I'm still finding it hard to grasp that it was fake because it felt so wonderful when we were together: how sweet he was to me, how intimate sex was, how caring he was when cuddling...but when I ended it this all shut off instantly, no attempt to keep me or trying to contact me even though he knows I still want him. I wake-up having been dreaming of him, so it's right on my mind from the start of the day. He was just so beautiful to me and the fantasy he had me believing was so good - yes I know it was fantasy, but a part of me still thinks of it like it was real, and as such I'm really mourning losing that just as I would any other relationship (worried in case the next relationship won't feel as good, as this was like nothing I'd had before). |

He's honestly become my best friend despite the distance. A few months ago I realized that he might have feelings for me. He started flirting a bit, calling me pretty and even beautiful even when I just looked like my normal self, etc. I didn't really do anything about it (played dumb to his flirting, changed the subject, etc.) until a couple months ago when I realized that I might be developing feelings for him too. Then the flirting was no longer one sided and recently we put our mutual feelings on the table. We both admitted that any near future trips either to the US or Ireland is a no go, and that it's not realistic to think that if we could plan a visit it could be more than a week at most, and then not another for a while, if at all. I know it's ridiculous, but is it possible for us to have any sort of romantic relationship long-distance? And if not, how should we go about a friendship where we both want more but can't have it? Anyways, we finally talked & he's worried abt working 2gether (we R in 2 different areas, plus he's on 1 side of the workplace, I'm on the other - we don't see each other until 2wards the end of his shift when I end up in that area & by that time, he works 4 an outside company that also works within the same workplace) So there's no possible work conflict, but I don't think he realizes this b cuz he's thinking abt his morning job. Anyways, he tells me all these nice things abt me & that he likes me & if I ever wanted 2 go out w/him again in the future that'd be great. I told him of course, just let me know. I understand where he's coming 4rm & the worry as both our jobs are important, even if there will be no conflict. (It's complicated but seriously - I don't see where the conflict will happen not like I can't avoid his area completely.) Anyways, we were talking the next day and about going to places, and I asked if he wanted to go with me and he said maybe in the future it sounds like a lot of fun. So a few months back in the beginning of September, my bf of 1.5 years and I had sex (we're both turning 19 soon, we're only a month apart, we graduated high school together and are now in our second year of college). The only protection we used was a condom which ended up breaking. My period came a week late but I was not pregnant. I told her that night but I never ended up telling her that the condom broke because she started yelling at me about how I'm a dishonour, a slut. Now she has nothing to be proud of. I'm in my second year of college, in an honours program leading to medicine. My bf texted her right after telling her he really does plan on having a future with me, how he loves me and all that kind of stuff, etc; she ignored him of course. So we decided to text my moms bf, and he calmed us both down and told us not to worry, that its normal, and that he will talk to her. Then, she refused to speak to me for two months until her bf got sick of it and sat us both down to talk. She kept saying how I was "proud". When she told him, she told him before I did, he was shocked that I would do such a thing. She told my grandmother who started speaking to me today. Mom said we're breaking up within 6 months, we're still going strong. He helped me through so much. I know it sounds ridiculous but there was a time way back, when he talked me out of ending my life. We were a "couple" when we were 13. Broke up, and then started actually dating at 17. We had a fight once when I was away because he lied about something (nothing serious) but I got really worried for him and he told me to "f*** off". Mom saw and texted him pretending to be me and told him we're on a "break". He apologized like crazy when I got back so did I. |

I was trying to stay low on the price and when we got there I did find some cheap tickets online and there were $40 each. It showed that the guy would have to pay $80 and so he put his credit card information but then after we hit submit he noticed there were fees and he had to end up paying $113 total. When the guy saw that he began freaking out and getting really upset and saying he's going to cancel and he started calling the number. He literally had a fit over the extra $33 After I was able to get the tickets online I decided I was just going to go inside and then he decided to come as well and I told him he can cancel with his credit card later. He was still acting like a total jerk and being a jerk about it all and I was thinking maybe this guy just doesn't have money or something I was stressed out the entire event and it wasn't very fun and I felt kind of guilty later I find out that he owns a Lexus and he owns his own home. After hanging out with him and I was about to leave he again began getting angry saying that he's going to call his credit card and cancel and I told him I have to go what kind of loser is this who is going so crazy over $33 extra |

Then I saw him in person a few days later & I said how appreciative I was & when I first saw him & he didn't see me, he looked bored & then when I went up to him & said hello, he instantly said a loud hey & smiled. I started to express my thanks & he turned toward me & stopped walking & said how it was no problem at all & he instantly asked if I needed anymore help & if I was doing anything right at that time because he could help me with other things. During the entire conversation, he never once broke eye contact with me, nor stopped smiling. Also, his voice seemed a little deeper than usual & he spoke slower too. Eventually other people had caught wind to me liking him and for one told him, he didn't seem to care much at the time and he and I proceeded to talk. Soon his friends had started to tease both he and I about us 'dating' leading me to think that he may have actually had a crush on me. He still didn't care much about the teasings and we continued to text and talk. Then the teasing only continued and he stopped talking to me altogether I think he got caught up with it and just didn't like being teased about it anymore. Which really confused me since he and I got along so well. But now, here's the current situation that really has gotten under my skin and caused me to post this. On Friday night our school had its annual winter formal and we both attended it-- separately. Almost all night he was watching me and kept looking at me, my friend was the one to point it out. She told me that he kept glancing over at me and just staring. We also noticed that whenever she and I would get on the dance floor he would follow and stand/dance right next to us when he could have gone anywhere else to dance. He did this multiple times, and he would only go on the floor when she and I were on. But during the night he was also hanging out with some other girl-- but even when he was around her he kept looking at me. What does this mean? Am I getting mixed signals? |

Posted: 26 Feb 2017 06:33 PM PST A few months ago I got reintroduced to one of my best friends in elementary school....and let me tell you..puberty did its job.He has these amazing green..hazel and blueish eyes,black hair and he is tall and has the greatest personality ever.We are great friends since childhood but then he left school and we lost contact,we met again by a friend.I broke up with my boyfriend a few months ago and I would go to my friend(the guy)to talk about how I felt after the breakup,etc.In a way we kinda started acting closer,I guess different but at the same time normal.He acts and says certain things that got me confused about what we are.We've never had a close encounter before but had moments I guess.I realized that after all I actually like him but I don't know if he feels the same way or if what I see in his actions is actually true.Im scared that If I tell him my feelings our amazing friendship will change or get ruined.He is always very sarcastic and is always saying something about my boobs or my outfit or just basically hitting on me.But other times...he is very different towards me...different in the way that I know he doesn't act like that with other girls....cause I've seen him act around girls.I just need an opinion other than my friends cause I know they are telling me what I wanna hear. |

| Question: What does it mean if he stares? Posted: 26 Feb 2017 06:31 PM PST I've know this boy since I was in 7th he was in 8th grade. I am now a junior in high school & he is a senior. We've had a crush on each other for a while now. We had sex for the first time Thursday night. We go to the same school & work at the same place.While I was giving him oral, he would often make me stop & look at him then I would smile & continue. He did that maybe 3 times that it seemed as though he wanted to kiss me. After we had sex, he just sat there & stared at me while I got my pants back on. I looked at him & asked him " What?" but I laughed while I said it because I felt a little awkward. He just shook his head and shrugged his shoulders. I just want to know what this means? Also, he hasn't spoken to me since that night.
