Question: My bride ran away from the wedding? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 11:01 PM PDT So when me and my soon-to-be wife walked down the isle, I was happy and she was kind of nervous. When I was asked if she would be my lawfully wedded wife, I said "I do." Then, they asked her the question if I would be her lawfully wedded husband, and she was just speechless. Then, she ran away crying. I looked like a fool. I said "I apologize for what you just witnessed. Hopefully, this can be rescheduled. Now, go home." I got in tears and felt really disappointed. That was today and I'm still up because I feel like a fool in front of everyone. The wedding was the last time I saw her. What happened? That reminds me, what can I do to help cheer her up? I don't know where she is. Probably at her house...
Question: Is getting engaged at 17 a bad idea? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 08:23 PM PDT We have been together for almost 2 years this year and we where thinking about getting engaged next year around our 3 year anniversary. We are expecting a little boy in november but wont be livinh together until we get married. We would wait until we graduated highschool before getting married.
Posted: 07 Jul 2015 07:25 PM PDT I want to elope with my boyfriend, him and i are both 18 yo. If we elope, could we fake a wedding in the future (but actually just renew our wedding vows)?

Question: Help! My wedding dress is to small and I'm 25 days from the I do's!? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 05:15 PM PDT My dress is a beautiful tight fitted mermaid dress and it fit perfectly when I purchased it from a sample sale. I tried it on last week away and I can not get it up past my hips! We are only 3 weeks away from the wedding and I am so scared. All my friends believe I can loose the weight in time. I have started to work out the a friend that is a trainer and have also been carefully watching what I eat but I am very scared. Any words of advise?
Question: LADIES! What's a good budget for engagement/wedding rings or Bridal Sets? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 04:11 PM PDT I m not asking this question to be cheap or anything. I m asking to be wise. I don t wanna focus on just the rings, I know there has to be funding for the actual ceremony, reception, honeymoon etc. I wanna keep that in mind and save for it but, I don t wanna cheap out on the rings either. Help with this would be GREATLY appreciated!
Question: Should We Exchange Only One Ring at My Wedding Tomorrow? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 01:33 PM PDT My fiance and I are getting married tomorrow. He grew up not knowing rings for marriage so he doesn't really want one, so we didn't get him a ring. He knows I grew up differently though, so I do have a ring. We are wondering if it would be weird to exchange only my ring at the ceremony tomorrow. It's not a big ceremony, just in a court house. And we are not trying to make it awkward for people or have them be questionable as to why I get a ring and he doesn't. Should we exchange my ring tomorrow Or should we just not exchange rings at all and wait until afterwards to just wear it? If we do end up exchanging, I feel like I could lighten the mood by saying something funny when it happens? Anyone have any good ideas for jokes I could say about it?
Posted: 07 Jul 2015 12:59 PM PDT I'm looking to hold a ceremony at a park or similar location. What are some beautiful parks that are spacious? This will be a Saturday in August. About 75 people will show up for a simple ceremony and then leave to a reception location. Any ideas would be great!

Question: Upbeat songs for a wedding.? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 12:06 PM PDT my mom and dad are getting their vows renewed in 4months and they put me in charge of alot of things. 😂 im stressed out and need some really upbeat songs because my family like to party (sorta i guess) and they want songs that are easy to dance to. the more songs the better. (:
Question: The tradition of the bride and groom not seeing each other before the wedding? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 11:50 AM PDT I have a question is it supposed to be the day of or 24 hours before the wedding? Like if the wedding takes place at 5pm on Saturday do you not see each other starting at 5pm on Friday or does it start on Saturday morning. I've heard it both ways but which one is it. My fiance and I live together and I was just wondering if I could be with him the night before or what.
Question: When should a rehearsal dinner take place? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 11:33 AM PDT I'm getting married in a month and I was wondering when should the rehearsal dinner take place. We aren't planning anything fancy, it's really just a cookout after the rehearsal, but when should it take place? The week before, day before or when?
Question: Exes in a wedding party? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 09:31 AM PDT Two close friends getting married in August have chosen my ex-boyfriend and I to be part of the wedding party. The happy couple met through me and my ex. My ex and I were together for 2 years, broke up amicably 9 years ago and decided to remain friends. Our interactions have decreased through the years but remained friendly until a couple years ago. He starting dating someone seriously and I realized he blocked me from social media and changed all his contact information. He is now newly engaged to this girl. With the friends' wedding drawing near, I'm nervous to see my ex and not sure how to go about interacting (or not interacting) with him. I would like to extend a "hi how are you" or "congratulations on your engagement" to him and his fiancee, but since he was the one to block me from his life, I'm not sure if I should even be making the first move. Should I just leave him alone or should I break the ice? If I should break the ice, should I do it during the rehearsal, or ask the friends for his email and write him a brief email? Thank you everyone for your time and thought to answering my question. I do not intend to take away my friends' spotlight. I am following through with what most of you advised to not over-think, and be polite and cordial only if our paths directly cross. Thank again.
Question: What type of wedding dress that would look great with flats or sandals? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 09:28 AM PDT I am getting married and I wanted to wear flats or sandals, at my wedding. (I injured my leg in an accident, and I can't walk in heels that great) so what type of wedding dress would look great with flats or sandals? I like the mermaid style, but then again I am very open minded. I am also stuck between formal/classy dress or more bohemian/rustic country/laid back type of dress (if that makes any sense haha)
| Question: Would you/have you cheated at at your bachelorette party? Posted: 07 Jul 2015 03:03 AM PDT I recently came across stories on the Internet of women doing things they really shouldn't be doing to the male strippers at their bachelorette parties. It makes me absolutely TERRIFIED of getting married. There's a good chance there's a guy somewhere thinking "I'm getting married to an angel in a few days," and there they are, ******* or blowing a male stripper. And based on what I've read (by stuff written by male "entertainers") women are much worse than men, because a female dancer is much less likely to let the guys fool around with them. Do people actually do this? It's disgusting! Sorry for the repetition in the question.
