Just today, I was in school, and while I was working, my crush told me, "There s a certain someone who has a... crush on you." I freaked out for a second, I felt like he was talking about himself. I've been keeping this secret for a while now. A few years ago I lied about someone out of spite and anger. In the process I ended up getting that person in serious trouble and involving many other people. I completely regret it and feel incredibly stupid. I know I have to face the consequences of my actions. It's all I think about day and night and I'm sick of living with the guilt and just want to come clean. But I'm terrified to admit the truth. I am in a same sex relationship with a girl whose family does not approve of us, we are both in our late 20s. I proposed to her over a year ago and she said yes. It was exciting, we moved in together a few months after and I got a new job but never started planning the wedding. Then 4 months later, I started the conversation and she said, she wanted to wait a little longer to start planning. So i waited. 6 months later she finally explained that she is afraid to share the news with her family and ruin her relationship with them. Knowing that her family is very important to her, I said she could take her time. I worry sometimes she may not really want to marry or commit at that level. Although she has said repeatedly that she wants to marry me, I wonder if it may be just an excuse. Do I wait and give her the time she needs? My family has been supportive of my sexuality but her family is very homophobic. I have expressed to her that marriage is important to me and that I want a family. We have this in common but I am concerned that time will continue to go by and she will continue to not have any interest in getting married to me.

I'm a guy, I'm 16 a junior in high school. I've been terrible in school, I always passed until freshman year I failed one semester of world studies and took summer school for the first time and got a 95. Before last year I'd never gotten 1 A in any subject for any quarter. But I got lucky and got 4 A's q1, 5 A's q2, 4 A's q3, and all 7 A's quarter 4. I was coming off my worst year yet, and by luck had by far my best year yet, honor roll quarter 1 and high honors quarters 2-4. I had a 1.9344 freshman GPA, 3.3826 semester 1 of my sophomore year, but a disappointing 3.1109 semester 2. This year I have a feeling my luck will run out and I'll have a terrible year. My feelings are right, today I looked on power school, French went from 96-87, civics 79-83, us history stayed 96, algebra 100-80, gym stayed 98, English 90-89. I'm extremely furious at myself. I used to cut myself every time I went on power school because they're always terrible, I haven't done it in a while but today I did it. I hate everything about myself, I'm nothing but a stupid, ugly, pathetic piece of crap. Am I wrong for feeling this way?

Hello fellow yahoo'ers... I am going to be as concise and straight forward as possible explaining my story and situation and I am going to need some bold, down to earth advice. It all started when I was 15 years old, keeping it cool in the united states of America where is was born. I am from Maryland State and was residing in Silver Spring region. My girlfriend and I are moving in together, which is awesome. We bought an apartment and we need to decorate it. We took the basics from both of out apartments and the rest we donated. Okay, so I am 17 and my dad passed 10 years ago, and over the years my mom has dated different people a few that I really liked.
