The reason why we broke up is because I had problems of my own and wasn't the best girlfriend I could've been. I pushed him away a lot even though I loved him and he just felt like we would be better off alone and broke it off. I was devastated, I begged I'm back and became depressed. I'm still very sad about it because I knew I could've been a better girlfriend and now I finally understand what I could've done better. He seemed fine and happy as he is a happy person but we recently talked and things got emotional and he told me he feels lost. He said he doesn't know if its because of or him or his friends or family but he feels like no one is his real friend. I don't understand what he means by that. We have a class together and today he seemed so depressed and not like himself. Of course I care about him and still love him but what is he feeling? Is he missing me? I know he still does love me but he's hurt and avoids me now... Idk what to do please help... |

He's been really tired and stressed out so I told him if he was too tired it was okay if he didn't want to come over. (I was honestly being sincere about that). He said "I think I can." Today, he texted me a smiley face and then I told him I hoped he was having a good day and that I had slept a long time because I had just had a big exam (I'm a student). Then hours later he texted me again. I asked him if he was at home and he said he was because he had a really long day. I told him to just let me know when he wasn't going to come over. He said "I'm sorry" and then asked "How was your day that started at noon?" It made me feel so guilty and awful that I slept so much while he was tired, and so I sent him a really long somewhat angry really touchy feely text about how I don't like it when people don't tell me when they change their plans that involve me. And he said he's sorry and he'll let me know when he changes his plans. I was still angry at him so I said "Okay. I'll let you know when I change my plans too." And he hasn't said anything for the last 2 hours. Am I being irrational? What should I say? |

For example, I knew this girl, thought she was cute, but not in the fashion of "I want to date her". But I don't think many people would outright acknowledge that their partner is ugly, or just not attractive. And if they do, there has to be some ulterior motive.
