My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 2 years and we decided to get each other promise rings for valentines day. After that we gave some specifics we wanted but then eventually came to the conclusion it should be approved by the other person before wearing it just to make sure they like it. Well I've been looking at a lot of rings for both guys and girls because of this and it's made me think about future rings - engagement and then wedding rings. Pretty much there are three different rings that I absolutely love and want and I like the idea of our rings matching for each milestone. Infinity band with heart stone (my favorite) + plain band with same infinity heart marking on it tiara design with jewels + a big color stone ring in the same color (his favorite) flower band + plain colored band with tree bark look I feel like they could all be related and given a tie into each of these milestones and i'm very indecisive about which ones to get now as promise rings. What do you think? Which set should be promise rings, engagement rings and wedding rings?

Alan, my ex husband and I are on friendly terms. We did not have any children. Two times in the last 3 years I ran into financial difficulty. I could not pay my rent or car payments. I called Alan and told him my problem and he gave/loaned (I am not sure which) me the money to solve my problems no questions asked. He never ask for the money back. Another time my computer died and I ask Alan how I would get it fixed. He sent a repair tech out to fix the computer and when I tried to pay the tech, he said Alan had prepaid him for the service call. I am 25 years old and moving in with a friend. This is my first time moving out of my parent's house and I've been super excited but now that it's time to actually move I'm nervous/scared as crap. My brother and his girlfriend are expecting their first child in May. Everyone is so excited as it is the first grandchild on both sides.
