We've since left, so I have to use Facebook/Twitter to contact her, never really talked to her that much but always great when we did, so I'll just pop up to her and ask her how her summer is and long as that's not somehow creepy. Good plan? We were just fairly far apart in school, she was popular and used to hang around with people I liked and hated and everybody liked her, most fancied her. I think I should make a move, I've got a summer that would be perfect to get to know her, should I do it? | Question: My crush likes me too? Posted: 04 Jul 2015 06:22 PM PDT The guy I like works at my gym and we've been talking almost everyday for the last couple of weeks. When we talk, he sounds interested, facing me, smiling/laughing & remembers details about things that I've told him before a long time ago. Whenever I leave/walk into the gym, he tries to start a conversation with me or he will say something like "good seeing you, Alexa." One night I was leaving & he didn't notice me walking out and I said "bye, Mike", he turned around & said, "bye Alexa, good seeing you…you're here late tonight, aren't you?" and then we began talking for a little while. Sometimes too he will say, "you'll be here tomorrow, right?" Every time he asks me a question, he starts off with, "this is a stupid question but…", even though it's really not a stupid question (just questions like "stupid question but, how tall are you? & "another stupid question…do you have Facebook?" We're Facebook friends & he mentioned every time he walks past me at the cardio machines, he always wants to talk to me, but doesn't want to bother me. When I was leaving the gym tonight he was walking in another direction and noticed me about to leave so he started walking towards me just to say "bye" and have a conversation with me. It was pretty obvious the only reason he walked in my direction was b/c he saw me & he pretended to be looking around as if he were doing something else. He's really sweet and I've had a crush on him for a while now. Does it sound like he may like me back too? |
| Question: What's with this girl? Posted: 04 Jul 2015 06:22 PM PDT Im your typically 20 yr old working at this store & whenever I see this woman shes always doing quick glances like looking around. Shes tall like me, mascara, long brunette. She seems "fancy", she even drove in a new Honda Sonata Hybrid, soon as she pulled up I could've swore she did a quick glance at me. Maybe I'm imagining things. But whenever she walks in the grocery store it seems like she does quick glances to everyone else also. Also one time she was walking I looked at her & she did a quick smile. A few wks later she came in with some sunglasses, once again being "fancy" I quickly decided to mess with her. I said "you cant wear those" with a smile. She walked a little and smiled at me like "what? Well im gonna wear them anyway!" smiling. Some time passed by, I turned around messing with my co worker then she walks pass me looking at me saying "im still wearing themm". I look at her trying to think what to say. She starts to walk toward me "why? Why cant I wear them?" tilting her sunglasses down. Then I say "im just joking with youu" smiling waving my hand, she laughs at the same time with me. Turns around & says "cyaa". A wk later she came in doing quick glances with a little smirk. She did this like twice. My friend caught her and she went around the store real quick. She went to the aisle beside me then changed her mind & came thru my line. I played it cool & she just starts convo & she had to go. Friendly or shes trying to break the waters? |

On my last visit we had a good conversation and she asked me to make her origami cherry blossoms (see picture) to give her on my next visit. | Question: Would you consider dating a women who lists her profession as 'Security Guard'? Posted: 04 Jul 2015 06:16 PM PDT I am a 26yo female and I just set up an eharmony profile. I put 'Customer Service' as my profession, which is partly true. I guess I didn't feel comfortable putting Security Guard. This is a transitional job for me. Basically it pays the bills until I find something I want to do. I started corresponding with a person I am very interested in who happens to have a very nice, stable career. If your familiar with eharmony, you know that email correspondence doesn't start until several steps are completed (I've just started the process yesterday) I will be telling them exactly what I do soon. My question is, do you think it was a lie not to state exactly what I do to a complete stranger? And would you even consider dating someone who was a Security Guard, Security Officer, Loss Prevention Officer, Private Security Guard ect. (BTW which one sounds better?). |

Posted: 04 Jul 2015 06:15 PM PDT So about a year ago I decided to join a dating site for fun, and never really considered finding a relationship on there. I "met" this guy and we hit it off and immediately started texting all day and all night. Problem is, we're on either sides of the earth, literally. About 5 months in I started gaining feelings for him, and then we didn't talk for 2 months. Now, for the past 6 months we have been talking again, and this time more affectionate with each other, we skype a lot, we talk about our days and other irrelevant things like so. He told me about why he joined a dating site (his ex cheated on him and he was devestated and according to him he couldn't trust another girl anymore) and I told him that I joined so my friends and I could play around with it. Now he also told me that he's had sex with 7 other girls his whole life (he's 21) and now whenever he would go out I would feel nervous and insecure when he's not talking to me because I'm afraid he might be fooling around with another girl. We've confessed our feelings for each other about 2 months ago, and he says he loves me, and he assures me that he does whenever he cant talk to me for a while, but I just can't shake off that feeling. He's introduced me to his best friend, his little brother, and his dad which I think is a sign that he might actually be pretty sincere, but is this enough? Also, we have been talking about meeting on December and we're both saving up for the trip. What do you think? Thanks |

Freshmen year we became really good friends (or so I thought) and hung out together a lot. We did homework together, went out, etc. She flirted with me a lot at the beginning of the year and I caught her staring at me a handful of times. I started to feel strongly about her like halfway through the year and asked her to hang out more often. She became less excited about hanging out together and started to only contact me when she needed help with homework and other things so I felt like she was using me but hoped that maybe she still enjoyed my company (stupid). I ended up kissing her near the end of the school year(was the last time we saw each other), and since then (a couple months) I've texted her to see if she's been up to anything exciting, and that I saw something that made me think of her. My friends who know her have talked to her so I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say she doesn't care about me which is disappointing. But in my opinion ignoring people is just rude and I'm not sure if I want to stay friends with this chick anymore. People say that girls might ignore you to "test" you or whatever and that may be true, but I don't do that or believe it. If she liked me then she would have at least made the effort to lift a finger and text me back. And oh yeah, she's on the same floor of the same dorm as me next year, so that doesn't make entirely avoiding her an option. |
