her about it, she confessed and cried and apologized. Her explanation for her behavior was she had felt guilt for talking that way knowing she was married and planned to pack and leave the house after I confronted her. What did I do? I listened to her and decided to give her another chance under one Condition. no more secrets. And no more talking to other guys. I don't know if that was right or wrong. It feels right but I also have doubts because of what happened. |
Posted: 13 Jul 2015 02:20 PM PDT I have been living in the US for a year and two months now. I have been married for a year -as of yesterday. I entered the US with a K1 visa. I have now my conditional residence card. (I am 25). My problem is he has become so controlling. We live in the middle of nowhere..I am isolated from everyone. He is mentally abusive too.He won't have sex with me unless HE wants. He says I have to be more SUBMISSIVE and doesn't want me to question him. He has never hit me but he did say once "I don't beat you up because it's illegal".If I decide to leave Can I leave to Wisconsin where my cousin lives? Do I have to get a divorce before leaving? Or can I do it from far? I don't want to take anything from him...I don't want a horrible divorce... I love him. But if it necessary for my own mental sake... Could I apply for the VAWA? And would it affect me if I get a "not getting along" kind of divorce, when applying for the VAWA? Should I sign a paper saying I am leaving if I decide to go with my cousin and get the divorce for distance? We talked about divorce aa few weeks ago...and he said...if you leave you must sign a paper stating you chose to leave. And then he said...no, you wait until the process(which he said he would take care of) and then you can leave. I am confused of what I should and shouldnt do.I have zero money and can't pay for a lawyer. Plus I can't go visit one cus like I said I live in the middle of nowhere and still don't have my driver's license. Please! I need guidance! |
Question: Ladies, if you have ever had a threesome in your relationship, how did it turn out? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 01:58 PM PDT I'm not looking for answers from people who have not had a threesome. I'm looking for input from women who have actually had one and what the result was and why. Did it hurt your relationship, improve it, was it fun and there were no issues, or did you have higher expectations and things didn't go as planned. |
Question: What's the point of marriage anymore? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 01:55 PM PDT I'm 36 and never want to marry or have kids. I've had long term relationships and have no problems getting men. But I don't want a husband or boyfriend anymore. I don't see the point in marrying anymore. Is there a good reason if I don't want kids? Plus a lot of men these days are just not good Yeah a lot of men cheat, have bad attitudes or have issues with watching porn. Sounds depressing living with a man Or they want threesomes or some weird sex thing. Yeah I think I'll stay single |
Question: My husband doesn't want to have sex and won't do anything to fix it.? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 12:06 PM PDT We've been married almost seven years now and he's never really wanted to have sex with me. Whenever he did, it was just a lame excuse for sex. He's never made love to me, and now we've stopped altogether, because it just seems artificial. I've stopped initiating because it is very embarrassing now. I've tried everything from my side, I took him to the doctor and everything but he won't take the meds. He doesn't put in any effort from his side to fix it. I've tried everything you can ever think of, from my end but he simply doesn't care! He's the nicest guy ever, giving and understanding, doesn't care if I don't work. I even cheated on him last year and he let that go real easy. I just don't know what to do next. I am only 28 and we have no kids (obviously!). I worry about him that if I leave him he'll be really lonely because he doesn't have much of a family except for an elderly mom and not any friends he can count on. So, any suggestions? Ummm...ya my mom suggests I should move on too..but I worry about him, I've been with him for 10 years now..so just a lil difficult Suggested open marriage..he's not open to the idea.. He's not gay :/ he's had girlfriends and enjoyed sex with them before me..sometimes I feel like it's me I've tried threatening and everything nothing works..always says he will fix it but never does a darn thing to fix it...won't even bring out the topic :( It just hurts me to see all efforts go in vain..he tells me things like I should do whatever makes me happy...if I want I can move on but he's sure I'd come back to him because I love him too much..but I should make a decision soon..thanks! I wish he was gay...it would be so much easier for me to move on without any hard feelings...but he's not..I've checked the browser history on his computer..I've seen him checking out girls..he doesn't even watch porns |
Question: How can I get my husband to stop waking me up in the middle of the night for sex? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 11:01 AM PDT He is the type who is asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow so bedtime usually never leads to anything. But he thinks it's perfectly fine to just start groping me at 3am when he's energized enough |
Question: Should I be mad about this? Posted: 13 Jul 2015 08:25 AM PDT I'm already having issues with my husband as far as him not showing affection or love at all towards me and I do absolutely everything for him, I try to be the best wife I can be but last night I saw on Facebook he talks to a girl that I USED to be friends with that he dated....he knows me and her DO NOT get along, and his family DOES NOT like her..should I be mad? I don't know what to do..I am getting to the point that I don't care if we are together or not anymore...I have been struggling with this since the day after we got married a year and a half ago, any advice?? |

Question: How to cope with your wife leaving you? Posted: 12 Jul 2015 10:41 PM PDT I'll spare you the details. But basically she had an affair and then told me she wasn't happy once I confronted her. She expected me to yell and lose my cool but I didn't. I handled the situation like Rick handled the situation with Lori in The Walking Dead. So we've been separated for four days now and I am in an immense amount of pain. I haven't even been to our house to get my things. I had my rebound last night, but it doesn't fill the hollowness I feel inside of me. I am so hurt and feel so betrayed. We've only been married for two months. She told me she loved me, she told me everything was gonna be okay but I feel hopeless. I'm not living. I'm just existing. I haven't eaten in three days and I have no desire to. My friends have been helping me but no one can replace what I lost. I haven't spoken to her since we separated. I don't think I could. What can I do? How can I ease this pain? How and when can I find someone else? I don't want to be alone. I want to feel wanted and needed and I want someone to love me. I don't want just sex. I want someone to hold and build with. I want to be someones hero. I sat staring at a bottle of pills for an hour the other night and could not bring myself to to commit suicide. But I don't want to be without her. I want to be loved. She was so mad at me for not yelling at her. She was so upset that she hurt me, she cried. She wanted me to be mad. Does that mean anything? |

Question: Why do people criticize a disabled man for everything that he does? Posted: 12 Jul 2015 06:00 PM PDT So I got criticized because I asked my bride to be to dress up as a chinese bride for the wedding reception. She is already wearing a traditional vietnamese ao dai dress for the ceremony so I just want her to spice it up by wearing a chinese cheongsam dress for the reception. I spoke with my aunt last night and she presented the idea to my fiancee's mother and she approved of it. Her parents are divorced and so her mother gave us the approval of it. My fiancee even said that she thinks its a cool idea because she wants to dress different from all of her friends because her friends wore ao dai dresses for their wedding reception. My aunt says that they want the dress to be the exact same color as in the picture but they are going to get her different heels for the reception which I am cool with it. My fiancee is gonna get 5 inch white patent pumps to wear with the dress. I don't get why people make it a big deal when her mom and she approved of this idea. I mean this look is so sexy and cute and modest at the same time. It covers my fiancee and it only shows her legs which I think is a modest sexy. They think the slits will make her look bad and I don't get it. Why do they think that the slits will make her look bad ? |
