A few months ago I decided I was finsncially stable enough to get my own place. I lived on my own for about 7 months and then met my bf and after sometime I decided I wanted to live with him and try it out since we get along really well. It s going good although I do get frustrated. He is very fidgety and always wants to be doing something where as I am a home body and enjoy staying home at my place since I work almost 50 hours a week. Over the last few months I have had many car issues and unexpected medical expenses cone up which strapped me financially and left me with nothing in my savings but my incoming checks every 2 weeks. It frustrates me that he always wants to take trips, go out and be doing things that I really can t afford and never really intend spending money on (we split a lot of things). He gets $200-$500 checks from his father and makes more money than me working half the time I do. I m starting to resent this relationship because I m with someone who wants more than I can give at times and doesn t really see my struggles. Before I got downstairs to discuss the situation with him, he brought my little brother and took off because he told me he doesnt want to deal with me anymore. After I told my mom what happened, an hour came by until he finally went home. I politely asked for my phone back but he told me "You're not getting your phone back until first day of school, so you'll know the feeling of not having a phone when you're 18". I've only had my phone for at least 2 months, but he told me that he wants me to already know the feeling of not having a phone when you're an adult. I took some pain recommended by him to ease the pain, but then after i told him that. He told me to overdose myself after I told him about it. He took my phone knowing the only source of help I can get is from her, my friend. |

Quiero estudiar cine y pues ellos no están convencidos y siempre sacan temas que van haciendo que yo quiera renunciar a esto, hay veces que me dicen que si podría vivir de eso o no, que todo mundo quiere estudiar hoy en día eso y pues que es muy difícil entrar a la industria y cosas así y yo sé que no seria un camino fácil pero siempre que me apasiona algo jhe demostrado que puedo hacer las cosas... También tuve un trabajo de verano y pues no me pagaron mucho casi nada pero solo he ido 8 días y casi no hago nada pero en vez de decir algo motivavional o algo así otra vez salió el tema de que debo de pensar en ganar mas dinero y así y la verdad siento que debo de renunciar a todo lo que me gusta para poder llevar un nivel de vida "adecuado " aunque no lo disfrute y siento que lo que hago lo estoy haciendo mal y que mi vida esta llena de malas desiciones y siento que soy una desagradecida porque si me apoyan pero en lo que mas me apasiona o me esfuerzo no tanto y no se que hacer 😓 |

Hace 5 meses mi novio se enteró, le rogué mucho y al mes me perdonó, pero me puso muchas condiciones para aceptar seguir conmigo: No tener facebook, no salir por las noches, avisarle siempre que enviaré un whatsapp y decirle a quién se lo mandaré, usar shorts y blusas cortas (hombligueras), también hay veces que si quiero salir por la tarde con alguna amiga se molesta y me tiene como encarcelada, me cansé de la situación, además es muy impulsivo, ha tenido reacciones muy feas. Decidí que lo terminaré, no creo que sea sano seguir así, a partir de todo eso me ha afectado muchísimo el autoestima y me duele demasiado dejarlo pero ¿creen que sea lo mejor? |

I was 20 but I got use to it I love the kids we just all live in one house and I've gotten more comfortable with it Me and *our* "husband" have had 3 kids together twins who are 15 months old and a newborn.. Crazy cause now all together we have 13 kids ages 0-10 I do know there are peoe who disagree with this lifestyle which I'm fine with I understand why they wouldn't completely get it just a random question to see how others feel about polygamy relationships |

His 1st wife passed (2kids) and 2nd they divorced (1 kid). He takes care of the kids and has custody. His youngest is shared. To get to the point, I went over last week to babysit this youngest. Walked through the door and he said I looked cute and to give him a hug. We talked a little and then he left to do what he had to do. When he came back we talk a little more and then when I was getting ready to leave he said "give me a hug". He isn't a perverted man. Nice guy and handsome. I'm in my 20's and he's in is early early 40s. Works in same facility I do and some of my coworkers found out that I have gone over to his house. Obviously was questions and I set it straight that I babysit his kids. From a mans perspective or anyone's for that matter, how could this be taken? Obviously more to share, but won't bore you all. |

I'm in a relationship with an amazing guy and we've been dating for a few months now. We get along great and I could see this going somewhere. The issue is... My boyfriends parents are Greek Orthodox Arab. They are very close minded of our relationship. I am hispanic and have a 5 yr old daughter. They tell him they are very uncomfortable of our relationship because I have a child. It's gotten to point where he has been fighting with them constantly and they told him we have to stop seeing each other or he has to get out of their house and their whole family will cut him out. They don't even want to meet me. His grandparents also don't like that he's not with another Palestinian. He has a job but doesn't have any savings... Even if he did I wouldn't want him to move out and his family cut him out and never speak to him again. I haven't done anything for them to judge me. Each I have a daughter but I have never asked him for anything when it comes to her. She is my daughter and has a dad who is very involved in her life. Please help, I need advice. |
